When I lived in Germany 25 years ago, I got hooked on gyros, real ones that Greeks sold from carts. This is the closest stateside to the real deal that I have tasted. The staff needs better training, they had no idea what actually goes on gyros, but they were friendly.

I used to love this place and I couldn't remember why I stopped going there... Well I went back.. And I remembered why. The food is alright. It would be better if the workers knew what was supposed to go on the various pita options and could offer that as a suggestion. It would also be better if the workers weren't rude. It would also be better if it wasn't so expensive for what you're getting. It also is a little odd that the only drink options are soda or bottles- there's no tea. For a fast food place that's supposed to be 'healthy' it would be nice if there was a cheaper drink option besides soda. Otherwise you end up paying quite a bit more for a bottled drink and I find that annoying. $10+ per person once you get chips and a drink.

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon with a large group. The staff was extremely efficient and accommodating in filling all of the individual orders and the pitas were delicious. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Manager backhandedly accused me of forging a stamp/punch card for a free meal because hed never seen me in the Pita Pit before. I believe his exact words were, "where did you get this?" Lovely experience. Haven't been back since.

Great alternative to fast food! Love the steak and cheese pita as well as the chicken souvlaki. Generous toppings will be sure to fill you up! They also have a good frequency card. Every tenth pita is free. Double stamp on your card on Tuesdays.
