I have eaten here 3 times in the past 15 years. The food was horrible on my first visit. I waited several years and decided to give them a second try for lunch. That time the food wasn't too bad. I should have stopped there because my third was as horrible as my first trip. The meals aren't cheap so I expect a little bit of quality. Never again.

Outstanding service and food! Our server, Jamie B was awesome! Rolls were hot and fresh. Great mixed drinks and deserts. Very attentive server! Great experience!

So far we have no silverware for the appetizers, or for the cheddar bay biscuits with salad. We had to ask for our biscuits, when they brought out our salad. They also brought us no plates to set the biscuits or appetizers on. Had two different waiters. One food runner who brought no plates with him. Regular waitress brought none, and had to ask her for silverware. You know how that camera time is girl. The food was good. Once again, waitress was not observant of our table. We waited twenty minutes for our check. I had to ask someone at bar for our bill. Not even babysitting will get you a toothpick at this Red Lobster. You gotta ask for everything. Very "ghetto".

Appetizers we ordered were mussels and stuffed mushrooms. The apps were delicious but our server brought no plates. Finally, I got up to ask someone to please bring us some. Our server took our order for entrees when she brought our apps? Meanwhile, the food was cooling. Had wood grilled salmon with grilled shrimp. They were both quite tasty. My baked potato was not cooked through, had to ask for another. My green beans, while fresh and looked beautiful, were overly salted to make them inedible. The table next to us left, thank God, so I was able to remove our dirty dishes myself and put them on another table. Service was not that great but the food was typical Red Lobster quality. $130 for 4 hungry luncheon diners

Service is always great here. I love their signature biscuit. You can always ask for more biscuits if you like. Salad is fresh. Food came out warm and tasted great. Love this chain restaurant. Manager always goes around to check how everybody doing. Great job! The reason I gave 4 stars is because this Cheyenne REd Lobster serves smaller shrimps than other ones.

The red lobster in cheyenne is better than the one we are used to in salt lake. Very friendly service and fast!

Our daughter asked to go for lunch and we made the mistake of agreeing. Just a TERRIBLE experience. The food here really is appalling. My wife chose fish tacos that smelt strange when served and luckily before she ate one saw mold on the soft taco shell!!!! The fish also smelt off. I had salad and soup, the Caesar salad was old and limp with no crunch to the lettuce, as if it had been made for a couple of days. The soup that accompanied my meal was heavy in an uncooked flour way and flavourless. My daughter had the same thing and agreed. So after one inedible and two poor meals we paid for the 2 soups and salads and left to eat somewhere else. I don't expect fantastic food at any franchise but at least it should be fresh and edible....

We ate there last night. The service was good and I loved the shrimp trio. I was also pleased they had Samuel Adams on tap.

2-27-2015 My husband, and 2 adult sons took me to RL for my 69th birthday! There was a wait of abt 20 min. so we went into the bar to have a drink. The girl bartender CARDED everyone--she said she cards everyone.. I had just renew my drivers license and the old one had been voided-I did not have the paper part w me. Now there was not a SOUL in the bar that was under 40---She would not serve me-and the "manager" would not either. NOW just when do you use COMMON SENSE??? When we were seated to eat--not a problem I had a glass of wine...That bartender I'm guessing got caught serving "friends" or others that were underage..SO she was CYA!! BUT I still think "COMMON SENSE" should have been used. The bar manager should have used some COMMON SENSE too! Will NEVER go to the bar at RL again!! Dinner service was great. But it was a real damper on my birthday!

Food poisoning alert!!!!!!!! I seriously thought I was dying from how sick I got from eating here. Which is really upsetting bc I'm a huge Red Lobster fan! I was sick for days and still to this day (been a week) I feel nauseas daily. I tried contacting Red Lobster about this and they have not responded, which makes me even more dissapointed. I definitely do not recommend and caution you to stay away for your own health.

Ate at RL tonight. The stuffed sole and shrimp scampi did not dissappoint nor did the decaf and biscuts. The three star rating came from the big let down with their stuffed mushrooms. They used to be great but you might save your money and have something else. Also the service was a bust. Got appetizers but no plates. Had tonask for plates and biscuts, both which arrived with the salads. Then came an extraordinary wait for the entree. will go back but it might be a while. Definitely has slipped from what itvused to be.

My parents wanted to come here or a steak place for their 50th Anniversary. Called the night before to make reservations and were told they did not take take them and it was first come first serve. When we arrived we are seated at a table that barely fit us. On our way to the table, we walked by several tables put together to accommodate a party where only one person was seated waiting on the rest of their party. I bring this up only because most places that have the First come, first serve" policy require that the entire party be there before they are seated. This Red Lobster does not. I asked to speak with the manager and was informed they do not require the entire party to be there. I maintained my composure which was pretty good considering I was running on four hours of sleep and my back was killing me. I wanted our small celebration to be without an incident, so I bit my tongue and did not embarrass my parents. I did not mark any stars of for me not knowing there policy, but thought this information may be useful for others wanting to work their seating policy to their advantage. BTW, kudos to the manager that night (6/27), I was miserable and the slightest comment would have set me off. Then the police would have had to come and...I digress. He was courteous, professional and yet understanding.. The rest of the dinner went nicely, (Except the argument between dad and I when I grabbed the check...I won). The manager came by a couple times and asked if we would like to move to one of the larger tables that opened up. We had a table of food and were managing the real estate efficiently enough that we stayed. But we appreciated the fact he came by and offered it to us. We had the following on the table: Appetizers: Shrimp Nachos - Excellent... but the cheese was a little sparse. More chips than the toppings. Lobster-Crab-and-Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms - Excellent. Just enough for one each. Sweet Chili Shrimp - Awesome. Should have gotten 2 orders. I would have been satisfied with this as my main course. Dad loved them too. All of our entree's were excellent and there were no complaints. I remember the following items... Stuffed Tilapia Coconut Shrimp Walt's Shrimp Lobster-Topped Wood-Grilled Shrimp New Orleans Blackened Salmon We had desert too. I can only speak to the Key Lime pie as no one was sharing theirs. Service was very good.

Was very sceptical at first. We actually went to another restaurant first, but they were closed on sunday. We ordered a sweet & spicy shrimp app. It was very delicious. Than our entre came and the snow crab was excellent, our waitress Sarah was super. I also thought it was a nice touch that when they seated us, they asked if we were celebrating anything special. I am a chef, and it takes a lot to impress me. Good job red lobster. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the rest rooms.

The food at Red Lobster is normally awesome, and its that way here also. The quality is always fresh, and has amazing flavor. The only thing I've ever had an issue with here is the service. Normally its one extreme or the other. Either your service is amazing, or you have wait staff that don't even walk to your table. Its kind of hit and miss here. Plus, as all other Red Lobsters are, they are kind of pricey. Other than that, the food is great here.

By far the worst restaurant in Cheyenne I've been too. The server was brand new which wasn't terrible but you could definitely tell she was trying her best. I ordered a strawberry mojito and when it cam out it looked like water with mint leaves and some strawberry chunks in it. I tasted it and it was terrible. I switched to a Margarita, the first was decent but the second tasted like it was just plain Margarita mix from a jug with no alcohol in it. The server got the manager and she made me a new one that was better than the one before. Our appetizers were the only good part of the meal. Once we actually got our main course they forgot one whole part of what I ordered. Thanks to the service staff and manager for being so polite and apologetic but that does not make up for the amount of money I spent of sub-par food that now has my stomach turning.

The food was your average red lobster good and the staff was good. We had Jason as our server and he was very personable. Very easy to talk to. Our food came out a little slow but it was the end of the night and they were near closing hour. Don't know if that was the reason but ill chalk it up to tired chefs. The food was decent and flavorful. We got plenty of the cheddar bay biscuits which kept hubby happy while we waited for our meal. The 2 for $25 deal is going on now so we got a pretty good deal on our food. The only thing I wish is that their 2 for $25 had a little more variety. I managed to find one I liked though (the salmon) and hubby got the chicken. Both were tasty and fresh. I'd return if ever in the area.

A I've been to Red Lobster about 4 times in a few different states and its either the food or the service that leaves a bad taste own my mouth... It doesn't take much to make me happy. Just be nice to me and don't say, "we'll at least you got some right?" When my husband has to go to the bar to get us waters because we wait for 15 minutes....not cool.6

I would leave less than one star if I could. We came in with a party of 7 and were told we had a wait if up to 45 mins, then we're asked 3 times if we could split our party up all the while the continued to seat everyone else in the waiting room. The hostesses stopped glancing our way and proceeded to ignore us. If my 73 year old father didn't love seafood it would never never never come back here again. The hostesses at this red lobster are the most inept I have ever encountered. Don't come here, there are plenty of other places to eat in Cheyenne.

The lobster tails with the lobster lovers entree were terrible. Tough and rubbery, overcooked. The linguine was ok. The waitress dropped off the food and we never saw her again, despite the place being half empty. Never going back.

The food here is very good, but the management could be better. We waited for a table for over a half hour, which is normal for a holiday in Cheyenne, but when we walked to the back of the restaurant the air conditioning was out and it was around 90 degrees inside. We asked why they did not tell us about the AC when we arrived and they had no answer. We would have appreciated a heads up so we at least had a choice to stay or not. So we just left and went to Olive Garden which was much nicer.
