This is one of the tastiest, freshest, messiest burger in Tacoma... I got a double cheese burger and it was VERY yummy, melty and fresh! The fries were disappointing, hot and crispy but badly needed salt or ketchup and came with neither. They also took a while to prepare my food. Even though it's a drive-through, expect to wait a little bit but it's worth it!!! I'll have to try the gyro next time.

I went here a few weeks ago. That was a mistake. I got a burger, onion rings, and a chocolate milkshake. Being the only car in line, the wait was 25 minutes. When I got to my office and started eating, the hamburger patty was very thin and the meat was still pink. I was done with the burger once I saw that. The onion rings were ok, pretty much what you would be out of any bag from the grocery store. I think the chocolate shake is what confused me the most though.... I didn't pay attention when I grabbed it because I needed to get back to work. I noticed it was a strange off white color, I assumed they misheard me and gave me a vanilla shake, which it basically was. Vanilla with a hint of chocolate. I really had high hopes for this little stand.

So much has been said in other reviews that holds true: undercooked fries. The orders will be messed up (hint: a plain kid's hamburger does not have mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, AND pickles on it - we had to toss it and make a sandwich at home.) You will wait in the line for a long time. Go ahead, turn your car ignition off. What they do well is make a really decent drive-thru burger. It's hot, it's tasty, and it's got all of the right markers of a regrettable food decision. Just don't expect any kind of substitutions or subtractions from what they think should be on your burger. At least Dick's is upfront that they won't subtract or make substitutions. A solid burger, not a lot else to rave about here. At least when the name was Fantastic Burger there was a ring of truth.

We went there on a Saturday night. The town was pretty deserted because it was pouring rain. Three cars were in front of us in the drive through. As we were coming in the third car backed out and left. We understood too late why they had left the waiting line. It took forever to go through the line. We had already ordered our food (2 Philly cheese-steak sandwiches and a chicken sandwich) so decided to wait but if we had known we would have to wait so long we would have gone somewhere else. Well no we couldn't have gone anywhere because someone was right behind us and no way to escape. We probably waited 20 to 25 minutes for our food. Paid the price and left. The sandwiches were a bit dry but tasted good. Later when I got my bank statement I saw that they charged us $2 extra that what the amount on the receipt said. They never asked if we wanted to leave a tip and there was no line for a tip anyways. We are never going there again!! Bad customer service!

This place caught my eye since I was going to the coffee shop next door. It said they had gyros so I figured trying them out now would be just as good as time as any. I saw that they had gyros so I went ahead and got one. The gyro was ok, not amazing but ok. I noticed that some strips of meat on the gyro looked burnt but it did not influence the flavor. All in all it was ok. Not as good as those little mom and pop Greek places though. The fries I had were ok too, real greasy as you come to expect from a greasy spoon. Not too terribly inspiring though. Legendz has good meal deals that are inexpensive and though I was not really enthralled by the eating experience here nothing was extremely off putting about it. It just seemed uninspired. If you are in a rush though this place may come in handy since it is a drive up and the service is relatively quick.

Always ordee the lamb beef gyro and it was delicous. Love the tzetaki sauce. PRICE is great. And the service is spot on however can take sometime to make but in the end its worth it. always ask for extra tzetaki and veggies and never shy from adding the extra fixins which is how its supposed to be eaten.

I was disappointed. I ordered the Philly cheese steak with no onions, no peppers. I asked specifically for just meat and cheese on it. When I got home, guess what.....onions and peppers. If it would have come the way I asked for it, I would have rated it between a 3-4. The fries where good. Hot and fresh. My only other complaint is that they didn't give me any ketchup or ask if I wanted any. Probably won't go back.

The name "Legendz" with a Z makes me feel like this place is trying to target hilltop gangstas, and most places or things that have to tell us that they're legends make me a little bit skeptical. I got a philly cheese steak sandwich. It wasn't the best or worst I've ever had. I'd say it was just above average. The service was slow by drive-through standards, but, at least everything seemed sanitary. I'd rather have someone take their time than drop the food on the floor or give me food poisoning. All things considered, this is an A-okay place in a crunch, but, not as cool as Frisko Freeze, the king of Tacoma fast food in my book. Peace out, Legendz...

I ordered a chicken gyro. The chickens sort of oddly chopped, but it worked well. Taste was good. Compared to Mr Gyros in Seattle, it pales in comparison. If I had never had theirs, I would think more of Legendz Gyro. The service was slow. They are either jerking off in the back, or actually cooking it from scratch. I hope the latter. And the persons affect was a bit weird, too. I'd go back.

Good burger. Next time I'll ask for medium, this one was well done. Lots of mustard (I hate that most places skimp on mustard) but lacking enough ketchup for my taste (I added more). If it had pickles, I don't recall. I guess not enough to be memorable. Lettuce was crisp, and there was a touch of onion. Overall, very decent. The fries were pretty bad, although my wife thought they were fine. I don't think they were fried, I think they might have been baked. Krinkle-cut, little to no flavor, kinda mushy, not crisp on the outside at all. I doused them with adobo seasoning to make them palatable. The shake was awesome. I got a Reese's shake, and it was really good. My wife got strawberry, and it had real strawberries in it (sweetened frozen berries, not fresh, but no biggie). I spent $16 on two full meals with shakes. That's pretty tough to beat. They make the food fresh (I had to wait a while at the drive-thru), and it makes a difference. I'll be back, but I'll skip the fries. Gyro is up next.

Order the double cheese to get the right proportions of meat, cheese and bun. If you do this, you will agree with me that Legendz is the best burger in town. Milkshakes are THICK.

I had a bad Philly-Cheese-Steak experience prior to this...but this place redeemed my feelings for the sandwich! Delicious. Greasy, but not soggy, perfection. We also ordered onion rings and fries, the fires were just okay but the onion rings were as good as they could get!

OMG, this burger was the best in a l-o-o-o-n-n-n-g time! Juicy, charbroiled, HUGE HOT mushrooms with MELTED Swiss, accompanied by HOT french fries ... stop here for one of the South Sound's best values for quality pit stop food. Service was lack-lustre, but hey, you can't have it all!
