We ordered delivery to our hotel, a stab in the dark and we loved our subs and salad! Green Salad was cold and fresh and crisp! Meatball sub and roast beef sub were yummy too! They delivered this so fast I don't even know how they did that! This place is great! The sandwiches were freash and not too much spread, absolutely perfect!

Great sandwiches! A nice alternative to the national chain shops. Great service and attitudes by the staff!

Great late night subs! Not the fastest, but their delivery area is literally almost 5 times the size of Jimmy john's

After a long day on the road we stopped in Cheyenne for the night. I didn't want to go anywhere for dinner with three kids that had been stuck in the car all day but I also didn't want pizza delivery. Came across these guys and the menu looked great. I ordered online and it said about an hour. It was here in about 20 minutes and it was so yummy. Better then subway by far. I wish we had a place like this near out home.

I normally order from the Silver Mines on the North side of town without issues. But I ordered from this shop tonight and my one wrap took literally over an hour and was cold when it finally arrived. I received no phone call, apology or compensation of any sort for this inconvenience. I won't be ordering from here again.

The subs are definitely better than Subway and they deliver late which is always nice. I've ordered here a lot and there was only one time that they butchered my order. I sent an email and the manager offered to comp my meal. Other than that one time I have had good experiences. I recommend the Motherload if you're starving.

Meh...dont bother. This is a glorified (at best) Subway. Maybe I should be a little more lenient but I was hoping for better. I ordered the Cripple Creek sub (small) which was chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, provolone and ranch dressing. Well...I couldn't find the chicken let alone the bacon. Really? This place was not my cup of tea. If you ant Subway, then come here.

I went here twice while visiting Cheyenne on business and enjoyed both subs I tried. Definitely better than Subway.

Me and my husband just moved here and we love coming here. Besides the fact that they are open so late and deliver the sandwich selection is awesome! All the sides are fresh giving you the refreshing taste your looking for in a sandwich. If your crusin by on the interstate or just a local stop by and check it out!

I've ordered from this silver mine a lot, with extremely mixed results. Most recently I placed an order for A hot sub (chicken parm, dont remember what it's called on their menu) with 2 drinks, chips, and a cookie. I specifically stated in the comments section that I did not want the drinks in the same bag as my sandwich, they have done that before when I ordered. Anyways long story short, my order took over an hour to be delivered and when it got here the sandwich was surrounded by ice cold drinks in the same bag which next to the heat of the sandwich had caused them to condensate and soak right through the sandwich wrapper into the bread. So I had a soggy, cold, supposedly "hot" sandwich. They also gave me the wrong chips, and one of my drinks was the wrong drink. The only thing keeping me from giving this place 1 star instead of two is the fact that you can get delivery until 3am, so in a drunken pinch ordering a cold sandwich without drinks might be worth it. I wish I could say that was the only bad experience I had with them, but the vast majority of my orders have been like that. I finally decided that I will no longer be ordering from them after this last mess-up. Just drive to subway or order Jimmy Johns, I promise you will have a better time that way.

When a business gets petty all it does is lose customers. Every time I have ordered a sandwich here there was a pickle spear in the paper. This time there wasn't & when I asked about it I was just told if I had ordered the box lunch I would have gotten a spear for no charge or I could order a whole pickle as a side.... But by ordering $20 worth of food including two whole combo meals with drinks sides & dessert... apparently a pickle spear is just too much to ask.... the cost of 2 pickle spears is worth more to silver mine then a return customer

I agree with above yelpers liking the late night hours! Sometimes a big huge sandwich is just what you need after a long night out. That being said a few annoying things I've been treated to that are almost always consistently happening are as follows, The bread, especially if you get a sandwich with any dressing on it, gets soggy almost immediately. There's nothing worse than soggy bread. Another complaint I have is the cleanliness followed, or in this case not followed by employees. We drove up and walked in with an employee who was smoking, he immediately walked behind the counter and started making our subs. Thankfully he was just mildly embarrassed when the lady Behind us asked him to wash his hands. Another complaint about the employees is how the drive/park in the parking lot. I have personally almost been hit by a driver quickly pulling into the lot, and had my door dinged while I was sitting in my car by an employee. All and all, the food is ok, the employees are a little lack luster.

I love that stupid "Steam Engine"!!! Nothing is better than coming home from a night of bar hopping and ordering a sub. They are open until 3AM and deliver so quickly. Jimmy John's is the other alternative in town but I'm really worn out with them. No selection of hot subs, and they get my order wrong 9/10 times. NEVER had a problem with Silvermine except one delivery that took a little over an hour on a busy night. They brought a free cookie to apologize, so we're straight : )

I could give them 4 stars alone for being open until 3AM, but their sandwiches are great and delivery is fairly quick as well.

I love getting subs from Silver Mine. Every time I've ordered food from here, its been fresh and fast. The customer service here is awesome as well. I'm not sure what I like best about Silver Mine, if its the Motherlode Sandwich, the delivery service or the fact that they're open until 3AM. I love all of that. Most times I order their Motherlode sub, and have it delivered to my home which normally takes them about 20 minutes from the time I hang up. You can't beat that kind of service! The price is about the same as Jimmy Johns and Subway, except I think Silver Mine Subs are better. In my opinion, this is the best sub shop in Cheyenne.
