Been coming to todo since it opened. The best Mexican food I've ever had! My family go here weekly and know Alex and the todo Mexico fam well. Been to all 3 locations. Everything I have ever had on the menu is, beyond delicious. Never had better salsa/pico in my life! They're fast, friendly, and did mention delicious! We love to support our local businesses! Check them out!

Great staff and food and service - we come here all the time and they are always nice, quick, and helpful!

Discovered this place using the Yelp app a few months ago. I've been here 4 times since then and can say they have pretty good food. I'm Latino and have been to many Latin American countries so I know my Mexican food. I ordered a burrito last time and lemme say it wasn't as good as I thought would be (small tortilla, dried beans, no rice, and little meat). The meal plates are delicious though. Friendly staff and clean environment. Always support local businesses

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to grab a quick bite and decided to take a chance with this place. So pleased that we did. At first the host/server seemed standoffish but as the meal progressed we discovered tasty food, freaky fast service (less than 5 minutes from order to table, and it was busy), and a suprise performance from a harpist. Overall a cute little hole in the wall. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

This is my favorite go-to Mexican restaurant. Happy hour everyday from 2-5. Great drinks, house made chips and awesome food!

This place was a family tradition between my mom, sister and me from '00-'09; some of the best Mexican I've had, authentic hole in the wall (sort of; pretty nice interior, actually) on par with what I enjoyed in Southern California. I remember with fondness the silly, playful antics of the waiters, and of course, my staple--the fish tacos. The sauce was incredible. Definitely a bright spot among a dark period of my life, and era for this country.

2.5 Stars. Let me preface this and say that I'm from Texas. I grew up there and have stuffed my face with many authentic Mexican dishes. Ok, aside from having a high standard for good Mexican food, I have lowered my bar in Seattle. Came here with a friend that lives nearby. Upon entering and seeing how familiar the place looked, I realized I had been there with this same friend once but years ago. The best part of the meal was the starter. Chips, pico, and spicy salsa. It all tastes fresh, and homemade. Your pico makes me weako! Friend and I were both craving chicken fajitas on a sizzling platter. I love to hear the pop and sizzle of fajitas when it's on its way to the table. Unfortunately, the fajitas, when brought out did not sizzle. They were precooked and sat on a hot plate. Womp. Kind of disappointed, I asked the waitress if she brought out the correct order. She said yes. Food was alright. Honestly, nothing to spank your neighbor about. I've had better in Seattle. Friend and I sat and chatted for an hour after paying for our meal. The restaurant was empty. Water was not refilled after we signed the checks. Service is attentive and fast while you dine.

Love this place. Just went here recently and ordered the tostada, it was amazing. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was very helpful and attentive. The food here is real authentic which speaks for itself. If your looking for great food look no further! The prices are good and you will leave here absolutely satisfied, no seriously their portions are huge and they are extremely generous with the chips and salsa! Thank you Todos!

I've eaten here twice now and am very impressed. I recommend their tasty carne asada! The chips, salsa and pico de gallo are also very delicious. The service is friendly and the wait was not very long. Good mexican food!

Best Pico de Gallo I have EVER had! The food is terrific and there is live music (on the harp like thing). Great vibe, kicks the heck out of Mazatlan and Azteca up the street! Come here instead!

My husband and I used to eat here on a regular basis. The last few times we have been here were highly disappointing to say the least. Tonight we ordered food to go and I was appalled at what was given to us. First off, we were charged $13 for a chimichanga that was as soggy as a baby's diaper and they had smashed it to the side of the to go box with a teaspoon of refried beans. My husband ordered carne asada (which was $15). Let's just say you could have gotten a bigger piece of meat on a cheeseburger at McDonalds. His beans were also smooshed to one side of the to go box along with the so-called "carne asada". Needless to say, we will never return to this place.

Todo Mexico has piqued my interest for a while now since is very close to my house and I drive past it all the time. I've always been a little hesitant to check it out because the outside is very unassuming and looks somewhat run down, but I finally made it over there to check it out last weekend. Because #yolo. The relatively unimpressive outside is indicative of how the inside looks. There aren't any frills, bells, or whistles, but it is clean enough on the inside that you feel comfortable. My go-to dish at every Mexican restaurant is the Carne Asada. It's one of my favorite dishes across all culinary styles. I've had it everywhere and I know what really awful Carne Asada tastes like and I know what amazing Carne Asada tastes like. A restaurants version of this particular entree enables me to establish a baseline for how "go-backable" a Mexican restaurant is. This version was not my favorite. It gets 2/5 stars from me. It was fairly sinewy and was not marinated to the point of flavor retention, in my opinion. The flour tortillas that came with the meal were light and fluffy. I wouldn't be surprised if they make them in-house. Both dishes we ordedred came with a healthy serving of rice and beans, so you won't leave hungry. The chips and pico de gallo were fantastic though. I don't think I've ever had a pico de gallo that fresh before. I grabbed some of the leftover pico and put it on the carne so that there would some semblance of cilantro flavoring on my beef. The waitress we had was efficient and helpful. "Friendly" or "talkative" aren't adjectives I would use, but we felt like we had everything we needed at any given moment and the food came out quickly. We were the only ones in the restaurant for a good portion of the meal, so the staff had to try to hide the fact that they were watching us eat, which was a little weird. The guy who was sitting behind the cash register was super nice. He asked how everything was and then we proceeded to have a brief discussion about Seattle sports. All in all, this is an okay Mexican restaurant. I would probably come here again for a margarita and the chips/pico de gallo... but I'd order something other than the Carne Asada for dinner.

I have been dining at todo Mexico for almost 10 years, staff is real personable and the food is great! I recommend the seafood enchilada, they use real crab meat and the texture is perfect. I will continue to dine at todo Mexico!

I came here recently with my mom for a late lunch as we were just finishing up some errands. I came here once a long time ago when I was little and my mom has never been here so we figured we should give it a try. We noticed that the staff seemed to know almost every person who came in, so that's a good sign because it means they have regular customers. We were seated quickly and given some pico, salsa and chips. They were okay, but I don't really like to fill up on stuff like that before the main dish comes out. My mom and I don't usually eat spicy foods, so we did have some questions about the menu items and the staff were helpful to answer them. We usually make our own tacos/nachos/etc. at home because usually they are too spicy for us at restaurants. My mom got two tacos from the lunch menu and made sure that they wouldn't be spicy for her. I got the chimichanga with chicken which came with rice and beans. We both liked what we had, and we ate the whole thing. We were glad we tried something new and I'm sure we'll come back again sometime.

This is our go-to place for Mexican food near our house. The food is delicious, the service is always great and I love their pico de gallo. Great margaritas too!

We stopped in on the way home because we live nearby and have been meaning to try it out. The service was decent - attentive and relatively speedy. The food was only okay. Reasonable for Mexican food in Seattle, but there's better around.

Delicious mexican food! Decently priced & definitely the neighborhood favorite :) Don't forget to try their margaritas on the rocks. Yum!!

One of the best Mexican restaurants around! Much better quality than the standard Mexican chain restaurant. And their margaritas are on another level.... do yourself a favor and try a pineapple jalapeño one on the rocks. No nasty super sugary mixers from a bottle! Service is always fantastic. Good happy hour.Been coming here for 14 years and have never once been let down. I can't say that about many places!

My friend really loves this place, so I've been coming a few times over the summer. Any hot meal I've ordered was aweful. Tough, over cooked steak or chicken & the prices are high. What they did do right was the pico & especially the ceviche. The ceviche is pretty much the pico with marinated shrimp or fish. Loved it, even got orders to go a few times. Always chunky, fresh, & good size portions. How it should be for costing $13.95 for shrimp & $17.95 for shrimp & fish combo. Today I walked in & got each 1 shrimp & 1 fish & side a guac to go for $35.50. Each pico order was half the size & instead of big chunks of onion, tomatoes, avocado, shrimp or fish, both were finally chopped & mostly onion. Very sad & very disappoingting because I loved their ceviche & now no longer want or crave it. Good bye, Todo Mexico! Too bad this restaurant has sinked so low. Every review is now negative. Update: I tried contacting a manager many times today by phone & never got someone to pick up the phone. Forget this place! Customers aren't important!

Don't know why this place doesn't have enough good reviews! Every time I have gone their, everything was really delicious and full of flavor. Very authentic and the service is great and everyone is very friendly. Their burritos are super yummy. Nachos are delicious! It can get a little bit pricey, but some of their items aren't that bad at all. I love love love their pico de gallo! It's seriously one of the best I've ever had!!! & their happy hour menu is really great as well! Definitely try this place out if you like Mexican food!

We have lived a stones throw from this place for over 10 years and we finally decided to give it a try! We will never ever go back! It's not very clean, the service was terrible (the bus person clearly does not like working there). The chips, pico and salsa were the best part of the meal. I ordered arroz con pollo and it looked and tasted like it was a 'mix' from a bag and canned red sauce was poured all over the top, drowning the 'chicken'. My son and husband were equally unimpressed with their meals. There is nothing here worth returning for us...if the service was amazing and the food sub par we may consider coming back...or if the food was incredible than we would overlook the bad service. There are so many other wonderful Mexican restaurants in our area we will stick with them!

  • Christy D.

Their "lunch special" was carnitas, and was fine, but it cost me $16 BEFORE a tip, my beverage, water. Tip: If they don't show you a price, it is because they plan to rape you. You are better off spending $20 for lunch at a clean, upscale restaurant. OR even better, just hit a taco truck and spend a fraction of the money.

They have the BEST scratch Margarita's and Excellent Customer Service. Their authentic Mexican food hits the spot and you could be serenaded by a Harpist!

Came here to meet my girlfriends for a little girl time, I found them sitting on the patio on a warm summer evening. It was nice out, but noisy for being so close to the street. The patio area felt like someone's concrete back yard, i would've done something a bit to jazz it up and maybe put up some plexiglass guards to drive out the noise of the road a bit, but that's just me. The food isn't anything to write home about, I found it mediocre at best, my friend really loves this place, and I cannot really echo her glowing reviews. The shrimp dish which was supposed to be grilled didn't taste grilled, more like sauteed and brought out on a cold plate , so my food was cold fast. I suppose this is their version of shrimp fajitas. The best thing on the dish was the mushrooms, they were good. The rice and beans were quite salty and the rice was dry. The beans had bits of shredded pork, I didn't mind this but for my veggie peeps out there you may want to ask them to give you veggie beans instead. The waitress was nice at first, but then she kinda rushed us once our food came to the table. Most dining establishments I have gone to, water is automatically refilled if your glass is half or almost empty. My friend had to asked for our refills, the waitress seemed bother by this, but honored our wishes. What we didn't expect was the busboy coming out and slamming down the water pitcher on our table, and walking away. Umm, thanks? It's not like we asked for purified, spring water from the glaciers of the Alps. The manager also was creeping on us all night, he kept peeping his head out to see if we were done. We ended up being the only ones out there, but the restaurant was still bustling inside. It wasn't even 9:00pm yet folks, and still light out. We also had the same lovely busboy try to clear our dishes, one silverware, and dish at a time. I got the message, but if I am going to pay as much as I did for dinner, my booty is going to enjoy my friends company. The night we went they had a live musician who was a harpist, he played nicely for other tables, but was pushy at getting us to have him play at our table for tips. It was kind of obvious that we didn't want to be bothered, since we were so deep in conversation but he kept at it. Seeing him count tips at a table diagonal to us, didn't look like he would suffer much not playing for us. Overall service sucked, the food was mediocre and salty. Portions were small. The chips and salsa were okay. Atmosphere if you sit outside is loud, and listening to folks bicker at the nearby apartments or whatever was lovely. The prices were a bit high for mediocre quality of food. I wish my friends would've told me earlier that the waitress questioned if they still needed the chips and salsa since my friend asked for an additional side of beans to dip her chips with. I would've deducted some of the tip, I left. I will not be returning back to Todo. Not worth it when there are other better establishments.

First of all... let me just say that I love family style mexican rstaurants with huge portions and a flair for the promtion of stomach aches/food comas. I know that many folks have a problem with the use of cheese as a substitute for what they consider a professionally gourmet meal. I, however, consider the use of one pound of cheese in a single dish to be both legitimate and delightful. The seating is comfortable and the service is super ultra fast and friendly. Pretty much always the case at this type of restaurant, but no exception here. Anyways, I had three cheese enchiladas. I know... Total gluttonous overload of cheese, cheese, and more cheese. I love taking the leftover chips from the pre-meal (which were great, as was the salsa) and scooping up the cheese thats oozing out of the enchiladas along with rice. I know, that isn't exactly rocket science - I'm sure everyone does that. So - Really this review is really about how much I love cheese. I can't make the heart symbol because Yelp believes that the less than/greater than signs are evil. That being said, I like Todo Mexico. I like cheese. They compliment each other. Yay!

The Food is Awesome The Staff needs Training. Not Once were we asked if our meal was ok or if we needed anything... Nor were we Asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Also, not sure what this is about But... When I went to use the Restroom, the Light was turned off & A Staff member was in the Stall (doing what in the dark?).

Todo Mexico is beyond convenient for me to visit so why haven't I gone often in the past? Good question- I am remedying that immediately. I went yesterday on the very snowy day and had the chile rellano. The dish was spicy, cheesy, and oozing flavor, not to mention a large portion. Came with refried beans and rice. Standard fare but that doesn't detract from how satisfying the food was. Friendly service, good prices, I will be coming more often now! Also, great salsa!

This has been "my spot" for years. My entire family comes heres, my dad, sister, husband, cousins, etc. The food is very consistant and is definitely better than an Azteca or something like that. I love that they bring out pico de gallo with the salsa and their drinks are always stiff. It's the laid back, cool ambiance that we all dig. It's the place you go to chill with your friends, catch a buzz and unwind without having to put on your fancy dress. The staff knows us by name and are very personable. Just a cool family owned business.

Very good food with a lot of flavor. My wife and I have been here quit a few times we really like this place. They start you off with some delicious chips and salsa and also a plate of very tasty pico de gallo. I really like the lunch menu which varies between $6 to $11. My favorite dish on the lunch menu are the Enchiladas (En Salsa De Mole), which is $8.95. It's two enchiladas smothered in a homemade mole sauce made with a blend of different chiles, roasted pecans and Mexican chocolate. It is so good!!!! My wife usually gets the Oaxaca Tacos Al Carbon with steak and it is amazing. This place defiantly makes my taste buds tingle with joy. A very friendly staff with great service and great food that will always keep my wife and I coming back for more.

Went with my fiancee and our pastor to have good food and chat. I was really impressed! My fiancee is SUPER picky about what he eats and where, so I was concerned going in. The pico de gallo was AMAZING! So fresh and such a unique flavor to it. The service we received was friendly and fast. The beef enchiladas were wonderful and everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. The rice was delicious and the beans were pretty tasty too. Prices for lunch are pretty unreal. One really big plate of enchilada, rice, and beans was only $8.75. Definitely will go back, but will go during lunch because it was much quieter. I can see how dinner could get very loud in the dining area. There isn't much privacy, so your conversation is pretty much broadcast to everyone.

Oh, Todo! I go here often and one of the waiters recognizes me, making me feel welcome. The food is tasty and served quickly. Yummy salsa. This is a good spot to go when you are starving and need food NOW! I've been dozens of times and always left happy. The take-out is a nice option too.

I love this Todo Mexico. And I really mean love. The food is great, the atmosphere is perfectly casual, and the service is on top of it. We went in here last night for about the bajillionth time and it was still amazing. We're there so often that the server knows us. I haven't been in for quite a while and when I ordered my meal (the Cancun Camarones) he said "Still your favorite huh?" Yes! Bacon wrapped prawns are awesome and this is one of the few places that doesn't over cook them. The rice has great flavor and is really good when mixed with the sautee'd onions and green peppers. Both dad and hubby had Carne Asada; always a good choice. Perfect flavor and very tender, while still having that perfectly charred edge. Dad had a scratch margarita and I had a blackberry mojito and they were also equally outstanding. I have noticed that their prices have gone up a little, but considering the portion size and the convenience and service, I'm cool with it. Also, some of the best pico de gallo and chips EVER.

Decent food. Awesome cheese dip. Ok service. A few too many flies in the place... I wouldn't avoid the place like the plague or anything, but I won't be the first to suggest a date at Todo.

Love their pico de gallo is fantastic- even asked for seconds. The enchilada was ok- seemed like something was missing to hold it together better- more green sauce? More cheese?

  • Heather J.

The pico de gallo here is my favorite. I could drink it and often do. If only I could learn to recreate it at home, I try but it always escapes me. I do wish they would keep it flowing as freely as the regular salsa, but both are good. I tend to avoid mexican places where I don't like the salsa and I have been coming here frequently since I moved to the area so that says a lot. I come here so often I even forgot that I have never written a review. Service is always good, quick and friendly. I usually get the veggie fajitas. I prefer this location to the lynnwood one but the parking area is smaller and it can get loud on a busy day. I always mean to make it in for happy hour but I never have. My boyfriend likes pretty much everything on the menu. My only major complaint is the bathroom is super small.

    (4)
  • Tracy M.

Tasty, friendly service, really good pico de gallo with your chips, fast service. The water glasses are HUGE which leads me to believe the soda portions would be huge too, I'm just not a soda drinker. The margaritas are decently strong, and they have a bunch of flavors for those who like the blended flavor syrup kind. I'm a lime on the rocks girl, and there's is fine, not great, but it's always surprisingly stronger than I expect...SUPER TALL GLASS, again, so by the time I've finished, I'm buzzed. Meals are decently priced (low teens for the giant platters and under $10 for a huge burrito). The corn tortillas are lovely. Tastes like real chicken, rather than processed crap (two years ago we had a small chicken bone in the quesadilla, which was actually nice to know that it came from real stuff, ya know). They're really fast with "to go" orders, too. Pleasant bright family-friendly mexican-american feel. I like the variety of dishes on the menu, and the fact that they attribute many of the dishes to different regions of Mexico (learning!!!) The parking lot always seems to be full (shares with a decent terriyaki place and a smokeshop).

My boyfriend had been begging me to come to this place for months and so I finally decided I would go with him. To be completely honest I was extremely disappointed with this place. The only reason why I didn't give it one star is because the manager was totally awesome and very helpful after everyone else wasn't. First of all, the food wasn't good at all... and it was very small portions for too much money. Also when I ordered my food it came with this awful tasting sauce that wasn't expected neither was it listed on so there was no way I could prevent this from happening. Being that I am too nice to say anything I just ate it anyway. One upside was the pico de gallo was amazing, really tasty. The service wasn't all too great either being they were basically never there. In fact I accidentally split some water and it sat there for about twenty minutes being we didn't have any napkins and nobody came to check on us. We even tried to go inside to find someone to ask for some napkins but they were all in the kitchen, busy so we just had to wait it out. The manager/ or owner I'm assuming was awesome, very professional and very helpful. But he didn't start helping us till the end of our visit unfortunately (not upon our request though, it was just a coincidence).

This place is very similar to the Lynnwood Todo Mexico. They have the same great salsa and chips. They have the same perfect pico de gallo but are slower to refill it. Service is better in Lynnwood. They do a very good job here on Mexican steak and prawn combo plates. The carne asada is very good here, as well. Mostly average Mexican food.

Far better than their Lynn-hood, location, this is a gem in Eastern-Shoreline, and believe me when I say this, as their isn't all that many great things in "Eastern" Shoreline....*rim shot* This place is worth of crossing the border! The salsa, chips and pica de gallo are very good and it's worth staying to check out the rest of the menu, now granted my "Mexican" tastes are subject to some review by Yelp, as I've grown up on Seattle style Mexi-can't... I will say the Arroz con pollo, chicken and rice, was completely different than the "standard" I have experinced in and around Seattle. This version was more, tangy and a bit sweet and sour-ish? Is that possible? While it was packed with flavor, chicken and veggies, I had to search pretty hard to find the rice, but heck, who's really complaining about that, since I ate about 3 lbs of chips and salsa before hand... Veggie-girl, our 16yo, enjoyed her cheese enchilada, Starch-boy, our 13yo son, really liked the favor of his "steak Todo-Mexico". One Veggie-head and one Meatatarian per house-hold thank you very much.... Seating is a bit cramped if you have a really large party, as this location is a former converted Pizza Hut, but heck sitting that close to others just makes the dining expericence all that much better! Plenty of Lunch specials that run Monday-Saturday, for under $8 bucks! Such a deal....

I'm not sure how this place is getting so many stars. Ive been here a few times, trying to like it. The only good thing about this place is the Pico del Gallo and that's it! The chicken , no matter what you order, is dried out to the point of Chicken Jerky. Everything else is just mediocre bland. The people are always very sweet and nice and they make an OK margarita. I went there with some girl friends once and the whole kitchen staff found it necessary to hang out and leer, and then meet us at our car when we were done and try to arrange dates..

  • Christie P.

Pros: Close to home, good service, pico de gallo is tasty. Cons: The dining area echos like a mofo - so one loud kid makes dinner a reverberating hell, basic Mexican food I can get cheaper at a taqueria. Just A-OK.

  • Claudia C.

Fun and good food. The waiters are cheerful and professional. If the weather is nice be sure to sit outside. They have a white cheese and jalapeño dip that is not on the menu so be sure to ask for it. It is fantastic! My girlfriend and I were there on Mother's Day. So remember, on special occasions or holidays when other restaurants may be full - there's always a seat at Todo Mexico.

So unhappy! We walked in last night at 8:40, were seated and served Cadillac Margaritas. Ordered food and 20 minted later they start shutting off the lights and telling us they need to go! Then proceeded to go sit in their cars and wait for us. How rude!!!! I asked for a refund of my 9.00! Margarita and told no by the Owner(Alex). He told me I should have asked what time they closed, told him he shouldn't have sat or served us. Alex told me he would give me a free margarita next time....believe me, there will be no next time!!! Bad customer service, no accountability for his mistakes and I didn't even get to drink my Margarita and out the money!!

Not bad. Not great but not bad. Ok, average. I am spoiled by the real thing being that I am from Los Angeles, so maybe I am picky. They try to be authentic, I can tell... but maybe it is the challenge of getting ingredients in Seattle but so far each dish I have tried skimps on something. It's really hard to explain, and the food is tasty albiet pricy for the portions given, but for me, decidedly average. Then again, I have yet to find better than average Mexican in this area.

My family has been going to Todo Mexico for over ten years now and we absolutely love it. A great, locally owned restaurant, Todo's food is in line with what I expect from a Mexican restaurant, but not necessarily outstanding, with the exception of perhaps the carne asada.. However, the service is always friendly and fast - sometimes almost too fast when I'm looking to kill some time before seeing a movie at the theater down the street (Cinebarre). I would choose Todo over Azteca any day!

Okay, when we went in it was SUPER busy. The way the tables are set up, if you breathe wrong your bumping into your neighbor or getting elbowed in the face. Still, the food was AMAZING. The salsa was delicious, the lemonade was amazing, and my Carne Asada... totally worth it.

Like Mexican? Very hungry? Stop in. We've been going to Todo Mexico for a couple years at this point and it's never let us down. Consistently, we get good food (and LOTS of it), fast service, and the best chips and pico de gallo I've had in Seattle. Seriously - it's amazing. The salsa's no slouch, either. And that's before you get your huge main dish. Todo Mexico's not where you ought to go for a quiet or romantic dining experience; it's loud, usually crowded, but always good and fast. Instead, go when you're hungry for some extremely tasty Mexican food. The plates are large and the quality is very good - it's probably too much food for any normal person, so be careful about filling up on chips before your meal comes! Lunch portions are smaller than dinner and it tends to be quieter for lunches than during the dinner rush. Still - even when it's crowded you probably won't have to wait long - they're very good at getting tables cleared quickly and orders filled. Some of the dishes of note - though all the ones I've had have been good - are the tacos al carbon and their pollo asado, which comes in an amazing tomato and lime sauce. Still, at this point I've tried most of their beef and chicken options and haven't had a single one go wrong. Just make sure you have a light breakfast that morning.

Hole in the wall Mexican Restaurant. Service is ridiculously fast, and the staff is always very nice to me. Definitely enjoy Margaretta's at Happy Hour and food is always delicious. The prices are not bad; convenient as hell and always a pleasant experience.

Small place and quick service. Salsa is so good, we usually buy some to go.

We love this place. So far we have only been on the weekends for a late lunch. Excellent salsa, great service and decent entrees. We will be back again and again...

Todo has to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, hands down. The pico de gallo is delicious and the food is as close to authentic as it get for restaurant that's not a hole in the wall. The waiters are attentive to your needs and the service is usually top notch. The only thing that stops me from giving them the full 5 stars is the pricing. Being from Eastern WA, I'm more accustomed to delicious Mexican food with reasonable pricing. I can't justify spending the $15 for 3 tacos (too often, at least).

Horrible, crowded, loud, soul-less atmosphere. In the middle of suburban sprawl nothing. Incredibly fast service, super-sharp (all male?) wait staff. Hands down my favorite Mexican food in the Seattle area. Which isn't saying a ton, as I don't eat Mexican often. But the food is always above my expectations.

Are you in for ample portions, reliably good meals, and friendly service? Todo Mexico is the place to go. Nothing extra special about this place, pretty standard fare actually, but it always tastes good, and the wait staff is always friendly and I feel comfortable in this smallish space. The one standout here is is he pico they serve with the chips. I love the crisp bits of cabbage. The fresh chips that come with it are a nice bonus. My partner loves the chicken enchiladas verde. He rarely varies from his favorites, but I've usually get something different every time I go. I like the enchiladas, both red & green, the tostadas, chalupas and the chiles rellenos. The only time I didn't like something was when I ordered the Mexican pizza. Not that it tasted bad, but it was just so heavily loaded with cheese it was difficult to eat. All that cheese covered up the flavors of anything else on the pizza. The a la carte items are reasonably priced, and I suggest ordering a variety of individual entrees rather that opting for the combo platters. There is just no need to subject yourself to a monster plate of so/so rice and beans and a wee entree, when you could have a nice place of tacos, chalupas and tostatas for about the same price.

We stopped back here for dinner the other night. My wife had eaten before our shopping so she just ate light. I had the Chicken in cream sauce - can't remember the name right now - where is on online menu when you want one? It was very delish, but so rich I could only eat half of it. It was great for 2 meals. We took my son home an the 2 enchilada combo. We were both impressed that they included chips and salsa with the to-go meal.

My guy was craving Mexican. I was concerned about their Yelp reviews, but he said Google's were raving... and I have to agree on this one. Busy around 7, but got a booth soon after. Saw a dish served that looked and smelled delicious, so didn't really look at the menu. The Chili Verde was on special to boot. Sooo good, as was the blackberry margarita. My guy got combo 13 and gobbled it up. The atmosphere was interesting, gold angels and yellow walls, but clean.

Decided to try this place for a take-out order based on the mostly positive reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed to say the least. They gave us a HUGE sack of tortilla chips and, I kid you not, 3 tablespoons of pico de gallo. Granted, it was good salsa--if only it would have lasted for more than 5 chips. As far as the rest of the food goes it was your standard, forgettable, chedder-cheese laden Tex-Mex.

The restaurant is kind of hole-in-the-wall, very stuffy. I had the vegetarian burrito which was kind of bland, no spice (I dumped all the salsa we had on it to try and help it), just meh.

Queso dip!!! Finally a place with queso dip! And as stated in other reviews, the pico de gallo is super tasty!

Just down the road from my home, Todo's is visited frequently by myself and my boyfriend. By far, this is his favorite restaurant. I think he would die a happy man if he could eat here every day of his life. Todo's serves up the best Mole around, besides my own that is. Don't even waste your time getting Mole from Azteca or any other local place. I think La Hacienda in Everett is the only place that serves Mole as good as Todo's. They also have excellent Tortilla soup and chile rellenos. My favorite thing to get is the Chile Relleno/Enchilada combo with their mole sauce on my chicken enchilada. Rice and beans are super flavorful. Chips are hot and delicious, and served with a mixture of fresh shredded cabbage, cilantro, diced onions and tomatoes, lime juice and seasoned salt. A side of salsa is served alongside. Service is always fast and friendly.

Great chicken mole enchiladas, pretty good Yucatecan tacos al pastor, tasty pinto beans, super-fast service, and my server actually gave me the sense of taking pride in the restaurant. I'll be back!

A wee bit pricey for a Shoreline Mexican restaurant, but it's always top notch food: delicious, fresh, and spiced creatively. Good bets are Chili Colorado if you eat meat, Vegetarian Fajitas if you don't. No salsa bar, unfortunately...and pricey, as I said, plus the ambience is on the cheesy side; so 4 stars instead of 5. Perfect for adults with children who need a kid-friendly place with good food.

Second time we've been there. First time I had the seafood Mexican plate...can't rembember what the heck they called it but it was absolutely delicious, scallops, shrimp, clams, oysters and halibut. Very good. Tonight the wife & several of our friends were there for dinner & a few drinks. I had the regular margarita double along with (I like breakfast for dinner sometims) Chorizo con Juevos, black beans & rice. We also had corn and flour tortillas along with pico degallo (the best!). Very good dinner was had by all. Great service too. No sitting for an hour...or less. Took about 15 minutes to get all 6 of us fed (only a couple minutes for great chips/salsa/pico de gallo & margaritas. Great spot to kick back & have some awsome Mexican food! Lots of secure parking too!

This is my favorite mexican restarant in the area! My dad's apartment is like 200ft away from it which was HIGHLY convinient when I lived with him. The atmosphere is great, and the patio is a great place to eat even though it's right next to the street. I love the food. The salsa is hands down my favorite restarant salsa out there. Sometimes I go just to get chips and salsa. The staff is always extremely friendly and very prompt. They have a huge menu with all the classic mexican food items and a few great specials. My current favorite is the Yucatan Tacos Al Pastor which I tried on a whim. It's grilled seasoned pork or chicken in a salsa-dipped-then-grilled corn tortilla (you get three of them) and topped with pico de gallo and cotija cheese (I have NEVER gotten pico de gallo on mine (not by request), which is fine because I dont like it haha). It's spicy and delicious. The rice is really flavorful, and the refriend beans are....well...refriend beans. There's really not much you can say about them! The food is fantastic for quick mexican (Azteca couldn't even come close to the same universe this food is in). I highly reccomend it! Edit 6.20.10 I am now 21, and I can say they make the BEST margaritas (aka the strongest).

I've been to 3 of the Todo Mexico locations multiple times each. This was my second visit to this location. First, the parking lot is bad. The mini-mart next door and the amount of trash and crummy appearance of the parking lot make me wonder if my car will be there when I get back. I can get over that. Last time I was here, the food/service was just fine. This time, I was greeted by a man who I am accustomed to seeing at the Snohomish location. I was with my 3-year old son and he told us to sit where we wanted. We chose a small table in the corner by the floor-to-ceiling windows (former pizza hut) so we could watch cars go by. We also went to the bathroom which was small and disgusting. Anyway, we enjoyed the chips and salsa, as well as the dandy cabbage mix (which has become salty as of late). Both the salsa and the cabbage stuff are different and better than most Mexican restaurants. We ordered, and the food arrived quickly, which is typical. I ordered the pork burrito w/rice and beans and my son had the chicken taco w/rice and beans. The boy's meal was as expected and he gobbled it up. Mine however wasn't up to par. Lots of celery and green pepper...not as much pork as should have been there. In general, there was a lack of care in prepping the dish. In addition, the staff was much more concerned about the World Cup soccer on TV than the restaurant. The repeated loud shouting and cussing in Spanish from the kitchen was disturbing. I don't have a problem with exuberance and passion regarding a sporting event, but this was out of control and inappropriate. I haven't heard the word "bendejo" that much in a long time. Anyway, I will continue to visit Todo Mexico again...but will hesitate before visiting this particular location.

We love this place and have been attending since we moved to the area. Many of the staff have been there for a long time, so it feels like home. We love their food. I especially like the Tortilla Soup and the salad with the marinated pork (not sure of name). A great friendly place!

This place is awesome! They take the time to get to know you by name and even remember what you like to eat. The food is terrific, and the portions are big. You definitely get what you pay for. My favorite experience is sitting on the patio in the summertime drinking the best mojitos in town. They use gas to cook, so have even been open when the power has gone out! Fast service and really great people!

This is consistently the best Mexican food I've found in the greater Seattle region, including up into Skagit Co. The items are generous and prices reasonable. The Mole actually tastes like what I had a few years ago in Oaxaca. The staff and owner are friendly and service is good and quick. What' more to say?

The food is decent, the staff are friendly, but the restaurant is an eyesore inside and out. The parking lot is covered in grease from the kitchen,,,not sure why. Also, not sure why, but every time I go there, they add my bill up on a calculator, not the register. Never a reciept. Maybe they are avoiding taxes? Employee skimming the register? Who knows...

We travel to Mexico often and love authentic Mexican food. We are also in the food business. There is no better authentic Mexican food in the North end of Seattle than Todo Mexico. Service is the best, food is fantastic and Authentic, great prices. Simply my favorite Mexican restaurant.

When it comes to Mexican food, this places scores a triple play with their bottomless chips/salsa, bottomless cokes, and ridiculously sized portions. It's best to come here when hungry, because you're bound to get more than you can handle. The restaurant is located on Ballinger not far from I-5, and happens to be on our road home. The parking lot is typically full, and the restaruant itself is almost always buzzing. Staff are very efficient and friendly, and it's a great place to stop in, eat your fill, and get back on the move. The chips, salsa, and pico de gallo are great, as well as endless, which gives major brownie points. Nachos were quite good and a meal for two on their own. We've tried a few other dishes, fajitas, chile colorado-- nice and tasty, although not exactly out of this world. All in all a very solid restaurant, a place where you can definitely get a good return on what you spend.

It doesn't get any better than Todo Mexico! I make it a point to visit them almost weekly. Their lunch menu has a ton of great selections and there food is as authentic as you will find in the area. The staff are AMAZING. They love my little boy, and have my beer of choice ready when I sit down. They treat our family with the utmost respect, and they do it with a smile. Todo Mexico is by far my favorite restaurant, their friendliness is unmatched, and they are very family oriented.

HUGE portions! Three people can share a meal with no problem so take a friend or two and revel in the generous meals at this restaurant. The quality of the food is okay but you get a lot of it! What better place to take a growing teenager?

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
