Stopped here for a quick treat with the family. This is technically handicap accessible but not good for someone with limited walking/curb abilities. There is no dip in the access walkway and to get to the one part that has no curb to step up is on the other side of the Radio Shack next to the Baskin Robbins. My grandmother gave up trying to get into this store and waited for me in the car. :( Boo. I purchased ice cream and brought it to the rest of my family waiting for me in the car. Normally we don't eat ice cream in the car but there weren't any other good options for us due to less-than-ideal accessibility. We all enjoyed our ice creams/sorbets. We tried the Orange sherbert, the Oregon Blackberry sherbert and I had a pink bubblegum clown cone treat. The clown cone was served in a cup rather than on a cookie, which was disappointing because the cookie is part of the tasty clown cone experience for me. The ice cream was very hard, but the cone was still crunchy and hadn't gone soft. The clown cones had probably been made recently. They were also not in covered containers. It was just a large cookie tray with dozens of clown cones in cups. It was a little awkward. The decoration on the cones wasn't the best I've seen, but wasn't too bad. The cakes looked a lot more attractive. The woman staffing this location was polite and professional. Overall visit was okay, but not amazing. I'd probably aim for a different location if one was convenient and had better clown cones since those are my favorite thing at a Baskin Robbins.

SPOILED ICE CREAM!!! DO NOT GO!!!! I was really craving some ice cream after school so I decided to go get some ice cream with my boyfriend. I ordered their new flavor called "flavornado" which was okay nothing too exciting and I was really in the mood for their walnut ice cream. Worst Ice cream I've ever had in my entire life. It was OLD AND ROTTEN!!!! The first bite I took into it I felt a weird dry fuzzy texture and the flavor was bland. I thought it was just a bad bite or something, but after another bite I couldn't bare the rotten moldy taste. It was like blucheese with ice. SO GROSS!!!! Plus the parking lot is terrible. I need them to make sure they have fresh ice cream out there. This can't happen again. What if a little child would've ate it? I'll be contacting them soon.

This is a nice Baskin-Robbins that is reliable for well decorated cakes. It is owned by a very sweet, older couple who will remember you after a couple of visits and are very grateful for your business. There ARE three dipping cabinets here, but if there weren't would that warrant giving them a sub par rating? I would seriously discount the 2 star review and question its purpose. What do you want from a BR? They're a very standardized chain and this one conforms to all standards, and exceeds them. The store is very clean, service is fast and worth a stop if you want a scoop!

The cake decorator must not work there any longer. My husband purchased our traditional Turtle Pie, and it was 1/3 the size of previous years and other stores pies. My husband asked the sales clerk about it and he just shrugged, and charged him the full amount. We wont be back to this location. Sorry!
