This 5 Guys is very good; every time I have been here they have been polite and quick. The food is good, and you get a ton of fries. The place is clean and busy. One thing though the restrooms are one toilet only and there is always a line.

I've tried hard to like this place. After numerous tries, I can now say that I love this burger joint. The only thing that was a little disappointing was having to stand in line for a one toilet restroom. I was hoping to try for a successful flame thrower before stuffing my gullet with another one of their tasty burgers and bag of fries.

Meh... It's a Five Guys... What's to like? What's not to like? I'm sure most people are familiar with the franchise. The best of the multi-national chains? Sure... But nothing terribly exciting compared to some of the smaller chains (Note: In-N-Out. Shake Shack.) As a rule, I generally go to Five Guys chains if I can't find anywhere better... if I'm in a hurry, this franchise usually wins... But, waiting 30 minutes to order? At this Five Guys location? It's really not worth the time investment, to me... I've got other shit to do, and this place is not one of the better burgers I've had. Not even close. Not even in Casper. Also, the fries at this location tend to be soggier than I remember them being at other locations... I could be wrong, though...

Set up like any other 5 guys. For the price we paid our burgers were very greasy. We ordered the Cajun fries. They were TERRIBLE and actually made both of our stomachs hurt. It almost was like the seasoning was baked into the fries. I could hardly eat even a cup full. I don't think I will be going there if I visit Casper again.

They must have gotten the greasy burger memo because both fries and burger were not oozing anything but the sauces I ordered. Can customize any way you want for no extra charge, so load up! I love when I can have sautéed mushrooms an grilled onions and all the goods too. There is malt vinegar to sprinkle on fries too, and nice sized little bowls for ketchup- no aggravating little foil packets at this joint! A nice chocolate malt would have finished things off to perfection, but only fountain drinks available:-(. Otherwise a good place to grab a quick tasty burger!

Very good hamburgers, they are made fresh! I don't like the peanut shells all over the floor but this seems to be at every five guys. I just wish they would use a little less salt on the yummy fries. You never get homemade fresh fries anymore. I give them a 5 star for this. We really like it here, for Casper this is a great addition.

Great custom burgers to your likeing! I wasn't a big fan of the French fries, they were okay. However after eating one I could feel a pimple forming on my face. :-/ If you don't mind oodles of grease of a burger joint this is the place for you!

NO! just NO! i went here with my girlfriend yesterday cause we flipped a coin; heads= 5 guys burger and fries, tails= olive garden. I wanna give them a better rating but no, they messed up everything. We came into the store which smelled great, had friendly cashier but when the food came after 10 mins later it was wrong; both burgers we ordered were wrong, my girlfriend didnt mind what she had so we kept hers and i exchanged mine, which came out wrong the second time..o well... fries were extremely burnt, it was burnt and soggy which is a weird combo, it tells me that its stale fries refried extra long. dont think ill be going back to this place again.

ok it is what it say burgers and fries. I liked the fact the burgers were made from fresh ground beef vs frozen patties served everywhere else. The fries were fresh cut but they were very oily and I needed lots of napkins. It is better than say going to MCD's or BK but it is still fast food. A bacon cheese burger that is a good size is $6.99 for just the burger the fries cost you $3 to $4.99 (the large for $4,.00 is like a medium soda cup filled with fries) and a drink sets you back another $2.40. I like that they have a lot of topping s grilled onions, mushrooms, peppers...then all the usual toppings. plus they offer BBQ and a1 in addition to normal ketchup, mustard and mayo.

I would agree with other reviewers. This place is nothing special. The meat is good quality. It's ok for fast food. The burgers are actually smaller than expected, and you are left questioning why they cost so much. There are better places in town to get a burger.

My husband & I have eaten at Five Guys several times since they opened. LOVE burgers so have had them at most of the Restaurants here in town. Must say these are the best we've eaten. Just ate at the new Sonics today, and no one can hold a candle to Five Guys! Love them...always red hot and juicy!

Five Guys in Casper was a nice surprise on my visit last week. Can you please turn down the music???? Other than that it's a great place to eat. Bacon burger with jalapeños and grilled onions, yummmm. The fries were perfect here, the cook didn't pour the entire bottle of Cajun seasoning on them. The Escondido, Ca. location cannot get it right. The outdoor seating is nice, but it's going to be colder than a b***h in a few months and the noise inside will drive away business, turn down the music!!!! ONE STAR!!!
