Great food. My daughter is a picky eater and she was in heaven. Gyros were packed beyond belief . yummy
I rate this place 5 stars for Wisconsin Dells area but if your from a major city with great food around every corner this would be more like a 3.5/4 star place. With that being said the beef sandwiches are very good and probably the best around in a 50 mile radius so you can't be too picky. I eat here at least once a year for our annual trip. They also added a little patio this year which gives you a view of the Noah's ark bridge. Kids will enjoy seeing people get drenched across the street while eating their lunch.
My family stopped here on the last day of our vacation. Wonderful service and great staff. Very clean restaurant. Amazing Chicago style dogs and great options for kids. We will definitely be back. Excellent value for the price.

The Cheese Factory has vegetarian and vegan food so good you won't even give a passing thought to meat. I've eaten here about five times, give or take, and it's always amazing. This go-round my favorite was the Eggplant Parmesan sandwich, featuring the best ciabatta bread I've ever had. Also on my radar were the Macho Nachos (simple but tasty as all get-out) and the Thai Bananas (good for an app, meal, or dessert - sweet and savory at once). One can't talk about The Cheese Factory without giving a shout to the amazing desserts. I tried my friend's banana cream pie on Friday and am still thinking about it today, four days later. I only live about an hour away, so I think I need to work The Cheese Factory into my life on a more-than-yearly basis.
Loved it! Easy to find something interesting and delicious sounding even though I am definitely NOT a vegetarian, nor is my husband. Great, friendly service. Great decor, loved the soda fountain and the spinning dessert case. It was tempting even though I avoided the desserts.
Came here the sunday before memorial day. I would have never found this place if I was not looking for a store i thought was called "Cheese Factory". I am so glad I found it! As far as I am aware, this is the only vegetarian/vegan restaurant in the Dells area. The building was a little difficult go notice amongst all of the other large attractions in the area, but luckily my navigation helped me find it. It is a cute house located next to the Wilderness Lodge. I was very excited to try this highly rated restaurant! The interior reminds me of scenes from an older movie. I loved the feel of it. Sat down at the bar and ordered a cappuccino. The woman that made it for me added a sugar heart on top of the milk. It was adorable. I ordered the breakfast links and mushroom stroganoff. Both were very delicious! The mushroon stroganoff had a delicious saucd on it but was so large that I could not finosb it! My boyfriend had the cheess pizza, which resembeled a pizza back home kn Chicago. Met a few friendly people at this restaurant who are regulars. Overall, the staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. Definitely would come back.

Just love the fresh, clean atmosphere! The cabins are so rustic, feels like your really a part of nature! Even had some wildlife visit by the sliding glass and doors! What a hoot!!!!
EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! We rented a 2 bedroom condo and this place was a "WOW" from the moment we drove into the property! This place has amazing view of the property, is very quiet(even at night if you have small children that go to bed early which we do) and is super relaxing! This place was JUST what my family and I needed! GREAT for kids! Cubby Cove waterpark inside of this resort is GREAT!!! Pros: Comes with grilling tools&wine opener(even though reservations said that it did not) Has gas grill on deck (no charcoal/lighter fluid necessary) Has a great coffee maker! Cons: No hand soap (have to bring your own) Not alot of hangers (can easily request more from the front desk) No ice bucket (need to request from front desk) Tips: Don't forget Pam spray and salt&pepper shakers if you an on cooking Don't forget tide&bounce for the washer/dryer We will DEFINITELY be going back later this summer so that we can take advantage of all the outdoor pools, waterparks and activities! (Outdoor opens May 23)
Loved this place! The in room jacuzzi was great! We rented the two bedroom condo for a 2 night 3 day stay and had a blast! This resort is by far the best in the Wisconsin Dells. Sure it is slightly more expensive than other hotels/ resorts in the Dells, but it is well worth it! Will be coming back for years to come!

If it was just based on service this would be an easy 5 star as the owners were very very nice! I love a good breakfast and this is just ok. Nothing special that I would come back for and the food reminded me of something on par with a Denny's.
Stuff's is off the beaten path in the Dells. We are fortunate and have a vacation home 10 miles outside the Dells. Stuff's is a really good breakfast joint. Tiny little place. It is family run and the people are very nice. Good coffee, good eggs, good potatoes, etc... I like little joints like this and the food is consistent and solid. Nothing fancy but good. I have not eaten anything but breakfast there so can't comment on other meals. I think they are only open until 2 p.m. and might have dinner on Friday?? Fish Fry?? Nice people, blows away a Denny's or a chain. It is nice to support the locals as much as you can and these seem like great people. It is a hoot and they have a frog chef statue outside to welcome you. Go and visit them.
Great sandwhiches!

Thunder Valley Bed & Breakfast Inn

Reviews:
This was my first bed and breakfast experience and I enjoyed every minute of it! Me and my significant other reserved a room here because we were spending a 1 1/2 days in Wisconsin Dells. I had previously been to Wisconsin Dells growing up so I wanted a new experience as an adult. If your looking for a rustic country experience this is the place to go. Previous reviewers on yelp said this place was great so I thought I would give it a try. Plus, we noted in comparison with other Bed & Breakfast's that Thunder Valley included breakfast in the price of the room which was an added bonus. Thunder Valley Bed & Breakfast is a family owned B&B that is also on a dairy farm. This also made the experience even more worth while. I always try to look for new and outside of the box things to do so this enticed me even more. All the staff there were very friendly and personable. Our last morning there we got to have breakfast in the dairy barn which was pretty awsome! They gave us a tour of the farm after breakfast. By the way breakfast was very delicious nothing fancy but the usual breakfast foods which was fine for us. Me and my now fiance will definitely be coming back here for another B&B experience.
We somehow came across this B&B online -- and boy, are we ever glad we did! As my fellow Yelper stated, "so close and yet so far" from the tourist trap that is now (sadly) is the Wisconsin Dells. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the comfortable old "Farmhus" -- in the "Wicker Room" and the adjoining "Grandma Grace's" rooms. The inn is about 1.5 miles off the main road in the Dells and with it's Scandanavian theme feels a world away. Anita is full of energy and exuberance and is very friendly and hospitable -- she makes everyone feel right at home -- and serves up a delicious, extremely filling breakfast. On Sunday mornings the grounds become busy -- not just with breakfast open to the public but with a small Farmer's Market right onsite -- local vendors selling fruits, vegetables, herbs and other hand-made items. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet, family-friendly place to stay in the Dells, then look no further.
I absolutely love it here! It's nice to stay here because it is quiet and comfortable like a home away from home. I have stayed in many of the hotels in the dells and this place is the best because you get to have a great breakfast and meet new people. Anita who runs the place is one of the coolest ladies I have ever met. She makes this place the gem that it is. She makes sure that you start the day with Norwegian exercises. When we stayed they had a bonfire at night. I love how each room has a VHS player and there is a farmhouse with tons of old great movies to watch. She leaves a map with her favorite things to do in the dells area in every room which is helpful. We stayed in the Norskevalley room and we loved the antiques and fresh cut flowers in the room when we arrived. I have stayed in the wildflower room and the wicker room in the past and they were great rooms too.

Stopped here on our way out to the lake for a day of kayaking. They open early enough to get a sandwich and head out for the day ( it was nice that Starbucks was right nest door so I could get my caffeine fix). The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was undecided on my sandwich choice and ask for a sample of the tuna which they served on a slice of cucumber. Nice touch. I was sold at the at point and grabbed d bag of chips as I ordered the tuna sub. Mmmmm-good. Thank you Jimmy John's for being part of my day.
Forgive my delay in posting a review. I was at Jimmy John's this summer, as I was heading up to Minneapolis for a conference. I had never been to a Jimmy John's before, and my friend and I decided to stop. I have to eat gluten-free, and when the manager on staff heard that, she immediately told the girl to change her gloves and clean the surfaces. WOW. I was so impressed! NEVER have I seen such a considerate response, given with a smile and "don't worry, we are glad to accommodate!" The manager recommended the unwich (I believe that's what she called it!)....a salad wrapped sub. DELICIOUS!!!! Thank you all for making the BEST sub I have had in years!!! Your kindness was appreciated!!! (I only wish I would've remembered to put in a review sooner so I could remember the names of the girls who helped me!)
It's jimmy johns. Good sandwiches. Good price made quick. Nothing extra special, but always consistent. A good staple to lean upon and this particular franchise is no exception.

On a weekend trip up to the area from Chicago, we heard about this supper club. A couple of us had never had the pleasure of experiencing a true Wisconsin Supper Club....can you believe it?! While waiting for our table we experienced a beautiful sunset over the lake while enjoying drinks and apps on the deck. As it got a little chillier outside, we stepped into the lobby to wait.....the hostess and staff were so gracious and helpful; not only to us, but also the heaps of people still coming in at 8pm. The food was scrumptious and the staff well informed and delightful. What an amazing experience.....definitely worth the long wait!!
Show up early, people! For real! We arrived just before 5 pm on a Saturday only to find that there was already a half-hour wait. Stepping onto the property of this place is like going back in time to 1950s camping movies. Mirror Lake is right there in front of you; Rat Pack music is being piped in through speakers; and the supper club itself looms out from behind the trees. We were seated at a very corner table and while the sun was in our eyes a bit as it was setting, we had great views of the lake. My father ordered a beer and I ordered an old fashioned to start. I was asked if I wanted whiskey or brandy (I opted for whiskey) and whether I wanted the drink "sweet" or "sour". Having never been asked this before, I didn't know what to answer, and so the waitress brought me a sweet old fashioned. My god, I took one sip and spit it out. It was like drinking a Shirley Temple. I ordered a glass of wine instead and, incredibly, neither the old fashioned nor the wine showed up on my bill! Is this place kind of a rip-off? Maybe. They try to upsell you on adding extra lobster tails to your dish, and asparagus as a side instead of green beans is an "upgrade." But the food was actually better than I was expecting, and I polished off my prime rib and baked potato. We split the mousse for dessert and while it was a lot of sugar, it was nothing compared to that old fashioned. Props to our waitress, Anya, for the superior service. Who knew places like this existed still?
We've come here over the years and while the place looks the same, it's actually quaint because it is a reminder of what things looked like in the recent past. The location is amazingly beautiful. The surrounding lake isn't very large but the pine trees and the sunsets are so pretty, aromatic and calming for a nice romantic dinner or quiet evening with your spouse, friends or family (very family friendly place). The service is top notch. Friendly, attentive, efficient and just enough chatting to make you like them all. The food is the best part. The steaks are lean when they should be and marbled if that's how they are supposed to be served. Large portions, great flavor and despite what others say about the price, it's a great deal for the quality of food and the taste. The prime rib rivals Lawry's and the seafood is also highest quality. Great beef broth in the French onion soup (with gooey portions of cheese). Sweet and crispy sweet potato bake (the nut topping and brown sugar are just enough and not over powering). Not one complaint - love the place and I hope the family never sells. Too many places like this are gone. Spread the word and let's keep them in business.

This place is good and the chicken is fresh. I am pleased to see a good chicken place in the Dells. I had a 2 piece combo with mashed potatoes and a roll. It was under $6 and tastes like a Grandmas
I am a chef so my review may be tough :) So i stayed in the dells this past weekend and i couldnt find anywhere on yelp that delivered past 1 am in the Dells! But i saw mr g's and they came to the rescue. I ordered 9/7 at 1 am. had delivery in 40 mins to my door. I had a 12 pc chicken wing combo. The mac and cheese was ok, needs more cheese. The corn? eh it was from a can. Both the mac and corn was seasoned properly which helped. The biscuits were quite tasty and moist. Now to the chicken.... god dam!! thats some good chicken! Crispy breading, moist meat, perfect seasoning. My overall rating, I wasnt crazy about the sides, but i was crazy about that chicken. If i ever come back to the Dells and am craving chicken or some late night delivery i know my go to! Guys, use my review to improve and you will blow other places out of lake delton! (They are open until 3 am. )
Warmed up frozen stuff. Over 30 min for middle school cooking. Not great for 12 bucks.
