went there yesterday morning, big morning rush but they stayed on top of it. I am not a big Starbucks fan but I got up early, had a long bus ride nd was in need of a coffee. I ordered a large cold coffee drink. I think a vanilla latte which was not very good. I thought it would taste different. But, that's okay. The server was friendly and prompt and very professional. the wifi worked great

The workers at this location are really friendly. In fact, they usually recognize my husband's voice when he orders at the drive through. Their drive-through is also extremely fast. Yesterday, I had to wait an unusually long time to get my drink so they even gave it to me for free. Customer service seems to be a priority here. The only reason I can't give it five stars is the same reason for all Starbucks locations: please start carrying food that's safe for gluten allergies!

It's a shame I discovered this Starbucks. I love exploring and finding the best new coffee shops that pop up but this Starbucks is amazing and it's caused me to drop my zeal in favor of "regular" status. Bittersweet, I suppose, but it's the best Starbucks in town. Drinks made well, staff always friendly, and baristas... well, they're pretty hot. Don't waste your gas in the drive-through -- come inside and witness for yourself.

I've never been INSIDE of the starbucks, but have been here to the drive thru and let me tell you... the drive thru is probably the best drive thru I've ever been thru ever. Why? Because the employees were so cheerful. I mean really really really cheerful, which in turn made GREAT service!!!

Most Sixbux maintain a certain standard. I guess they skipped that here. I used the restroom before I ordered, and there were paper towels and paper towel pieces on various places on the floor. When I first walked in to this location there was no one ordering and the staff was pretty much standing around chatting. This is the time that restrooms should be checked. After I ordered, it seemed to take the barista guy a long time to get the drink made. Again, nothing else really going on, with the staff basically hanging around and chatting. Never have had it take so long to get my coffee at a Sixbux, especially when no one else is ordering or anything. As I have said before, I prefer to support local coffee stands if possible and I usually only go to the big green monster if I am in a hurry. In the future, hurry or no, I will skip this location.

We don't live in Spokane, but we come here often because we have family in the area. This is a very convenient Starbucks if you are going to or having just finished shopping at Northtown Mall (which doesn't have a Starbucks inside it, so use this one). Getting into the parking lot can be a little tricky, but hey, this isn't Miami or New York, so you can handle it! Our espresso drinks were made perfectly today. We didn't stay to enjoy our drinks in the store this time, but we have in the past, using the free wi-fi. We'll be back to this store when we are in the area again, for sure!

This place is amazing. I don't drink a lot of coffee, yet the baristas always remember me & my preferred drink. The service is beyond excellent & the location is very convenient.

I had been thru this drive thru a couple times and its always been good. But this morning was another story. The barista acted like she could care less that there was a customer there. I had to repeat my order twice, and no, it wasn't the speaker, she just sounded like she really did not want to be there. Acted the same way when I pulled up to the window. Started to make the wrong size drink, gave me the wrong food order, which then required her to put money back on my card, since she entered the wrong order all together. All the while, 5 cars pile up behind me. After finishing my drink, heart racing, realize she didn't make my drink with decaf as I asked for and actually repeated. So what ever barista was working the drive thru 5/8/15 at 615AM, you shouldn't be there if you don't want to be there. Yeah jobs suck, but when you work in customer service, you gotta suck it up and put a happy face on, and at least act like you care about the customer!

I usually receive very consistent, great service at Starbucks, no matter which location, no matter which city I'm in. However, I wanted to write a review on this location, which is always SUPER clean, SUPER fast and SUPER friendly. I had an issue registering my Starbucks card online in order to transfer an online e-gift certificate to my card, and the Barista who took my order also took care of my gift card problem in under a minute. She didn't simply just tell me how to do it at home, she went the extra mile. Then of course, as usual, my drink was delicious. Thanks for being awesome Starbucks, and thanks to this location for being EXTRA awesome!

This location for Starbucks is quite nice. Always busy but not incredibly noisy. They have outdoors seating which is nice though facing a busy road (Division). They are pretty decent on mixing drinks so there is consistency in the drink you like to order. I like to walk over there every once and a while and get myself a coffee as a treat.

I love coming here w/ my laptop to get some work done. It's very spacious both inside and outside. I love the big couches too! They're clean, have fast service, free WiFi and they always blast their A/C - which is good if you're only coming in for a drink, but if you stay for any more than an hour, I'd bring a sweater.
