The best part was the Chicago Style pizza.. that can only have 4 toppings :( Had to wait 20 minutes for a table even though they had about 12 empty tables in the place. Had to settle for a bottle of the ONE craft beer they carry. Our waitress Ashley was FABULOUS took our order quick and kept the beers coming.. food took another 30 minutes. Atmosphere was an interesting mix couples and large families. Lots of tvs with sports on to keep you occupied. .. fun place.. just be prepared for the wait.

Me and my wife have partaken of Rosatis three times now, the first time we ordered a thin crust pizza and although my wife liked it I was not partial to it myself, the waitress was nice and attentive though so it was pleasant experience. The second time we visited was a disaster we waited over thirty minutes for our drinks before being told the bar didn't know how to make their own house drinks, were asked to reorder and then we were given the drinks we originally ordered, we then waited another hour and 20 mins for our pizza to arrive and just as we were about to leave it showed up, and was promptly wrong on all accounts, they were very nice about it and comped us for the pizza and gave us a gift card to come back. Me and my wife ordered the same pizza we tried to get two nights later for pickup, another disaster, we ordered a large with bacon pineapple with jalapeños on one side. There was no bacon and so many jalapeños that's all I could taste. The next day me, my wife, and our guests all suffered the worst gastrointestinal problems I have had in a while, needless to say the bathroom was my best friend for the next 24 hours. This place could be good but it needs to step up its game extremely. We will not be going back, unless they change whatever they are doing int the kitchen, the front is pleasant and polite, but apparently the kitchen sucks.

I don't want to see it happen, but when the Anchor reopens across the river, this place will empty out. Pizza is just above average, but the service is far below average - both on site and delivery. It has potential, with the plethora of TVs, as a decent sports bar. However, when the staff can't get management to tune in the Brewer game because they market themselves as a replanted Chicago sports bar, they are writing-off (nearly insulting) the local customer base. The locals pay the utility bills once the summer boating season ends. And if they project their delivery service will burnish a strong reputation, both the out/of-town campground residents and local homeowners say simple pizza delivery takes an hour or more and arrives like your luggage at O'Hare - tipped upside down. Order from Red Baron in Edgerton - owners are local, deliver hot and fast, and just a short drive from Rosati's. Come July 4th if these issues remain, then bet Rosati's will be closing another one of their locations, and this former marina will once again sit vacant before July 4th 2016 arrives. Which would not be a good thing for the tourist economy.

Pizza was good but the service wasn't so great. We waited a loooong time for our pizza.....apparently they don't have enough pizza ovens. Our waitress was great though. We ended up getting one za for free to make up for the inconvenience. We'll try it again sometime....hopefully it was just opening growing pains. Don't let the full parking lot fool you....we took the last spot in the lot but had no problem getting a table. The place is huge inside with enough tvs for any sports nut!

Ordered carryout for the family. The gluten free crust was not the typical udi crust. My wife said it was better. Closely resembles a regular thin crust. Their sauce and seasoning were good as well! I had the double crust meat special- very good. They were a little busy being Memorial Day, but the service was good. From what i saw the dining areas were well laid out, both inside and out overlooking the river. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My family went there and got pizza for the adults and spaghetti for the kids. Food overall was pretty good and I would defiantly put it above the normal chain restaurants (Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc.). Also the updates that were made to the interior are a vast improvement of what it was before. However knocking off one star for the service as it took ~15 min to get drinks and another hour to get food. Way to long to wait, especially if you have small children. Also, when I asked them to turn on the Brewer game the bartender said they don't get that channel. What sports pub in Wisconsin doesn't get FSN?... Those two items would seem to be simple fixes (more training and/or staff and paying for that next sports tier) and the food will probably get me to go back as this was my first visit and maybe I just had a random bad experience. Either way, it's nice seeing a new restaurant in the area and this one has promise.

I had heard that they had great pizza. First of all, I will give them credit for a very good pizza that my wife and I shared. However, that is the only good thing I have to say in this review. We were with three other people who ordered three Italian dishes on the menu. One was delivered cold - sent back and 15 minutes later was brought back to the table cold. The second really shocking thing was there beer selection. At least 15 variations of Bud Light or Miller light. Spotted Cow was the only decent beer offered. Really!! I know this is a Chicago chain, but if they expect to make it in Wisconsin, they need some decent Brew. As good as the pizza was, I will not go back or recommend until I hear that they have something decent to drink and they have straightened out the kitchen and wait staff.

The only reason for 2 stars is because the Pizza was halfway decent. Everything went down hill from there. We arrived at 5:30 and were told it would be a half hour wait. While we waited, we grabbed a drink at the bar. The beer selection is terrible. We were sat shortly before 6 and it took our waitress quite some time to even come to our table. Because some of us already had drinks from the bar, she didn't even ask if anyone wanted anything to drink. The place was packed and loud from all the conversation, but the still cranked the sound from the TV through the speakers. It was also a minimum of 80 degrees inside. We placed our order and after waiting over an hour we asked where our food was. We were told that the Pizza takes a long time to make so they don't start the pasta until the Pizza is almost done. After about an hour and 15 minutes, our food finally arrived with most people being full from appetizers and the kids being full of snacks from waiting forever. I ordered the the chicken parmigiana. This is a bed of spaghetti with a very overcooked fried chicken breast. The overcooked chicken made the entire dish taste burnt and terrible. It was then covered in so much cheese that it was nearly inedible. My wife ordered the chicken Alfredo, which she liked, but I thought it tasted worse than Alfredo out of a jar at home. Overall, I would consider order pizza for take out, but I will never go to this place again!

wish I could add negative stars..... walked in last night at 5:40. I know this because when we asked where our dinner was at 6:30 our server sweetly informed us that it had not yet been an hour...REALLY?! She told us the deep dish would be 45 min and we said that would be too long so we ordered the thin. Apparently if you are at one of nearby campgrounds you get your pizza faster than if you are the restaurant. we spoke the manager at 6:45' she asked us where we were siting and disappeared... at 7:00 we left. No one cared. I hope they made enough money on the campground to get them thru the winter.... the people who live here and patronize the local businesses won't be back ( well , this one won't be back)

Have to say I don't get the attraction to this place??? -Service is horrible... -Food is bland. -Boneless chicken is like a box frozen Banquet chicken. -I've given this place four chances with over four food options. As my girlfriend said. 'There is more flavor in Fazolis fast Italian food, and for half the price '... Disappointing cause I live only minutes away. Never eating there again :-/

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We've ordered from this place three times & they've screwed up every one of them. The last time it happened I called & the employee basically said it was my word against hers. I will not ever eat here again. Also, my husband picked up our 2nd order instead of delivery. He went in the back door, where there were at least 6/7 employees outside smoking & screwing around. He walked to the front door & stood there for ten minutes & nobody even acknowledged him. He finally had to go back to the back door to ask if any of them wanted to help him or not. Seriously?? This place has been open long enough to get this stuff worked out. It's a shame we won't be visiting again to find out.

Just went for a pizza and it was FABULOUS!! Done to perfection. We got there just before 5 and had no problem being getting a table. Left about an hour and a half later and it was PACKED. Service was very good. Would recommend. Hoping that they put in piers in the summer so we can just take the boat over.

The fact that this place is still open (and parking lot tends to be fuller than not) only lends itself to how desperately the locals in this area what SOMETHING in this building to succeed. It has an incredible location w/ great river views/access but no matter how many times Rosait's sends out Facebook apologizes and promises, the service has never improved. Last trip there we came in by boat, took a seat outside and after 5 minutes of no acknowledgement my husband went in to order a drink by the bar. (It was HOT and we are dying of thirst people!) We've been there before and know this is the fastest route to get some type of service. Back at our table, no less than 6 wait staff proceeded to walk around us without once stopping to ask if we would like menus, or perhaps another drink?? Given we had a party of 12, whoever would have made the leap and provided a decent hello would have made a helluva tip off our drink order alone (given our histories as service workers in our younger years, we are no slouches when it comes to a decent tip) not to mention the food order. But alas, it was not meant to be. So... once again we head back to our boat to pull into Lakeview BeachClub for a burger. Rosati's, please, please step it up. Fire them all and put in your best - bc no matter how many times everybody KEEPS GIVING YOU A SHOT.... you continue to disappoint. Even your existing staff seem defeated... they are tired of saying they are sorry they are slow (so they don't anymore) and we are tired of hearing it.

Great food, great service, good atmosphere. Large portions at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone. Haven't tried the pizza yet but it looks and smells amazing. Restaurant on the side of The Rock River so views can't be beat. Waitress was extremely attentive and friendly.

Good food, but the service needs work. Maybe once there is a bit more experience in that store it will improve. Our server was nice but the items coming from the bar and kitchen took much longer than expected. If you have time to wait and socialize, this is a great place. If you are in a rush, skip here.

I would like to say something about the food but I can't. I can't even say anything about the water they serve. We weren't able to even get a glass of water for my wife and I to split between us. The restaurant was less then half empty when we were seated. Then two other groups came in after we did and were waited on before we were. After 15 minutes of waiting and members of the staf walking past us as if we weren't even there my wife and I got up and left, on our way out one of the wait-staff wished us a good evening and my wife told her we didn't even get water. Instead of stopping us and trying to make amends all we got was a half hearted "OH NO". No one came out to speak with us or offer to make amends. Rosati's, since you don't want my money then I have no problem giving it to your competition. Only reason I am giving you one star is because I have to on this site. You deserve a ZERO rating.
