Our experience here has been hit or miss, but thanks to Angie today was mostly a hit! Dirty silverware was the only down today.

Place was discusting as soon as you walk in the place smells like urine. I was sat at a table that was sticky and there is garbage all over the floor. I was hoping to get pancakes but not after I saw how gross this place is I will not be back and do not recommend any one eat here. Gross

CHRISTMAS DAY: Our family is not from the area so on this morning we agreed upon eating breakfast at our nearest IHOP which happened to be at this Kenosha, WI location. When we arrived around 10:30AM, they were busy and filled with people (since it being Christmas Day, there weren't many places to choose from. We waited 10 minutes or less to be seated which wasn't bad at all so I give props to that! Afterwards our waiter quickly attended us and took our order. The coffee was given to us quickly, and was replenished in plenty of time! I ordered White Chocolate Chip Raspberry Pancakes and eggs, sausage, and bacon was very delicious and took a while to be brought to our table however since our family had a great conversation going, it didn't bother us as much. OVERALL: GREAT FOOD AND QUICK AND FRIENDLY SERVICE, BEST IHOP I'VE BEEN TO IN MONTHS!

Nice waiters. Obviously having to work too hard. Always short handed. French fries are now portion controlled, so you can almost count them. So far waited 45min for breakfast. Feel sorry for workers.

I called in an order. The girl on the phone couldn't hear me very well and was a little confused. I went to pick up my order, but there were no parking spaces. So, our family has a handicapped tag but didn't have it with me, parked there anyway, ugh. I get there and they are so slammed there are people waiting standing up. At first nobody greeted me, which was probably due to being busy. I got my order back out to the car and noticed it was completely wrong!!! If she didn't understand me on the phone she should've repeated my order. I decided to eat it anyway, but call later when it died down. I suggest sitting down at this location rather than ordering out, oh, and making a reservation!!!

Worst service I've ever had!!! I was seated in a booth that had an 18 inch gash in the pleather. It was not busy at all but waited 10 minutes for our coffee. After taking our order we didn't see our waiter for over 40 minutes with not so much as a how is everything. In fact, I thought he left. After looking around we realized we weren't the only ones getting irritated. After the 2 ladies across from us got their food before us after sitting well after us we were about to just leave. What sealed the deal is when another unhappy women got up and started laying into the manager for the same reasons I wanted to. The managers response was apologetic, but you could tell she had done this before and had absolutely no idea how to manage a restaurant. Completely pathetic. I boiled over and from behind the disappointed women's shoulder and after waiting over an hour for nothing I told the manager we were leaving. I love pancakes, but I'm not waiting an hour for something that takes 2 minutes to make. The next morning I made my wife waffles and they were delicious. My wife gave me 5 stars. I wouldn't go back to this IHOP if it was the last restaurant in Kenosha. Ghetto, horrible service, and I can't comment on the food cause I'm still waiting for it.

Yes it is ihop and I'm sure working there late at night would not be fun. Do you really need to be angry ghetto lady? Take pride in your work and try not be angry at the people paying your tips.
