This Starbucks was a real let down. We drove all the way out to get a "you are hear mug" and the Barista had no clue what we were talking about. On top of that, they were closing early but there was no construction to be seen at all. We ended up having to sit on a bench outside to eat our food because there was no more outdoor seating. The Baristas here aren't very knowledgeable and overall this place doesn't feel like a Starbucks should.

Came here from out of town for a "You are here" state cup... No one seemed to know what they were and they didn't have any. Also had a sign up they were closing at 7pm due to some kind of "construction". Kind of a huge let down after driving 200 miles. Tea was good I guess.

I like the type of people this Starbucks normally hires, but ever since they got their new manager they have had serious organizational issues.

Pretty typical Starbucks but it gets very crowded in the morning although the baristas are friendly and your drinks are prepared very quickly. It's a good place to people watch in Pullman square if you can find seating.

One of my favorite Starbucks to visit. Always enjoy their Dark Roast (haven't met a flavor I didn't enjoy). People complain about Starbucks, but I think they are jealous of their awesome coffee.

The coffee is nearly perfect. My one pet peeve is the frequent occasion of having a barista who wants to talk to their friends (that happen to be customers) instead of making drinks.

Fairly average Starbucks. On the plus side, the employees were friendly and the store is in a great location, with the idea being you walk around downtown shopping and checking out the park, and then hit up Starbucks afterwards (or during.) On the negative side, the building is somewhat small for the size of crowd it attracts. I've been by there multiple times and it is always packed, with all seats filled. You also need to ask the employees for a code to unlock and use the bathroom, which I found somewhat odd, especially as the crowd was definitely not the "Pass out and vomit in the bathroom/homeless" type.

It's Starbucks! What else is there to say! What do mean my review seems biased?

I like this location. Great Starbucks location right on the corner of Pulman Square so you're not confined to the shop, you can walk around outside or sit in the square (when it's warm out, of course).
