Consistent food, the breakfast and lunch menus are varied and cost is reasonable Clean and a friendly staff. Good parking, quick service if time is an issue Ice cream is exceptional and a real treat.

This place is an institution! I returned to Marshfield, Wisconsin after being away for many many years and this place has not changed. I took my niece and nephew here for ice cream and I was blown away. This is the way ice cream is supposed to taste! Exploding with flavors, fruits and nuts. Thank you Melody Gardens I loved you as a kid and now 30 years later I am still in love!

They don't accept DEBIT or CREDIT. They have an ATM but charge you $2. A burger and mashed potatoes took 15 minutes to get to me despite NOBODY else in the dinning room area.

My grandparents who are in their 90's eat at this place 2-3 times per week for decades. They brag on how cheap the food is and probably tip poorly. My grandma went to the hospital last year for a few days and I came up to take care of my grandpa. We ate at Melody Gardens every day. The food, service and prices were great. I was pleasantly surprised!
