The only reason I'm not giving this place 4 stars is because they don't deliver to Oglebey. Food was delicious and worth the drive down the mountain

Worst chineese food over ever had...it's not chineese . I'll tell you that. Beef and broccoli sauce is from Kroger and the beef egg Foo young with turkey gravy was a travesty . (I know egg Foo young isn't chineese) but this was an omelet with onions and un seasoned beef.

Of all the Chinese to choose from in the Wheeling area, this place is not my go-to. Mostly unremarkable and typical American-Chinese buffet dishes. The only standout is the garlic chicken.

This place has THE BEST Chinese food I've ever had. Their crab rangoons are AMAZING and the General Tso's Chicken is delicious and the portions are very generous. Whenever I go for the lunch buffet these 2 items are pretty much all I consume. I'm puzzled by the negative comments by other Yelpers, I've been going here for many years and have always had nothing but the best food & service. Stop in one evening for dinner, sit back in one of the covered booths, order yourself a "Fog Cutter" (but only one unless you have a DD!) and enjoy some amazing Chinese food.

I travel a lot for work and never eat at national chains. I also try to hit 1 Chinese eatery in every city I visit. This is by far my favorite. I thought it would be your typical mediocre fair. But, the General Tso is crispy on the outside and tender inside. Very flavorful sauce. Crab Rangoon was great. Service was quick but lacked any personality. Will definitely come back when in Wheeling.

I love this place. Their crab rangoons are some of the best I have ever had, General Tso's Chicken is delicious, and the eggrolls are excellent. Service is good and the food always comes out quick and is fresh. I recommend going for the lunch buffet. It's small for a typical Chinese buffet, but the selection is still good and the quality is much better than other Chinese buffets. I always make a point to go here fore lunch when i am back in town visiting. I've been all over the place, and lived in Pittsburgh and now San Diego, but Silver Chopsticks is still my go to restaurant for good Chinese food. It's hard to find really good Chinese food, but this place has it.

I've eaten here on a couple of occasions for their lunch buffet. The food is decent but nothing special. There are definitely better options for Chinese food in Wheeling.

I stopped by here the other day with my sister for a quick dinner. I was a little nervous because some of the reviews but I wanted to try it. When I got in there the hostess was really rude, she just stared at us for a minute before coming over and seating us. The guy who poured our water was rude as well. Then our waitress was was rude barely listening to our order and not stopping when she asked if we needed something just running by us. We ordered general tso's chicken with fried rice. the chicken was actually really good. but the rice had no flavor and had to be mixed with the sauce to be good. over all. I would go back for the food. but the service sucks!

So-so Chinese food with little flexibility for the vegetarian crowd. The lack of stars is for both the lack of accommodation as well as for lack of flavor. Silver Chopsticks has claimed to have exactly the same menu and preparing practices as Golden Chopsticks, another Chinese restaurant in Wheeling, but this is not true. The food does not have the same finesse and vegetarian options are fewer.

Perfectly decent Chinese food. Good, not great, but a good solid meal. The lunch buffet is a little short on selections, only 8 dishes plus noodles, fried rice and those heavily battered chicken pieces.

Oh, you poor vegetarians. Try some meat. I've eaten there a couple times. The food is good but I would recommend getting the meat dishes. the crab rangoon is very good. I've had both beef and chicken dishes. the hot and sour soup is also good.
