Husband and I came here for the funnel cake fries and a little bit of ice cream. Relaxed environment, sea shell decor', and just a good corner restaurant to sit and relax at. Only issue I had is seeing cobwebs and dust on some of the decorations (if it's not busy, I would suggest a quick dusting!). But my Superman ice cream and the funnel fries hit the spot!
One of our favorite things to do on little getaways is try little diners and find awesome food. I can honestly say I feel like I wasted a meal on our vacation at this place. I would say they nickel and dime you, but that is an understatement. To add lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to a burger you add $2.00!!!! So for a burger with toppings it was over $7... That did NOT include fries. For a small thing of fries, aka 7 fries in a basket, it's an additional $3.00. And the food was boring! The chicken wrap I had was super greasy and had no flavor. The burger my boyfriend had was under seasoned and thin. If you're gonna up charge for everything, the food should at least be good!!
My mom and I had a great breakfast at this small town cafe. I had the corporal skillet with hollandaise, and the portion size and flavor did not disappoint. It definitely seemed like a family friendly establishment.

Delicious ice cream and amazing flavors. We had salted Carmel, butter pecan, chocolate cake and cappuccino. All were fantastic.
Overall: Great local flavor of ice cream goodness! The good: Great flavors. "Daily" flavors and mixes with a lot of variety. Sugar cones, waffle cones, bowls, sundaes, anything you could want from an ice cream shop. Local/small town charm. Cheap. Huge "scoops" The bad: Service, while good, seemed a little "off". Ran out of flavors without updating the menu. Atmosphere: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Food: 9/10
2nd time, same owners ... Rude service !! Thankfully there's better icecream at action marina!!!!

Great food for a bar and decent drinks. However, one member of our party didn't receive his meal- the kitchen just forgot to make it. The mojito was one of the worst I've ever had, yet their beer list was decent. Overall, it's a cute little place and recommended for a quick, cheap, and good meal.
The service here was quick and friendly, the best we have had on our trip to Green Lake. Amber was awesome. Everyone enjoyed their meals, the New York strip was tender and juicy and the chef's Mac and cheese was delicious. Prices were good for the quality as well. Highly recommend
The GB is me and my gal pals go-to bar in Green Lake. The bartenders are friendly, food is tasty and the ambience is casual and fun! Whether you're looking for a local spot to catch a game, grab some lunch or enjoy a night out with your pals, the Goose is the best spot in town. Here's why: - Tomato basil soup with bacon and blue cheese - Ski shots - Local beer (Spotted Cow, what what!) - i-touch juke box - The claw carnival game (full of creepy stuffed animals) - Summer slammer cocktails - Yummy flatbreads - Upstairs dance floor Obviously all the makings for a great time! Now add the lovely staff on top of that and you've got the making of your new "regular" GL spot! Sadly I only frequent the area about 4 times a year, but if I was a Green Lake resident I'd surely be a regular at Goose Blind :)

Great food, awesome scenery...even in the winter when you mosey in there for lunch and watch the ice fisherman drive back and forth across the frozen lake to their shanties. In the summer, it isn't the perfect weekend unless we boat up to Norton's pier and have a little leisurely lunch and cocktails. Luke is one of the best bartenders I have ever had the pleasure of sitting across the bar from. Seriously good - hilarious, chats with everyone, constantly anticipates what you need, and keeps the bar impeccable. You find yourself sitting at the bar far longer than you meant to on a Saturday afternoon! The burgers are AMAZING. Seriously. Norton's is a must for all visitors to Green Lake.
Good food, great service. The view was awesome.
Good food and great service. Try the bacon wrapped scallops or the bleu cheese chips as an appetizer. Next time I'm in Green Lake, I'll stop back at Nortons. Good stuff.

Would definitely come back! Good selections, nice view of the little dam in town, and courteous staff. My husband and I enjoyed the sirloin, he had salad and I had the cream of cauliflower, both had baked potatoes with our dishes. Small dining section, decent sized bar area, and accessible parking.
First time there this month, we ordered a pizza and hamburger steak. Cheese on top of pizza was burned and the hamburger steak was not cooked all the way through! Told the server, she was busy and didn't have time to address our poor food quality. At the time we checked out, the lady in charge that night said she was not authorized to adjust our bill, however she did so, which prevented us further time spent on this meal. Would not recommend, nor will we go back.
Since this place got such good reviews, while we were staying at the Heidel House, we decided to come here for the Friday Fish Fry. Bad move, apparently. We were seated for about 20 minutes before having anyone ask for our drink or food orders. That was especially surprising given the small size of the restaurant and (even though it was busy) the two waitresses and a hostess walking around taking others' orders and delivering other patrons' food. The hostess eventually noticed that we had been left unattended and apologized profusely, clearly angry at a particular waitress who she named who had been supposed to take care of our table. The waitress didn't even come until 5-10 minutes after the hostess apologized and promised someone else would be right over to take care of us. I expected an apology...maybe a free drink (?) but we received nothing. So, then the waitress took our orders - and they were out of the side I wanted (that was written on the specials board), but that happens, so we ordered Fat Tire beer (listed on tap) and each got the Fish Fry Plate. She hurredly left, then we didn't see her for another 10-15 minutes, and she came back to tell us that unfortunately they were out of Fat Tire. So we got Spotted Cows. When the food came, we were also disappointed with the low-quality. The coleslaw I got was so covered in mayo/cream that I considered it to be inedible. My boyfriend's clam chowder was luke-warm and he figured, probably just from a can of Campbell's. The bread that we got to start with was somewhat stale and cold and seemed to be straight from a bread loaf from a local supermarket (we guessed). The fish itself didn't seem fresh (reminded me fish sticks I had when I was little), even though we were a 1 minute walk from Green Lake itself. In the end, bad service + bad food = one star. The night before, we had gone to Gooseblind Bar and Grill and were much happier with the service and the food - so I would definitely recommend that place over Adam's Rib.

Very disappointed in meal. This restaurant has gone down hill big time since going there last time 2 years ago. We took my grandmother here for her birthday and it was anything but a celebration. 3 of us had crab cakes and they were burned on one side and hardly cooked on other side. My daughter asked for her burger medium rare and it came medium well and burned several places. I had seafood combo and clearly it was just pulled from freezer. Very mediocre. Only one out of five meals was satisfactory. We told server of our issues and we were only comped an appetizer. LAME! There were only about 5 tables occupied so it is beyond me how cook could mess up the food. Average service as well. Our bill came for nearly $90 and I felt robbed. Avoid this place at all cost. There is a very good reason there are not many people there.
Went there yesterday and I was very disappointed to say the least. The paint on the wall looked cheesy and not a supper club atmosphere anymore. I ordered the deep fried lobster and it was caked in batter and no flavor to it. My wife and aunt ordered scallops and they were tasteless . The shrimp also had no flavor. For as much as you pay for tasteless food, it was way too expensive. Whoever said in a post that the food comes from the freezer, I think they are correct. That is why everything was so bland. I spent over $100 for my family's meal and was not happy. The claim chowder was watered down and by far the worst chowder I ever tasted! Good luck staying open much longer, I will never go back.
Harbor Lights has good food at good prices. I enjoy having dinner there and I am never disappointed. I have stopped in there at least once a year over the last 5 years. I would recommend their special.
