Was sceptic about trying because of low reviews. But I really enjoyed my meal. Great selection, tasty food, would come back if ever back in area.

This place was just GROSS! What in the world was that shit I left on my plate?? And a greasy plastic drink glass !! Food at its worst...ugly decor, and high prices. When asked if everything was OK, not apology for this insult to my taste buds...stay out a there!

I'm surprised this place doesn't have any reviews yet. It's tucked away in a strip mall and we only found it using Yelp. We were driving through town on our way East and needed to find a fast lunch that wasn't fast food. We spotted AC Buffet and figured we'd give it a try. Lots of variety, solid Chinese options, with a few American choices and sushi thrown in the mix. The kids liked the sushi (most variations of a California roll) and the husband and I liked the chicken and broccoli and beef and peppers. Everything was pretty good to really good, mostly depending on how fresh it was. Dishes were being refilled consistently and the food quality was good. The ice cream for dessert was excellent. Best of all was the price, for four of us (three adults, one kid) the bill was under $27 for lunch for a ton of food. What a happy road stop lunch for our family!

I think this place is underrated. For a Chinese buffet, it's definitely one of the best in the area. There's a variety of food, with all the favorites: crab rangoon, dumplings, a variety of chicken dishes (including great peanut butter chicken), seafood, et cetera. They have a selection of desserts, including fresh cut fruit and a wide choice of ice cream by the scoop. They also have a hibachi grill and offer take-out by the pound. I will definitely be back.

Much like any cheap buffet, this place has a very affordable price and largely forgettable food. I had several OK items, several bad items, a few good items, and one legit very good item. The best thing I had were the cream cheese puffs, they were done very well. The ice cream was good too. The Hibachi portion of buffet restaurants such as this are typically pretty good, but the food here looked pretty aged and I wasn't brave enough to try it.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
