I stop by here when I'm in the area and in a hurry for lunch. Always quick and efficient service. Both the beef and chicken gyros are very good. A pretty good choice for Cheyenne if you are at the mall.

In my opinion they have have far to many rude employees that threaten to call mall security when you complain about an order that was wrong. After I complained they continued to deny there was any problem until I brought the container to them showing there was a mistake. At that point they still made up cheap excuses about the mistake to skew the error and they threatened to call security when I complained about the order being wrong. It certainly appears they have a real problem when you call them on a mistake. I have to admit when the owner ran the place decades ago it was fine. Since he no longer runs it and allows somebody who foolishly hires several rude employees it seems to be of lower quality. I spoke with several other mall employees who agree that some of their employees are extremely rude and they will NOT go back because of the manner in which they were treated. I must also agree with another poster that the place is very filthy at times. I have watched them use garbage cans overflowing to toss old food in. Those garbage cans are right next to the food preparation area filled with greasy garbage and other small particles do splash and go up into air when items are tossed into them. Also I have watched them take a long blade like object used to chop up the meat and run their forefinger and thumb down the length to remove older meat clinging to the blade. I watched this done right into the overflowing garbage getting the blade very very close to the garbage. There is much clutter in the serving area where you pick up your food. Dirty cardboard boxes, paperwork, stacks of containers, and many other items that could contaminate the food you about to eat. And yes the floors are very dirty at times both in front of and behind the main counter. On another note while I like hard rock music I have heard hard rock music playing in that store with language I consider disturbing for children to listen.

The food is alright, and not too pricey. Don't look around at the floors or behind the counter though- it's pretty dirty. There is a lot of clutter in this restaurant too (stacks of boxes, ketchup packets and paperwork scattered on the food pickup counter) and the booths are made of very uncomfortable hard plastic. There is a bit too much lettuce put on the gyro, but the pitas are very fluffy and yummy and the lamb not too dry. The last time I went there I was with my husband and young son on a Monday lunch hour. We ordered and sat down. Then we tuned in to the music and realized we were listening to unedited old school hip hop and rap. It was hilarious to us but HIGHLY inappropriate. "BEYATCH!" and the F-bomb is just not what we want to hear while my family eats, especially at a mall with families as primary customers. Try it for the food (to-go preferably) but don't expect much. With increasing options for dining at Frontier Mall, this place could use some serious retooling.

Took about ten minutes to get our order since it was lamb. Food was perfect. I really don't think it could of been better.

Great food and prices!! I must go at least 3-4 times when I'm in Cheyenne visiting my sister (I live in Virginia). My last visits were in August last year. I really like the chicken souvlaki!!

I personally like the Beef Gyros here. They always have a fresh taste, and amazing flavor. I've also had their french fries and cheese sticks from here, and they have great flavor also. I'm not sure if they change their oil as often as they should, but it adds great flavor to their fried products. They also have seasoning available, that's really good on the fries. Prices are fairly average here, and the service has always been good when I've been there.
