Been there a few times. Friendly workers but slow workers! It's. Good deal over all but once my church had a big event and we ordered 20 pizzas to feed the workers..it was suppost to be delivered at 8. At about 8:15 I drove over and the workers didn't Know what I was talking about. They found the pizzas in the back but didn't know anything about a delivery. They looked in the computer and my name was put in wrong my phone number was 9999999999. I belive the worker was fired tho so I may give it a try again

I've given this location close to TEN different attempts to get my delivery orders right, but they refuse to do so. Granted, the order is usually *technically* right, it's always been a combination of cold and/or late. And it's usually both cold AND late. And the delivery driver's are ghetto and can barely speak. After my last order two months ago, I've finally given up. I will never order from them again.

I have never experienced such poor service I don't even know if they understand the meaning of customer service. I spoke with 2 people for about 15 minutes . the manager on duty and a driver to try to place an order and I still ended up going to the competition because they could not get their information correct. The owner needs to look at hiring competent employees otherwise this business is going to fail. The manager would not backup the mistake by the delivery driver n told me that they would not do the delivery because of two coupons on one order. they were coupons that was an advertisement on TV not for the store . They loss a sale over $4 because of their mistake and a customer for life good luck.

Ok. An hour and a half for delivery? Really? A delivery driver who asks for a tip...twice? No more Papa Johns for this household.

  • Dan R.

Seriously. What on earth is wrong with this place? It's an hour and a half since I ordered and I'm still waiting. When I called and spoke with the manager, she apologized and sounded sincere about it, and refunded my entire order. But I have never gotten a pizza on time from this place. I think the owner is on hiatus, or doesn't realize that people are starting to absolutely hate this place. If they are as busy as they claim, hire another driver or two! Or, maybe I should start my own competing franchise and steal their business.

This is the worst pizza and slowest delivery I have ever experienced. Save yourself the hassle and your taste buds and get a Tombstone.

There are much better pizzas in the area that can be had with far less hassle. I am pretty much done with this particular Papa Johns. Papa Johns is probably my favorite pizza chain. Not that the other chains raise the bar very high. But it's one of a few chain pizzas I like. However, this particular location has a couple flaws that make me want to avoid it. I do need to start by saying that the in-store staff and delivery drivers have always been friendly and courteous. And their pizzas are always what one would expect from Papa Johns. But the delivery times... OMG the delivery times are horrendous!! I've never been given a delivery time of less than 45 minutes. I have usually ordered at or near dinner time. So I never thought much about it. But a few times I ordered off peak hours, and it was still at least 45 minutes. One time, the pizza never got delivered (waited 90 minutes). And when I had attempted to contact someone about the consistently slow delivery service, I never received any type of response. Now, suppose you want to get around that by picking up the pizza yourself. You can. And they'll usually have it ready for you in 20 minutes - which is nice. But trying to maneuver their parking lot is like trying to land a Boeing 747 on a 500 foot stretch of the Oak Leaf Trail during the Miller Lite Ride for the Arts. And that is *if* there are spots open. And because that area of 27th street is so busy, street parking is usually a block or more away. It is businesses like this where I wish Yelp's survey question about delivery had another option: Yes No Not Sure Well... They're Supposed To

This is the worst Papa Johns ever!!!! They are always late by hours when you order delivery!!!! The last time we ordered pizza, we received the Buffalo chicken pizza with no sauce!!!! And it was over 2 hours after the promised time...I called to complain and had to speak to the manager and then the GM and no one would refund me my money, they promised me a credit and a "preferred customer" when I ordered again...Today I called to order again and there was no record of my conversation with the GM!!!! The manager I talked to told me I had to call back later to see if the GM remembered me to get my credit!!! What a joke!!! How can anyone run a business like that??? Seriously there are way better places to order pizza!!!!!

I wish they could deliver in a hour and a half! I placed my order at 5:30, at 7:00 I called and was told that The order was sent, the driver was in the neighborhood and should be there in a few minutes. At 8:00 I called and was told they were backed up, they apologized for the delay. At first Nancy who said she was the manager said she would give me a 50% discount. She then said that she could not get into the system and I should tell the driver that the order should be free. It never did arrice! Compained to the corporate site. got an automated response and no follow up. Compalined on facebook. I got a response saying the local manager and someone from corporate would contact me personally. Never heard back from either. I will never order from this location or any other Papa Johns. Ashame since I liked there pizza but I can't stand a company with no regard for their customers.
