I've been here several times and I always get the Big Bomber sub...meatballs and Italian sausage and their delicious sauce. I'd assume that their other items are also good, but I can't resist the Bomber.
Terrific, accurate service! Sandwiches are hearty and you can eat in or take it go! They even have reasonable catering prices and we will return for sure!! Turkey and cheese sub and Italian were delicious and filling. Also, they recycle cans/bottles which makes us very happy to see! :)
Best meatball sub in Milwaukee, all other dishes good too, but the meatball and sauce are outstanding

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are $5 favorites, that is a great deal. The salads are huge, you can get two meals out of it. You can get it custom made too. The sides, such as the cookie dough, garlic bread dippers or s'mores pizza are great. You can sign up to receive text offers. The directions for your pizza usually have a coupon on them too.
Fast, friendly, easy bake at home pizza. Not my favorite, but a better deal than many of the delivery places in the area! My favorite is the Cowboy. I'd use them more if I could figure out a way to carry the pizza home in my wheelchair! ;)
You go in and out. Staff is very friendly, place is clean and small. Nice to bake the pizza at home so you can get other things done and get it right from the oven. We did order a big pizza, the crust was thin just how I like it and it had lots of toppings. The price was kind of fair not too pricey but just a little bit. I don't know if its their sauce but it didn't have much flavor for a fairly packed/ busy pizza.

I find Erv's to be hit or miss. I do enjoy their fish fry very much so, but on my last visit, I found my lunch to be rather blah. The homemade potato chips tasted rather stale. Granted, they were very busy with large Christmas parties so maybe the chips were easily overlooked by the kitchen. It wasn't their best showing but I will continue to go back because I have always enjoyed it in the past.
Great food at fair prices, and Jason is great!
Great staff. Great beers. Great food. Great atmosphere! In town for tourney - went to one pub and had to leave because of bad service. Found Erv's and were pleasantly surprised!

Love the coffee and the drive thru staff. I work right by there so it is convenient to drive thru. I previously worked at Starbucks so I have seen a lot of good and bad. They are awesome
I have been coming to this location since it opened and as much as I love the staff, the speed of the service is terrible . I travel all over the world and I make a point to satisfy my Starbucks addiction if they have locations where I am... The staff are the sweetest ever but they need to find a bette flow to handle customers. This is by far the longest wait I've ever had at any Starbucks in the world.
Meeting my nephew for coffee ... Starbucks is an easy choice. This is your classic strip mall style Starbucks. No fireplace, but it does have a drive through. The interior is more contemporary than I've seen. The guy who took my order was a little curt, but they did get my order right. They have the typical seating and big table for groups. Seems clean, decent lighting, reasonable music volume.

Georgie Porgie’s Treefort Restaurant

Reviews:
Pretty good burger joint, worth a look because of their outstanding ice cream. I've frequented Georgie Porgie's quite a bit on some warm summer evenings when they've had their popular classic car show going on. I cannot say if the burgers have changed as previous reviews have described. I've had the Porgie Burger a few times and it's pretty good, not great. It's pretty pricey too. The ice cream/custard on the other hand, is TOP NOTCH. I'd put it at probably a close 3rd in the area (Kopp's and Leon's). The shakes are incredible as well. The food might get you in the door, but it's their frozen treats that will make you come back. If you choose to check this place out, come on a Saturday evening during the summer to check out the car show. Literally 100 cars show up from all eras and it adds to the experience. Heck, you may even get to see some guys pick up a dead cat in the road and toss it in some cattails by the roadside ditch (yes that really happened haha). GP's is worth a try if you're in the area.
5 stars for being unique and offering an alternative to fast food chains. Always happy eating here. It kills me to hear people compare prices between these family owned places to chains like Culvers. In my opinion, if you can't/won't pay the extra couple bucks for handmade fresh ingredients than you should've just stayed home. I know burgers aren't health food but I would rather spend a little extra for freshness. Is this place more expensive than Corporate Culvers? Who cares, this family puts money back into your community. Support local business!!!!
I have been coming to this place since I was three. Yes, there have been changes over the years, but hey everywhere changes. I love they're miss sticks- they are wrapped in wonton wrappers. My favorite burger is the beer cheese-it's delish I can barely eat the whole thing. Their ice cream is also delish! I love their Sunday of the months creative favors you don't find everywhere. The decor of the place is also awesome.

I'm a big fan of the Fro-Yo comeback in general. It's hard to keep places like these clean and sanitary...By nature, they are full of children with sticky hands (One of my worst nightmares). This place does a great job of keeping things clean. They have a great selection of fresh toppings, including ity-bity gummy bears and an assortment of syrupy goodness. The staff are very nice and community oriented, they even have a punch card program for frequent Fro-Yoers. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to indulged in this trend.
Great fro-yo place! Like others have said, very clean, and I've always had great interactions with the staff. They always have one sugar-free option--that was important to us, as we always go with one friend who is diabetic. Our first time there, we asked a question and the manager stopped what he was doing and talked with my friend in length about the ingredients and their sugar-free options. (I think it is technically no-sugar-added options.) It's a very nice layout, and we really like it there!
This is a great little place for stopping with the family or meeting up with a friend after an evening out. We generally will stop after one of the kids social events. The staff and owners are always welcoming and helpful. The combinations of flavors really shine and allow the kids to experiment with their little pallets. It's like someone said, "Hey, let's take the two things kids like most and smash them together, ice cream and subway". Well, not the flavors but the concept. You get the point. The concept is easy to execute but it's the staffs focus on being friendly, the cleanliness and organization, and the value you get. Kids love this place and we're glad to have them in the neighborhood.

The grilled liver with bacon and onions was done very well. Would go back for this dish. Not impressed with the atmosphere. My wife got the meatloaf which didn't look that good and didn't taste any better. The service was okay but not overly friendly. Maybe I am just comparing to the friendly atmosphere of most Southern restaurants.
My dad and uncle are regulars here. When my hubby and i are in town we join them for breakfast. This place is awesome. Their breakfast sausage is thicker than the average finger and so delicious. Omelets are tasty too. Dont be afraid to ask for tweeks either. Onions in the hash browns or crispier bacon is what we ask for and everything is perfect to taste. We have also had their fish fry. Would definately be worth a return. The waitstaff is awesome. Very friendly and they remember the usual people and their quirks. The coffee cups never see the bottom either.
Frequent for a quick lunch.. How can you go wrong? Its quick, decent quality, inexpensive and unpretentious. I'm as much of a foodie and amatur "gastronome" as the next guy, but this place grounds me. Sometimes you just want a decent BLT club and a pile of fries on a simple flat ceramic plate set down on a paper place mat. This place doesn't pretend to be anything its not. It's nested comfortably above George webb, and its not afraid to rub shoulders with Omega. Frumpy ol Ma Fisher could learn a thing or two from Oak Creek Diner. Expect delicious meat loaf, a tasty burger and fries, or heavenly broasted chicken. Don't expect Seared Ahi Tuna or Fire Roasted Red Pepper tapenade and you'll do just fine. Glad to have you near by Oak Creek diner, I mean, who else in town has the balls to proudly display bottles of High Life along slices of Cake on paper doilies in the same rotating upright cooler right in the dining room? Bravo 80s throwback Greek joint! ill have a slice of key lime the "taco" soup please.

Great place for Chinese. I've been going here for years and always had a great experience. Love the Shirmp lo Mein!
In the food wasteland that is Oak Creek WI Chinese Delight is decent. Servings at lunch are generous and the food is ready on time. I would not recommend an eat in. Take out is by far the better choice and you will agree when you arrive. Egg rolls are good and the garlic chicken is not only good, but consistent. I hate Asian restaurants were one day the food is decent and it is a train wreck the following visit. So far no hiccups of that sort at CD I am still looking for better (Lotus down the road MUCH better but $$$) but for quick carry out on one of my WI office days. Decent stuff
Best Chinese takeout in Milwaukee.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered because we had a coupon. I find it difficult to try pizza places for fear they will be something awful like Domino's or Papa John's. Between the fact that this restaurant changed specialties many times over the past few years, and that someone with an accent that did not sound Italian answered the phone, I wasn't sure good pizza was possible. We ordered the thin crust because that's how authentic pizza is made with just a few toppings. It was cheap, even with delivery. The delivery man came to the door, he was pleasant, and told us to keep the coupon - good marketing. We opened the box to find a beautifully cooked pizza, with the right amount of cheese and toppings. It had the right amount of sauce and it was not too sweet or too spicy, it was perfectly seasoned. This was a pleasant surprise, good pizza, reasonably priced. We will definitely be back for more.

Market Place Cafe

Reviews:
When I stay at my mom's my brother and I will go here (often with his 3 kids) and we have a blast. This place is attached to the Oak Creek Market place - a 1970s effort to create a little old fashioned walking town with cute vintage shops which oddly has this very disco diner attached to the south end. Well, I never go into the cute part of this development, but I do go into the diner. The servers love kids here. They are always so nice when my nephews spill things toss food on the floor, and make a mess. I have no kids so this drives me nuts. How did this french fry get in my coffee? Oh, this kid who is related to me put it there. Don't expect anything fancy here. Just standard breakfast fare, but the owners and servers are all very nice and downright sweet and it is very close to those on the South end of South Milwaukee or the non-place urban realm that is the craptastic suburb of Oak Creak. The cute older couples of the area are fond of this place so expect to see a lot of older couples in here who drove over in that great Oldsmobile. I just have a blast here. This place is good if you want: Coffee, eggs, pancakes, and servers that don't mind picking up after kids tear the place up!
First time here this morning due to the Yelp reviews I read. Glad I stopped in. Was very pleased with my choice. The food was perfect. Market Place Cafe has a simple, yet satisfying breakfast menu covering all the breakfast options you would expect to have. My omelet was made perfectly! I am normally not a fan of American fries because they are often dry and over cooked but these were just right. The coffee was delicious and I regret not asking the waitress what kind they serve... next time! The service was IMPECCABLE. While I plan to return here because I honestly enjoyed my meal, I would return for the service alone. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. My waitress was friendly, genuine and prompt. I even met the owner who was serving coffee. She recognized that it was my first time dining in and introduced herself and told me a little about the family business. Excellent people and great experience has resulted in me now becoming a frequent customer.
We eat breakfast here at least twice a month. The staff is friendly and service is quick. It offers standard breakfast fare in a clean family-friendly restaurant. Your coffee cup is never empty.
