Okay, okay, I'm a Starbucks connoisseur and I'm not from Wisconsin, so take my two-star rating with a grain of salt. This is a perfectly fine Starbucks location. They've got the drinks, they've got the snacks (including the petites), they've got the merch, and their bathrooms are clean. But this is a Starbucks in a small town in Wisconsin, and it shares a building with an EZ Payday Loans and they share a front vestibule, meaning that if you park on the northeast side of the parking lot, you will enter the Sbux through a clear glass door whose label reads "EZ Payday Loans" (in its defense the door on the south side of the vestibule reads "Starbucks" only). Another cause for the two stars: the seating area by the front windows (three big tables, two little tables, two armchairs) is a bit cramped, and the seating area on the side wall (three small tables) is not well-lit. Minor but important detail. Sometimes I want the cute independent coffee shop (Harborside Common Grounds on 6th Avenue, anyone?), but sometimes I want the familiar standardized 'bux. For the former, this location is as good as any.

I never have had any issues with this Starbucks, but tonight I ordered a Latte and the cup they put it in was disgustingly dirty. It was a green tea Latte so why there was coffee stains all over my cup was disturbing. Also stains on the lid, it was so gross I couldn't drink it out of that cup but went home and poured it in a new cup. It was like it came off the floor dirty.

This is a decent place to go to get your work done. At times it turns into a bit of an after-school Christian prayer circle hangout, although I don't really mind. These are good kids raised on good, clean, American values. I choose this location most of the time over Caleo on the northside, mostly because Caleo wants to act like pussies and close a 9pm. I am a night owl and work a lot online. I go to coffee shops because I am forced to be productive in such an environment because there's nothing else to do. Does anyone else find it outrageous that these coffee places serve you the highest-octane coffee available, so about the time you are all jacked up on caffeine and in a productive "zone," they usher you out the door? Come on coffee shops! Let's stay open later!

Went to this location tonight and ordered an iced venti soy chai latte. The service was speedy for once but the bottom of my drink looked curdled. They most likely left the soy milk out a little too long before refrigerating it. Never going to this location again. Will drive the extra couple miles to go to the one by the interstate or Target, or make one myself.

Beware this Starbucks. Took 15 minutes for one drink. Workers incompetent and did not seem to know how to run the cashier station. Do not go unless you have endless patience and an hour.

Worst experience ever!!!! go here if you like to be ignored and want the slowest service imaginable! this was usually my favorite Starbucks location in Kenosha but after my awful experience on Sunday, I won't be back... it was a Sunday afternoon and the cars were wrapping well around the drive through so I parked my car and walked in... I stood in line behind 4 young girls.... probably 12-ish who all had such overly complex fruity drink orders that the cashier had to read the instructions from the girls smart phone, then another cashier put in her 2 cents worth... and this went on for several minutes, and then the 2nd of the 4 girls presents her smart phone for another overly complicated fruity drink order... now a good 10 minutes have gone by and the drive through is completely empty and the the 2 employees that had been working the drive through are now just standing around and I finally gave up waiting and stormed out... i love being the only adult i line for a COFFEE at a COFFEE place and can't get a COFFEE because i'm being ignored by 4 annoying children getting fruity non-coffee drinks and no one else even attempted to help me.... my guess is... it probably took that cashier a good 40 minutes to take care of these 4 children and lord only knows how many others were ignored in the process... i have nothing against kids, i was one... but someone else could have helped me... or the girls, clearly in their old world could have seen my growing impatience and said something like, this next one might be complicated, why don't you go first... kids shouldn't monopolize 4 employees for 20 minutes when it's busy so they can get some fruity overly complicated drinks

Service here is consistently poor & slow. They have all their attention on the drive thru. There will be one person making drinks for drive thru & lobby, 2 people taking drive thru orders while other workers stand around or wipe down counter and socialize. Very poor management to say the least. I stopped going to this location.

Went inside and ordered. Waited thirty minutes for my drink. Don't go to this Starbucks. When I asked how much longer they forgot what I have ordered. Go to a different location. This one sucks donkey tits and a 120 degree day.

It's hard to believe, but I haven't been to many Starbucks. The food and drink are up to par but the seating could use a makeover. It's stark and grey. The chipped paint makes it seem doughty. Also,the two young employees need to grow up. Meowing, baby talk and generally screwing around don't make me want to come back and pay $9 for two coffee drinks.

I stopped in to pick up a few gift cards for co-workers. They had the cards but not the envelopes for them. They suggested I get the cards there and drive over to another Starbucks up the road a few miles to get envelopes. I stupidly did that only to have the young man there tell me they didn't have any envelopes either. Really, Starbucks, this is no way for a major corporation to run your operations. Keep things in stock - and don't send (formerly) satisfied customers on a wild goose chase! There are plenty of other options for over priced coffee.

I'm surprised to read some negative reviews on here for this location. I love it here, the staff is extremely nice and courteous. Also the wifi is extremely speedy. If you want your coffee with a less than 5 minute wait, make it at home. If you want a delicious taste of the nectar of the goddesses, I recommend coming here. Also the employee Elizabeth was an A++ barista employee. My Double chocolatey frap was by far the most delicious I have ever had. She definitely deserves a gold star.

Went to this Starbucks 4-5 times a week for 4 years. Never ever was there any flicker or hint that any server had ever seen me before. Finally tried a local non-chain shop and was being cheerfully greeted by name in the first week. Plus the coffee was way way better at a lower price. Never been back. Don't miss the burned coffee flavor at all.

Wow, the parking lot is a nightmare. Far too small of a lot for the volume of drive through traffic. Wifi kept dropping. Service was friendly but not speedy. Product is on part with other stores but they desperately need a better location.
