The large size sandwiches are huge! I recommend splitting one to save money. Charley's also has the best deal for chicken and fries in the mall.

One of the many plethora of choices to eat at in SouthCenter Mall. We went here on Labor day and my son ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and loaded (cheese, bacon, sour cream) fries. I had a bite of his sandwich and meh, I've had better. The meat was kind of bland and not enough provolone. The loaded fries, where mediocre at best,it was topped with canned cheese, Baco-bits and sour cream..and they called it loaded. The only that saved the fries was the cheese was warmed up. Its a little pricey for the meal combo he had. I'd probably go eat somewhere else in the food court next time.

Pretty good lunch food. They make everything right in front of you, their subs taste pretty good(Better then subway). The gourmet fries (with bacon and cheese) are really good. They are a bit pricy if you eat big portions, but the guy walking around the mall with samples, will carry $1 off coupons

I work here at the mall and got recommended by my coworker who described it to be the reason he spends around $30 a week just on subs. Anyways I went to go check it out and was very satisfied! The people who work there seemed very casual, you know not to overly excited in your face and not rude either. Just casual and nice. I think anyone who's complained about the customer service at Charley's, has never even worked in customer service. I ordered the three cheese steak (btw $1 more for the large) and was very happy by how full I felt after I ate it, not like subway at all. It's hard finding proper protein at the mall and I was content with the meal I got at Charley's. Would definitely suggest this to the rest of my coworkers and others as well. Never gonna doubt my coworker again on anything food related. Update: went to get my usual ( I was second in line btw) and had to wait an extra 10 minutes. I thought it was ridiculous, not that I needed special treatment or anything but I was on a 30 minute break, 6 people went ahead of me even tho I was 2nd in line, and did not have time to waste any more time of my break. Not going back to Southcenter Charley's. 3 star because it is pretty good. But needs a new staff there.

I LOVE this place, this is my go-to whenever I'm on my lunch break! (Meaning I come here at least once a week). Their grilled teriyaki sub is what I've been getting for the past couple months. Their fries are very yummy and their lemonade is amazing! The manager is very kind, provides great service, and has even reminded me to use my punch card when I forget. If you're looking for an alternative to Quiznos, this is the place to go!

I felt like having a veggie sandwich and this looked like a great option. I choose the Veggie Delight. This was supposed to have grilled mushrooms, green peppers, onions, provolone cheese and American cheese. Unfortunately, it was missing the mushrooms but it was still a very good sandwich. With it I had the fries and they were very good. Definitely try their fry sauce, it is about 59 cents but it's better than their ketchup. This is a great place for grilled sandwiches and I have tried a few of their other ones as well and have always been satisfied.

The food here is sub par at best, nothing that can't be made at home with some simple lunch meat. The only good thing here though was the lemonade. The customer service was nice at first with a nice lady at the register who took my order but when it came time after waiting a good 10-15 min we never had our number called when it just kept going. To cut this short they were rude accusing us saying we were never there to pick up the food when we were waiting right in front of them to say that we are fortunate to have the food made again was unnecessary and rude of them. Definitely not returning unless I were to be dying of thirst for another strawberry lemonade.

I'm here to shed some light for all of you and to say that Charley's isn't as bad as most people say it is. The only thing that worries me is the fact that their kitchen looks messy (where they cook their food). That's why I give it only 4 stars. When eating here you have to know what to order. And order small because they are pricey!! But small and gourmet fries should be around $9. Their gourmet fries are sooooooo good! Especially the ranch and bacon. I also recommend the strawberry lemonade! It's delicious! Comes with strawberry bits. They're sandwiches are made fresh. They don't make you feel sick after you eat them. Not too greasy either. Their meals are great for lunch break but over price. Would I spend? Absolutely.

I just moved to Washington from Philadelphia. You washingtons have no idea what you're missing. This place is a disgrace to a philly cheese steak. The quality of the meat is thin and terrible. The only decent part was the lemonade and the French fries. I have never been served by such miserable people either. I was nice and smiley to the crew but instead I was not returned with the polite service. I will definitely never eat here again...

I was early for work and dropped by here to get some breakfast. The workers were playing really loud music so the cashier couldn't hear me that well... Maybe you should turn it down when a customer is trying to order? Also, the gentleman making my sandwich seemed like he didn't want to be there at all. I tried to smile and say please but he would just ignore me and throw the ingredients onto my sandwich. The sandwich was a little on the salty side and the cheese fries were alright. I've had better. Total was about $10. I wouldn't come here again. Decent service. Decent food. $10? I didn't even finish it since it was so salty. I'd rather go to Panda Express right next to them for $7. Better food, prices, and service. Even Subway is better.

The food here is delicious, but my goodness the service is so terrible. Today, I ordered their $5.99 meal deal... Great price for what you get! Butttt what ruined my meal was the nasty Latino girl working at the very end of the table. She literally screamed every word out of her mouth. LETTUCE. TOMATO. RANCH. Not only does she scream the words it also comes with an occasional eye roll. LOL. ANNNND TO TOP IT ALL OFF! I asked for my food TO-GO, but she seemed to have made it for me to eat it at the mall- no biggie. So I said "I wanted this to-go, can I get a bag." Listen to this... She TOSSED the damn wrapping paper and the paper bag, rolled her eyes and walked away. Thank the lord I didn't snatch her ass across the counter after coming back from practice. Great food, terrible service. Please monitor the people you hire.

The food is great but the attitude of the employees sucks! If you finally try to redeem your punch card for a free sub, they charge you! When asked why they just say that's what we do! There was spilled water by the pick up area and when I told the employee about this she stated it wasn't her problem!! I will never go here again! The corporate manager was kind enough to listen to my concerns and gave my son and I free food. They left a bad taste in my mouth! Hire people with better customer service skills

This was basically a last minute decision because I originally wanted Panda Express, but the line was too long. A warm non-Subway sandwich sounded decent enough, so I decided to go for it. I ended up going with the regular Philly Veggie, which had onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and several kinds of cheese. It was okay, not great. The majority of the sandwich was cheese, which was a bit of a letdown. It would be nice if they would add more veggies to it since it is supposed to be a VEGGIE sandwich. Staff was fine, generally friendly. Prices seemed a bit high to me for what it was, but I guess it is food court food, so prices for that kind of stuff are usually high. Next time I'm at Southcenter, I'd probably choose a different place, but I might come back here and try something else if I was craving a sandwich.

Pretty good cheesesteak sandwich. Not philly style with cheese wiz and probably not ribyeye. I might have to order extra meat with my future ones, but all in all a good mall choice when not looking for ethnic food.

Feasted to try it since we don't have it in Vegas. I'd say it was just ok. First. The didn't have much ingredients that were listed. And there wasn't that much flavor in the Philly cheesesteak. Was disappointing to me. Great steaks is still better to me.

Saw a show on the food network featuring Philly cheesesteaks last night so on my work break I thought I'd drop by charley's for their Deluxe Cheesesteak since it's so close to work. Lol! They had regular size and bigger size, of course I opted for the regular size (with summer coming up & all hehe) and it was around $5 for their Deluxe Cheesesteak (steak, provolone, mushrooms, grilled onions and green peppers), (there's a regular cheese steak for a few cents less) expect to pay more if you want to make it a meal with fries & drink. SIZE of their regular is about the same size of subway's 6inch sub. It was good but not super amazing. I've eaten their food twice now..It's not something i'd crave or order a lot. I'd more likely get a bbq pork vietnamese sandwich right next to them at cafe pho or subway. Location is at the food court of Westfield Southcenter Mall 2nd floor.

This was a last minute, last resort sort of moment. I was starving, and the movie I was about to watch (Avatar, just to see what all the hype was about ^_^) was freaking long. 'Got me a regular Chicken Teriyaki Sub, downed it and was gone. It did seem like awhile for just me being there. The space itself was a good Food Court one. It spoke Charley's. The staff was ok. Asian dude at the cashier (owner?) seemed like he was just getting through the day; the worker bees all seemed hispanic. Okay for satisfying your snack crave and an alternative to Subways (might just stick to Subways in this FC).

I'm not a huge Philly Cheesesteak fan, but I decided to try Charley's Grilled Subs anyway for lunch. I think this was actually my second time coming here. After staring at the menu and being offered samples, I ordered a regular Chicken Teriyaki sandwich and regular fries (even though the "gourmet fries" seemed really tempting, I knew I wouldn't be able to finish them). They make the food as you wait and I didn't have to linger around for too long to get my order, it was quick. The sandwich was pretty good, it was cheesy and I like the teriyaki sauce they use even though it was a bit too salty. This possibly second experience at Charley's was much more memorable, I wasn't at all disappointed with what I ordered. They remind me of Steak Escape that used to be at the mall, they just need the fry sauce!

While living in Sacramento, we went to a Charley's Grilled Subs there, and had a great experience. So while we were shopping this evening, and running late, we went up to the food court at the mall, and saw a Charley's there. Great! We walk up, and the grim-faced dude behind the counter is barely audible. Asked him a couple of simple questions, which he seemed annoyed at. But we were starving, so we ordered. The iced tea tasted like lukewarm muddy water (stale) and the strawberry lemonade looked horrible. All of the strawberry mix that he just dumped into the glass and didn't bother to stir just sat there at the bottom. I ordered the Philly, which was pretty good. My wife ordered a teriyaki chicken, which didn't resemble anything close to either. The bacon-bit fries were horrible, too. Paying $18+ for a sullen-faced counter person, and less-than half-rate food will preclude us from visiting this establishment again. T0 be fair: The other guy behind the counter at least seemed to enjoy being there, and had some charisma. The other, shorter fellow was just miserable.
