Six of us enjoying a business dinner in a corner table. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive while allowing adequate time and space for our discussion. The beer choices were good, mushroom & prime rib appetizers tasty. The bread created a minor skirmish to stab the hand that reached for the last piece! (yes, they brought on more). The salad was nothing to rave about however. (should have tried the soup) I really enjoyed my flavorful rib eye steak as it was cooked exactly as ordered along with the red mashed potatoes. The blu cheese topping on the steak was a treat that I would repeat. Others in our group loved their filets. All of our expectations were met AND exceeded however I did not have to pay the bill. Menu prices prevented me awarding the fifth star. Unsure if they were appropriate for this market.

A bit overpriced for what you get but that aside service was good and prompt.

We had dinner there last night and it was wonderful. The service was great and the food was delicious. I thought it was worth the price. The filet was as good as Ruth Chris .

One of my favorite Spokane stops... no need to add salt and pepper. It comes PERFECTLY seasoned. They do cook on the rare side so order accordingly

I love this place. I have eaten there while traveling probably a dozen times. Very good steak and very nice staff. Food cooked as ordered and tasted Great. I will be back.

Never been to the CDL location, but have eaten here multiple times on week nights. Excellent waitress each time. Promptly seated and greeted by my waitress. She even remembers me! Absolutely wonderful pork chops....some of the best I've ever had! There's a 100% chance I'll return again.

Environment was kinda cool! Food was pretty good! I asked how much for the lobster and they responded "$88!" That is pretty insane for a steak house in the ghetto of Spokane... Everything was just alright and I think that they get ahead of themselves thinking that they are prestigious....

I totally agree wit the other reviewer that the Wolf Lodge in CDA is far superior and worth the drive. The service was bad, the waitress crass. Everyone agreed we couldn't stand her attitude! She didn't know how to pour water and bossed us around about where to put glasses and plates on the table. The steak average.

I wasn't very impressed with the ribeye steak. It didn't look like a ribeye, more like a tri-tip. However, three stars for their mashed potatoes and the restaurant ambiance.

We spent a hundred dollars on dinner tonight and was very disappointed with the meal. I spent 33.00 on the scallops and risotto....the scallops were overcooked and rubbery and the risotto was inedible. It was completely raw. I told the Manager this and she told me they serve it "al dente" instead of just saying I am sorry, can I get you something else....it was horrible....the other person at my table got raw mushrooms that were supposed to be sautéed. We sent back the french onion soups as they were awful. The drinks were not refilled...It was very poor service and the food overall was not good. I will not be going back. This is the 2nd time that i have had poor service, for the price, I am done.....

I like this place but I wasn't in love with it. The one in Coeur D'Alene had a better vibe and ambiance. The place is dated. It could use a little updating. The steak and side dishes were pretty good but definitely not something that wow me. Our waiter was great. Very friendly. Overall it wasn't bad and we'll visit again.

Spokane Location is good but if you have the chance make sure you go to the location out past CDA. Large sized steaks grilled to perfection good beer and wine selection and authentic feel. I make it out there once a year and each time is better than the last time i was there definitely worth the trip.

It was a Friday evening, we were out running errands and had a craving for steak. I called all my favorite spots, no luck, at least a 3 hour wait. But alas, were we out in the valley, really close to Wolf Creek. We pulled up at 5:45, and they were able to seat us. It's a nice family steak house, perhaps my 3rd time here in the last 3 years. Our evening was pleasant, the staff was really friendly and very attentive and the dinner was nice....so why a 3 star? Here is my breakdown: 5 Stars for the staff. 4 Stars for the dessert - bread pudding (a bit overdone) 4 Stars for the overall ambience. 3 Stars for the prime rib. I've had better, I've made better. It wasn't bad, just not great. 3 Stars for the clams, yes, I know, don't order seafood at a steak house. 2 Stars for the slow bar service 2 Stars for the worn out interior, old décor, and plain old tired restaurant. The staff saved this review from not being worse. Will I return? I doubt it...

This place is not as good as they think they are. I really wanted it to be good but from the service to the quality of food, that was not our experience. The place was not busy and we were seated right away. The decor and ambience of this place is five star. We were greeted quickly and received our appetizers soon after we ordered. Our main course however took forever and our medium steaks came out well done. When we received the new steaks they were rare and certainly not medium. Our server was not too accommodating and after the wait and poor quality of our meal, still found it necessary to tack on the corkage. My father had the steak sandwich and was very pleased and our Clam appetizer was one of the better i have had. I would probably give them one more chance based on the decor and atmosphere but tough to get over the price vs value (quality) here.

I have driven by this place about a billion-and-two times. After much curiosity, I was taken to this fine establishment on a date to try it out. Glad to report that it was phenomenal. THE RESTAURANT: The interior of the building made me feel like I was in the woods somewhere. There were deer heads mounted on the walls, the walls were a plank/log finish, and it was a very calm environment. I felt like this is what it's like dining in Alaska or Montana. THE SERVICE: The service was probably the best I have ever had. We were constantly being checked on, not just by our waitress, but by several people. I asked for recommendations on the food, I was given the waitress' honest opinion and I took her up on her suggestions. I am pleased I did. THE FOOD: The food was great! It wasn't a lot of food where we would feel like pigs at the end of our meal; it was a medium-sized meal made for satisfying a person. The flavors mixed well together. I had chicken teriyaki with mashed potatoes and green beans sautéed with onions and bacon. It was delicious! The food isn't cheap, but it's worth your money. If you have $60 or more to spend on a dinner for two, this is definitely a place to visit. I will definitely go back for special occasions.

We were visiting family in Spokane a couple of weeks ago and decided to take everyone out for a nice steak dinner. We were going to have our baby grand daughter with us, so we didnt want to go high end and fancy, we needed a place that was baby friendly. After looking at Yelp, this place seemed like a good compromise. First of all, it is a nice looking place, at least what you can see of it. We were seated by the fireplace and both my son and I tripped just trying to get there, the place was so incredibly dark, you couldn't see a thing. The booths seemed to be better lit, but the table where we sat were just stupid dark. We had to use our cell phones to light the menu enough to read it, and the table across from us did the same just to read and sign the bill. That's just dumb. So, why so dark? Well, to disguise a cheap steak I think. This is not the first time I have seen this tactic. The steaks were described as single source, grass fed, PRIME. Me thinks not!!! My wife had shrimp which was 80% batter, 10% shrimp and 10% air between the shrimp and batter. I had an extremely tough Prime Rib (medium rare) which was totally flavorless. My son had a ribeye, same story there. He complained and he is not at all picky. Our daughter-in-law went with Salmon and said it was ok, but definitely not fresh. The highlight of the meal was the salad. Not because it was special, it was just a simple salad, but was a lot tastier than that cheap steak. And by cheap, I mean that they didn't pay much for it, however the meal was anything but cheap on our end. I think the total bill was around $160, which is not bad at all for a good meal for 4 people. But honestly, this was NOT a good meal. We could have done just as well (if not better) at Outback for a lot less money. Very disappointed, wont be back, never ever.

I have ate at wolf creek 5 or 6 times and I always get the little dude and it is the lowest price steak and taste better than the expensive steaks but I have never had good experience with service from waiters to managers and that is why I haven't been back for a couple of years!

Writing while hangry should likely be avoided but after waiting over 40+ minutes for dinner I'm disappointed.. But if the food ever gets here maybe we can review it..

Our whole dining experience was good. The filet mignon was done perfectly; the ribs exceeded all expectations; and the deep fried shrimp were very good. Try the "baked potato" ice cream sundae! Service was excellent.

This place is actually called Wolf Creek Lodge Spokane. It's address is 104 South Freya They are a sister of the Wolf Lodge Inn Restaurant in Idaho. We ate here Friday 4/25/2014 and it was very very good. We enjoyed the steaks and everything else was very tasty also. Yes it's very expensive , but we left very happy.

We came here for my best friend's birthday. They serve high quality steaks and have the best service (thank you Tammy) just to start but everything else was amazing. Stuffed mushrooms, Ribeye, Filet Mignon dessert and cocktails just to name a few. The quality of the food and the attention to detail was flawless. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
