We called ahead and when we got here we were seated immediately, even though there were a bunch of people waiting. The service was great, and our waitress was really nice. We always get the chicken Alfredo, but this time the noodle were undercooked, hence the four stars. Make sure you order Alfredo sauce for your breadsticks.

I always enjoy Olive Garden.Their salads are great, always fresh. Soups are always yummy. I've never been disappointed with entrees and the wait staff are always very friendly!

Food tastes like it is reheated from frozen and sits under heat lamps. Wine glasses are dirty.

For basic Italian, Olive Garden is good. Nothing too spectacular about the food, (except for the Gorgonzola Alfredo) and the service is consistently slow, unorganized, and not always friendly or inviting. Also, not sure if it's because the way the building is built or the ceilings or what but if you plan to have any sort of meaningful or important conversation forget it. The place is like Union Station. Babies crying, cell phones, dishes clanking around, loud patrons etc. however our favorite date night to avoid all that is go eat in the bar. Exceptional service from Megan and Char, prompt, quiet, and enjoyable. Skip the dining room if you can! All in all, not the best, not the worst.

Food is good, typical Olive Garden. The staff is friendly and polite. This place is always busy though, be prepared to wait.

We had a large group of 40 and they did a great job. The service was great and the food was excellent! Love the soup and breadsticks! Highly recommend!

Amanda is the nicest server ever! We sat in the bar and she was our server! Us 4 woman are a handful especially after a drink but she was great! We came in for my grammys birthday dinner after a much needed girl experience at the nail salon in the shopping center before and we were lucky enough to get a server who knew what being excellent and kind means! She had the kitchen separate my wifes and mine food since we were sharing and my grams & mother food came out looking fantastic!!! She is a GREAT server!!! Amanda is the lady to see when u go in.....there was a great young r lady with an amazing personality who served us our food and took pictures for us and she was quite cool!! Great food, great drinks, great service thanks amanda

My wife and I have been here three times now and 2 of the 3 have been great. This past third time was good but not great. All times we've been greeted and seated fairly quickly and our servers have been extremely polite and attentive. This last time our server was ok but not as good as the first two times. He didn't seem to have any sense of urgency when it came to getting our order or getting our food out. All times though the food has been great! The fried risotto bites are my favorite side dish along with one of soups (can't remember the name but it has sausage in it).

Good portions, great taste, and worth the visit. The garlic sticks are awful, and they should switch to a better tasting bread, but the food is good!

Service was marginal food was bland we received salad with the core still in bread sticks and appetizers at the same time then with in 5 mins had the main course our table was covered I. Full plates no way to enjoy the courses real let down oh kicker waitress rushed us out of there! Probably a good thing the manager never came to our take to see how things were! It made for a shitty date night with the husband will not return. To this location. And may be a while of others

We were celebrating my mom's birthday & there were 14 of us. Excellent food; excellent service from Dylan & Frank. Not unlike her surprise birthday party here for 50 of her close friends - 1st party of its kind at Olive Garden. Always am a fan of the all-you-can-eat salad & breadsticks. Portobello ravioli rocks!

OK for mass produced italian fare. Service is marginal. I will avoid this one in the future.

Service was fantastic, waitress was very attentive, that being said the food once delivered was horrible. My wife ordered tour of Italy and it was burnt top and bottom. The waitress that dropped the food of looked nervous to put it on the table. I ordered the chicken fetticini Alfredo. The noodles were completely dried out. We gave the food back and the manager compt our meal that we didn't touch and gave us a gift card. The staff was very friendly but the food was terrible. I will never frequent THIS olive garden again. I should of listen to the previous reviews of this place, none of them good. I would hope the the owners actually read the reviews and try to fix this restaurant but it doesn't look like it.

We took a large group during lunch time on a weekend so the wait was 30-40 minutes. (Not bad for a big city but were told 20 minutes when we put our names on the waiting list). Once seated we were given two servers to keep up with our orders. They were very accommodating when we added one more to our party at the last minute & the staff never complained. Will definitely come back again since it made a great place for all our family to sit & visit with good food. (I would suggest you ask someone other than the manager to take group picture ... He wasn't very good at it and cut off two of our group in the pic).

My whole family went to Olive Garden, the service was pretty crappy. Our server was nice, but the food took forever, and it wasn't her fault. We didn't get our drinks from the bar till halfway thru our meal. Our breadsticks, my favorite part, were so hard and cold. I ate a ton of salad, and I had mussels. All of it was super tasty, however halfway home We had to pull over I was sick. My fiancé, my daughter, and I were all sick. My son didn't get sick but he also didn't eat the salad. I don't know if the food was the reason why we got sick, but I wouldn't want to risk feeling that way again. I will not be going back.

Nothing specutacular about this place. Breadsticks were dry....lasagna was not very hot and mushy. Bartenders service are always good if you sit at the bar.....

Horrible service, which is sad because the food isn't bad. If you are in the mood for Italian, try Mondello's. It's less crowded and the food is just as good - if not better.

Came in so excited for never ending pasta bowl. Up 30 hours straight for work and looked forward to this all day. Took 45 minutes to sit. Ok, understandable, it's a busy Thursday night. Woman took our drink and food orders since we knew what we wanted. 5 minutes later drinks come. Great start! Salad and soup follows shortly after. Terrific! The waitress is gone 2 seconds and here comes our pasta. Boyfriend hasn't even gotten his beer yet, and my spoon hasn't grazed the top of my soup...and main courses are here. Waitress says "wow, these came out way fast. I can put them under the warmer if you'd like?" the warmer? Rather have it here...thanks. Couple bites into soup I try the pasta. It's like pasta that has sat on your stove ALL day. It's dry, there is not nearly enough sauce, and it's cold. Disappointment sets in. Waited 15 minutes for the waitress to ask for more Alfredo. That took another 10 minutes. By now, my crappy stovetop pasta is ice cold and smearing the luke warm bland Alfredo sauce over it does nothing to improve it. At the point of tears from exhaustion and lack of decent service. What's worse is hearing all the waitresses around me treat their customers with kindness and courtesy - not like cattle. Ended up leaving the table I was so frustrated. Fiance ended up getting me a new hot bowl to go, but not without a slew of excuses from management. Would have rated 0 stars if I could have.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
