I wanted so badly to like my mushroom swiss burger. All the flavors were there and in balance. The problem was the mushrooms and onions were grilled just long enough to make them sweat all over the burger. By the time I got it to the table the bun was completely soaked. The taste was there but it was nearly impossible to eat. The curly fries were inedible. They had the flavor rancid oil.

I've had lunch here three or four times over the past three or four years. The last time was earlier this year. I'm just not impressed. I've had the BBQ burger each time I've eaten there. In my experience, the patty has been overcooked and as a result, dry and mealy. The bacon on the burger has been chewy - as opposed to being either crispy or tender (either of which would be preferable). The shoestring fries are very limp and very greasy. Each time I've eaten at Cruisers in the past, it was on the rare occasion that I had a craving for a good burger and some fries. After my last visit, I've come to realize that I'll just be disappointed.

Paid $8 for a salad that was all of 8 bites... TINY portion for what I paid. The guy that took my order and grabbed my food was polite but I tried politely questioning "that's an $8 salad?" To the female standing there and instead of answering me she turned around and walked in the back. Very poor customer service.
