What's up with the melted butter it's hot water with melted butter floating on top. How cheap can you get serving hot water as melted butter. I have complained about the melted butter they just don't seem to care. Lousy lousy lousy service have been a regular customer for sometime if you want good service go somewhere else. Myself and friends have been regular customers and even after complaining about the lousy service we continue to receive lousy service. Keep trying to place dinner order they ignore. Yell out to waitstaff they ignore you are talking to them or say they will be back and don't come back until they want to. Even Dean the owner won't take your dinner order says will be right back and leaves to go to bar to serve drinks for 5 minutes then walks by you again to go to back room taking drink orders and serving drink orders and dinners passing by again saying he will be back. This is very rude and I don't know what kind of games they are playing.They keep on making excuses they don't have enough waitstaff. This is a family business if you need more help hire someone. Excuses excuses excuses are tiring. Last night bartender took a guy's full order drink and dinner. Bartender took my drink order then was telling him dinner order said you need to wait . I said wait you took the guys full order. Bartender ignored me taking several other customers drink orders before returning to take my dinner order. I guess it was because I was a female. This place definitely needs to get its act together.
