Went at 6:30pm on friday and their ovens are turned off so they can't make any sandwiches. The barista would not smile at all. No manager business card available, no feedback card available. Starbucks mobile apps has no way to give feedback either. The staff did not seem to want to do anything about this. Certainly not one of the good starbucks..

I am the most ANTI-Sbux person out there (ask my friends :P). But this one is great! Their coffee taste like any other Starbucks of course but the people is what makes the difference. It doesn't feel like a sterile corporate chain coffee shop. Instead, its homey and comfortable. I visit it almost daily, sometimes even twice a day just to visit with the friendly folks who work at this location. I would have to agree with Maya, they are genuinely friendly. You won't find anyone fake here. I had an iced coffee once which tasted abnormally strange and with no questions asked they made me a new one... even though I came back an hour later! (I had only taken a couple sips) If you ever stop by, find one of the Amy's... they are a couple of the sweetest baristas around. You won't be sorry! ** Trick to free wi-fi at SBux... get a gift card, load it up, hop online and plug in a few numbers to "register" it and voila! You have free wi-fi. (they have a deal for customers who use starbucks cards) You don't have to pay a dime... just use the money on your card for your coffee cravings.

The best reason for going to Starbucks is to use the free wifi or clean restroom open to everyone and to grab a quick tasty breakfast or lunch bite or sandwich to eat. I wish more places had their business values on how to treat customers.

As far as Starbucks goes, this is a pretty good one. It's kind of small and neighborhoody, which makes it comfortable. Its right below my parents condo, which also makes it a plus. When I was there, a woman got her coffee knocked over my her dog and she didn't even have to ask for a new one to be made. They were also friendly, but not in that forced, unnatural way that it usually is. They poured my coffee right, and I don't care how untrendy it is to drink coffee at Starbucks. I go to Pert's too.

I especially want to thank John for going out of his way to make sure our coffee was perfect to our taste. My husbands was outside and he just mentioned that his americano was week and John over heard as he was scrubbing the outside windows. He ran back inside with my husbands drink and blam out he came with a new one. So we had clean windows and perfect coffee. I love this Starbucks and will travel from across town to have coffee here.

This is, by far, the best Starbucks I have ever been to. As a Starbucks lover from birth, this one tops them all. EXCELLENT customer service, perfect drinks, and always clean. I do not think I have met a single barista/supervisor here who has not blown me away with their enthusiasm and friendliness.
