For starters...I love wing night. Probably one of my favorite nights of the week. So since I was visiting with my team from out of town I thought what a great time to have a wing night since it was close to our hotel. WRONG. We were seated right away and our drink order was taken 7 seconds after that......30 minutes later.....we get our drinks. We ordered food 20 minutes after that. 1 hour and 29 minutes later......we got our food. Wings were undercooked and gristly. It was hands down NASTY. Worst BWW I've ever been to. Oh do you like refills with your meal? Too bad you can't get one. Oh we waited so long that Happy Hour is over? Too bad, now it's angry hour: as in everything that will happen during this hour will piss you off. Oh, so you like your wings to be hot? Too bad we serve them cold. Don't go here. Just flat out....don't go here. No, there were tons of waitresses working, they evidently don't know how to share a workload. At one point when my buddy asked for more blue cheese, the waiter said "Calm down!" and walked away. Save your money, go to Wal-Mart, buy some frozen chicken wings and heat them up on the hood of your car. It will be faster and taste better.

Food is hit or miss. Service is guaranteed to be poor. Inattentive staff; both in the kitchen and on the floor. Could be a good place, but I'll only get take out. And, even that's dicey because they forget things...lots of things.

Dear BWW, If God is a Chicken You are Going to Hell. First the only reasons I ever go in this place is because they have a Golden Tee machine or I'm forced by a child who isn't old enough to know the food is horrible. I only give it one star because they have Golden Tee. The wings suck. If these were the wings they first made at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo we probably never have started eating wings. Because they are flaccid, small and over-sauced. Not to mention overpriced. The clientele is mostly 6-10 year olds or adult Pittsburgh Steeler fans. Ironic. I'm not trying to be funny it's true. The service is matter of fact at best. The beer is overpriced unless you want to drink bud light. There is a Wal-Mart next door and trailer park directly behind this BWW so whatever you do don't go on a Steelers game day unless your a geographically challenged Steeler Fan. Again I'm not making this up. For those of you who are offended by this I guess you know who you are. Please resist.

I travel often and usually rely on yelp to lead me to a good meal. I read the reviews and decided to give BWW a try as it usually has a ok beer selection. The reviews are spot on, this location blows. Counted four half decent non MillerCoors / Busch beers. Was the only one sitting at the bar just about. The service was less than stellar. I understand there isn't any competition in town, but have have some pride in your establishment.... Will not return. Should of gone to the copper kettle, that was my mistake this trip.

Boneless wings were so drowning in sauce they didn't even taste like chicken. Wait staff was so busy socializing they couldn't be bothered to ask how we were doing. Don't bother with this BWW!

When we entered the restaurant the entry doors were very dirty and sticky. Didn't start well for us. The dining area was so dark I needed to use my phone to read the menu. The food was typical Bdubs. Not terrible but not excellent either. The wait staff as great and helpful with made the experience better. If you're wanting to watch the game and eat, this is your place. If you're wanting a great meal, look elsewhere.

Service here sucks. First time at this location and we told our server that. She totally ignored it. I mentioned I was allergic to tomatoes and she did not even care. Food was decent. Got a crispy chicken wrap with teriyaki sauce. I enjoyed that but I didn't enjoy an inattentive waitress.

Service can be really good or shaky depending on who you get. Some of the servers and barkeeps are really awesome. The sauces are tasty but the quality of the wings themselves is questionable. I enjoy the video trivia but last time I played I had two playmakers in a row go dead during the game. This is a great place to watch fights with the shear number and size of TVs. For big events make sure to get there early since they fill up.

Wanted to give them another try and was yet again disappointed. We arrived and were seated immediately. We got our drinks and ordered....an hour later our food arrives. Waitress brought the wrong wings and asked the person if they would just try the ones she brought or would we like the kitchen to make the ones she requested. Wow. I will take the trip to a local bar for wings before this place...

Well, I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants across the country and I would have to say this one was the lowest quality of all. My brother and I were seated quickly and our drink order was quickly taken. We ordered our food and it came fairly quickly. When I received my wings the chipotle flavored wings were pratically naked without any seasoning, but my asian zing flavored wings were perfect. Overall, the food was good except for the chipotle wings.

This is place is on par with say Chili's bar and grill or maybe TGI Fridays int he fact of it being a chain restaurant and bar. It's clean and fast service were a plus for me. Their menu consists of burgers, regular and boneless wings (they have over 10 flavors) Ribs and various other sandwiches. The beer prices are reasonable, I paid $3.50 for a 24oz domestic draft. Wing and beer specials every tuesday night. On another note this is the only local place that has good wings that are actually deep fried and have a good amount of sauce on them. Coming from where I do wings are at every bar and most of them are very good it's been very hard to find any good ones down here.

I'm fairly easy to please. If you have the words "Buffalo" and "Wings" in your name, I expect you to have great wings though. Not just good sauces - but the actual chicken appendage that you are covering in that sauce should be good too. If your wings aren't tasty enough to be eaten plain, you have crappy wings. Buffalo Wild Wings has some really good sauces on terrible wings. Wings aren't hard to make. Get a decent sized chicken, kill it, cut off its arms, fry them, sauce, and serve. We're not talking rocket science here. However, BWW wings have gone down in quality as they have opened more chains. The wings themselves have gotten very small - more like pigeon sized wings, or maybe a severely anorexic chicken. The miniscule size of the wing is probably what is causing their second major problem: they often come out overcooked and ridiculously dry. No amount of sauce can disguise a dry, crappy wing. As far as wings go, the only thing BWW has going for it are good sauces. Mango Habanero and Asian Zing are great - sweet and heat in great proportions. Like most wing places, their super duper hot sauce is pretty crappy though. All heat and no flavor - and this is coming from a guy who eats habaneros on salad. It's not hard to make a flavorful super hot sauce, but BWW can't get it right. Overall, BWW is a good place to eat though. Their burgers are always pretty good. The prices are reasonable, and it is a great atmosphere for watching sports. If you are in a fantasy football league, ask them about having your draft there. They hook you up with free appetizers, each league member gets a $10 coupon good for another visit, and their staff is always helpful and friendly, even when dealing with our group of around 20 people with separate checks. I just wish they had better wings.

We started with the fried pickes. They are chips, I prefer spears. They had a crunchy coating (like corn meal), so we won't order them again, but perhaps try the onion rings (ordered at a table nearby) that looked good. Wife had a dozen wings with medium sauce and said they were REALLY good. She also had a side salad that I sampled and that was fine. Tomatoes missing, though. I had a "Mushroom Explosion" hamburger (limited time only special) with two patties, and fried mushrooms and swiss cheese in between the two patties. Excellent! The french fries were thin-cut potatoes and very good. Yes, it's a chain. Service was responsive and well-timed. We'll be back here.

Service is slow. Cute waitresses though. Food is not bad but far from great.

This review is only for the Buffalo Wild Wings at this location. Very disappointed with the service and food. Food arrived cold and had to ask my server for utensils. The server never asked if anything else was needed like refills ect... The bill total was $24.00 which was reasonable but when I gave the server two twenty dollar bills, he asked if I wanted change back. I did leave a tip but sixty percent would of been way too much.

Attracted to this joint by their whimsical flying buffalo logo (a buffalo with wings - GET IT?!), I spent the next hour and a half trying not to have a seizure from all of the TV screens, which were inexplicably blasting overly loud commentary from some soccer match in Spanish (while an actual, major NFL game was on). My food wasn't awful, but I felt bad for my girlfriend, who, characteristically enough, ordered some sort of chicken salad thing. She was expecting it to be a cold salad with at least warm chicken. But it was all cold. She asked for the chicken to be warmed up and the dunce came back with everything warm now. And, as we were obviously finished and waiting for the check, the dunce returned and asked if we needed a refill. I said no and we'd take the check - but instead, we got two new sodas. Ehhh.

Service was slow. Very slow. I was able to get my draft beer quickly, but it was p*as warm. The tall glasses they give you aren't frozen or cold at all. Ordered some simple wings and fries and they took forever to come out. Would have been nice if the bartender would have mentioned the specials on Wing Tuesdays, but I guess fulfilling all the drink orders for the bar he was a little busy. When my wings and onion wings did eventually they were ice cold. I wish the beer was that cold. I'll go to Outback next time like I initially was going to. On a semi positive note, the Blazin Hot Wings I had were really good.
