Sad to see Lisas close. I have been going there for twenty years. Tony knew pizza he was there every night making pizzas. They never changed and that's what was cool. They had great pizza and that's all that mattered. Going to miss this place.

This is my favourite pizza place of all time. I've been going here for over 30 years and it's definitely a diamond. Homemade Italian sausage is a must. The cheese is thick, the crust a bit chewy, and not too much sauce - but not dry, either. It's not fancy. It's not expensive. Tony, the owner, always pretends to remember me (I only go once a year!) Large pizzas come cut into squares. Mediums are normal triangles. It was around $22 for a medium and a large one topping. It's not as cheap as it used to be, but it's great to support a local business. Could only be improved by delivery!

I grew up on the South side and so Lisa Pizzeria was always our favorite. When I come back to Jvl to visit family, I always get a pizza from there and it's still just as good as it's always been. DELICIOUS!

This is the best place in Janesville for pizza. I have had em all and there is no comparison. The owner really knows pizza and he takes it upon himself to serve it up right. A good selection of options, decent prices and an excellent turnaround time on your order all make this place a local favorite. After about three years in Janesville, I don't get pizza anywhere else. That is, unless I'm too lazy to drive the couple minutes to get there. The dining area is a bit small, so they do a lot of carry out orders. Something to think about if you don't like small dining areas or if you don't want to wait for a seat. The first time there, remember to have cash and to order at the window, which is where the menu is taped on the counter. It's the old school way of things and may seem odd to some. Once you've had their pizza, you'll see that it's worth any wait you may have.

Lisa's has been a south side Janesville gem for nearly 30 years. The pizza is always excellent that the service great. There is a dine in area that is about typical for a carry-out place. Last I knew, you would get sodas from a vending machine. Don't expect anything special or romantic about eating in. For carry out, the pizzas and prices can't be beat.

Unbelievable what happened to me tonight. I called to order pizza from Lisa's Pizzeria for the first time and when trying to ask questions the owner started swearing at me and hung up on me. So therefore I did not get their pizza. I don't care how good the pizza is that is unacceptable.
