5 stars!! Appetizer called calamari with sweet chili sauce made me fall in love. I'm from the south & they know how to make a great sweet or flavored tea for you. Had a wonderful waiter. Steak was perfect!!!

My husband I went here for the first time using gift cards to pay for our meal. We got there around 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. It wasn't very busy at all. We sat at a high top near the bar. Our server was very nice and did a great job. The food was just ok. I ordered a filet meduim rare. It was supposed to come with risotto that they were out of. Not only was my filet and mashed potatoes cold when they came out, they also charged me a up sale charge to change my potatoes to a side of mac and cheese. My husband got prime rib which he said was pretty good. I would never go back for the food at those high price points, and spend my own hard earned cash. Thankfully we used gift cards to pay.

Came on a Friday afternoon, with my wife and in-laws, intending to see a movie up the hill an hour and a half later. That almost didn't happen. Service was fast enough at first, when they brought our drinks and appetizer (a pretty good stuffed mushroom dish). We then sat for a good 30 minutes waiting for our food. Once it came, every dish was poor. My steak was correctly cooked (Medium Rare) but luke-warm. It was cold by the time I finished it. My sweet potato was tasty and cooked well. A little stringy. My wife's steak was overcooked (she ordered Medium, and got Well Done. No pink.) It was also luke-warm. She enjoyed her sweet potato. My mother-in-law ordered a steak (Medium) and a loaded potato. She ended up getting a Well Done steak (also luke-warm), with a baked potato, unloaded. When she pointed it out that she ordered a loaded potato, the waitress said... "Oh no! I guess I'll bring you out some cheese and sour cream and you can load it yourself!" Load it herself? I guess she doesn't need her melted cheese. My father-in-law got chicken tenders, which were just fine. He also ordered vegetables. Those never came. We then sat, after eating, for a good 10 minutes or so waiting for our check. Once we got it, we only had about 15 minutes before the movie started. We were so frustrated with the waiting and the food that we handed the waitress the credit card immediately after looking at the check (the vegetables were not included). 10 minutes later, the waitress had not yet come back with the check. My mother-in-law suggested my wife and I head out to the car, maybe to encourage the waitress to notice we were itching to leave. After we left, we waited outside for a good 5-10 minutes, when they finally came outside. Apparently the waitress came back eventually with the correct check, but the wrong credit card. The waitress went back to get the right card, and STILL came back for the second time with the wrong credit card. The third time, the waitress went to get the manager and apparently they may have double charged our meal, and to look out for it on the statement. We would've stuck around and talked directly to the manager, but we had a movie to see 5 minutes ago, so we left. They will be hearing directly from us soon. We came at 2:30pm on a Friday and should've been able to get in and out quickly. There were maybe 10 other tables throughout the restaurant that were occupied. It was NOT busy.

The outlaw ribeye is too fat, I don't think it is as good as Texas Road House' s. The well done sirlion was burned. Overall, the longhorn steakhouse is not good restaurant I recommend.

Haven't had a bad meal here! Best advice is to always order a watermelon margarita :)

This place stinks. - no really it does. There is some funk smell in the place. Not sure if it is the carpet, the drains or the sewer. What ever it should be corrected. I can't believe no one has said anything about it.

We had a wonderful time at longhorn steakhouse. We ordered the filet and the parm-crusted chicken...both were cooked perfect and tasted excellent. Service was good and attentive. The sides were also good and filling. Good place!

I have to admit, I avoided Longhorn for awhile because an old roommate worked there, and he had bad things to say about it. So, it took me awhile to try it out. Glad I did. The food, while not the absolute best in the world, is of higher quality than the other steakhouses in the area. I could tell that my cut of beef (ribeye - medium rare) was a good cut. Whoever grilled it knew what they were doing. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The ginger lemonade is also really good. Even though there are stuffed animal heads hanging from the walls, staring down with pleading eyes as I digest their comrades, I will definitely go back there.

Longhorn steakhouse review for 10.23.11 we drove a long time (almost 2 hours from our current location) to go here.... welll we had a business trip over here and it's almost worth the drive on its own! Anyways after a long blissful trip over there (but the day was a little rough before the trip LOL) we made it here and were seated quick and we ordered some coffees me and my sister both got coffee. They didn't have enough sugar packets though so we asked for those and they gave us some and we had our coffee however we asked another time for our second cups and we didn't have enough creame that time so it was kinda funny that we asked for a lot of sugar, however it was not a problem for our wiatress! She catered to it just fine.... then we waited a bit but not too l0ng (apprx 20 minutes) for our food and we chowed down.... I ordered a portabella mushroom chicken and it tasted different... not as deep flavored as the other version but it was more zesty and spicy... kinda good but not the same... LOL.... my loaded baked potato was great though!.... my sister got a small steak and it was a bit different tasting but still good. Her mashed taters were fine, but the gravy was wonky. Our waitress was very attentive and was fine with our weird coffee demands in the process. It came time to pay the bill and we wanted to give feedback to the manager, she got him, we waited a while to speak with him, however he came and we addressed the problems and he told us they changed suppliers for the chicken and that the older supplier was inconsistent with portions and quality... so they changed from one to the other.... then sis addressed the steak tasting different, and he explained they changed some of the process.... that was fine with us... and we talked about how we wanted a longhorn at our current location and he said there were plans and we were excited and he was happy with that as well. LOL... after some more discussions about some other things we said he'd give us a gift card and gave us one with 40 bucks on it!!!! That was FANTASTIC AND AWESOME OF HIM TO DO THAT!!!! I am very pleased with his handling our situation and we didn't even ask for compensation at all! AMAZING JOB!!!! I was going to give them 3.5 stars for this visit, however the manager's handling of it all and the waitress was very good with our coffee demands and our food makes this visit a 5 star visit!!!!!!!!!! Loving Longhorn even more!!

Longhorn is a fine chain if you're looking for a decent steak or other "American Fare." I can't stand Country Music but they kept the volume at a reasonable level. Service was a bit sluggish for 8:30 PM. We had the Wild Shrimp appetizer which was great ... Breaded fried salad shrimp, about 1/2 pound of them. Our steaks were fine. If you are weight watching make sure to ask them not to put butter on your steak. The side salads were a good size. The baked potatoes were a bit scraggly, but tasty.
