The Rep deserves its great "rep" (sorry, couldn't resist)! Last week, son is home from college, niece is over to visit, we are all hungry but in no mood to go out...Hm...what to do? Pizza? No. What the heck, I ordered dinner for four from the Rep, and sent Sam and Kerstin off to fetch the bounty. Yep, four entrees, appetizers, and salads. YUM! Best decision of the month. Pricey? Not really, especially when you look at how much your average order from the golden arches or pizza delivery place costs. Of course, the main difference? THIS TASTED AMAZING! Crab cakes? Delightful! The chicken Marsala, lamb shanks, clam fettuccini, another pasta something...what was that?...FABULOUS side salads, lots of bread...Oh, Happy Day! Then, stopped in with a girlfriend after enduring a graduation ceremony in Everett last Friday. Again, YUM! The goat cheese fritters are the food equivalent to Nirvana, and the flatbread pizza was amazing! Yes, it was a teeny bit noisy, it was a Friday night and they had live music, I will take that over a crypt any day. AND, even though they were clearly busy, the service was terrific. Cannot wait to go back! Hurray! -dana (aka: Rep Fan Club Member)

Went in for dinner tonight as a single. Sat at the bar. The original greeting and first drink was cordial but not engaging. The staff seems to favor the regulars which is not a bad thing but does not help build new businesses. Only three servers on and no sign of management or ownership which on this night could have been a support. Finally ordered dinner and the entree appeared first before my salad. The server made a sarcastic comment about it being for someone else and at least I know what my entree would look like when it did come out. Huh? So the salad arrives and it was good but obvious that the entree had to be refired because it took forever. No checkin from the staff because they were overwhelmed by a half full restaurant. Not a great experience ! My recommendation to ownership ??? Work your restaurant, support your staff make your presence known. 50% of restaurants fail, yours could be next.

Walked in, sat then walked out. First- the host was rude. We asked for a table and were told nothing was available. We knew from previous experience that there was open seating in the bar. After waiting 10 min for someone to acknowledge us in the bar- we left. Our past experience in eating here is the food is mediocre at best and the service continues to decline. Advice- Move on, there's better food and service nearby. Don't waste your money.

For was pretty good and they did stay open kinda later for us but I wasn't blown away by the food. Service started out kinda gruff. And I get it it's 915pm and you close at 1000pm But cmawn people. "Every table Everytime" maybe I just have different standards. Otherwise can't complain sat in the window booth that was cool music was on key for the setting. I've been here before I'm sure I'll be hack again.

Stopped in for a dessert and drink .. Ordered an old fashioned .. Great with the skip rock walnut liqueur! Ordered the pots de Creme .. Very watery and a complete disappointment .. Boo hoo ! Really was looking forward to an amazing dessert tonight before my big diet.... Oh well! Hubby ordered the scallop appetizer & pork belly appetizer .. He says " pork belly was dry ,scallops were perfect "

Our party of 12 ballooned to 19 and the staff at The Repp were wonderfully accommodating as people showed up one and two at a time. Huge shout out to them for their patience and service. And, all 19 diners were totally impressed with the food. I can personally say the prawn risotto is amazing. I highly recommend The Repp!!

Never unimpressed with the rep. Whether it's their unique appetizers, delicious steak salad, or kobe burger you will not be disappointed. If you want to hit up their happy hour make sure you sit in the bar or window and get there early, its a popular spot.

The Repp is one of my favorite places to go. The food is always fresh and delicious. The combination of some foods/flavors are unique and delicious. The drinks always seem to be perfect. Sometimes the service leaves a little to be desired but the live music makes it a fun atmosphere.

So my fiancé and I went here to check it out as a possible location to have our rehearsal dinner ( also in snohomish) . The reviews seemed okay so we went for it . Got to the place around 5:30 . Upon entering we were caught off guard by the heat ( no air conditioning- eh ) and the billowing smoke that chokes u as you enter the front door . Greeted by the hostess ? Not sure , she didn't introduce herself but quickly sat us at a booth in the back . Once seated we were given the bar menu ( which has happy hour from 3-6 ) and a dinner menu . When asked , the server ( who also did not introduce herself ) very grumpily replied that "no, we do honor the happy hour prices unless you are in the bar " Awww , thanks , that would have been nice to be told ...by the hostess ? Server? Anyone ? Oh well ....Looking at the menu , I found a total of three seafood items ...yay! - not much of a choice but I decided to deal with it as I do not eat meat . Well , the grumpy waitress made her way back over , I happily ordered the steamed clams ....NOPE! We are fresh out ! Oh okay ... Let's do the shrimp and I guess...hmmm a salad ? DONT ORDER THE GARLIC SHRIMP ! Not only is it over priced - no happy hour prices for us - as we look longingly across the two feet that separates us from a nearly 50% savings - but it's half battered , some prawns chewy and overlooked , white batter under the skin , not evenly coated , eeek ! Of course , when mentioned to the waitress .... A dirty look and she takes the plate ! Yikes !! 30 minutes later after ordering a small Cesar salad and London broil - for my fiancé - we are still waiting ....did I mention no air conditioning? And grumpy waitress no where to be found ! DONT ODER THE LONDON BROIL ! My husband could not eat his food - the meat was off ... MEANING ROTTEN ! He never sends his food back but surprisingly he did ! Thank goodness grumpy waitress took it off the bill... The salad was okay Won't be going back !

What a disappointment. Recently moved from Seattle to Snohomish and was exited to try this place. Seemed like a perfect fit for me and my wife and very similar to upscale rustic restaurants in Seattle were used to. Our real estate agent thought so also, he gave us a gift certificate on move in day. As usual the devils in the details, in this case the service. First trip I asked about the bourbon selection, bartender had to go look. No biggie but you should know. Came back, took our order plus an order for an app, five minutes later were told they're all out of our chosen appetizer so we ordered a different one. We got our app before our drinks, never good, worse if you sit at the bar. Next trip we tried out the table service. Our meals took 45 min from the time we ordered. Not exaggerating. It became a joke to see how long it was gonna take. I ordered a rare steak and my wife ordered vegetable pasta. What's that take to cook? 6 min? 8 min? The servers reason "we're really busy tonight". No comp on the tab, no visit from a manager. Won't be back

The Repp has a large and delicious selection of Happy Hour food, the drinks aren't too expensive either. $3.50 for a microbrew I find is a pretty good deal. I had the steamed clams and grilled romaine Caesar. I love grilled romaine salads so I am always happy to find it on a menu. The rosemary butter that comes with the bread is fantastic and hard to resist. It would be hard to choose which was better. The bread dipped in the garlic and white wine clam juice, or the bread solely with the rosemary butter. The staff was friendly and the entire atmosphere of the place had good vibes. I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful meal here tonight! The swordfish special and the top sirloin...service was prompt and very friendly (we were in the bar area)...and the food very very tasty, fresh and appropriately sized. I haven't had that good of swordfish in pretty much forever. Add one beer and a glass of wine and our bill was just $40 before tip. Seriously? I felt bad that the bill was that low for such a spectacular meal! The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to staff a bit more appropriately. You can't have 2 or 3 people running a restaurant...just one more person would have made some of the "wait times" a little faster.

Had a great meal at The Repp tonight. The food was well cooked and flavorful and the prices reasonable. It took a little bit for our meal to arrive and the venue is a little loud but we had a large group so those are very minor complaints. I recommend The Repp to anyone local or just visiting and I will gladly return again.

This is my second time and the food was great! My steak was cooked perfectly a true medium rare! I don't have to go into Seattle for a great steak anymore. The prices were decent for the quantity and quality. I don't drink so I was fine with water. I'll be returning for sure!

The service given by the bartender was extremely poor. I am a middle age woman who went there for lunch with my 64 year old friend. He treated us like we were bothering him. He never smiled at us but was very attentive to the pretty young lady's at the other end of the bar. He actually threw the check at us while rolling his eyes when it came time to pay our bill. This was my first and last time going to this restaurant. The food was not that great either.

Gross grosss gross see tiffany s review not one to complain but the shrimp had an ammonia odor comming off it the london broil granted i had low expectations from the shrimp was rancid it was 90+ degrees outside but if u cant afford a refrigerator that can keep food cold enough to not make them sick you have no business being in the food industry.

Crab cakes were divine! Light and very well done. The cocktails are strong and very tasty. The service leaves a little to be desired, but whatever, it's kinda worth it for a stiff drink, some beautiful chandeliers, and a good appetizer. Going back to try the goat cheese fritters and more stiff drinks!

Fine dining in Snohomish, with local ingredients as the focus of the menu. Quite a variety of types of food are available, so there's something for everyone's palate. A great value during happy hour (3-6) and delicious mixed drinks. Unfortunately, closed on Mondays, but a great stop if you're exploring the shops on First Street.

It's a treat living in walking distance of this place. So delicious and beautiful, really one of a kind in downtown snohomish. When my friends from the city come to visit or family I know they will be equally as impressed. If you're lucky you'll catch some live music!

    (4)
  • Gina K.

Service was really spotty and the music was too loud to have any kind of extended conversation but the food and drinks were really good! The band was also good, I just wasn't prepared for the live music when I got there. Our waitress was a kick. She was obviously having a day but she was still really pleasant to me and my family. We'll definitely be going back. They have a great cocktail menu and the food was delicious.

Been three times hoping it would get better because I want to like it. But the service gets worse with each visit to point we almost walked out after being seated. The prices are high and service is terrible. But the drinks were good.

Great atmosphere! Very easy to sit, drink and chat with friends. Their dirty martini was delicious! Unfortunately service was on par with the rest of reviews; slow and uninterested. It's a bummer because I would have loved to try the food, but our server was nowhere in sight and we ran out of time.

Went there the other night it was ok. It was strange when we walked in at about 5:40. Of course we wanted to do happy hour in the bar but it was full so we said a table was fine. Then a guy preceded to basically tell us that we only have to hours because every table was reserved. And that we should order our appetizers and dinner within the next 6 minutes! Way to make your customers feel welcome. For appetizers we got the cheese dip which was good but not worth 14 dollars. We also got the muscles and clams which were really good. My sister got the muscle stew with her entrée and it was gross! Super fishy! We both ordered the top sirloin. My sister ordered hers rare and I got mine medium rare. Hers way perfect and mine was super rare just like hers so I sent it back. The steaks were ok but totally lacking seasoning. And the veggies on the side seemed to be frozen. Carrots were gross. So I give it three stars because our martinis were good and so were the muscles and clams. They really need to work on making their customers feel welcome and season their steaks!

Dining locations on 1st street in Snoho are a grab bag. The Repp, like many restaurants always have the same issues, especially at startup: Service and consistency of food quality. Its a tough racket. Keeping and paying for a good kitchen crew with talent and production skills to match as I understand is ...difficult. You have to be a bit nuts to get into the store front dining business and expect the riches to be immediate.. We visited the Repp for the first time in several years recently and clearly the food quality and presentation has improved. Greatly. Service?? Still sucks and then some. A sunday night with apparently a staff of two out front. The bartender doubling as a waiter and a walkaround hostess/buss person running the place. Good to very good food combined with lousy somewhat choppy service just doesnt mix. We came in for dinner and were seated after several minutes because apparently it was happy hour still, (near 5pm) and no tables were set up. We were eventually seated and several minutes later the bartender/waiter shows up, takes the drink and appetizer order. Our entrees were good and well prepared. No problems. Tasted great and I would say a decent value. They arrived after perhaps 15-20 minute, not an unusual wait time for a kitchen of this kind. Not fast food nor is it meant to be. The Repp seems to have the emphasis on being an upper-end drinking location with a food menu that matches. Not a kids joint that I could tell. Its not a place to duck into off the street for a quick bite and then be on your way. Its not quick. Dont be in a hurry. By the way, 1st street parking is and has always been the pitts. Find a side street and walk it. Its not far.

Always great, friendly service from the entire staff. My husband and I go on Saturday nights and get a bottle of wine and listen to the local bands that play. We often stay for their entire sets and the staff doesn't rush or make you feel unwelcome for just hanging.. The grilled Caesar is delish, definitely a must try. I often get the NY steak that is always prepared perfectly.

Their Sambuca Pork is phenomenal! Drinks are great, service is great. I've been here 3 times and have never had a meal that was less than great. I highly recommend. I would give 5 stars but the ambiance, while quaint and private, is a bit dark and uninviting in some way.

Went here for the first time on a date. Love the location on happening 1st Street in Snohomish. Place inside is a nice atmosphere but my date didn't like the hard benches and wasn't pleased with where we were sitting - she could not see the band and felt like she was being looked down at from the people sitting up at the bar. Hostess was pleasant and seeded us right away - and told us the specials. Waiter came by quick and took our drink orders, I had the Komi-Kozmo and she had a Lemon Drop - strong but good and expensive both of our drinks cost more than on entrees - what is up with that? Ordered the battered mushrooms - very good. My date ordered the fettucini and said it was ok. I had the Chicken Gorgonzola pasta - which was ok. Needed more gorgonzola to it - bit bland otherwise. Price was reasonable given that our entrees weren't expensive. We both said we'd come again and maybe sit somewhere else. Felt that our waiter could have been a bit more friendly and attentive - wasn't rude - just wasn't very lively.

Fantastic cocktails, great food and very friendly service. The music is a bit loud so conversation is a bit difficult. That's okay I had my face buried in my New York Strip that was prepared exactly like I asked. It was the size of a small roast. Nice rolls too. I wonder if they make them in house. I'm not often in Snohomish, but when I am, this is one of the places that I'll want to visit.

    (4)
  • Hartley S.

The food here is consistent - the things I love (goat cheese fritters and Gorgonzola chicken pasta) are consistently great. Drinks are good (probably over-poured but strong isn't bad!), but the wine selection is lacking. Service is hit or miss - it's been great some times, and others horrible. Overall a great place to meet for happy hour in Snohomish if you are looking for something other than burgers and darts.

  • Sarah Z.

Went there last night and made a 7:15 reservation. We were seated right away but no one returned to our table for 15-20 minutes to take our order. We had a "steak chili" to share as an appetizer which was luke-warm and disgusting. About an hour later, we received our dinner of lamb shanks and salmon. In this hour of waiting, we were never checked on or had our drinks refreshed. The food we got was extremely hot - which I'm thinking they cooked real fast since I'm pretty sure they forgot about us. The salmon was not cooked properly, and the lamb shared the same disgusting red wine base as the awful soup mentioned before. The waitress came by after we got our food asking how it was and I said it wasn't good but didn't want anything else since we had waited an hour to get these meals. She did end up giving me half off my meal, so that was a decent gesture. Bad service. Food isn't prepared well. Won't be back.

Yelp strikes again. Reviewed the past posts and my wife, little daughter and I stumbled on this place while exploring the city of Snohomish. Live music tonight was great, and they totally accommodated our little daughter with ease. Wife had the scallops and she licked the plate afterwards- yeah the scallops were excellent.

The evening at the restaurant started out nicely, with drinks and appetizers, main course ordered, my wife ordered the Chicken Marsala, food came we started to eat and there was a fly walking around her fettuccini, it could not fly away for some reason, my daughter, my wife and I were in disbelief, our son called for the wait staff to our table and he had the fly in his hand, because it jumped off the plate and was walking all over the table, the waitress asked my wife if she would like another one my wife told her no and that she lost her appetite. The waitress was very apologetic however no owner, no manager, no chef came out to apologize. My dinner the top sirloin was cooked right however there was no seasoning that I could taste and was a bit tough for even that cut of meat, in my opinion. I will never dine there again at those prices for the quality of food and this incident.

I've avoided coming to The Repp for a bit now because the reviews are just all over the place, but recently, on a rainy November Tuesday, I decided to be adeventurous and suggested to the man that we make a visit. The not yet in-laws came along, so we showed up with a party of four and were promptly seated in a cozy comfy booth. The ambiance here gets four stars for warm cozy and intimate. The booths had some pillows and there was a nice twinkly candle at the table. Our server came by right quick and took our drinks order. Beer wise this place is dismal, which is a big sad face for me because I love craft beer. I hear they have good cocktails though. We started with the crab cakes... they were good, not great, I've had better. The boyfriend said they changed them, they used to come with a pepper jelly or something and he liked that better. For dinner I got the steak, he the pasta with steak, his dad the sambuca pork, and his mom just ate crab cakes. Imagine my huge surprise when my steak showed up medium rare as requested, and that it was amazingly delicious!!!! I was really amazed to get such a great steak in town, and for only $26. It also came with garlic mashed potatoes which were really good and roasted veggies. The boyfriend said his pasta was really good, and his dad very much enjoyed his pork also. We didn't get any dessert, I was wayyy too full from the huge yummy steak. I really am looking forward to going back, I'd be tempted to get the steak again but I really would like to try something else too.

I was really excited to try this place, real cool vibe, live music, good REPPutation for food. Perhaps it was an off night but my husband and I both didn't love the food. I would give it 2 stars but the drink we ordered (street lemonade) was great! I had the gorgonzola chicken pasta, the flavor was good but the noodles were too sticky and clumped together and there was enough chicken to feed a small child. My husband had the clam linguine, the clams had good flavor but the sauce was terrible and all the juice slipped off the noodles so they were very bland. I'd go back for drinks but probably not food. I felt like the $70 was not worth it.

Stopped by here today for an appy and a glass of wine. There was only about 4 people on the entire restaurant. The server took forever to take our order and by that time we were on our way out. Funny thing about it is that the server didn't really care that we were leaving due lack of service...

    (1)
  • Eva R.

Excellent experience! Yes, slower service, but our server was attentive. I'd say it's more of a European vibe - the staff lets you relax, enjoy your meal and drinks. Hardly any interruption, very nice. Excellent music! Ended up buying the musician's CD. Will absolutely be back!

My husband and I have been here a few times now. Consistently good food and typically quick and attentive service. On our last visit I got the parsnip soup and spinach salad. Nice atmosphere and a good date night spot for Snohomish.

I'm torn on this one...My wife and I have been here for dinner a couple times, but had very different experiences each time. The first time we went, we didn't have a reservation, and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table, but we were seated facing away from the live music, which was a little weird. I had a sirloin and she had chicken, both of us liked our dishes and had a pretty good buzz on by the time we left. The second time we went, we did have a reservation, but waited about 20 minutes for a table, and were seated next to the noisy and crowded bar, where we couldn't even hear the live music. My steak came out still cold in the middle even though I ordered it medium, and my wife's dish wasn't anything special, and we couldn't get a drink to save our lives. Service was spotty both times, but they do get very busy, so I was willing to write that off, but after the last time we haven't been back, and this place doesn't even come up in conversation when we're looking for a night out. It's too bad, because it's really a neat place on the inside.

Goat Cheese Fritters with Raspberry Preserves and Crostini - Combination made in heaven - LOVE! Mushroom Ravioli in Lobster Broth - Really? Uh-Mazing. Drinks - wanna get drunk? Yes please. I had the Pom Pom and it was supah-supah-strong! And tasty! If you are in the area, make the trip to The Repp, you will not be disappointed. Their prices can be a little steep, but WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you want to save some $$, stop in during Happy Hour. Good deals!

I can't imagine giving this place anything less than 4 stars...I would have given 5 but the last time we went there, the service was just a little slow to start. I've been there 3 times and have yet to have something I didn't like. Their salads are great, their steak is really tender and the filet mignon is worth every penny! They don't serve blended drinks to keep the noise down but serve some great mixed drinks. The music has always been great and starts at 7pm...although sometimes it's a little loud so hard to hold a conversation. Not a big restaurant, make a reservation if you are going on a Friday or Saturday night because they typically fill up pretty fast. Love this place!

We have been the Repp a few time for happy hour. The food is hit or miss, mostly miss. Last time we were there the shrimp was over cooked and the dried cherry flatbread was terrible. The goat cheese fritters are always delicious. The service is good and there was a great guitar player there the last time we were in.

Okay... Where do I start... We arrived after riding motorcycles.. Let me preface- we prefer barking frog- palisades etc... But walked around snohomish for some appetizers ... Tried the Repp. First- while out front looking over menu, manager was out front doing garbage:"complaining about no one spending money ." Second- waitress took forever and place was empty in dinner section- only 5 peeps at bar. While some folks arrived for dinner our waitress never came by to ask;" how our food was or if we needed anything." Garlic honey Shrimp appetizer was 'bland'. Caprese' salad... Old and cheap mozzarella . ( I make mine at home with mozzarella from whole foods and vine fresh tomatos/ fresh basil) mine is way better... How is that!? I can tell they use cheap and not fresh mozzarella ... I couldn't finish it and stomach upset later. (Owner tip: consider buying tomato's from farmers market...advertise locally bought-fresh-buy better Moz....it will improve!) Also, Owner heads up- watch bar rescue- you are doing what everyone says equals failure. Cheap food items. Bad service. Why would anyone come back to spend money? The best person who gave best service was "your hostess ." Your waitress - bobbed blond hair- we saw her 3 x - take order - after long wait- our check- take money. Never asked or provided sweeteners for our ice tea even....(hostess helped) Never stopped by to check on us. You better improve your quality and chat with staff- your hostess deserves a raise - or promotion. Locals who don't get out to nice places may think this place is okay...but not foodies.

Made a reservation at the Repp for dinner and music. We had a lovely dinner around 7:00 and were asked to finish up and leave (or) move to the bar (by our waitress) at 8:30 to make room for the next guests. This was a surprise considering the band played far beyond our allotted 90 minute dinner. We paid with tip almost $200 for the 4 of us. I would hope management reads this to consider not asking a paying customer to leave before we had a chance to finish.

Outstanding cocktails, excellent food, welcoming, warm decor, friendly town. What's not to love? NOTHING!! Anniversary date night last weekend was memorable beyond expectations. Tired of the overly urban "busy-ness" of Bellevue and Seattle? Parking that costs as much as your entree? Relax! There's Snohomish and one of the best restaurant experiences in a very long time at The Repp. I am an experienced cook and mixologist and often critical of restaurants who think they are really good, just because they are in the hippest part of Seattle or Bellevue. To ring the bell on both cocktails and the meal? These guys nailed it! Well done, all!

A good spot in Snohomish. Happy hour is the best for cheap and tasty food. Their cocktails are amazing, atmosphere is great and the staff is always good. Definitely higher end for this town, but so needed!

Wife and I celebrated her birthday with a quick dinner without the kids. Calamari awesome. Cooked perfectly and big portion. Wife had gorgonzola chicken pasta and she said it was excellent. I had the Kobe Burger. Tasty burger. Go for happy hour. Great deals and 1/2 price. Love the brick walls, high ceilings and overall feel. Service was friendly and we enjoyed our night.

Just had happy hour/dinner. The best happy hour I've had in years!! The food was excellent and the prices were great! We felt very welcomed and loved the cool atmosphere! The place is a great little gem in Snohomish and we will definitely go back!

I love this place. Sigh. It's romantic, chill, relaxing and the food is phenomenal. The hubby and I came here on Valentine's Day and were wined and dined by these folks. They had a special menu for the night and it was filled with unique food combinations and quite a bit to choose from so we sampled a lot of different things. The servers are friendly and quick and the food is one of a kind. I do love this place...

Love this place. Service, atmosphere, and food are all excellent. They have a pretty good Happy Hour and a lot of small dishes, which I love. Not a lot of vegetarian options but a few. My favorite dish is the gorgonzola chicken pasta without the chicken. Super rich, but soooo good. The place is very relaxed and very low key but still very nice. there is exposed brick, big oversized wood tables, low lighting and a great mix of people. They have live jazz music on saturdays, I think, that is very enjoyable. If you are in Snohomish definitely check it out.

I seriously want to like to this place--the ambience, the live entertainment, and the vibe of this place is great. But after 3-4 visits with sub-par food and seriously overpriced drinks--I think I'll look elsewhere for dining out. Even the happy hour food, while not amazing by any stretch, at half price is barely edible (and at least one time was inedible and returned to the kitchen--something I NEVER do.) I can't imagine paying full price for that quality (and quantity) of food. And, the $11 Lemon Drop is good, but not certainly not "great". Crap--I don't pay that in downtown Seattle! The staff is always professional, but definitely not friendly--and they appear to cater to their "regular" guests, at the expense of newcomers. Movin' on...

My favorite restaurant in Snohomish. A great menu with an awesome atmosphere to share an appetizer and sip a wine. Cons: I love jazz music but when seated at the booth closest to the second story stage, it is just too loud to have a conversation and it crosses the line becoming a bit unpleasant. I came for dinner not a concert. Our waitress stared excessively long at my driver's license which I found irritating and unfriendly. I was with my mother for one and I am of age. Check my DOB and picture and hand it back to me. Don't memorize my personal information.

Terrible we will never be back again service was terrible. They told us they were out of things then heard our bartender talk to the cook in front of us asking if they were out of it and he said they had one left. We were the only ones there food was bad and we were hurried out of there. The one thing I actually wanted there was the creme brûlée and they said they didn't have any deserts that night odd. I use to enjoy going there and recommended people to go but that was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. Me and my boyfriend worked in the service industry for years so we have empathy for places and understand but not this time it was ridiculous and will remember this.

Very nice! Nice place, no beer signs like most of Snohomish. We happen to hit happy hour , enjoyed steak bites and salad . The dark haired bright eyed girl behind the bar was just great. The people all around the bar were friendly and smiling, this isn't one of those hang your head over your beer bars, like a few other spots in town. Yes, I would return

Came in for HH for a quick bite and was amazed by the quality of the food and service right off the bat! I've been in before but was perplexed by some of the sub par reviews I've recently read on Yelp. So I came back in to make sure my initial positive review was right. Low and behold my server was named directly in a poor review that stood out to me. I found Rachel to be the most tentative, warm and courteous server I've encountered in a long time. I will gladly come back time and time again for delicious food and an outstanding atmosphere! Thank you

My family made a reservation for this restaurant at 7pm last night, showed up on time and explained that we had a reservation for 7pm and it would probably be under my aunt's last name, in which she had not arrived yet. The host at the front said it wasn't under that name in which we then tried our other aunt's last name, still a no. At this point he was adamant that we didn't have a reservation and was beginning to get accusatory about us not having a reservation. Finally we asked about their first names to see if those were on the list as we just wanted to sit down and have a drink. Hooray!!!! the one aunt's name was on the list... and I'm sorry mr. Host but it's not like the place had people lined up out the door nor was it some 5 star restaurant to where you really needed a reservation. Anyway, both aunts show up and we order dinner. My mother and I both ordered the New York steak, one aunt ordered the filet mignon, the other aunt ordered fettucini and my father ordered the seafood fettucini. There were also two beet salads ordered, I ordered the grilled caesar salad and the consensus of the salads was that the beet salad had little to no beets and I wasn't a fan of the grilled caesar salad but that was my fault for ordering a salad where the leafs were grilled or warm, yuck. To be fair, my father said his fettucini was really good as did my aunt with the filet mignon. The two issues that I have with this restaurant are the service and the quality of food. My mother and I both ordered the New York steak, I got mine and started cutting into it, kept cutting and cutting and cutting to try and get to the first bite. The entire thing was loaded with gristle and fat and was tough as can be and had little to no seasoning on it. I didn't realize my mother was having the same issue with hers so I didn't say anything as to not ruin the family dinner we were having together. Our server then walked by and my mother asked her to stop by on her way back as she was delivering food to another table... she stops by and my mother explains the same predicament I was in about my steak. She explained that it was tough and was all gristle and fat and that she wanted something else. The server looked at my mother like she had a hole in her head and as if she had never been told this before compounded with the biggest look of confusion on her face and almost not knowing what to do. Or maybe she just didn't care? Anyhow the server took the plate with my mother's steak on it to the back to explain what she had just been told to the chef. This is the part that really frustrates me, the server then brings the plate back out with the half eaten steak still on it and says that the cook explained to her that "the New York steak is supposed to have a lot of gristle and fat on it and is a tougher cut of steak." HAHA really? A $24 steak is supposed to be all gristle and fat and almost impossible to eat? That took me over the top in which I explained that no, she and her chef are both completely wrong. It's not supposed to be like that and that my steak was the exact same - all gristle and fat and with little to no seasoning on it. The server then takes away the old steak and replaces it with a filet mignon and took one of the New York steaks off the tab but who argues with the customer about their meal? It's not the customers fault the steak is tough and isn't a good cut of meat. That really frustrated me, enough to the point where I won't go back. My aunt explained to the server that she shouldn't have brought the steak back out and told us what the chef told her and she looked like she could care less. All the employees of the restaurant just had this aura about them like they were somehow better than everyone else, had no care for the needs of the customer or they just didn't want to be there. I understand that not every meal is going to be 100% perfect for every customer every single time but when the server/cook tries to turn it around and make it seem like the customers fault because the restaurant sells low grade steaks? That right there is terrible customer service and something you never want to do if you want customers to come back to your restaurant. A restaurant should take responsibility for their employees, food and so forth and never blame the customer for a sub par meal, ever. It's frustrating because it's a cool place inside and with the live music last night it could have been a fun place to return to. But with an arrogant chef, employees that are the same or just don't care and a 50/50 chance of getting terrible food? Yeah I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

Been here a number of times during the happy hour for appetizers. Good beer selection. Get the goat cheese fritters for sure. The scallops were good. My buddy had the fish n'chips once for lunch and wasn't crazy about the breading--it looked awesome to me, so who knows? Music (modern and sprout rock) was at the perfect level. Place could be cleaner, but I'm quite picky about sanitation. Service has always been friendly enough. I'll keep going back whenever I get over to Snohomish.

Quite possibly the coolest restaurant in Snohomish. Granted, if you don't live in Snohomish, you might find it to be a little bit out of the way - but if you're willing to make the drive out here, it's well worth the trek. The Repp is the kind of place that, no matter how crowded it gets, you'll almost always feel as though you've got the whole place to yourself. Still can't quite figure out if this is due to the decor, the way the booths are set up, or just from the constant attention you get from the staff here. Not sure what it is exactly - I just know that I like it. Oh, and someone's going to have to confirm this for me - but each time I've been here I keep seeing the celebrity doppleganger for Chris Kristofferson. Only he's gotten a haircut. Weird. Of course, I had lost track of how many drinks I'd had at this point, so anything's possible. The menu here is really pretty diverse. I'm especially a fan of the garlic prawns, the bacon wrapped scallops (mmm...bacon...) and the Kobe Burger. Wasn't terribly impressed with the crab cakes (too much cake...not enough crab) or the calamari. Also, they've got an excellent wine list and some really great beers on tap. Added bonus: Jessica, the owner, switches out the art every couple of months or so and she tries to highlight all local artists. Big props for local art! This part of Snohomish is pretty well known for their antique shops. And if you visit out here, you'll see why. So if you find yourself out in Snohomish shopping at the many antique shops, or just browsing around, plan on stopping in to the Repp for dinner. It will definitely be worth it.

LOVE it here. My girlfriends and I always come here after work for their happy hour. We try to get the little window spot in front with the cozy couches so we can people watch out the window onto 1st st. The goat fritters or "goat cheese balls" as we like to call them are AMAZING. Goat cheese rolled into balls, breaded, served warm with saspberry breserves and toasted bread. YUM! Goes great with our wine =) My fiancee has also tried their "happy hour" steak dinner which he really liked too. Service is always fast and friendly and the ambiance is great. I highly recommend it here!

This place seemed pretty nice. It was small, but had a great bar. Definitely would go here for appetizers and some drinks. Nice location. Liked the casual and friendly atmosphere. I could see myself going here again, but not go out of my way.

If this restaurant could deliver what it's trying to, it would be a huge addition to the Snohomish area. The goal: An intimate spot for cocktails and northwest cuisine. The reality: Strong cocktails. The specialty drinks are good but much more expensive than their other drinks. The atmosphere is nice, a little classy and romantic. But there are lot of pieces thrown together that don't really match - from Marilyn Monroe posters to a strange fountain as a table. Most importantly, the food is just bad. The crab cakes had almost no crab, just carrots and crackers.Everything tastes frozen and carelessly tossed together.

I love The Repp. It is my go-to happy hour in Snohomish, as well as date night dinner and late night drinks and apps. I celebrated my birthday here and sat at the window table with the fountain with a large group. They have live music on Friday and Saturday which adds to the great ambiance. They have super tasty appetizers like garlic honey prawns, the best cheese dip EVER and steamed clams. I love their chicken caesar salad entree and their creamy garlic alfredo is to die for. They have some super tasty cocktails, I love the summery first street lemonade and the ginger yazi kazi. Desserts are great. They usually have 2-3 options per night. I love it when they have creme brulee. My favorite. Go to The Repp! You'll love it!

I would say for Snohomish the food is above average, but probably a bit overpriced. It has a nice upscale atmosphere and our service was fine. But, come on, $12 for a cocktail? In Snohomish? I would recommend The Repp to someone looking for a somewhat elegant dining experience in Snohomish. But I would also recommend the owners of The Repp reconsider their pricing structure and quit charging Canlis type prices on their cocktails. Snohomish is Snohomish and Canlis is, well, Canlis. I've been to Canlis Repp, and Repp, you are no Canlis.

I have been to the repp about 5 times and always go during happy hour. The food and drinks are pricey, but we have a good time. Until today when I found a rubber glove finger in my three cheese dip! SO GROSS! I won't be back.

I was tempted to give this place a one star rating in an attempt to keep it a secret. I think The Repp may be the best Snohomish has to offer. The interior has dark red walls with brick lit by candlelight making this place feel cozy and upscale. They offer a great bar selection and many delicious morsels on the menu to choose from. You can't go wrong with the happy hour menu which includes a "Top Sirloin." I think they lie...whenever I order it, it's more like a filet mignon cut and is cooked to perfection. I can confirm the Kris Kristofferson doppleganger mentioned by another yelper at the bar (or was it Kenny Rogers?) The crowd is usually an older/quieter group which isn't necessarily a bad thing considering I'm starting to fall into the first category. However, the last time I was there, I saw (and HEARD) a "gentleman" who seemed a bit out of place for the joint in his trucker hat and dirty, well worn clothing. It was entertaining to hear him speak in a very loud tone disrupting neighboring patrons (my favorite bar in Vegas features a crazed Vietnam Vet that would verbally assault the female clientele so I felt right at home.) The staff was courteous to this odd man out and after a few for the road (or sidewalk) he was on his way. Maybe this guy was being paid by another Repp fan like myself in attempts to scare off unknowing customers about this gem in Snohomish? If not...I may need to put this plan into action to be assured I always have a place for me at the bar. The only true complaint is it can sometimes be hard to find a place to sit during happy hour which is understandable given the all around quality of The Repp. Cheers,

Why go here? Tremendously well-prepared/variety of food and peaceful environment! I will recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to have a selection of the best food in town, mellow patrons, and price-structure suitable for whomever. This is a place you can rely on for numerous consistent attributes. For many years, there was a reason why I did not go into Snohomish(when around) on 1st Street to dine OR to go enjoy a chill evening. That was impossible! Now there is finally a place where I will return to and know I can expect an environment which the entire town was lacking! Not only is the staff serving up food of perfection, but you can sit, have a relaxing time listening to live, YET, quiet jazz, AND have a conversation where you are not raising your voice. Jazz is played above the soft-lit room in a unique setting Friday and Saturday evenings from around 6pm-10:30pm. The clientele, of which is incredibly eclectic, remains respectful of the environment. The type of people ranged from mid-20's to mid 60's. It would be a perfect place to take a date or just to have a meal better than any other place in the town. Of several different meals, there is nothing I can complain about. The enthusiasm of the staff and the owners is something which sets The REPP apart from the entire scene of Snohomish.

Well, I *really* wanted to like this place, but it's just not that great. It might be the nicest place in Snohomish, but that's not saying much. I've even been back a second time just to double check. I mean.. maybe we were there on a bad night? or maybe our hopes were to high? Nope and nope. The food is OK, the atmosphere is better than average, but the service is extremely poor. I'd also like just a little bit more light when I'm eating. I like to know what's on my plate, but could barely see my food. There is nothing particularly bad about this place (well, except for the service), there's nothing particularly good about it either. meh.

Hubby took me on a date here after hearing so many good things about The Repp. We made reservations for Saturday at 7:45 and it was packed. We started with side Caesar salads which were awwwwwesome. Perfect amount of creamy dressing and crunchy homemade croutons. The bread and oil and vinegar is also delish. I ordered the fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms...the white wine cream sauce was THE best sauce I have ever tasted. So good. My husband had the half roast chicken. They were out of polenta do they made mashed potatoes which were very good. Vegetables were cooked to perfection and the chicken literally fell off the bone. I would have loved dessert but we were stuffed. Live music was awesome, the stage is up in a loft type area which is nice as it doesn't take away from the already limited seating. It's very loud in there, even more with music, but it's cozy and funky. We are going back just so we can try more of the menu! Service was great, everyone was very friendly. We have since gone back twice and have excellent service every time and delicious food. The mushrooms, oh the mushrooms. Every dish with mushrooms is SO good.

Previous reviews posted here seasoned our decision to experience "The Repp". The decor is "homey historic". (my description & I'm goin' with it) and the private, dim lit seating arrangement made for a cozy setting. The service... Impeccable. We were seated in an end booth directly under, yes I said "under" the entertainment platform. So we had front row seating to what felt like a personal concert performed by Cameron Nichols. Which, by the way was a great performance. The placement for the entertainer's is ingenious. Everyone in the establishment can watch their performance and the sound is better distributed in my opinion, however, I'm not an expert in acoustics; it's simply an opinion. This diner says, "2 thumbs up and if I had more thumbs, they'd be up as well." OH AND "The Repp most definitely has a "good rep." This was an exceptional dining experience. So to quote Arnold in the Terminator, "I'll Be Back." ;^)

My girlfriend and I ate at The Repp last night. It's located on 1st Street in the historic area of Snohomish. The atmosphere is top notch. We both had martinis. They were well made. She had the (made from scratch) mushroom ravioli dish. I had a taste, and it was one of the best ravioli dishes that I have ever sampled. I wasn't too hungry, so I had clams in white wine sauce. The clams were perfectly cooked, and were not chewy at all (many times I find that places overcook the clams). The prices were not high given the quality and care that obviously went into the dishes. We'll be back for sure.

My God... Snohomish has a hidden gem that I never expected to see. My little hometown has finally outgrown the biker dives, kitschy cafes, and shitty chinese places that have been the norm for the 20+ years I've lived in the area. The wife and I needed a date night away from the kids so we decided to stay within 2 miles of home so if we decided to go batshit we wouldn't have to take up the entire road for too far to get home. We started here at the Repp. Wow. That's really all I can put into words as to how great this place is. So good I'm almost tempted to ghost a few accounts and give crappy reviews as to keep it a secret. But I wont. It's just too good. The atmosphere was great for a date night, the server was awesome and extremely good at his job. The food was incredible. This is the first time in my life I've ever had a pork chop I actually liked, and this pork chop almost made me want to ditch my wife (whom was dressed incredibly sexy) and take the chop home instead. Didn't even try my wife's dinner cause I was too busy being infatuated with mine. The drinks... heh. Just get one. It's worth it, and dammit they're tasty. I rarely find it worth the price they charge. Wife's martini, it was almost overflowing. For $7 she got estimated four shots. First time I've ever seen a full size martini glass completely full, let alone spilling out. I don't remember what I had, it was probably some sort of frilly girly drink just like I always manage to get. Go here. You won't be disappointed. Any bad reviews on this place are from people trying to keep it secret.

Really yummy food! Highly recommend the honey prawn appetizer, fettuccine alfredo and chicken marsala. The service and atmosphere are great also! Probably the fanciest restaurant in Snohomish and definitely worth eating at.

The Repp is my new obcession. Super CUTE decor, decent wine list, decent beer list (I would enjoy some more local favorites), some might say the prices are a bit high, but when you're an independant restaurant in a world of chains, it's understandable (& forgivable). Definitely would be a good place for a girls night out.. We ordered our beers (read as: mac & jacks looooove) and an appetizer which turned out to be the best decision we made all night. We ordered the beer-battered mushrooms. I figured they'd be crispy and battered but hardly woody & flavorful like mushrooms should be.. Boy - was I wrong!! An entire plate of pipping hot, crispy but moist, beer batter covered muchrooms soon appeared before us.. we were in heaven. So delicious, so delectable.. so divine! It's definitely a must-have from now on! moving on, I had the mushrooms ravoili and it was pretty good. The night we were there they were out of pesto (which i thought was a bit weird because it's not too terribly difficult to conjure up), so I had the mushrooms ravoili in the lobster bisque instead of the pesto sauce. the lobster bisque, solo, was wonderful. a little buttery & rich but yummy nonetheless. the ravoili was tender & full of those beautiful woody mushrooms but honestly, the bisque was best.. our waiter was knowledgable, polite, & wished my sister a happy birthday which was nice :) all in all, if your in snohomish, (or even mukilteo, mill creek, lake stevens or everett), do yourself & loved ones a favor and go check out the repp! if i see you there, i'll send over some of those lovely beer battered mushrooms.

"It might be the nicest place in Snohomish, but that's not saying much." Pretty much. When this restaurant was Sebastian's, it used to be my favorite place. I still LOVE the vibe of the place (so much), the live music on weekends, and thankfully a lot of the great menu items are the same, but in the past years I've had some spotty experiences. :( They have/had this amazing scallops dish that remained on the menu through the changeover, but my mom and I's most recent order, the scallops were all overcooked. The service is either great or very mediocre. I miss the window seating (though the idea of the comfier larger group seating by the window is nice!). On NYE, the food was DELICIOUS (besides the appetizer), but for the price, the portions were RIDICULOUSLY small. I literally laughed at how small they were (that's what she said). Normally the prices and portions are much more reasonable. My dad ordered lobster ($60+ with minuscule bland sturgeon appetizer and dessert, no bread, but good champagne) and it wasn't prepared correctly! He had to do an embarrassing amount of work to get to the lobster meat (seems like the tendons weren't cut or something like that). Our waitress disappeared and kept forgetting things too. I don't know if I'll come back here next time unless this place patches up the many holes in an otherwise great, unique place.

I recently visited The Repp on my very first time to Snohomish. This cute little town and fun restaurant have made me a big fan. We were looking for somewhere to take a drive and eat some good food so we did a Yelp search and found this little gem. They also have half-priced bottles of wine on Sundays, so... off we went. I love the ambiance of The Repp. It is very casual, has lots of dark wood, beautiful stained glass, a huge bar and is in a cool, old building. Very fun! The crowd there seems to be very eclectic which I love. Since it was half-price on the bottles of wine we chose a white that would have been $16. Somehow it had gotten opened so the waiter gave it to us for $11. Nice! We started with the bacon-wrapped scallops and margherita pizza. The scallops were excellent. Big chunks of scallop, generous hunks of bacon and a good sauce over the top. They were piping hot, too. If anything they had *too* much bacon which I can't even believe I am complaining about. The pizza was a little less stellar but still tasty. The sauce turned out to be pesto-based which we were not anticipating. The inside bottom of the crust was a little undercooked and floppy but the upper crust did have delicious grill marks. We finished off with the mushroom ravioli with sage butter sauce. Oh, oh, yes. So good. They were hot, creamy and the sage butter was delicious. They were so good we figured they must be homemade but, sadly enough, that waiter told us they bought them from their produce guy. Well, the vegetable guy can make good pasta. Can't fault him for that. We will definitely head back to The Repp the next time we are in the Snohomish burg. They had a fun-looking cocktail list and I would love to hear some live music. May I also recommend strolling down to the river after your food enjoyment? Nice touch.

The price reflects the quality. If your tryin to ball outrageous, this is the place to go on first street. Haven't had a bite less than exquisite here, again though, I wasn't the one payin, so the high class price wasn't a factor to me. You'll find nothing less than a great meal and complimentary bread appetizer here.

I have been to the Repp many times and it's my favorite place to have dinner in Snohomish. What keeps me coming back? I enjoy the atmosphere and the 007 martini. There is no one, and I mean no one (well...that I have found) that makes such a delectable dirty martini. Going during happy hour is highly recommended, or else the prices on everything are a bit high. Why not 5 stars? The food is very good, though to be honest, if the place were a hole in the wall I probably wouldn't be so loyal. The menu could potentially be expanded and/or have a chef's special now and then, as the selection isn't ideal. Nonetheless, the Repp is a great place for a date night and to meet friends. Favorite foods: the beer battered mushrooms (very nice with the 007 I mentioned, or one of the beers on tap) and the raviolis.

Down to earth, with a touch of class. Great place to go for a relatively mellow evening, if you're not in the mood for a dive bar, sports bar, or whooping it up at karaoke bar. Great atmosphere and ambiance, dimly lit and with a homey feel. The musical artists they have here also lend a nice touch. Even the restroom is pleasant! This place is a nice place to just kick back, enjoy some great food, and have a great bottle (or two) of wine. The booth seating is perfect for a more intimate and romantic evening if you're into that...very cozy. "Ahhhhh...." I've been here once since it was Sebastian's, and although Sebastian's wasn't bad, I do like this place better now. I had the flat iron steak salad and it was to die for! The Repp has a great menu and the food presentation is great. Definitely recommended.

Awesome steak. Good wine. Great service. And lovely music. It's a cut above the usual Snohomish bar. This is probably where all the hot chicks in Snohomish go so they can get hit on by classy guys. It's that good.

My husband and I went to the Repp in December after Christmas shopping with a friend. I had always wanted to try it and this was finally my chance. I wanted to love it so when we were in the mood for 'American Fusion' we would have a local restaurant. It was awful...so disappointing. It was a competition between the truly terrible service, the poorly cooked food and the issues with the interior. If you get a table at the front, your meal is punctuated by the slamming door - since they haven't installed a break/stop to prevent it - I think McDaniels carries them. If you get a table across from the bar, it's on a lower level than the bar, and a long counter in the bar faces those lower level tables. If you sit there you end up being a kind of floor show for the people sitting in the bar. It's weird. We went with the slamming door and sat near the front. The waiter took our order for 4 apps/plates, and showed up 25 minutes later with two of them. According to him that was all we ordered. Our drinks showed up only shortly before our food and he never came back to ask if we wanted more. I honestly thought his shift had ended and he had left. We asked another employee passing by for bill he had been gone so long that time. Then he shows up again with our other two items, and the Kobe beef burger was blackened and dry. None of the food was memorable except that none of it was better than nuking a Lean Cuisine at home...so sad!! Just in case you think we are too picky, some of our other Snohomish favs are: Thai Kitchen (fresh, flavorful food, great service); Xtapa (good food, great service); Todo Mexico (great food, great service); Niko's Teriyaki (only good, not great, but they are always very friendly). Save your money!!

Top sirloin is excellent -- not just the steak itself, but the garlic potatoes and vegetables -- and the guitar&drums blues band upstairs made it taste that much better.

Nice atmosphere and friendly people in a casual setting. The food is really great. We ordered the steak and crab, mushroom raviolli (w/ lobster reduction), and our daughter had the child's pizza. It was all good and I'll be coming back, but I was very impressed by the high quality of the child's (homemade) pizza...finally a place that takes their kids menu seriously. Only thing is I found the seating to be a little cramped up in the front part of the dining area.

We found the Repp an enjoyable experience. The "Dad's old Fashion Manhattan" was very good as well was the wine selection. The Caprice Salad was served traditional and could have used a touch more olive oil on it but still refreshing and tasty. I had the Parmigiana Chicken which was huge, but the one thing that made it stand out was the fact that the under side was almost burnt. This gave the dish a distinctly smokey flavor which I am sure was not intended. My wife had the wild mushroom ravioli with sage butter which was sublime, the smell was amazing and the sauce was perfect. For desert she chose the "apple tartan" which she moaned over. This is the only important part of the dessert review which is worth mentioning, enough said. A live jazz duet played in the balcony while we dined which was a very nice touch. The bar seemed to be filled with a kind of "meat market vibe" which did not distract from the experience, but added humor at times. The Wait Staff was very good and friendly!

Very disappointed with The Repp. We went there for dinner last night and ended up walking out without eating. Excellent hostess that seated us promptly but it was down hill from there. Very slow service from our server, Rachel, and then an attitude when we sent food back and asked for the check. I know some restaurants like to be all fancy with not writing down your order BUT if you're going to do this please get the orders right. I ordered the Sirloin medium rare and my dinner date ordered the Filet medium but a little more to the pinker side. We waited no less than 15 minutes for our salad to arrive then 45 minutes for our dinner. When our dinner for there my steak was complete cooked through to well and hers was bloody and cold inside. The cook was also very heavy handed with the salt - after our walk back to the car and arriving at another place to eat I could still taste the salt in my mouth. The food as a whole was luke warm which tells me that 45 minutes we were awaiting our meal it was probably sitting up there waiting for pick up. When we called the waitress over to discuss the issues with our meal, she had reversed the cooking instruction accidentally (which I can understand since she did not write it down) and then said "well what do you want me to do about it?" We kindly asked for the food to be taken and requested our check.....waited another 10 minutes for check....which in my mind if I were her I would have apologized and comped the $7.00 bill.....put money out which was taken by the hostess and given to our server who proceeded to wait tables rather than quickly bring me my change since it had been over an hour since I stepped in the restaurant and was leaving WITHOUT eating! I ended up going to find her, she gave me the change and again did not apologize for anything. Worst service I've ever had. I will not be returning to The Repp and will be spreading the news about this rotten experience. After posting this on Facebook last night we got a few comments from friend who also had similar experiences at The Repp. Sad that my evening was ruined by a rude, incompetent server but I can say the food we had as an alternate was FANTASTIC!

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is funky and the music on weekends is great. The prices are perfect, not high at all (a melt-in-your-mouth, cooked to perfection, thick cut, Washington raised filet mignon for ~$22)... can't beat that! My husband and I love coming here on date night... I recommend this spot to anyone!

Nice atmosphere. The hostess was wonderful and accommodating. The service was a little slow but very friendly. The crab cakes were a big let down. Very little actual crab; mostly vegetables and filler. I ordered the mushroom ravioli which, although flavorful, was much too salty and full of fat for my taste. My dinner companion ordered the prawn scampi and said the same - too salty and rich. Not a good place for families - only one highchair in the place. I think it would be a nice place to go for a drink and an appetizer but I won't go back for a meal.

Good place, decent food... Very nice casual hip atmosphere and great drinks! The food for me has been good, but NOT great. Kinda spendy for what you get, but a good solid restaurant!

We tried the Repp in June with high hopes and an open mind. After reading the mixed bag of reviews on here I thought it was a sound gamble. Unfortunately, I am inclined to think that the stellar reviews can either be from those just passing in for a drink or friends of the owners. The Repp was a severe dissapointment for several reasons. I do appreciate what they are trying to do and think that the actual building has potential as a cozy - almost romantic - charm. If it was punctuated with excellent food and service, it would be a different story. That said, the service was poor. Not rude but inattentive and slow. We saw the server walk by our booth 4 times without so much as a glance over. I finally had to stick my hand out to stop her and tell her my steak was not cooked properly and my girlfriends pasta was simply unedible. As some other reviewers have stated on here, the food was just plain bad. Poorly cooked, poorly seasoned, and possibly taking on an even frozen quality. Not to mention terribly overpriced. The only upside in service was that my girlfriend sent her entree back and they did not charge us for it. I see no reason to give this place another shot as the food was just plain bad. If you're going in for a drink with a friend or two, I'm sure the Repp will do just fine. I won't be going back.

When ever i am in snohomish I tend to find myself on old main street. I dont know what it is but I just love it. Recently I decided to class up my life a little and skipped over the usual watering holes (dives) and tried out The Repp. This is a fantastic place, very classy and it helped the drinks were a little strong. PS thanks to cindy for a ride home. I liked the atmosphere, they had a live band that played most of the evening. So if you are looking to class it up head to the repp you will not be disappointed.

Had dinner there this evening and was very pleased with our experience. The restaurant atmosphere is very warm and inviting, the menu has a wide variety of choices and the selections we made from appetizers to entrees were all expertly prepared and quite tasty. The service was prompt, informative and gracious. My only complaint was that they only had one choice for dessert left, having sold out of all the other homemade choices. Snohomish may be out of the way for some, but this establishment is well worth the trip. And as far as previous comments on high prices, for the quality you get, it isn't an issue compared to similarly priced restaurants who's food doesn't even come close. All in all, a great spot.

The Happy Hour is amazing here. Great prices and great food. The cheese dip is a great well balanced flavor. $3 wells and great choices for wells no Monarch;) The atmosphere is great...very modern yet classic. The bartender was friendly and efficient. I think her name was Rachel. This was recommended by a local to us and we were glad we discovered this place!

So it's a nice, fun place to go, good atmosphere, but the service and the food was bad. The server seemed snooty, we felt as if we were bothering him and that he was looking down on us. They didn't pay much attention to us either. Hint, you could have sold us a lot more beer had you shown up once and awhile! Two people at the table got fish and chips. My 2 pieces were nearly black, the other person had one black piece and one okay looking piece. So either they thought we were too stupid to notice, or just didn't care what we thought. The fish was hard, tasteless and dry. One person got a kolbe burger. It was over cooked and dry as well. The fourth member of our party got the pulled pork sandwich, she was also disappointed (how do you screw that up?). We did all agree that the fries were pretty good though. I've been to several places on this street in Snohomish and this is the most expensive, has the worst service and the worst food. Don't waste your time, much better places on this street, unless you think $10 drinks and $4 beers taste better.
