I love me my Starbucks but i think this one ranks as one of my favorites. The bf and I spent a week in Janesville on account that bf's family is there.. we went to this Starbucks location every morning during that week to get some studying in for a big exam that was coming up. The baristas took notice by the second morning and were super friendly and check in with us when we took breaks. It was so nice to see genuinely friendly faces each morning and cool to feel like a regular in a such a short amount of time. One thing I would suggest (if you're sensitive to temperature changes) is bringing a light jacket as it can get pretty chilly.

Worst service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks. I am a regular there and ordered my usual drink. There is always this one lady that works the drive through in the mornings that I pray doesn't help me because she always puts off a horrible vibe. Well, I wasn't so lucky today. I drove up to the drive through. Now mind you, it was 8:00 am in the morning so I was a bit tired. I pulled up a teeny bit too far from the window. I handed the rude lady (I wont give her name) my credit card and she made me reach and I mean REACH to hand it to her. She made no attempt to even move closer. Then she hands out my drink and does the exact same thing. I had to reach so far that I could barely get it from her all while she had a smug look on her face. Then she says "You are really far honey!" She was so condescending and rude. I was actually shocked and had no idea how to respond to her behavior. Then she says anything else and before I could even answer she slammed the drive through window. Never ever ever will I have Starbucks again just because of this one incident!

This is the coffee shop I go to. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. Most staff learn your name if you are a regular. Just be prepared for the parking lot as it is not always to get in and out of.

I stop here every time i make the trek from mid IL to northern WI... - take exit 171C off 39... turn left at the Mobile station... it shares a building with IHOP - drive past it to get into the parking lot... its TINY so good luck - but the staff is quick and friendly and has never gotten my order wrong - the bathroom is always clean Watch out getting back on 39... the ramps have lots of potholes!

Once upon a time a mermaid swam out to sea. She got pretty far out there. Eventually she became lost. Over time she was disoriented and exhausted. Luckily, she came across a French press floating in the ocean that must have fallen overboard from a merchants ship. Like popeye and his spinach she was instantly re-energized. To honor this life saving event she surrendered her tail, moved to Seattle and opened the first Starbucks. The rest is history. As told to me by Brian Williams

There's another Starbucks down the road in Target. If you must use the drive-through (overlong wait), because you can't get out of your car, then this would be the choice. Otherwise, inside this store the line is also dreadfully long, the staff don't greet you with any enthusiasm, and it's obviously a management problem. They have two registers. A local told me that they never open the second register and it's always a 15-minute wait to order. The drink came up pretty quickly. Well, I think so, but I went back to my desk work rather than stand and wait longer. Badly designed store and parking lot, and poor counter management. Overly noisy, no place to squirrel yourself away in a quiet corner (well that's true of most Starbuck's these days). Generally not worth it. I was traveling, so stopped to catch up on the office. If you're local, go somewhere else.

This Starbucks stands out above the rest for me! The service was super fast and the employees were really friendly. One employee in particular went above and beyond for me - thanks Jordan! Keep doing what you do.

I love Starbucks, but at this location, I suppose with their constant new hires, it's hard to have the same consistency of soy lattes. I only go back because there's nowhere else to choose from and the majority of staff are so nice, fun, and courteous. Also, how can you not go back to redeem your free drinks as a Gold Member! I've only had 2 occasions where the employee were unprofessional. But, I don't think they work there anymore. It would also help if they improved the drive thru area, the lot is too small for all the traffic it gets. Especially when IHOP is next door. Don't plan on a quick drive through on early morning weekdays, lunch hour or during holidays.

Their was a really long line but it went very quick! The staff was very efficient and very nice. Although I got my coffee to go the atmosphere was very appealing and clean!

I love Starbucks, but I do not love this location. We were literally driving cross-country and made frequent coffee stops to keep us going. When my husband and I approached the counter for coffee refills, the barista gave us a hard time about the refill policy. I find this ridiculous, as we are gold card holders and a tall coffee refill cost Starbucks absolutely nothing, not to mention the waste thrown out every 30 minutes when it's time to brew fresh coffee. The gold card proves we have spent a lot of money at Starbucks, and as a loyal customer, I do not appreciate this. And really, what does it matter if I visit a second Starbucks in the same day? It's still Starbucks. The barista eventually said, "I'll do it this one time." Well, as I will never visit this middle of nowhere Starbucks ever again, thanks for doing it this one time.

Another great Starbucks location! Staff is great. Always very helpful when ordering or suggesting that perfect drink when you're not quite sure what you want or want to try something new. AT&T WiFi access available, outside seating and a drive thru.

People are very nice - the coffee sucks. Maybe coming from Chicago I'm used to better quality imports, but since it's Starbucks I would assume there should be a better standard.... I just wouldn't want to wake up to coffee from this place again any time soon (and not only because I don't live in the area).

Just like all of your other Starbucks', but the staff here is crazy nice. They seriously love to talk to everyone in line as if your day is ACTUALLY important.
