Been here many times and the food is always made to order. Very clean location that always stays busy, but the waitresses/waiters are on their game. I can't pick my favorite thing on the menu because I like almost all of it. Nice job folks!

After waiting 10 minutes to get our drink order taken is about the time when I started to question my decision to come to this Bob Evans. Our waitress, after realizing the previous waitress wasn't going to take care of us, eventually stepped up and got it done. Another 30 mins passed for us to get our burnt food on a dirty plate. Couldn't be more disgusted by this place. I will never go back there. Manager didn't seem to care about the poor cooks or service either. The real Bob Evans would be so disappointed in this place.

Food was good, but device sucked. Waited for 10 minutes to be seated while server jawed with friends, then order was wrong and had to wait longer.

We arrived about 1:45 pm on a Saturday and it seemed as if they were completely disorganized. We had to ask a passing server for assistance and she said she guessed she could help us. She proceeded to forget parts of our order and ignore our presence mostly. The food was okay (pancakes and eggs) but my husband's omelet was very dry and full of mostly onions despite needing other contents. I will say that 2 other tables seated at the time we were received the same treatment and service.

This used to be my family's favorite restaurant to get a good meal. The food and service was always excellent until about a year ago. We stopped going to this restaurant because the food and service did not warrant the higher prices. Decided to give them a try again Saturday night and found things had not improved. The dining room had only a few people seated but we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to clean a table. This wasn't an issue but the waitress sent out from the back to seat us was dirty looking in a grey, dingy, wrinkled, stained shirt (which should have been white) and she rubbed the snot from her nose onto her hands then touched the menus. Another waitress looked the same with messy hair and clothes. When we were seated, the table was sticky with something and the floor covered in discarded food no one bothered to clean up. We decided after seeing all this in the front -of - house, what must the back -of - house look like? We just got up and left and went to O'Charley's where they clearly know how to run a clean restaurant with excellent management. So sad that this Bob Evans has been allowed to be so mismanaged. Corporate, you need to make some changes here if you want to see the customers return and stay. We will not return until the reviews return to glowing!

We arrived at the restaurant at 19:50 and we waited for 15 min to be seated. All though many waitress passed by us and the manager looked at us and said nothing. Finally the manger seated us and then apologized for the wait. The wait was not the issue but many of the staff walked past us and said nothing. The manager even looked at us twice and never said nothing. well the waitress is doing a great job at saving the day. The food was very good and the service made the day. Great job Libby. 444311 ticket number.
