WVU alum here, rusted musket was my favorite place to eat in Morgantown. The LA is to die for. The food and concept they sell here is amazing. The service may be a little slow and they do get busy late night but just know to call way ahead of time. Whatever time they tell you double it and you can't lose. It's Terrible people are bashing this place because of the service. Have you seen the kitchen? They can only work so fast. When in Morgantown always eat musket.

Good drunk food but the terrible service ended my business with them. They are rude, slow, and careless. I ordered a sandwich and cheeseballs on a weeknight. They told me an hour. Two hours went by, and they said they were on the way. Another hour went by and they said I was next for delivery. A fourth hour went by and they said they had delivered my food, and didn't believe me that I hadn't received it. They then became nasty and rude with me, and eventually hung up on me. Assholes.

The service is as slow as Oscar Pistorius inside of a jail cell. They don't make your food until you ask them where it is. After you get their sandwich, you enjoy it for a brief 17 minutes until your peeing out of your butt while crying on the toilet. Not worth it.

I ordered from here twice. The first time I figured it was slow getting to me because it was the weekend and the weather sucked. The second time was during the week and clear skies. Both times left me waiting a little under three hours and the food was cold. Maybe the food is decent when it's hot and the wait time isn't hours away. I wouldn't know, though.

After waiting almost 2 hrs waiting for my food. I was hung up on 3 times by a man who sounded completely drunk. Im never ordering from here again. Ive never been so disrespected. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Two stars because the LA (steak and buffalo chicken, cheese and fries) is delicious when you're drunk. As well as the cheeseballs. But I could make this sandwich better myself. Should have no stars for how terribly this place is run. Out of all the times I've ordered delivery here... I've only actually had it delivered to me once. Most recently upon visiting as an alum for a game a bunch of us had ordered. They told us 45 minutes. Hour and a half later nothing. 2 hours later nothing. 3 hours later nothing. Mind you we called back FOUR times. Each time they had another excuse. For the hell of it we called back the next day asking where our order was. They were confused. Don't expect to get your food much faster when you go in for take out either. My friend actually fell asleep at the table waiting for two hours to get her sandwiches. I just don't get it. You're in Morgantown. Not some big bustling city. If you have too many calls to handle... why not just hire an extra chef? An extra delivery person? FYI - the only reason this place is still in business is because new people keep buying it and just keep the name. I have an idea how to make your place a success Musket... actually MAKE the food your customers order!

Ahhh good old Musket...I mean I got to give it to them, for the quality of the food and the actual restaurant, I can't believe how long they've been open. Places like that come and go so fast in Motown, but Musket has been killin it for years. That's because their product delivers: huge sloppy sandwich's that take months off your life. And hot damn are they tasty. Open late and cheap, can't argue that.

Awesome sandwiches and in a pretty good spot. Absolutely terrible and slow service though. Worth going if you bring beers to wait for your food to be made. The Tucson sandwich is unreal.

I love Rusted Musket. The Albuquerque is one of my favorite sandwiches. How can you not enjoy a sandwich loaded with french fries, cole slaw, spicy chicken and chopped steak in between 3 pieces of Texas toast? Def a local attraction, and a must have if you are in town.

The stackers are great, although the last couple times I got them there seemed to be very little coleslaw on them, which is too bad because it's one of my favorite parts of the sandwich. Good for a late night bite too especially if you have been out or something. They deliver although I haven't had anything delivered in a while because its usually a lot quicker to just drop by and pick up your order.
