Food was delicious, but I was a little disappointed with incorrect pricing of the Chicken Pita Sandwich on their website menu. Price listed was $4.75, but the price I was charged was $6.85! That's over a $2 difference! I called to let them know and was told that they "need to change that". Fratelli's really needs to double-check the accuracy of their menu before posting to their website. Quality of food wise though - Everything is GREAT!!

So glad I went outside my normal Bay View pizza places and gave Fratelli's a chance. Definitely worth it! Loving the sauce, probably my new favorite. Even my typically super picky 3year old niece was loving it. Staff was friendly too. I'll be back!

Husband and I skeptical about this ex-DQ 'Stallis spot... but finally decided to give it a try after being saddened by our other local delivery options. We were both quite suprised! Our pizzas were pretty good, definately the best delivery option in our neighborhood. Sauce was good, not too sweet and cheese is not heavy and greasy. Margarita pizza was good but could use a little more basil. Husband's sausage/canadian bacon pizza was ok, he says... he wishes the sauce was sweeter. Looking forward to trying other options. Menu is pretty big but lacks veggie options.

A long time Milwaukee resident brought me to Fratelli's for lunch. Knowing I have a large appetite, I was steered by my peers to order the Hot Italian Beef with Italian Sausage. After polishing off that beast, I sat and wondered what I would order the next time I came back. There is a large selection of hot/cold sandwiches, pizza, a fantastic fish fry, and there are always some great weekend meal deals. Fratelli's is a gem.

Once upon a time I wanted to get some pizza, but the pizzeria I wanted to visit was closed. So I come to Fratelli's due to their universal praise, and check out the menu. They don't serve slices, and I didn't want to ruin my day by eating an entire pizza for lunch, so instead I opted for the homemade Italian beef sandwiched that was covered in their pizza sauce and topped with provolone. Was it good? Yes. Yes it was. Though looking at the pictures here I still wish I could have had the pizza. Next time.

The plural is 'fratelli' -- no 's' at the end in Italian. I'm from Chicago and this is the best Italian beef outside of the Chicago area. Their other food is very good, too, and the owners are friendly and welcoming. I wish them a lot of success.

Noticed Fratelli's 5 star rating so thought we'd try it out. WOW... delicious ingredients, outstanding recipes, hand-crafted pies... I can't imagine the 5 star trend being broken anytime soon. Will defiantly be back to try the Margareta!!!! Highly Recommended!!!!!

Chicago style devil dogs are so good, i almost shed a tear.

More like 3.5 stars. Marghareta had about 3 leaves of shredded basil, n although I know this style pie isnt supposed to be smothered in cheese, this was very sparse, felt like a poor value considering the price. Lucky the sauce is one of the better ive had, and the thin chewy crust is very close to new york. The pep supreme was very good, But the toppings were quite unevenly distributed, onions n green pepper were diced peculiarly small, I would call it a mince. The cheesessteaks and burgers are above average.

Wanting something different today, I ordered a Rodeo Burger, Chilli cheese fries and a shake to be delivered. In 25 minutes I was enjoying my delicious hot lunch. The food was great. I have tried their pizza before and it was great also. This is my new favorite food delivery restaurant.

FRATELLI'S is a lot like Milwaukee itself. Not too big. Lots of different flavors. Unpretentious but prideful. PROS: -If you have this ailment they call "hunger", Fratelli's will cure it AND for not a lot of coin. A small pizza was more than my girlfriend and I could split. -Sauce. I really like generous amounts of sauce on my pizza and Fratelli's pizza pours it on. -Chewy crust that would be perfect with honey. -Local ingredients used when possible. CONS: The Margherita pizza was very lacking in basil. It's not SAFFRON threads for crying out loud, give me some basil! (Which came first Caprese or Margherita?) ** Un-chain and support local businesses **

So happy to have yelp and all the honest reviews. Choose Fratellis because it was near by and delivered and the other reviews were great. My girl friends and I were able to order practically anything, the menu is great and covers many sorts of options. We all loved what we ordered, and we plan on ordering from here again. Delivery was also very quick and arrived before scheduled time.

Great local restaurant to support if your in the area. They definitely got the Italian style flAir right. From sandwiches to pizza to garlic bread, I LOVE IT ALL!!! Not a lot of seating so come before or after the dinner rush, or take it to go... But the styrofoam box will not compliment any of the fried goodies in there. BEST ITALIAN BEEF IVE HAD IN MILWAUKEE TOO.

This is my kind of place. They've got anything you could be craving - cheese steaks, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, garlic bread, fries... the list goes on. I had a hot dog and fries while my dining companions had some pizza and some cheese steaks. We ate in the restaurant (there's room for about 10-15 people total, but it would be crowded if they had a lot of takeout order customers come in). Great place - great prices, delicious food. Wish I lived within their normal delivery range, but it's worth the trip down Lincoln occasionally for me!

There are a lot of great pizza places out there but so far this is the only one great enough that us review worthy to me (and I work for a great pizza place so that says alot!) Delicious!! Always!! Tangy tomato sauce, perfect hand tossed crust, fresh ingredients, Huge size large, great customer service! Fast and friendly, and I have never heard a single complaint from anyone I know who has gotten pizza from there. So glad they are just two blocks from me!

Simply Divine Pizza! The sauce could be a bit sweeter, alas it deserves a solid 4 Stars.

I went elsewhere today, and wished I would've chosen Fratelli's. They aare THE only spot for Italian beef and sandwiches alike. You also can't get a better Chicago dog with all the trimmings anywhere else. Every time I've eaten here, it just hits the spot, leaving a feeling of satisfaction and fatness (good fatness). The pizza is the only thing I've ever had that seemed average. So, if you're considering the deluxe cheese steak with peppers and onions, just eat one, and you too will be hooked.

My sister just moved to the area and after move in day, we were looking for some pizza. Opting not to go with the Papa John's, we took to Yelp and decided to give Fratelli's a try. We ordered the 18-inch, Milwaukee Bar pizza which is cheese, mushroom, Italian sausage and onion. Plus, we added a side of garlic bread. The garlic bread was decent. The pizza was great. Thin crust, not overly saucy, and great cheese blend. Mushrooms, sausage and onion are a great combo. We had more than enough pizza but leftover pizza is almost better than the first time around. Will definitely order from them the next time I visit my sister.

There are some pretty good things going on here at this little West Allis eatery. I had to stop myself because I almost called it a sandwich shop. The truth is Fratellis has a number of different options and evidently awesome pizza (Haven't tried it yet). This may sound like a small thing but i am usually happy when a place offers a philly cheesesteak the traditional Philly way. Cheese whiz. Living in the midwest is problematic because people think a cheese steak is melted provolone. It is not. The Cheesesteak here is good though i felt it could have been bigger. Chubby's by comparison nails it in size. They have burgers and I had to try their volcano burger. The key thing I am looking for is spice. I have had plenty of burgers labeled spicy that fall short. Fratelli's does a good job here. It's a decent sized burger that delivers as advertised. I wouldn't specifically come here just for the burgers as I would Oscars on Pierce but you can rest assured that they are pretty good here. The calamari they offered wasn't exactly the best and there was a question with my group as to it's freshness. It almost teeter tottered between fresh and sitting out if you catch my drift. This was a one time deal though and I am not going to run them through for it. They did have a sign inside that talked about a Guinness battered fish fry. If that is still around then color me interested. Seriously though the menu is quite diverse. Wings, Dogs, Burgers, Sandwiches, Pasta and Pizza. It's a nice blend of offerings. There isn't a lot like it in the immediate area. Parking is going to be on the street and seating is limited on the inside making this a good pick up to go choice in my opinion. I will come back for the pizza because pizza is an entirely separate subject. This place is a solid 3.5 from me. 5 is a best in show which this is not and I have to take off half a point in this case for seating and parking purposes. Also it's good food... just not best in show in specific categories. If we wanted to get technical we can talk how the burger could be improved to warrant it's own review, same with the cheese steak. Your food is cooked to order and the staff is generally pleasant to be around. They do a good job with that. It's relatively cheap eats so why not pop on by and mix it up!

Pretty solid Italian beef and a charming hole-in-the-wall ambience!

Frequent visitor of Fratelli's whenever I'm in Milwaukee! They've got a great selection of sandwiches and pizza and not too costly either. I usually get some sort of steak sandwich or sausage and it is super tasty! Fantastic local place. The inside isn't huge. Only a few tables and I think there are a few outside too, but we usually just take it to go. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area to pop in!

Food was good. I got a Philly Cheesesteak but I thought it was odd that it wasn't a white cheese but still good.

Unbelievable food at an unbelievable price! Forget going to Fazoli's or Noodles and Co, this is the best place there is! I had the italian cheesesteak which was loaded with meat, for only $5.50! It's about a 7" sandwich, with provolone and marina on it. I also got one of their personal pizzas, which was good too. The pizza was nothing amazing, but delicious and good for the price.

How disappointing. I'm from Houston, Tx so we are not known for pizza like Chicago or New York, yet we do have some of the top rated / reviewed pizza spots in the country. Go look up Star Pizza... Anyways, I arrived in town few days ago and i ordered from Dominoes and was satisfied with their average pizza. Tonight is my last night and I decided to order some pizza from a local spot. I saw this place with all the positive reviews that I called and ordered a pizza and chili cheese fries. I'm shock at the poor quality. Canned cheese and canned chili on top of frozen fries. The pizza, spinach Alfredo, was sooo bad. I would have been better off ordering a frozen pizza (pizza hut) or going with another mediocre pizza (Dominoes). The flavor is so bad that I only ate two pieces and threw the rest away. Some of the spinach was discolored which leads me to believe that it might not have been fresh which would lead to the horrible flavor. But even the white sauce was salty and bitter, not cheesy, and the chicken I added to it tasted old. Look, I'm not a basher of local spots, I'm a huge local fan which is why I also went to a few other local spots like the comic cafe... But this was the worst pizza I've ever put in my mouth, and its a shame that I have to throw $30 worth of food out. Yes... Throwing it away. If I'm ever to come back to Milwaukee I will never touch this place again. *Update* i just spent that last 2 hours in the bathroom vomiting violently everything I ate. What a way to finish my last night in town. Thanks for a horrible night Fratelli's...

The beef was tasty and the hot peppers were just hot enough to satify. I hate mild peppers that are passed off as hot peppers in some places. The joint is small but they have quite a menu to choose from. I have herd good things about this place so when I passed it not knowing where it was I went around the block to stop in. It was better than Sammy's that I had a couple days ago. I have to try martinos with out the red sauce to see if is the king of Milwaukee. I wil be back for the beef.

One Sunday I was sitting in my apartment wanting a really good sandwich. So I pulled up the Ol' Internet and checked a few review sites. I wanted something rather close to where I live, being that I was really hungry and didn't want to drive all over Hell and Creation just for a sandwich. I found Fratelli's and man am I glad I did. It had been open just 7 blocks from my house for about a year and I had even driven past it a few times and thought that I'd like to try that place someday. That Sunday was the day. I am so glad that I did. In the next month I ate there 6 more times trying different things each time. My favorite thing there is the Italian Beef Sandwich. Make sure that they dip it in the juice and it makes it perfect. I also love the Creamy Spinach Pizza with ricotta and cream sauce and bacon. They import their flour from Italy and the crust is out of this world! I found this out from the owners father, who happened to be helping them that day. Very friendly, great customer service, Great Food.....PERIOD! Don't forget to try the Beef Hot Dogs "Imported" as one of the owners said with a chuckle from Chicago. Get the chili cheese and onions. I haven't tried the smoothies yet but I will. You just will not go wrong or have a bad meal at Fratelli's. If I must say one thing negative it would be the pizza red sauce. I personally do not like a sweet pizza sauce. I like a spicy sauce. And though this may have been true with my experience, the pizza still tasted good.

Get in your car and drive to 62nd and Lincoln and there you will find a gift to Milwaukee. Fratelli's is a hot dog/sandwich/pizza shop and is it good! If you are familiar with Portillo's you will LOVE this joint. Ambiance: Small restaurant with maybe 4-5 tables to sit at. But! I beseech you! Eat in the restaurant if you can! The owner is so nice and so friendly! He'll most likely strike up a conversation with you in between taking orders. From talking to him, I am impressed with the thought and research that went into his food and food vendors. Food: I opted for a Philly Cheesesteak. It was gigantic and it came with proper cheez sauce on it. The bread was perfect, not a hard bun or a brat bun but something unique to the Philly sandwich. Boyfriend got one of their cold sandwiches again on the same bread with tons of Italian meats, some cheese and a pepper relish that had a great zip and vinegar tang to it. The Capacola ham was some of the best I've tasted. We shared an order of fries and were thrilled they were the thick cut crinkle fries. I like black pepper on my french fries and I find the crinkles are the perfect receptacles to hold on to said pepper. Beverages: They have Coke products!!! Oh happy day! Parking: Small lot otherwise street parking is a cinch. Pointers: They have a great pizza special on Saturdays which we plan to take advantage of. Two large pizza's with unlimited toppings (yes you read that correctly) for $22.22. That is a steal! And if the sandwiches we had are any indication of how good the pizza is, well, then that's a double steal! While talking to the owner he told us he imports the pizza flour from Italy. We can't wait to try the pizza's here. We can't wait to come back and work our way through the menu.

OK, made it back for the Philly. Outstanding! Definitely a 5+ napkin sandwich. I plan to conquer the Deluxe next. Sam as Philly but with more grilled veggies.

What a great place! Fresh homemade food, lots of different options and totally worth it. Not a lot of tables but definitely worth the wait. I would highly encourage people to check this place out, its a keeper!

My new fav pizza in Milwaukee. The crust is the perfect combo of thin but a little chewy. The sauce is perfect if you like it a little on the sweet side. As far as the Italian beef, Martino's still gets the nod, but this one is good, too. I do like Fratelli's roll better, but the beef isn't as well seasoned, and the giardiniera, while good, is not better than Martino's.

We split an Italian Beef sandwich and a Margherita pizza the Italian Beef sandwich absolutely lived up to all the previous reviews, and the pizza was the best I've had outside of Chicago.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Fratelli's! Awesome awesome food! We eat here at least twice a month. My favorite things to eat here are the Italian beef sandwich with mushrooms, onions, and cheese, the wonton wrapped Mozzarella sticks (YUM) and the pizza! The pizza is really good, and I'm picky about my pizza. We have also had the chili dog, the cheese steaks, and chicken fingers for our little man, and everything is always wonderful. Bonus: the owners are really nice. One time I picked up my food and got home and realized our mozz sticks weren't in the bag. So I called and told them I would be coming back for them. When I got there, he had extra mozz sticks made for me and a sundae waiting. People make mistakes, no big deal, but it was nice they threw in something extra since I had to come back. Eat here! Support Local! You won't be disappointed!!!

Ordered the Milwaukee Bar pizza with added jalapenos per yelp review's recommendation, was not dissappointed with the taste. Delivery was 20 minutes late (hour and 10mins) Breaded mushrooms were just okay, mushy Pizza was good

Great authentic Chicago food, and fun sports banter with the expatriate owners! I especially like to challenge "The Widowmaker," but one has to come hungry...really hungry!

At first glance, all I saw was 4.5 stars and 40 something reviews so I had to try it. The place is tiny with very minimal seating but we dined in anyways. There was some deal for a $10 large pizza with 3 toppings. I thought that was a PFS (pretty fricken sweet) deal so the large pizza it was! After disputing what toppings to get, we settled on pepperoni, jalapenos, and anchovies (ya know, the usual). The pizza came out screaming hot out the oven after 10 or so minutes. This is a good sized pizza to stuff 2 guys and probably comfortably feed 3. The greasy rectangle slices made for a standard pizza. I tried hard to like it but I saw/tasted nothing special about it. Their pizza tastes like pizza. I admit that I did have high expectations coming in because of the 4.5 star rating but, with all things weighed, this place is just any other delivery pizza shop in the area. The 10 dollar deal is a decent but not as good as the $5 dollar large pizza offered on Tuesday at the Papa John's on Marquette Campus. Concluding Haiku: This pizza is piiii- -zza is pizza is pizza Is just pizza *shrugs*

Traveling up to sturgeon bay from Vegas and had to make a stop. It was worth it! I highly recommend the Italian sandwich with extras peppers. I can't wait to come back and try their pizza! We sat outside with our pup. The road is a little loud, limited space to eat inside. Make sure to try this place out, you won't regret it.

This is among the best pizza places in Milwaukee. The Fiesta Garlic Pizza is a good break from the regular pizzas. But the Da Vinci, now that was a good pizza. The crust is probably among the best crusts on a pizza that I've ever had. The ambience of the restaurant is also very nice: Dim, but sufficient lightning. Plus, the candles add a nice touch.

Great pizza in Greenfield/Milwaukee area, if you haven't been, why not? Mondays: They have a carryout special of a Medium Pizza with 3 topping for $10, which is great because they only have about 4 tables. I have been there 5 times and loved it, I wish it were a chain pizzeria. They also have pasta specials, and cheese sticks, wings and salads. They have a small lot behind their building, and street parking always seems to be available too. If you have to park a bloc way, trust, it's worth it! Nice people, great pizza, and not long of a wait. Most of their business seems to be carryout, although we ate there a few times and I would say that cozy is a good word for the seating arrangements. Friendly staff who is fast & very helpful. We call ahead for pizza and carry it out. They cut their round pizza into squares, so if you like traditionally cut pizza, remember to ask for pie-cut! The crust is crispy, but not too thin, I would say it's similar to Pizza Hut hand-tossed, yet much, much better! I would never go to Pizza Hut again after trying Fratelli's. Their toppings are great, their sausage is one of the best I've tried on a pizza. A local told us about this place, and it's a hidden gem tucked away on a corner in residential neighborhood. Try Fratelli's soon, you won't be disappointed! :)

Just ordered a 14" cheese, sausage, mushroom and onion pizza. Where, oh, where do i begin? Well, first off i called to see how many people an 8" pizza would feed and the young lady said 1, so we opted for the 14" pizza; which can feed 3-4 people easily. They have mushrooms listed as fresh. The mushrooms looked like black olives and had absolutely NO taste. The sausage really didn't have any flavor, also. The sauce was just okay...neither here nor there. Crust wasn't done enough. Overall the toppings were limited. Now, onto the "cheese curds" they should call them mozzarella cheese curds....cuz that's what they are. When Wisconsinites think of cheese curds, you think of cheddar squeaky cheese...well, this ain't it. If you're looking for a place for good pizza, don't stop here. There are WAAY too many excellent pizza places in Milwaukee. Don't be fooled by the folks reviewing the pizza on here. We did and regret it.

Truly, never disappointed with Fratelli's. They have lots of specials throughout the week. Today we ordered the two 14" with three toppings for $25.99. Not a bad deal. The pizza is thin, crispy and has just the right amount of toppings. Calling in orders can be a little challenging as the person in the other ends seems "busy". Today I was hung up on three times and then the line was busy. Good food anyway.

Good food. Nice menu. Pizza was a little short on spicy ness. Added some peppercorns. That did the trick. Great sandwiches. Nice staff. Would definitely return. I would recommend this place !!!

We found Fratelli's on Yelp when we were looking for fried mozz sticks. I'm a huge Alfredo sauce fan so when we saw they offered it, figured we'd try the place. Prices were a bonus! We've been back a number of times since. We've ordered everything except the pizza at this point, but plan to do so soon. I love their alfredo and the fact they use cavatappi noodles. I get it with crispy chicken and it's delicious! My only complaint is the inconsistency depending on who's cooking. At least twice the chicken has been dry which was disappointing and sauce, limited. Love the hamburgers, hot dogs, and our favorite, the mozzarella sticks. Have only done delivery once since we didn't know it was an option at first. Delivery time was a bit long, but wasn't more than an hour and driver followed specified "upon arrival" directions well. Like I said, we keep coming back despite some disappointments, so you know it's got to be good... I only wish they were open later!

Excellent pizza. Good flavor. Outside of their specials they can get a little pricey, but I have gone here multiple times and have never been disapointed. I haven't tried anything but the pizza but hey...in this town when you find a good pie you cherish it. I wish they delivered to the Bayview area I would eat them a lot more. Expect to wait a while on ten dollar pizza night..which I believe is Thursday now...but its worth it. Call way ahead if you can.

I alway's heard this place advertised on FM102.1 but never managed to get down there, then one day i was playing around on Yelp and saw how highly ranked it was and thought i needed to try it. I finally made my way over there one night that i had a taste for an Italian beef, So i ordered the Big beef with mozzarella cheese, a order of fries, cheese curds, and my fiance got a grilled chicken pita/sandwich, that she enjoyed all the food was very good. maybe one of the better Italian beef sandwiches i have had in the milwaukee area, I don't know what it is just seems Milwaukee can't figure out how to make good ones. The fries are also good and i really enjoyed the cheese curds. The inside is pretty small and it was nice out so we opted to sit outside, I was really surprised how busy they were! Saw alot of pizza's going out the door, Note for next time to try a pizza,. I'll be back.

Love this pizza! The sides and sandwiches taste more like standard bar food, but the pizza is great! Great toppings and delicious thin crust. I love that it is close to home and quick and easy delivery to me. Also have picked up in the past and it's perfect. I can't help but want to eat the entire pie! For the Miller Park area, definitely my favorite pizza so far.

Fratelli's offers some of the best food at a reasonable price! Their pizza and sandwiches are AMAZING! The place is a little small from memory, but nonetheless parking here is hassleless, as well as the service is great and friendly! 5 star worthy!

  • Kristy D.

It is very dangerous to have such a great place like Fratelli's so close to home. Housed in an old DQ is some of the best food you'll ever have. The hot dogs are amazing and have the snap that everyone looks for. I had a Chicago style dog and a chilli slaw dog. Wow. Both were amazing and full of flavor. My hubby had the cheesesteak. That mammoth had to have been at least 9" and it was packed with meat and peppers....all for under $6. On a follow up visit two days later, the hubby and I both had chicken sandwiches. The breading is herbed and so good. Next time we'll be trying the pizza. Sometimes when the wind is just right, we can smell that hearth pizza oven at our house! The only con is that there's not much seating but I think that would take away from the atmosphere of being able to see your food being made.

  • Katie S.

Yes Fratelli's, I don't mind if I do. There's nothing healthy in here. Just leave those expectations at the door and walk the 2.5 feet to the counter. Order up whatever form of cheesy meatball will help your hangover. Italian Beef Chili Dog Pizza Burger Chicken Sandwich Subs Hot Dogs Corn Dogs Pasta Salad (ok, fine, those might be healthy) And on..... It's a little place on the corner. There's really no seating, so either go in the summer when you can sit at tables on the sidewalk, take it to go, or even better, have it delivered! Tasty food, at a decent price. I like it a lot.

  • Jason B.

This is an amazing find in West Allis. It's almost like going to a hot dog shop in Chicago. Great hot dogs, delicious italian beef, pizza that looks amazing....but the burgers are where it's at. This is easily the best burger in West Allis. I've gotten good quality food every time I've visited, I always get good service, and I never leave hungry. A little bonus item....on Sunday's they have a special where you can get a pound of beef and six rolls for under ten bucks...you can't go wrong with that.

  • Jeff C.

Yawn! More boring Milwaukee type thin crust pizza. At least the sauce was decent, not great though. Since moving from the east side my search for a good thin crust continues. NOTHING compares to the place starting with 'Z' on Farwell at Brady!

The multiple reviews with 5 stars, especially referring to the pizza, baffles me. The pizza is barely 3 out of 5 stars. The only shining light and what keeps my family coming back, is the italian beef sandwiches..... and I dont even eat them. I would say most of my family (wife, parents, siblings, cousins) would give the beef sammies 4 out of 5 or so. The hotdogs come in over-sized, dry/toasted buns. What? Such a miss here. Just use fresh, soft hotdog buns and you'll have something delicious! The cheesesteaks are laughable. Reheated, sliced beef with no seasoning. Personally, I would eat here weekly if they did this right. Even a mediocre chain like Steak Escape far exceeds Frat's attempt here. Another gold-mine being passed by. Fries and onion rings are always crispy (and one order of fries can feed two) Buffalo wings are good (not hard, tough..... just fry and apply sauce). Ask for the sauce on the side if taking the order out.

Tonight we ordered a Philly cheese steak and the big beef. The big beef was not 8" as advertised it was 6". They used the same Italian beef meat for the Philly cheese steak- news flash these are totally different meats that should be used to make these sandwiches. The big beef was so greasy again an italian beef dipped should be juicy not greasy. The cooks did not know the ingredients to put on the Italian beef. The philly was dry and plain. As a matter of fact both sandwiches were dry with no flavor. They had oregano which does not belong on a cheese steak or an Italian beef. I am Italian and I love oregano but it doesn't belong on every dish. I really like there pizza and cheese curds but that is about it for Fratellis. We ended up giving the food to our dog and wasted $16. I could have spent that else where. :( sorry but very disappointed tonight....

I love this place and it is not just because they deliver to me right at my door. Their food is top notch from the Italian beef to the pizza even the pasta they have is great. My favorite of all is the caprice salad with their own hand made fresh Mozzarella and wonderful balsamic dressing I could eat it every day. the owners are great always ready to fix things that may not be up to their standards even once they came to my house with a replacement pizza when we got the wrong one in less than 20 minutes all fresh and hot. I only wish they would bring back their soup it was awesome and I miss it terribly.

This is officially my new pizza joint. I wanted to reward some friends who were helping me study for an exam with a good lunch, and Fratelli's had such great reviews, that I gave them a buzz. At first, I was met with disappointment - my location was just slightly out of their delivery range. I thanked them and was about to hang up, but after consulting with whoever else was manning the house that day, the owner said he could make the trip. I was elated - no other pizza joint in delivery range had comparable reviews, so I threw down (what I thought was) a generous tip for the awesome service. I ordered two large pizzas - the margherita and the meaty matt - and two 2 liter sodas. The food arrived piping hot and right on time, and I'm pretty sure it was the owner who made the delivery. Whoever it was, he was super friendly and courteous. My friends LOVED the pizza. The stone-fired crust is the only way to fly - and was topped with generous portions of cheeses and meats - and a tangy, savory tomato sauce. Pizza nirvana. One of the girls made copies of the menu that the owner dropped off, because there weren't enough there for all of the people who wanted one, so I was thrilled. When you're trying to thank people for helping you out - you definitely don't want to do it with mediocre pizza - and Fratelli's really came through for me. This pizza was top notch! Reasons to visit: Great food - amazing owners - and the satisfaction of knowing you're supporting an awesome local business. Reasons not to visit: None. DO IT.

I was worried it would be one of those over-priced snooty pizza-as-gourmet places, but no! It was only gourmet pizza, with very recognizable ingredients, and surprisingly reasonable prices. We had extras to take home,

I have driven past this neighborhood gem time and time again. Often I've thought, "Hey, I should tell the hubs about this place. We should try it out." Tonight, not wanting to cook, I proposed a visit. It was to be the first of many to come, I'm certain. A-MAZ-ING!!! The perfect pizza. We got our standard, cheese and sausage. The "medium" is huge, in my opinion. I had a quarter of it and was stuffed, but I wanted to keep eating. It was so good!!! The crust was crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Perfect!!! The sausage was plentiful, the sauce just the right amount, not too saucy nor too dry. Our picky eater, the resident 4 year old, even ate willingly and on his own without prodding. Winner, winner! You must go here right away! Stalls has been holding out on you!! They also do carry out, if you're feeling antisocial!

This place is stoner's delight! The food isn't healthy but it is delicious! The pizza crust is the perfect texture--chewy but not doughy. Try the shakes and the pizza. Great prices and you get a lot of food.

We found this place on Yelp and went here because of all the stellar reviews it received. I'm so glad we did and I love it. They have a hugh menu and great prices. The owners are really nice and friendly and love what they do, and the employees seem happy as well. I'm a big fan of the sandwiches, the pasta was really good and so was the Friday fish fry. I have yet to try the pizza but this is by far my favorite Italian take out restaurant in the city! Thanks fellow Yelpers.

Best food in West Allis! I'm a regular who recommends them to everyone I know. The pizza made with Italian flour is amazing and affordable. Everything I've tried has been great.

This was my first visit and I had a fantastic Turkey & Provolone Deli Sandwich. The bread was excellent and the meat and cheese top quality. The pizzas smelled amazing. I can't wait to go back...maybe even tomorrow.

I eat pizza more then the average Jane (should I be admitting this...). I could eat pizza three times a week, and have for the record. I would rate Fratelli's in the top three of local pizza places we love in the city. And, it is located right in our neighborhood, how lucky our we! Our standard pizza is pepperoni and green olive. Nom nom. The crust is mid-range - not too thick and not too thin. Perfect topping to crust ratio. They deliver and are fast fast fast. They rate on the lower end of price which makes it an even greater value. I have never eaten in the establishment, but always see people in there. Right now you can get a pizza for $10, great deal. My toddler approves! She is on her way to be a great pizza connoisseur like her mom.

Decided to cheat on Distefano's tonight based on the great reviews on Yelp. Ordered delivery of a large sausage and extra cheese pizza, garlic bread and garlic cheese bread. Price was reasonable for the quality of the food. Delivery guy showed up on time and was friendly as was the lady that took my order. They were generous with the sausage and somewhat modest on the cheese, especially considering I ordered extra cheese. The sausage was good and flavorful although I thought this was one area that I prefer Distefano's in. The cheese and sauce were quality as was the thin and chewy crust. Overall, great pizza, nodding at both New York and Italy. The garlic bread was awesome as was the cheese bread, almost as good as Mama Mia's buttery brick of bread they serve. All in all, a solid 4-stars, and I would order again, but I don't think they will cause me to break up with Distefano's!

Food is good and there is a pretty large selection. portion sizes and prices are reasonable and fair. The only negative is the $3.00 delivery fee which the driver gets zero!!! I would be fine with the fee if I then didn't feel horrible that the driver gets none of it. It is essentially an added fee that the owner is charging for no reason unless he is paying for the drivers gas???

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but this is actually one of the few places I miss not going to from previously living in West Allis. Everything I've had here was great. Never tried their pizzas, but everything else is great.

I ate here a couple weeks ago and had the chance to enjoy on of their Italian beefs. There isn't much sitting room on the inside of the little corner restaurant and they have a few umbrella's to sit under when they run out of inside room. Anyway the Italian beef sandwich was on a nice roll covered in hot giardiniera and cheese. The beef was flavorful, the giardiniera had just the right amount of heat to it, however the roll was a bit dry which at times made it difficult to swallow a bite. Perhaps if the dunked the sandwich in their au ju, that would of made it much better. perhaps next time i go, i will ask for that. Overall their food was great and i plan on making a return trip next time i'm in the area, or perhaps before a Brewer's game.

Awesome and affordable pizza! My go to place for a large pizza to feed a crew of people. True thin crust

Ordered chili cheese fries while we waited for our large pie to arrive. YUM on the processed cheese sauce and rich dollop of chili. Thin crust with sausage, mushroom, pepperoni, spinach and fresh mozzz. The only complaint I have it that it's far away from my house. No many options for on-site eating, so we took our food to go. I can only imagine how good this pizza tastes when it's fresh outta the oven. Highly recommended if you like thin crust, hand made, traditional and with a side of attitude.

Wow...these guys really know how to make a pizza pie. We decided to check this place out last weekend based solely on the strength of the reviews (5 star average with 11 reviews). The place itself is pretty small, probably 3 or 4 tables inside with another 3-4 tables outside. We were able to enjoy our pizza outside. The menu looked very interesting. They offer various sandwiches, pizzas, sundaes, and milkshakes. We ordered a deluxe pizza, which was excellent. The topping were very fresh and the crust was very tasty. The crust was interesting, I wouldn't necessarily call it hand-tossed in the typical sense, it seeemed a little thinner...but not quite a thin crust. Nice and chewy, but not too much. The other reviews were spot in in noting that the sauce is a little sweeter than most, but I've always liked mine that way. We had leftovers (a large pizza, is a lot for two people) and they heat up very nicely in the microwave the next day. I think this is a place that deserves your patronage. In the Milwaukee area, I like to compare pizzerias to Zaffiro's, which is my gold standard. Having not eaten there in a while I cannot say with this with absolute certainty, but I'd rate Fratelli's with Zaffiro's.

This place is always hopping for the weekend dinner crowd--I've had pizza and breadsticks from here numerous times and they've always been hot and fresh. The girl who usually handles the front desk can seem a little distracted, but she's got a lot to handle and always gets it done. They really need to get a second register or someone else to give her a hand! The wait can get a bit much since the dining area is so tiny, so I'd recommend calling ahead to order so you don't have to stand shoulder to shoulder with the dozen other people waiting for their food.

Delicious pizza, worth the money. Have tried to order from them during the week and got a phone ring, ring, and ring. Finally someone answered and encouraged us to go else where. Really??

Went for lunch with the wife and got their 18 inch pizza with Canadian bacon, hot sausage pepperoni, hot Italian sausage and onions. The pizza arrived quickly and hot. The pizza was very flavorful with a wonderfully thin and tasty crust. The service was excellent.

This place is a MUST in the Milwaukee area. We had the pizza and it was outstanding. They use all fresh ingredients, nothing out of a can here. We met the owner(s) one of which personally delivered our pizza. The staff was friendly and the place was cozy. We sat outside as the seating is limited. Best as a takeout but if there is room the conversation is interesting. The owners are both former college baseball players with ties to Minnesota. As avid baseball fans who welcome Brewer, Cubby and Twins (maybe even a Sox fan) fans alike, this is a nice per warmup or after the game stop. The owner was so proud of his italian beef that he gave me a sample and he should be proud! It was very tasty with a mild spicy kick.

I ordered a pizza from here tonight for delivery. I live in Bay View and they are located in West Allis. I did not see anywhere how far they deliver. The lady on the phone said that it would be 45 minutes it took about an hour and 10 however the owner called me at about the 45 minute mark and said that he was on his way and that they usually don't deliver to Bayview which is understandable since they are unsure if the pizza will remain warm. When the driver got here he mentioned that he was the owner and represented himself in a very professional manner and said that the pizza was on him. I insisted that he take some money and he refused and just said to stop by the shop at some point. When the pizza arrives its smelled delicious and the taste was even better I will recommend them to anyone I know. I will most definitely go back and visit him the pizza was delicious I'm looking to trying to try and Italian beef. Go check them out some of the best pizza I've had in Milwaukee yet.

We seem to hit this place up every time we make a trip to Menard's on 43rd - just can't help it. When I can go to the same place, pick up some dogs, burgers, sandwiches, and pizza on the cheap, what's not to like? I have tried several menu items and haven't been disappointed with any of them. Service is quick, food is great, tummy is happy. Don't judge a book by its cover - this place is truly a hidden (maybe not so hidden) gem. Hit it up and enjoy :) Well done, Fratelli's.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fratelli's. I haven't met anything on their menu that I don't like. All I have to say is COME HUNGRY! Their portions are big and the food is good. My husband and I have tried everything from pizza to sandwiches to their amazing lasagna special (if you can get there before they sell out!). A great little local place that I'm so happy we're close to. Fratelli's doesn't have a ton of seating, only a few tables inside and a couple outside when it's nice out. Most people I see go in and out call it in and take it home (which is yet another reason why I love them).

When it comes to pizza, there are only about 2 places I like to eat at (well, three if you take in to account specialty pizzas). Fratelli's is definitely high on that short list. From crust to toppings, their pizza is - in a word - superb. Even a classic like cheese and peperoni is a home run from here. Typically the hand tossed crust is how I take my pizza - but based on the fact that I have not had a single poor experience from here, I am certain all their pizza would be worth giving a try. They do serve more than just pizza here as well, I've just enjoyed the pizza so much I haven't tried anything else! Another great thing - even if the pizza has been sitting out for a while and is room temperature, it is still better than some other places fresh pizza! If you have not already eaten here - do yourself a favor and wait no more! Stop in today!
