Went back today 8/8/15 and services and food was MUCH MUCH better. I'm happy that our other time here was just a bad night for all.

I ordered the Filet Mignon & Lobster. The Filet Mignon & Lobster were pretty good. The lobster was grilled with drawn butter. Not bad for a steakhouse! The Filet Mignon was butterflied and well done. I enjoyed my meal.

We have eaten here a few times and have always had a decent experience. The wait staff is usually prompt as I'd the service the rest of the service. Our last visit was good but not great, we arrived late because my an emergency with my job. When we arrived there was no hostess, we waited 5 min finially asking one of the wait staff if they were still open. The waitress was kind, and helped us make a good appetizer decision. The biggest complaint about our waitress is that my glass of water was almost always empty. Beyond this the food arrived in good time and was prepared correctly.

Dinner tonight was good, I was surprised at the value for the prices. The chicken fried chicken was really good, Scott got the sirloin and it was cooked perfectly, I got a sirloin with onion on bottom and fried onion on too(forgot what it was called) I wasn't crazy about it and the manager noticed I wasn't eating it. She was so nice and asked could she replace it to which I said no since I had eaten part of the huge chicken fried chicken and was full. Our server was exceptional...Celeste I think was her name!

So I have to admit, we never cook dinner at home. Since moving to Martinsburg, well really before that, we have been regular customers at this location. We lived in Hillsboro and discovered this place after randomly driving to Martinsburg after getting fed up with Route 9 East. We used to frequent the Sterling Va location, but this one is now our spot. From the first time we went in, the staff was phenomenal. We've probably had every server who works there and haven't once had anything less than perfect service. This place has to be the best staffed restaurant in the area, words cant say enough how much we like the people at this location. The food is great too, better than any other Logan's we've been too. They are all good, but this one in particular just does something the rest don't. Needless to say we are in for dinner at least twice a week, often more. Now that we live around the corner, we'll probably use any excuse we can find to stop in, it's that good. Thanks for doing what you do guys!

Not impressed with this place. Ordered salad to come out first and it came out after my steak. I ordered the steak rare and it was more than well done but since it took forever to come out I just ate it anyway. The server actually told me he thought something was wrong because the steak had been on 27 minutes. Also this place is pricey, I can go to the better outback and eat better for less. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was hungry and craving some steak, so I stopped in for lunch on my way back to NOVA from the Hagerstown Outlet Mall yesterday. Pretty easy to reach from I-81 S, so thought I would give this place a try. When I entered the restaurant, the host wasn't customer service oriented. Did not know which location of the restaurant to take me. He seemed rather confused and had to look at a chart, then consult with another employee who looked at the same chart. Really? Well, apathy fits perfect here. Luckily, my waitress was spot on. Service was prompt and friendly. I was carded for a beer, so at least she follows the rules, or I look young for my age. My steak and complimentary rolls were outstanding; however, the lobster tail was very rubbery, side salad too small, the rice was under cooked and the broccoli was too buttery. Rather sad that my steak, rolls and waitress were the highlights on my visit here.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is always amazing. I've never had a problem with the staff and they always try to make sure everything is ok at the table despite how busy it gets. Sometimes the wait is really long, but in the end it's always worth it.

My family and I have been here on 3 different occasions and i can honestly say the food is amazing, the servers are kind they dont bug you but dont leave you hanging either. Food is not too expensive and there's a slightly more then decent selection. Heres the rub...bring something to entertain yourselves because you will wait an unnecessarily long amount of time for your food. Our first time me and my wife waited 48 minutes for our food, we passed the time loading up on free peanuts second time about 40 minutes and third around a half hour. So expect a long wait.

Saw in the local paper that the health department closed this establishment again for health code violations.

We stumbled across Logan's because our initial choice was closed by the time we got there. Luckily my allergy to peanuts weren't on the extreme side because peanut shells were all over the floor as part of what folks do. Eat a peanut toss the shell on the floor. Our server was very nice. Food was okay nothing spectacular.

Gross. "Grilled shrimp skewer appetizer" was pan fried and swimming in butter, "salsa" was flavorless gassed tomato, unripened avocado, canned beans and corn, again drowning in oil. Chips were stale fried barely food grade. Health nut grilled shrimp salad had 4 chopped eggs on top, and the "fat free balsamic vinegarette" was a ramekin of oil... not specified on the menu gross- my husband ordered the salmon, came out still frozen in the middle. Don't waste your time. DISGUSTING.

Came here again for lunch with a Buy One Get One (BOGO) coupon. That's the only way to leave here with a sensible total on your tab. I got the 10-oz sirloin, with house salad and fresh broccoli. I ordered the steak rare (see the "stake" in the steak!) which is cool and red in the middle, but it really was medium, pink and warm in the middle. I didn't send it back. It tasted OK with salt and pepper seasoning. I suspect the grill was not that hot because the outside was not "charred." So, my expectation was for charred outside and red-cool middle and this did not quite measure up. Bear in mind, this particular offering is supposedly the house specialty. Wife had the buffalo wings. She opined that they were a bit hotter than expected. I don't really crave wings. They did look a bit overly "caked" with batter, and I prefer virtually no batter to fried chicken wings (sometimes called "naked"). So these reflect personal preferences and offered for your consideration. See pictures. For my steak outings, I prefer Texas Roadhouse (recently opened in Winchester, VA). Texas Steakhouse (locally in Martinsburg, WV and Winchester, VA) have fallen off my list. I can't really comment on Outback because I haven't been there in years. Also, haven't been to Longhorn Steakhouse (locally in Winchester, VA).

This place is great. The waiter, Hector was attentive without annoying me! The $3.25 margarita during happy hour (3p-6p everyday) was well worth the trip alone. Their drink menu could be a little more clearer on what happy hour drinks are, but overall a great experience!

Good drinks, decent food not a bad place to catch happy hour would recommend check the lobster some times under cooked but overall a nice family restaurant

Salad bowls were warm that's a no no in salad 101. Took a little bit longer than it should have. The change in the way they serve peach tea is outrageous since there are no free refills anymore, for the price you should get it should be free

Had lunch here today and was not disappointed. The staff is one of the best parts of the experience here, all of whom were friendly and helpful. I ordered the 66 cheeseburger which came with a large beef patty that actually tasted like meat for a change, a mix of both sauteed and sliced onions, pickles, tomato and lettuce. Included were either fries of their potato chips. The fries were good but on the thin side which cooled off more quickly (nothing worse than a cold french fry). I would definitely eat here again.

Well I have not been back to Logan's since their opening, so we stopped in for lunch. We were seated immediately and our server arrived right after. This was the best service I have had in awhile. Amanda was great. Drinks were always full and she checked on us frequently. We started with the Pick 3, cheese sticks, potato skins, and onion petals. They were all good. I had the Steak Melt and I really enjoyed it. It was loaded with onions, covered in cheese and served with a side of horseradish sauce. Others had steak, ribs, and a kickin chicken salad. Everyone was happy with their meal. Like I said, great service.

OK, nothing great for what you pay, if you have the time or live within reason to Winchester, Texas Roadhouse offers similar menu and pricing with superior quality.

Thought the wings were awesome! Garlic Parmesan wings were some of the better I've had. Stopped on a Thursday afternoon during happy hour so there were not many people. Bar was pretty nice. Limited selection of beers on tap, just the basic stuff. Pretty cool place for happy hour, I'll come back

Meh... Nothing special here, also nothing bad. Just plain old uninspired food.... It is what it is.

Always a good bargain and decent food choices. Menu has many reasonably priced items. Staff is very friendly and have never had a problem getting seated immediately. With the coupons or Nut-e Club offers you can easily eat for under $20. Coupons are always offered in most Sunday papers for extra $$$ off.

Went their today with my husband and 4 yr old daughter. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even though there were a ton of table open. After we placed our order it took them an hour to get the food out; we didn't have a complicated order (chicken nuggets, burgers). Waiter kept telling us it will be right out as we are seeing people who was seated after us get their food long before us. The manager finally came over and told us our order ticket never made it back to the kitchen. He didn't offer anything to remedy the situation (a nice offer would have been a free dessert). By the way the food wasn't that great either. Will never be going back.

Had lunch yesterday. The server was great, but the food was not so great. It was so salty neither my friend nor myself could finnish.

Been here 4 times and my order was messed up 2 of them. 1 time the manager took some off the bill one time nothing. Service is odd. Lots of staff but your cup runs dry. No wait usually and the kids love throwing the peanut shells on the floor. Everything is covered in a butter sauce or spray so high cals.

I have tried to come to Logans many times but the lines were always out the door long, but I finally managed to go their for dinner this Saturday night. We got fast friendly service from all the staff (hostess, waiter, and cook!). The fried Bayou shrimp appetizer was the my favorite item of the meal, it was well seasoned with some spice and served very hot along with some fries and a spicy dijon mayo type sauce. The house salad was also good with some blue cheese dressing, nice fat croutons that were surprisingly soft. The meal also came with 4 warm soft diamond shaped bread rolls and whipped butter which was nice as its served to all the tables before your dinner arrives. There is also a bucket of shelled peanuts at your table for you to snack on, just toss the shells onto the floor :P I ordered the grilled meatloaf which was a big slice and had nice flavor although my dad and I both found it a bit salty, the brown gravy and sauteed onions n mushrooms were definately adding to the salty flavor as well which was the downside to my dinner ,but it was still edible. The mac n cheese was decent too, not overly cheesy like a lot of restaurants. The loaded baked sweet potato was huge and came with a mass amount of small melted marshmellows, that's practically a desert in itself... and the cook had just about forgot to bring it with my dinner but she rapidly took care of the issue which was great. The atmosphere is a bit country/western with some TV's scattered throughout the place, its a good sized building. Another downside was with all the hostesses and such when we were leaving out the door no one actually told us "thanks for coming" aside from our waitress when she brought the check who wanted us to "come see her again sometime". Overall it was a pretty good experience, I do recommend giving it a try, Logans is definitely one of the better affordable chain steak house type places (although I'm sure most people still find it a bit pricey) and I'd probably rate this at around 3.8 stars.

I've been here one time and we all agree that we won't be going back. The food was ok, too expensive for what you get. The rolls were nasty and our cups were frequently empty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
