Great food for great prices. Not a whole lot of parking or room inside. Makes it tough to eat there at peak time.

While the name might be misleading, you will not find a better hoagie in the area. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to make you comfortable.

This place has a wide variety on their menu, and the food is well priced. I've visited twice and neither meal has been 'good.'

Delicious lunch place! Don't look for gourmet food here, but DO order their chicken wraps with mixed peppers! I also highly recommend their house salad dressing!

I am a vegetarian and there is not enough variety of sandwiches on their menu. However, before I became a vegetarian I loved their hoagies! I loved the chicken hoagie with mixed peppers, It was delicious. Although I can't eat their food my family members still get it, and I am always jealous. Eating there isn't exactly a beautiful cafe or restaurant. However, my family says that the food makes up for the average environment and misleading name.

I work in Nutter Fort and often make the trip to this place for lunch. No, it isn't gourmet, but it is good honest food at a great price! I love their meatball hoagie with mixed peppers- very good! Their potato soup is good, their salads are okay- could use more of a variety of veggies, but everything was fresh. Their hot ham and cheese is good. Their tomatoes usually look amazing as opposed to the pink/green ones at other joints. Great place to stop for a quick lunch.

This place really annoys me actually. First the name is very misleading. It is certainly NOT Gourmet, nor is it a cafe. So I don't really get the name. It is a sandwich stand. You wait in line make your order and carry your food to your own table. They sell all sandwiches as far as I saw. I had a steak hoagie which I have heard from several people to be amazing....I was not impressed to say the least. Not enough meat, chewy meat, Dry, not good.

Great local place. Prices are fair and there is a good selection on the menu. The steak hoagie is my go to and is one of the better ones I've had in the area. Staff has always been friendly even when busy.

Misleading name. This place is a "sit down style" sandwich shop. The food is not bad, but is average. Price was good.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
