I called them at 5:08, they delivered at 5:27. Literally less than 20 minutes it took them! The person taking my order and the person who delivered were friendly, kind AND the delivery guy even had a sweet purple pen! On top of all that, they had Dr. Pepper! It's the simple things, man. You can't beat not having the leave work! One complaint for corporate is that the online ordering system said they were closed but when I called there was no problem taking my order and delivering it within 20 minutes of each other.

Slower than MOLASSES! I wasn't going to post a review, but seeing their new commercial today bragging about how fast and convenient they were made me think to post this review. Ordered online today at 12:19pm, order arrived at 1:30pm. It's maybe 7 blocks away from my work. The worst part was that they clearly made the sandwich immediately upon getting the order as the bread was extremely soggy on the ends. Throw 25% of the sandwich away since it is just a gross mayo & lettuce water sponge, wet, type of situation. I've been to this location before-it's fine if you go there and order yourself-very quick, friendly. I've also ordered online before from this location and they were slow the last time I ordered as well.

My second JJ's in Milwaukee, this is the first time that I've been in one. Fast... freaky fast. Order, pay, sandwich done before you can even fill up your cup with Coke. Zip! Everything accurate, wrapped nicely. What's not to love? Tip: The calories, fat and sodium on these sandwiches is off the chart. If you do want to eat them, and hey, I recommend that you do, I'd recommend having them not put mayo on there. And go easy on the cheese, my friend.

I really like this downtown location. It's the Jimmy John's experience: fast and fresh. They are in a very convent downtown location. Open for lunch, check if they are open of you want to go at another time.

After waiting an hour for my sandwich I ordered, i decided to drive there myself because it was Taking so long. They decided to close because of the snow, and didn't call to let me know they would no longer be delivering my sandwich. Assholes.

Working downtown, it's hard to find places that deliver when you only have a short amount of time to sneak in a lunch. Thankfully this Jimmy John's answers that need. From the time an online order is placed, it is less than 15 minutes to get our food. That is freak fast!

What the what? You close before 4PM ON WEEKDAYS? Why do you even bother existing?! Twice now I have gone to Jimmy John's at 4pm and they were closed. I looked it up online and their hours are listed as 10-6pm. So you lie to me and you are only open for like 6 hours? Why even have this location, you are worthless! DAMN YOU JIMMY JOHNS!

This location is neverrrrrr open! They have super weird hours. Not convenient at all.

In the working world, where a fast lunch is frequently a requirement, this place delivers decent sandwiches with a great assortment of fixin's for a nice price. This particular location is a hole in the wall that you'd walk past and miss if you blinked, but my colleagues go on a regular basis so helped me find it with ease. Evidently they also have a delivery service, since we were able to order lunch for our work group without having to pick it up. They use typical soft-crusted American breads--though it's at least fresh and non-chemical tasting--so don't be misled by their description of their "crusty" French bread sub. They're generous with their toppings so one sandwich is more than sufficient for a midday meal.

Jimmy John's is the best, and helpful in overcoming hangovers, and food poisoning, as I just discovered.

You know what you're going to get at Jimmy Johns, and this location delivers exactly that. Sandwiches - they are pretty good. I like the Beach Club which is full of veggies. I do appreciate that I always ask for no tomatoes or mayo and never once have I received my food incorrectly. Service - I have never been tempted to "freak" over the speed of their sandwich making but they don't f**k around either. I could do without the faux smart mouth from the emo kids that work here, but I think it's JJ's corporate policy. Price - minus stars here. I mean, it's a sub and a decent one for all that but a sandwich, chips and soda is $8 which is steep. Conclusion - JJ's is WAY better than Subway in terms of service but it's priced accordingly. They'll deliver, so if you're in urgent need of a ham sandwich but too lazy (or drunk) to drive they'll come to you.

#6, add mustard, add peppers, EZ mayo. The Thinny Chips are delicious for a "lighter" version. Their delivery staff is always extremely friendly - and fast. You can count on JJ's every time.

On first calling I seemingly got the "um like... Okay.. What? You're like totally interrupting my mascara application??!!" employee. I knew what I wanted, had credit card in hand, simple short order, and it took 30 minutes to place. The phone was passed around to multiple employees, put on hold twice. It was a bit of a train wreck, but finally we got our order placed! Even though we were 0.2 miles away, the delivery took about 40 minutes. If it wasn't freezing I would have walked to get it myself.(we are vacationing with no vehicle). With the long wait time, I was worried our subs may become soggy, but was Pleasantly surprised by how delicious and fresh they were when they finally arrived. I knocked off a star for long delivery times, and the ridiculous phone service. The food is absolutely delicious, too much so to be knocked down any further.

OVERRATED! Completely. What sub shop wont let you put a slice of cheese on a certain sandwich? are you kidding me? Just Put it on and charge me extra. Don't say it's not possible. But on a different note. JJ's can make a decent sub, but you have to jump through hoops to have them make it and then when you add the chips and soda you have a 8 dollar meal there. sh*t I should have probably just went to beans and barley.

JJ's has the BEST subs! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their bread! Everytime I've ordered they give me EXACTLY what I want...and I'm a pain...double each and every meat...extra cheese...etc., so I'm not sure what one of the other reviewers experienced here...must have been a new employee that didn't know what he was doing that day. As I mentioned...it costs more, but get your meats DOUBLED! The sandwiches ROCK then! Best choices are the Billy Goat and the Hunter's!!! And the delivery is (usually) so fast you'll freak, just like they say!
