Go there for the beer and food, not the service. My to go order sat on the side of the bar 35 minutes. I asked for it and the same bartender that waited on us all night seriously didn't know I ordered food to go. This was the crowning achievement of failures. The bartender didn't know the difference between a cup and bowl of soup. Bowl ordered, cup delivered. Whatever, Go Pack!

So I was traveling for work and I really didn't want bar food but it was super close to my hotel and looked inviting! I sat at the bar and was greeted right away! Kelly the manager assisted me and recommended the turkey avocado salad it was scrumptious! I had a glass of pinot Grigio. My service was outstanding, so i hope you'll give this place a try... Ill go back for sure!

Ate there Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. Tried the Classic and the Fair Style cheese curds. Both were fair. My wife had the Turkey Avocado salad and I had the Hickory cheddar burger. Not a top notch place. Go to Redeye for a better burger.

New. Waitstaff is still on steep slope of the learning curve. But the burgers are very good, and the beer selection is excellent (perhaps 45-50 ON TAP). It's a nice comfortable casual pub. And they'll only get better.

We were excited to try a new restaurant in the area because co-workers said the burgers were huge and delicious. I like to try everything once. Although there were plenty of cars in the parking lot, dining and bar area were jammed pack, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to find us seating in less than 5 minutes. We were greeted with a waitor whom took our drink orders and came back in about 5 minutes to take our order. My husband ordered something with habanero and I ordered the Build Your Own Burger. I also added a cup of chili to that order. Approximately 15 minutes in, our waitor came by to apologize how busy they were and there would be a wait. We smiled and said to carry on. Another 10 minutes and they brought out my flat burger, no chili, and with the husband's burger and fries. Our waitor wasn't attentive, our drinks were never refilled. The fries were oily, flavorless, and soggy, not crunchy as I would have expected. The burgers were juicy but bland. Their "homemade bun" was soft and buttery. The waitors wore a T-Shirt saying "Bigger is Better" but their burgers weren't even the size of a Burger King whopper. Save your money. Eat elsewhere - 30 minute wait to get burgers and fries - REALLY? They never brought me my chili but still charged me for it (which I had them correct). There's a 99% chance that they will mess up your order. For a place that just recently opened, it's dirty. You'll find plenty of fries on the carpet. I will not eat here again.

Incredibly slow service for cold lackluster burgers. 40 dollars for two burgers and soft drinks means we will not return.

Incredibly slow service. Two drinks, sub par burgers and cold fries for two for $40.00 Disappointing to say the least. Our server was very polite and apologetic.

It has an ok sports bar atmosphere. Good menu selections. I want impressed with the Sour dough burger. Two thin pieces of not so sour dough bread fell apart when trying to eat. Ended up using a fork and knife. Burger taste was average. The beer selection made up for the average meal. I had a Foundry "Dirty Bastard" beer from Grand Rapids. It is an awesome beer. The rest of the beer menu was full of other interesting choices. The staff was good. Nothing bad or great to review.

Went once and never again! Our party of 8 arrived at 4:00, were seated immediately, and had to wait 20 minutes for a server to approach us. After 20 more minutes drinks started to arrive and they took our app order. 30 minutes later we had appetizers - and they at last took our entree orders. Our meals arrived in 3 waves, at least 15 minutes apart with the kids (ages 3, 5, and 6) being served well after most of the adults had eaten. My father was the last served, a simple bowl of soup that was stone cold. My brother's Reuben was 70% nasty fat, so he went hungry. My burger was so overcooked and dry it could have been used to play hockey. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I love Milwaukee Burger! The Cheese curds are Mullens so you know they are legit. Burgers are outstanding and the bar is fun!

Totally grossed out watching waiters fuss with their hair only to wait on tables. Never to return.

Good food if they would get the orders correct. I ordered a rare burger snd got a well done dry burger instead . Both our orders were incorrect and our server didnt come back till 12 minutes after dropping the order off. I also think it's a bit crazy that you pay .50 for a condiment like mayo on my husband's chicken sandwich. Not sure I would try again

I have two words for this place BLAND and GREASY. All of the food had very little flavor. I had the fried cheese curds for an appetizer. They were very big (approximately ping pong ball size) which completely threw off the cheesy center, crunchy shell ratio that makes fried cheese curds so delicious. The only thing that gave it any flavor was the ranch dipping sauce. The burger was also quite flavorless and uninspired in the topping department. I don't think there was even salt and pepper on the beef patty. The bun was soggy and quickly fell apart upon biting into the burger. On a positive note, the drinks were inexpensive and the service was fast. Overall this place was underwhelming and I would not return in the future.

Was not worth it. Stopped in around 3pm on a Saturday to try because it is the new restaurant in town and the place was fairly empty. Waitress was in training and nervous but still good and I made sure to tip her and her trainer well; it was not their fault the food was bad. Every new place I go, I order cheese curds, if they have them. Well, when they show up, they are not curds but square hunks of cut cheese, deep-fried. I find it to be false advertising to have the menu say "cheese curds" and what they serve are not CURDS. That pretty much set the pace for the rest of the meal. The burgers were all tasteless and burned to a crisp but the buns were still somehow soggy. The fries tasted like they had been sitting in the deep fryer for an hour and then left under a heat lamp so I question the restaurant's claims about the "freshness" of their products. For the quality and quantity, it was not worth the expense. We will not be going back.
