It's been a while since I've visited this establishment, and the food is still good. The staff is friendly and patient while I order or ask questions about options. The business is clean and the people making the food seem to care about my order. I've also visited the location in Huntington, and I get the same service at both places. The toppings seem fresh and everything tasted great! I also received my food in a timely manner, and the meat tasted properly cooked. I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Kanawha City.

I hadn't actually been to a pita pit before venturing in to this location. I just popped in for a quick pita and was actually pleasantly surprised at what I ended up getting. I chose a turkey pita on "white" pita bread and then loaded it up with veggies and even threw on some good old mayo and mustard for taste. The end result came out kinda looking like a pita burrito which was fine and it tasted delicious and held me over way on my road trip through town. I'd say this is also probably a good choice if you are looking for a place to get some take out as well for lunch or what have you.

I got a gyro and they had some frozen sliced meat they threw on the grill. They told me they were just like Subway but let's be honest. Subway would have been better and cost half the price.

My experience was great. Southwest Chicken Pita was quite good. For fast food, I was pleased. My interpretation of stars: 1 star - just start over 2 star - major improvements might bring me back 3 star - average and solid, I would come back if in the mood. 4 star - you've peaked my interest considerably, minor tweaks would get you to 5 5 star - mind blown

I was hoping for more of a Middle Eastern "to-go" menu. I wanted hummus and pita chips, etc. No, it's just pita sandwiches. oh and potato chips. Yes, I said potato chips! The only thing missing from the menu was the Peanut butter and Jelly pita... hey, they could make that a kids combo!! Total for two pitas sandwiches and one small drink was over $14.60. Tried it once and I won't return.

Prices are a bit high, but I've never had a problem with the food. My only real beef is that I have to keep getting on whoever is assembling my pita to add more hummus, because if you have the hummus pita, that's your meat!

Good pita sandwiches but priced too high. Lower prices may bring in more business.

"PIT" is the appropriate word in this this business name. After placing my order, I watched as the 'sandwich artist' proceeded to assemble my pita FOUR times, mangling it until it was incapable of being held in the hand. The pita was cold and stale (not to mention molested) and they had the nerve to charge a premium price! My first visit was also my last...
