I don't know why everyone is rating this place so high. Maybe this is because I've been spoiled by awesome New York style pizza (l used to live in NYC), but this place was baddd. The sauce was very obviously canned and the cheese had no flavor. I had the chicken veggie pizza and it was so strong it didn't even taste like a pizza anymore, but a salad with dough and gross tomato sauce on the bottom. I thought plain cheese would be better, but it was barely edible. I usually judge pizza places by their plain pizza and this one gets double thumbs down. The only thing going for it is that it is cheap (which is why my friends bought the pizza), though it gave me bad heartburn in the end.

I love stacia's because you can choose items like whole wheat crust and pretty much whatever you want on top. They delivered fairly prompty and the pizza is good though a bit pricey in my opinion.

Got a Hawaiian pizza delivered to a friends house. Pizza itself was good enough, but delivery on a Tuesday night to a location less than 5 blocks away took almost an hour and a half, and insanely expensive -- $24 for a 15" pizza ?! WTF. with tax and tip it was $30, and The Most Expensive Pizza I've Ever Eaten.

Lots of interesting toppings and combinations, but it's also one of the few places that I've been able to get a pepperoni and cheese that tastes anything like the pizzas back in the midwest. Only problem is that it's not always consistent. Could just be that I was one of the last on the delivery run the last time, but my pizza was a little too soggy and chewy.

  • Laural B.

Wow, this is probably the best delivery pizza I've had in Seattle (and 2nd best overall). The only snag was that it took 90 minutes on a Sunday night for the pizza to arrive.

Yeah, they're slow. If you want to know what's up over there, drive over, order, and wait for your pizza at the one table in the front. Despite the color-coded charts on the wall, they're totally disorganized, and -- no lie -- they rush around the kitchen bumping into each other and cussing so much it kicks the spicy sauce up a notch. When dinosaur-art-car-guy, the hell's angel, and the pimply kid each come in for their delivery runs, you feel like you stepped into a bad 80's flick. If there was a pizza joint in the movie "Repo Man," this would be it. BUT the pizza's excellent, clearly the best in Greenwood/Phinney! The dough's always fresh, the toppings never skimpy, and I've yet to have one that didn't taste great. The smaller pies are expensive for what you get, but the large ones and the combos are always a bargain. Skip the wings, this is a pizza joint. Free fresh cookies for kids waiting is a nice touch, and keeps things calm in front of the counter as they watch the dough spinning in the air. Delivery is slow, but they use plug-in delivery bags to keep food piping hot. Over a few dozen orders in the past couple of years, they've never screwed up an order. Eating in is remotely possible, but there are only four chairs. If they could get their stuff together to stock cheap red wine and run a Salumi-style eat-in shop with the garden/terrace they have outside, it'd be five stars.

They told me Stacia's would be some of the best pizza I'd ever eat, and on many levels, "THEY" were right! The crust was tantalizingly chewy with just a hint of surprising sweetness, and I'm crust crazy! I have never seen so many toppings crammed onto a pie before, and Stacia's hit the balance between good gunk and slammin' sauce. Unusual options abound on the Stacia's menu, so this is one place I will return to again and again - the Greek is next on my list! Since Betsy and I were waiting for our pizza, we took a seat, watched them work (with nary a complaint from the employees - in fact, they brought us chocolate chip cookies to make our wait more enjoyable!) and within 20 minutes had a huge pie that was affordable. It essentially fed four, since we didn't finish it that night, and it made for two more meals for me. I'm lucky this place is in my neighborhood. Pity da fools that haven't eaten Stacia's!

This may actually be the best pizza place that I have experienced in recent memory. It has a very home-cooked vibe to it, except with the menu that would rival the fanciest of pizza places. And that is what I think a lot of people don't truly realize. The menu. Make you own pizza. Name every topping you can think of. Well, they have about twice that many. I remember the first thing I tried was a gyro meat & pine nut pizza with basil pesto sauce. Incredible. The garlic cheese bread we ordered was also fresh, hot, and completely void of that "take it out of the bag and just heat it up" feel that I get from most pizza places. So if you're the kind of pizza enthusiast who has grown up and moved on from the standard boring "Pepperoni with extra cheese" kind of tastes, then look no further.

Stacia's is hands down the best pizza I have had in Seattle. And as someone who eats a lot of pizza, that's saying a lot. I live a couple blocks down the street and when I first moved in a was a little hesitant to try it out. Their name claimed gourmet but I wasn't sure wether to believe it or not. Well you can't judge a book by it's cover.... I'm so glad so close. While the pizza is on the expensive side, it's very much worth it. The Quattro Formaggi is my favorite, especially with a deep dish crust. And the monster pizzas (24"!!!!) are great for parties. The customer service is always on point and it's always ready fast. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. And join the pizza lovers club! Tons of great coupons that way!

We got the pepperoni and Stacia's special. I'm glad we came back! Everyone thought the pizza was very good. Their normal prices are on the higher end but the quality is apparent and the pizza is tasty! With a coupon, our large pepperoni and medium Special was $26 plus tax. The Italian sausage is great. I'll be back! The people working there are very nice.

  • Andrea L.

Stacia's has great pizza, my husband and I decided to finally try them out after living down the street for a couple of years. The pepperoni is delicious and better than a dominos or similar competitor...just a little more pricier. We will definitely be giving them another try!

BEST pizza ever! Nothing else compares.. And their little cookies are so good when they're fresh out of the oven. Reasonably priced, good service, consistent quality, I could go on and on : )

I've ordered from Stacia's Pizza a number of times and each visit has always been great. The prices are a bit steep, yes, but the quality is there. Tonight I stopped in for a small (10") supreme pizza ($11.99), my go-to, and as usual, it was worth the trip. Each of the staff that I've ever interacted with have been friendly and welcoming. Over all, this is where I go when I'm craving Italian or pizza in the neighborhood. My order is always ready when they say it will be. I live nearby and if they say 'fifteen minutes', it is ready for pickup in fifteen minutes.

My boyfriend and I were craving pizza on a Saturday night in, and found Stacia's on yelp. Wow! I'm so glad that we have such a great pizza place so close to us! We ordered two medium pizzas and a salad, and it was very reasonably priced...similar to what you'd pay at papa john's or less. I had the Chicken Pesto Pizza and it was delicious! I was so glad to see creative toppings beyond your average pizza place, and furthermore chicken!!! I rarely like my pizza with meat, but love chicken. My boyfriend got some meaty concoction and loved it was well. It was so nice not to have to argue about what kind of pizza to get! The side salad was good too, and the cookies were a nice touch. We will definitely call on Stacia's again soon!

I had received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza (literally free, no strings attached on that one) and finally got around to using it last night. I chose the Michelangelo on thin crust for take out and mmmmmm mmm mmm! The toppings were perfectly proportioned and every bite had a nice balace of salty, creamy, and a little bit sweet from the caramelized onions. I had picked it up en route to a friend's place to watch a football game, and everyone there who tried it said the same thing. There were a lot of "Wow this is good pizza!" comments. So pizza is not usually my go-to for take out food, but next time I have a craving I'll definitely hit up Stacia's -- and as a paying customer now! Also, the fact that you get free mini chocolate chip cookies with your order is pretty sweet (nice pun, you're welcome).

We regularly order pizza from Domino's, Pagliacci and sometimes, Stacia's. Dominos is OK at best, but it's amazingly cheap. Pagliacci is pretty good. Stacia's is great, but expensive. The things is, it's really good pizza. They offer vegan cheese, which most places don't. Their toppings are delicious, they're always polite, and we've never had a problem with our order. I wish their prices were lower, but we will keep ordering from them from time to time.

You know it's bad when you can't even bring yourself to eat the leftovers. Almost half of it went into the compost bin with the box. I don't know if it was the sauce, or everything - but this pizza had the most unpleasant aftertaste. Maybe the crust? Regardless, it was the Northwest that we ordered. The Caesar with requested dressing on the side showed up drenched in dressing and the free chocolate chip cookies that came with it were just as bad as the pizza. Even Pagliachi's is better than this place (and that is pretty sad).

Stay-sha's. Stah-sha's. Potatoe. Potato. No matter how you say it, Stacia's is great for pizza delivery. Seriously: huge menu. They have a great topping selection, especially for those who are veggin' or like something in particular ("designer" pizzas). I love their menu because they also have really great sandwiches and salads. Who doesn't love a combo? The pesto bread is...mama-mia! Best delivery around.

How I heard of this place: I first heard about Stacia's driving by the establishment and noticing the car with plastic dinosaurs and other such creatures, painted, sitting in the parking lot. When I first got the Entertainment Book and I noticed a coupon inside for Stacia's, I had to try it. My friend Sadiq and I first went to Stacia's years ago to sample two of our own creations, served with a small bag of fresh made mini chocolate chip cookies! Type of cuisine: Gourmet pizza using the freshest ingredients. "Stacia's likes to think that parents who care, won't settle for just the cheapest pizza. They'll consider the value of fresh ingredients, the benefits of great taste, and the pleasure in giving their kids something satisfying.Stacia's also knows kids may not care about such things as freshness and quality but of course that's what Moms and Dads are for.Parents can feel good about serving their family Stacia's. Order a gourmet pizza for the adults and a traditional favorite for the kids. Kids love the taste - you'll love the quality and everyone's happy." Ambiance: Not intended to be a sit-down restaurant, customers walk in, place orders, perhaps take a seat on one of the two or three plastic chairs, and take their fresh-baked, personally created pizza home to enjoy. A small order counter with the kitchen just beyond and the menu pasted up on the wall to the right as you enter. What I ordered: As is often the case in pizza orders with Jenna, we ordered one BBQ chicken pizza ($10.99) with tangy BBQ sauce, fresh cilantro, sweet red onions, and grilled chicken, with a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Our second order was for hand-tossed pizza dough with spicy red sauce, pepperoni and onion ($2 more with coupon). What I loved: I always love the spicy sauce! The freshness of the pizza, the flavorful ingredients and the plethora of options for create-your-own pies! Everything from cashew nuts to thai flair, from ranch to taco bean sauce, it's in your hands! Why I loved it: The servers are friendly and feel completely at home with their customers, asking you to move over so she can sit while she writes down your order. The pizza is always good. Eaten hot and fresh, or cold the next morning. This is the pizza you come back to time and again. It is especially nice that such gourmet pizza also comes delivered, therefore being enjoyed in the comfort of your pajamas, on the couch, while watching Dancing with the Stars. Cost: Average ($8-$13 for a individual sized pizza pie)

Pizza is such a hard thing to deal with because I am totally satisfied eating a five dollar safeway pizza, a ten dollar papa johns pizza, and in this case... a THIRTY dollar Stacia's pizza. THAT'S SO MUCH MONEY FOR A PIZZA!! The trouble is... it's really flippin' good pizza. The Michaelangelo has an obnoxiously accurate name because it is really a work of art. The crust is so deliciously fluffy - not too crunchy, not too soft - and the toppings were perfectly cooked and generously layered on and the cheese... I truly appreciate when a pizza place uses at least twelve pounds of fresh mozzarella (and in this case goat cheese) on every slice. Mild exaggeration but I really did love this pizza. I can't afford to make it a regular thing since I usually eat a whole large pizza myself but Stacia's is worth the extra dough. Get it?

Yum. Recently moved to the west coast and this was the first place my bf and I ordered from and we weren't dissapointed. So good and piping hot when it arrived. The crust is soft and thick and the cheese plentiful, oh and can't forget the delicious chewy chocolate chip cookies they throw in for free. Definitely a favorite.

Best pizza in Seattle! They have some great unique pizzas. I recommend the Thai chicken pizza.

  • Libby C.

The ONLY reason I give four stars instead of five is due to the deliver fee. A $2 delivery fee? Who does that? Especially when their sign in front of the store says "free delivery". Now, onto the pizza. Great pizzas and good prices, especially if you sign up for their loyalty club. The delivery time is always accurate or faster than thy quote and the delivery folks are always really grateful for the tip which is refreshing. Tons of vegetarian options and meat pizzas as well. Pass on the salad, it's nothing special. But if you live in the area, this can easily be your go-to place.

I love Stacia's. I've been a regular customer here along with my s/o for a couple years now. Much better than surrounding pizza places and delivery is timely. There are so many great things about the food here -- the option of whole wheat crust, the salads, the free cookies, the cheesy breadsticks (!!!). The pizza is always on point. Never had a bad one and I've eaten dozens! $11ish gets you a small and that's usually enough for one or two people (I have been known to eat an entire small to myself however). A medium at $15 can certainly feed two. In Seattle these are very average prices. I feel like you can taste when ingredients are fresh and when love goes into the food, however corny that may sound. You definitely notice that at Stacia's. A word about the customer service: part of what I like about Stacia's is that they aren't all fake smiles, hi how are you today :D robot customer service. They're just honest people trying to make some pizza. I've always felt welcomed by the staff and have had good conversations with them as well.

Super yummy, endless options, great specials! Just ask about specials instead of cutting coupons- current one- 2 larges, 3 toppings each=$24 is insane! Open late. FAST Delivery! Everything is fresh. Salads are a must- great dressings, generous portions, a little stingy with the croutons... (We love croutons.) More croutons please. ;) Chicken fingers are a no no. Taste like frozen microwaved ones. We've tried original and herb crust. Love texture of original. Nice flavor, bubbly outside, nice chew to it. It's not crispy on the bottom if delivered (but what pizza is?) Spicy sauce is a must try. Generous with cheese. Favorites: Thin crust, olive oil & garlic sauce, caramelized onions, mushrooms, sweet Italian sausage, goat cheese. Original crust, spicy sauce, meatball, ricotta, basil, extra basil. They also deliver pints of ice cream! Really GOOD ice cream. I crumbled the free cookies on top and had a sundae. Epic.

Stacias is our most favorite pizza place in the city and our family just LOVES good pizza. We have tried almost all of them. I first ordered from them when we received a letter in the mail from them a couple years ago saying how if it wasn't the best pizza you've ever had they'll refund your money etc. etc. The letter and confidence impressed me so much that we didn't order from our usual place and decided to give Stacia's a try. I'm so glad we did! The pizza is really good. It took a few times for us to find our favorite pizzas here but once we did OH WOW! They really are the best pizza! We order a half lasagna primo and half deluxe pizza with thick crust. This is seriously the best tasting pizza ever. We also order a good ole peperoni and pineapple one for our kids with thick crust and bolognas sauce. Man is that one good too! The family feast deal is really awesome! We are also part of the email club thing and have gotten sooo many free pizza rewards with this plus a free birthday pizza! They have always more than made up for any mistakes that have ever happened. We have ordered from them for a couple years now more times than I care to admit. We are customers for life. It's my kids' favorite place too so probably for generations. lol

I've ordered a few times but won't be doing so again. I was very upset when I started getting spam text messages and discovered that it was likely Stacia's who passed my number on to a company called Fivestars. I see this as quite a betrayal of trust. Just a warning for anyone considering calling in a delivery.

The first time I tried Stacia's, I wasn't sold. We got a basic pepperoni pizza, and it was just meh.. ok. sometime later, I decided that I really wanted a different pizza, not just another boring Pizza Hut or Dominos pizza. I decided to go to Stacia's website and give it another try. I never knew they had SO many different options! Several crust options, TONS of meat, veggie, cheese, and fruit options... the toppings seem endless. So we ordered a garlic herb crust pizza with pesto, spinach, gyro meat, prosciutto, onion, and feta cheese. It was friggin' amazing! Very flavorful. I even had a coupon for a free caesar salad, which was also delicious. I think I know where to order from when I want pretty much any kind of off the wall topping. They are a liiiittle bit pricy (just paid $21 for a medium pizza), but it was a nice treat.

The pizza is very good here but I haven't had one in awhile. I stopped by there again last night for a house (or garden?) salad (I used to get them frequently) and I had to write a review because they're always SO GOOD! :) The ranch dressing is SO TASTY- I've had a lot of ranch dressing in my life and this is one of the ones that I wish they all tasted like. The portion is generous, the lettuce is nice and green, not like some places where half the salad is white or yellow lettuce.. and I didn't want a couple of the toppings so she traded in a different one for me, which I appreciate. OH and they realize that you need 2 things of dressing for that size of a salad, as opposed to a place I got a salad at recently. So YAY Stacia's and thanks!

I've been ordering from Stacia's for many years, not only for myself, but also for meetings, and have always been happy with the food and the service. But last night was a different story. I ordered my favorite meal; spaghetti and meatballs. I tried the creamy marinara sauce which was great. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked...but the MEATBALLS were TERRIBLE! They were SO SALTY they burned my tongue, and I ended up throwing them out. Is the new owner ordering the meatballs from some new, cheaper manufacturer?? It seems so, because the meatballs I ate for years were much bigger and quite delicious. I am so disappointed. I can no longer order my favorite meal because of those horrible, salty meatballs.

This may not be a fancy place like Zeek's. But this is some seriously good ol delivery pizza. Lots of variety and choices. If you want some sort of pizza with exotic brie, cured pears, and artisan onions go else where you hipster bastard! If you want a damn fine pepperoni and hot pepper pizza. Or you want to build your own with a loooong list of options. This place is who you need to call.

I've ordered from Stacia's several times. The pizza is really good and I love the chocolate chip cookies they deliver with it but it is ALWAYS a late delivery! I've never received my pizza in less than an hour- even though they usually quote a 45-60 minute delivery time.

  • Vladi S.

A flavorful pie. I stopped by here thanks to a coupon I had but figured i would put it up against the local Pags and Zekes. I like the option of whole wheat crust which was tastier than I anticipated. All of the toppings had flavor, very often you get a pizza with onions that are sterile. Not here. Prices are a bit high but about in line with the other gourmet pizza guys.

Moved to Ballard about 9 months ago. We are typically a Papa Murphy's take and bake (can't beat the cost) family, but being super busy lately we have taken to ordering pizza for delivery. We got a flyer in the mail and decided to give Stacia's a shot and we couldn't been happier with that decision. Our favorite pizza is the Aloha, but everything else we've had there is great as well! The occasional (we don't get them every time [not by choice]) chocolate chip cookies are pretty delicious and sweeten the deal. We've ordered from a few other pizza places, but so far Stacia's is our go-to hands down. Also the customer service has been great every time we order or pick-up!

  • Virginia R.

This place is hit or miss, but mostly miss. Their pizza is sometimes speedy and *incredibly* delicious, but I've also had it arrive late, cold, and undercooked. I have no idea what factors go into this, but when I called and mentioned it (it was bad enough to actually nudge me into doing this,) they weren't helpful or receptive about it. (If you were to make the same call to a Pagliacci, I guarantee you your order would be comped, or your next one would.) I also hate that Stacias' menu is insanely expensive unless you use a coupon. They do tend to offer frequent and decent coupon deals with that little ValPak mailer. However, they don't seem to understand how mobile technology works, so they recently started refusing the coupons available via the ValPak app. I even called to ask about it; nope. Paper coupon only. So hang on to that blue envelope if you want to try them. In my lazy nerdy opinion, it's cumbersome to keep track of junk mail exclusively for the purpose of ordering pizza of unknown quality at a reasonable price, especially in 2013 when technology for a great mobile coupon is built right into the ValPak app where they buy coupon space. Between the pizza, the service, and the annoyance of gaming their pricing system, I'm done ordering from these guys in favor of Pagliacci.

5 stars. All around. The pizza, the cheese sticks are to die for, and I want to take a bath in the ranch dressing. I don't even like ranch dressing that much, but it's so good. This place does not disappoint.

We will only order from Stacia's if we have coupons because I just can't fathom paying $27 for a 18" Family sized pizza or $49.99 for a 24" Monster pizza. It makes no sense to me what so ever. We've order many different pizza's here and non of them really stand out. Though the two that really hit the spot for us is the Potato Rosemary with garlic herb crust and the Garden Ranch. In the 2012 Entertainment book there's a coupon for buy one get one free. The delivery driver never asks for the coupon so we just keep reusing it. =-) On a few occasions we've gotten the wrong pizza delivered and when I call them to let them know of the mistake they're always very accommodating. Overall the pizza's are hit and miss and they can sometimes be stingy of the toppings. If you can get a hold of a coupon try it out on a night when you don't feel like cooking or leaving the house.

Well, ten minutes have passed and I still can't decide if I should make this 3 or 4 stars. Having moved here from Chicago, part of me wants to give it 2 stars, but comparing to some of the other atrocities that people call pizza in Seattle, I'm tempted to give 4 stars. So I'll split the difference and pick 3. While the cookies are a nice touch and the cheesy bread hits the spot, it's as Yelp calls it for 3 stars: "A-OK". The pizza is just too much like papa john's, and while many consider that the mecca of pizza places, it just kind of makes me sad inside. So if you're looking for a decent, run of the mill, every topping you can ever think of, american pizza; you've found it. Just don't expect anything too grand and you'll be happy as a clam. P.S. I must say, however, that the staff has been awesome everytime I've ordered. Always pleasant and always willing to accomodate any requests that I had.

  • Ashelia B.

Stacia's is good, but nothing amazing. Their chocolate chip cookies are probably the highlight of the Stacia experience, especially because they give them to you for free. The service is always great, too, and that's why I give them a 3 star. It would be 3 and 1/2 if Yelp got with the 2010's and made HALF STARS. Yeah, really. Whatever you do, though, don't get their grinders. Really salty, really soggy, and genuinely unappetizing as all get out. I made the fatal mistake of trying the tuna melt from them once and I think I saw the lights at the end of the tunnel after my first bite. So disgusting I nearly died, no joke.

NOTE TO SELF: Remember that the Thai Peanut Sauce is just too freaking hot and stop ordering it! I know it sounds really awesome with tofu, peanuts, coconut, and pineapple but you just can't handle it so stop trying! Get a veggie pizza with artichoke hearts, olives, spinach, chopped garlic, and red onions on ranch sauce and garlic herb crust instead. You love that and it doesn't burn the crap out of your mouth!

  • Jasmine M.

Finally tried them and we've been regularly ordering from here for a few weeks now. I really love their hand tossed traditional crust, and others in the house love their thin crust. They're topping options are vast and we really like building our own pizzas. Their online deal is usually buy one get one half price. Everything has arrived correct and in a very timely manner. Odd thing though, out of four orders we've never had the same delivery guy.

More choices for any pizza place I have ever been to in my life. I love the whole wheat crust!

  • Chris F.

I've been in there before and they have been cool, but there is one experience of three that stand out in my mind and that was when I called up to order a pizza and I had an issue with my credit card. The way in which they handled it, and left me on hold forever was rather rude. Aside from that, the pizza is by far too expensive as another stated in their opinion. It is insanely expensive. If you order from this place, then you should try I-5 Pizza on Aurora and around 76th +/- a couple streets. They have good pizza for a MUCH lesser of a price with free delivery.

Like many of the recent reviewer's of Stacia's, I received the "free pizza" coupon in the mail a few weeks ago, and decided to take them up on their offer. It took an exceptionally long time to get the pizza, we're talking about an hour and 20 minutes (the phone guy said it would be about 45). When it finally arrived, it seemed like it had been cooling in the box for a good 30 minutes. It was a Monday, or Tuesday, so my suspicion is that they only had 1 delivery driver on, and he was out when I made the call. I don't see why people get so excited about the topping selection, I've seen way more interesting options at other places. Most of the choices were pretty standard, and the rest were just stuff I wouldn't want on a pizza (lettuce?). Anyway, the pizza was decent. I loved the spicy sauce option, and that sweet sweet rubbery mozzarella. It beats Milano, for quality, but probably not MAD Pizza. The Hot wings were pretty tasty, not those anemic deep-fried tobasco and red pepper flake numbers that most pizza places around here serve-up, but good classic Buffalo style that I'll happily scarf down again. Then there was the Ranch Dressing. Oh my god the Ranch. Overall Stacia's was a pretty average pizza experice, but they nailed it with this ranch dressing. Thick, creamy, tangy, and oh-so-delicious, the Ranch, of all things, was what stuck out from Stacia's.

We ordered Stacia's for pick-up, 'because it's so close to where we live. I don't know what made me give my name over the phone instead of my partner's...I almost never give my name for reservations and the like, because my first name contains a pesky silent letter, and my last name is capable of being embarrassingly misheard. Anyway, when we went to pick up the pizza, I reiterated my name, "Chloe," to the fellow behind the counter. Meanwhile, another employee, a semi-literate, troglodytic, high-school type searched for the pie that had been laid aside for us. "What is this?" He grunted, "CHOLE?" (Pronounced to rhyme with "bowl" or "troll", the "ch" fully articulated, as in "cheese") "What kind of a name is that?" he shrieked, laughing like a retarded hyena. My cheeks burning, I came up with the best retort I could at the time. "The 'h' is silent, like in 'school.'" I muttered. "Maybe if you'd ever gone there you would know that." I paid for my pizza and left. The pie was truly mediocre, but it would have had to be pretty amazing to warrant the embarrassment that I'd just suffered to obtain it.

This is my go-to Friday night pizza delivery place. I like it because it's not a national chain like Pizza Hut or Dominoes and it's not as expensive as Pagliacci's. The sauce is flavorful, the crust is nice and soft and the overall taste is pretty good. They usually have good specials from the fliers and the prices are fair.

***ZERO STARS ***Here is my story about ordering pizza from Stacia's. We ordered one with pine nuts as one of the toppings. What we got was a pizza covered with sunflower seeds! Unbelievable but true. We called to ask WTF they were thinking. No apologies and no refunds. What a disgusting experience it was. Who in their right minds would think sunflower seeds were a substitute for pine nuts? These Stacians are inbred cretins.

I dig the flavorful combinations you can make with their diverse selection of toppings, sauces, cheeses, etc. My favorite so far is the buffalo chicken pizza, and this is one of the few places in Seattle that I've been able to find a taco pizza. I've only ordered the family-size pizza, which is about as big as our stove top and has huge floppy slices. It's one of my top indie pizza joints in the north end, but I don't order from here very often because the prices are pretty high if you don't have a coupon. Still, you get what you pay for: delicious, high-quality pie. Update: I finally ordered their deep dish pizza, and probably won't again--the bottom crust was an inch and a half thick! It was like eating a pizza sandwich, ok but not what I was expecting. The upside of the deep dish is that you get full off of one slice, though. Another example of how sweet this place is: aside from the free cookies that come with each order, they upgraded me to a large pizza for free because they didn't have any medium-sized pans available. And if you're complaining that a local indie pizza joint charges for online ordering, you're being silly--most non-chain pizza joints in Seattle either don't have a website or only list their menu. Just call in if you don't want to pay the fee! Or you can always opt for Pizzahut.com .

Defintely not the best pizza I have ever had but pretty decent. They also do deals with you, it's kind of weird. You can bring in a coupon from godfather's pizza and they will give you the same deal.. How awesome!! but I still love sahara pizza when I am in seattle, so it's good enough if you are trying to strike a deal for lunch or dinner...

Really good, not chain pizza at all! Doesn't taste anything like the big three, tastes fresh and flavorful. Thick cheese that's slightly crispy on top, dough-y crust that's soft in the right places with crunchy edges, slices don't droop from being too thin but aren't hard or burned, and the sweet Italian sausage is fantastic! Definitely give this place a try

Never again will we order pizza from this place. Our order was over an hour late, the pizza stuck to the roof of the pizza carton and our order was over 60 bucks for pizza and a salad. Worst deal ever.

They have a unique menu. I started ordering here to experiment with some items, and got hooked on to them. Love the taste, the service, the packaging. Very quick delivery, and the taste is never compromised with. Try them.

Delicious and wide variety of crust and topping options. Super friendly staff. They make fresh cookies and will give you some with your order if they have some made. I love the breadsticks more than anything (get with marinara sauce)! They give doggie friends meatballs.

Alright, so I just moved back to Seattle after having spent the last 9 years in Brooklyn and I am finding pizza may never be the same again. Nothing seems to stack up to what I could find on just about any street corner there. I am not talking about the gourmet either. There are a few things that I think make a good pizza: - Crust. This is the foundation from which all pizza is built and if you want a decent pie you have to have a good crust. Stacia's crusts generally hold up well in my opinion. Although I generally stick the pie back in my oven because it is never quite done enough for my taste. It could be that my wife likes a million topping on her pie though. That always makes it hard for a crust to hold up. -Toppings. Good selection in important and Stacia's definitely has that. Some day I am going to order a pie with oranges, apples, BBQ sauce and steak just to see if my head explodes. -Sauce. I love their spicy sauce. It is just that simple. -Cheese. A decent blend. Not the best I have ever had but good enough. I like the wide selection of supplement cheeses available as extra toppings. Overall, Stacia's is the best delivery pie I have found in my 'hood so far. I find them dependable and tasty enough. I enjoy their salads too (pizza goes best with a little salad and a beer). Got to love those little cookies they bring you too! In my opinion much better than Pagliacci's, Zeek's or Romeo's.

I have to admit, after getting sad pies from Soggy's a couple of weeks ago, I was feeling kinda pizza-shy. However, it was New Year's Eve and the yard apes wanted triangular food, and I've driven past Stacia's oh so many times... so I called, and the guy who took my order pointed out that they had a coupon running that gave a free large salad with my large pizza, so now he's my friend. Delivery - on a drunken holiday - took about 45 minutes. The pizzas were actually quite nice, good thickish crust, lovely toppings, not burnt, not cold, not dripping grease, not limp. Would I call Stacia's "gourmet?" Nuh uh. Just good delivery pizza. Imagine if a place like Round Table actually used good ingredients and liked their customers.... Bonus points for having a menu online.

Dude, this is SEATTLE. We don't have New York style pizza here. I do believe that Stacia's is the best that we have though. They have the largest selection of toppings and sauces I have ever seen. Their crust comes in a variety of doughs and thickness levels, too. I have never had one bad experience with this place. Good story of the day: when they first opened up, I went in to pick up a pizza and forgot my credit card and didn't have cash on me. I told the clerk that I would run home and be back in less than 5 minutes. He said "don worry 'boudit!" and gave it to me for free. He said the business is new and he would be glad to give away a free pizza. From that point on, I only order from Stacia's.

Stacia's isn't bad, but it's not great either. Menu-wise, their pizza topping selection can't be beat. You literally can choose from anything (including soy cheese for the vegans out there). The actual amount of the toppies varies -- for example, I always order ricotta, and it's barely spread around at the top of the pizza... no delicious globs of it anywhere. You can also get calzones with the same fillings, and there are a variety of sandwiches and pasta that I haven't tried yet. There's also several kinds of sauces and crusts. The normal sauce is... weird. It has an odd flavor to it which is decent, but not spectacular. Thus, I have to be in a very specific mood to want Stacia's pizza. Service is super friendly on the phone, and luckily they do give you a few chocolate chip cookies free of charge. I don't recommend buying an order solo -- I did this once, and they all did NOT taste the same (clearly were older, not as chewy, etc). The price is reasonable, and they do have good coupons sometimes... but they also charge for delivery, which is a minus. Overall, decent pizza with a good topping selection, but not on my top 3 pizza places in the city by any means.

  • Tom D.

Look, it's not the best pizza, but it is pretty good and even better for the price. If you are looking for an inexpensive meal that hits the spot order from here. Use a coupon and get a salad; they throw in a few cookies for free(little yes, but free). Definately an economical meal you don't have to make.

I was so excited to support my neighborhood pizza place, but I will never order this crap again. Absolute WORST pizza I've ever stuck in my mouth. Cardboard crust with cheese made of chalk. One star is GENEROUS (unlike their toppings...). blech

  • Tom K.

I've only ordered from here once so I may have just had some bad luck, but it took over an hour to get my delivery on a recent Sunday afternoon. The pizza itself was so-so (and a little cold). The wings weren't good either. The cookies they give you are a nice touch, but not enough to make up for all the negatives.

I think the Pizza is great and there is a HUGE selection in sauces...toppings...and sizes. The walkin specials are always great and affordable. The only problem are the seemingly constant computer problems/lost orders/late deliveries. I will admit I simply chose to pick up as to wait 1 hour plus for my pizza. Also a wide variety of crusts...This is a great quality pizza joint and not a run of the mill pizza hut. I have a tendency to believe that people who haven't liked the pizza probably didn't order anything I would have liked anyways. I seem to remember when my wife ordered we ended up with a different style crust, sauce, and toppings...based on that I wasn't very happy. So maybe the people complaining only have to blame themselves if they get something bad from here. ;-)

I'm from the mid-west and I have been having a hard time finding pizza here that compares to what we have back home. Stacia's is by far the best I've found so far! We got a certificate in the mail for being new to the area and it said "free large pizza". I called asking how much it would be with tax and delivery and he said it doesn't cost anything, it's completely free...and it was. Even the yummy chocolate chip cookies were free. I tipped the driver well and enjoyed some yummy pizza. We order from there whenever we want cheesy, flavorful, pizza!!

OK, so maybe it's because my order was REALLY custom made and attended to by the manager (Jeremy), but oh my goodness, my dinner/late night feel better soon comfort food indulgence is so freaking amazing. I'm only writing this now to effectively let my stomach rest from me totally INHALING a calzone that I haven't had the likes of since living wayyy back on the east coast. I got the standard "fresh made" sauce instead of a spicy one or whatnot... and ricotta, artichoke hearts, zucchini, mushrooms, and capers. I actually TASTED the oregano, how unusual and pleasant... the flavors just burst. Maybe my picks were (as they're tried and tested by me) just that perfect combo... the zucchini lovely and thin and neither crispy nor soggy, the mushrooms just the right size, amount, and cookedness, and this gooey yummy cheese all hugging it inside dough that dipped into the sauce like it was having an orgasmic day. My mouth was just in love. I literally ate half of the thing (as a tiny female, no small feat to enlarge your tummy by 4 times!) in like... 4 minutes or less. Felt like 2. Seriously amazing. Also darn yummy? The cheese and sauce gooey concoction that is lasagna a la Stacia's. I honestly don't know where the beef is in it, nor do I care. It's just this melty gooey "man, that's (takes another bite) mmmmmm" stuff that, when you're kinda feeling crappy (had a freaky allergic reaction and spent the day taking massive doses of steroids to rid my face and back of a sudden unexpected rash!), hits all kinds of good spots. Now I had one thing that I'll quickly forgive because the manager made it kinda not the way they usually do... I got mushroom ravioli with alfredo sauce... because I literally called at 10:56pm and could have been totally turned away (and would've been okay with that, but they graced me cause I live kinda close and they could hear the wounded child's soul begging for their mercy)... well, the boiling water for pasta was no longer boiling and he couldn't get it cooked all the way through without baking it... so it was not made the way it would ordinarily be made, meaning my poor alfredo sauce got so hot that it became butter... that said, cool, they have real butter and not yucky thickeners... but it's still not quite alfredo :) I called to give feedback of the good and the bad, mostly just sending out this huge "sick person feels like superwoman again" hug to the manager that assembled this calzone so perfectly... and yeah not only did he apologize and explain why my ravioli wasn't the normal way (why my alfredo butter had split from the cheese in this case) but next time I call I'm getting free pasta... which one, we'll have to see. I can't speak for/against the pizza, but my calzone was the bomb... but hey, I did order something that either needed quality and perfectly cooked components (especially the ricotta and other cheese that had to dance with the veggies), so I feel entitled to say... they did an awesome job and my calzone search is over. I finally found a place that has 400 toppings that I can stuff inside bread and awkwardly stuff inside me. I also loved the cute little cookies. They were like soft batch cookies, only my mouth has no waxy taste... so what soft batch would be if soft batch didn't cut corners and stay "soft" by being crisco... no crisco mouth here, just a cute little box of goodies. Thank you so much, random neighbor, for letting me steal your wifi long enough to find this place. I'm probably not yelping much in the future because yelp has made me upset beyond repair, but I HAD to praise what I got tonight... delivered ~11:30pm after a call at 10:56 with the staff, Robert, kindly sending me over to the manager who just totally made me feel like a million bucks again. Yep, it's that kind of soulful comfort food. Mmm thanks so much again, guys. They have to be the nicest people working the food scene in Seattle!! Oh yeah... I also have salad and tiramisu in the fridge and the bread isn't all soggy and rubberized. I will let you know how the dessert and salad are (they do make their own ranch now, though, so no hidden msg valley, huzzah... even without... it's well worth what I paid for this huge load of food!

Seattle has some good options for Pizza (and some pretty bad ones) but if you live within their delivery range then you really only have one option: Stacia's is the best Pizza in Seattle. They have more options for crusts, sauces, and cheeses than anyone else. They use high quality ingredients and it really shows in the end product. Their prices are also quite reasonable even for a single pie, but they have specials and coupons (listed on their website) that make their prices competitive with the national chains. Stacia's is a gem, the only drawback is that you'll never want to order from anywhere else if you are in the mood for pizza.

I am proud to say that I am a member of the VIP Club at Stacia's. And that's right, I got a free pizza for my birthday (last week)!! A free large, 2-topping pizza! They even gave me a delicious chocolate brownie/cake! The pizzas hold quality ingredients, generous sizes, friendly service, and free delivery. Their entire menu looks enticing as well, although I always stick to the pizza. Definitely check them out!

Great pizza. Super tasty (especially the sauce), fast delivery, really nice people working there. And those chocolate chip cookies are awesome. They lose one star based on the price. Everything is a bit more expensive than it should be, I feel.

stacia's pizza has a lot of vegetarian options, which i really appreciate. all the people i have encountered that work there are really friendly, they messed up on my order once on a really busy night, and made it up by crediting a free large pizza to my account to redeem whenever i wanted. their pizza, pasta, and salad is very good!

It's tha bomb! Especially like the quality of their whole wheat crust and the spicy-ness of the spicy sauce (ask for extra :). Also, the staff is super duper friendly and delivery is timely. They've even been throwing in free cookies lately!

I was attracted to Stacia's by an ad that claimed "best pizza, or your money back." I was intrigued by such an audacious claim. I ordered two pizzas and bread sticks. The pizzas arrived very quickly, but somewhere along the line the breadsticks were lost. I grew worried that perhaps this would not be the best pizza experience of my life, but victory was snatched from the jaws of disaster. The driver went back, got the bread, and also brought a package of goodies (Salad and a box of delicious, little cookies). I was blown away by the service. Although, not the best pizza ever, it was one of my most favorable pizza experiences ever. I look forward to ordering their pizza again. KL

I would have to say that this is pretty good, Greek/Italian pizza, they have a choice of spicy sauce, or regular and I got the spicy which has lots of garlic, which I am a huge garlic lover. I just ordered a personal pizza, and a small salad and I was pleasantly surprised! I have heard from other friends that live close that they were grossed out and dipleased dur to that fact that the cook was not wearing a hair net and they ended up with hair in their food, so that was my only set back from going back again, there are plenty of other pizza restaurants I can go to!

I want to love this place I really do however because of one mess up I'm sure I'll never go to this place nor order anything from it again. I would rather eat stray squirrels than to get anything from this place again. Especially in this economy you are better off making something at home. Let me explain what happen, one day after working out with my boyfriend, we went home starved and fixated on what we want to eat! Greasy cheesy deliclious pizza with some acidic tomato sauce basking underneath the cheese, we just wanted that soooo bad....and then I saw on the counter the mail for that day and we had coupons for some of Stacia's pizza, "There is a god" I screamed in my head because not only are we trying to save money I was lazy as a cat sunbathing in the sun, on cooking something. So I gave a call to the establishment and put in my order. Two freaken hours later, with me harassing the girl taking my order as to where the hell is my food I already paid for on the phone is sooooo late, and for the love of chocolate this establishment is 10 minutes away from my house. My door bell rings and instead of a gentleman apologizing for how late my food is, I get a cranky crackhead in very beat- up vehicle who looks like he's really high on something...and he reeked of alcohol! Its like he made a quick stop to get high and drunk for two hours and then delievered my cold soggy pizza. I was pissed off, and of course I gave the guy a piece of my mind and you know what he does? He starts givng me mouth, I was ready to get charged with assualt charges! I going for my baseball bat and then my very calm and mellow boyfriend stopped me, and closes the door on the guy who was shouting that we should tipped him. My boyfriend gives a call to the establishment to say what happen and I guess the owner fired the drunk pizza guy. However I still will not order or eat at this place because how the hell do you just hired drugged out people to go to your customer's homes. Has anyone thought that these drugged out fiends might rob or hurt your customers? This is why I will never order again from Staci's, because its like seriously who does your hiring and interviews!

This place is great! We got a coupon in the mail for a free pizza, so we gave it a try. This happened with a different place before, and we weren't very impressed, but Stacia's really caught us by surprise. The pizzas are decently priced, yet they are very fresh and have a huge assortment of options. You can get tons of unusual ingredients on your pizza, from pesto sauce to beans to teriyaki sauce. You can get smoked gouda or feta cheese. You can get spinach. The list goes on and on. It's great to find a place like this finally! The crust also tastes really fresh and light -- it's great. I highly recommend it! We even got free chocolate chip cookies with our pizza!! The only thing that was a slight downer was that there weren't a ton of toppings on our pizza, but there was plenty, and it was delicious!

This isn't the best pizza ever, but it's pretty high up there for Seattle pizza. I love the VIP Club...they're always nice, and they give home-baked (not home-made though) cookies as a treat. Not bad, and not a chain.

Good local alternative to Papa John's for when you want to switch it up sometimes. Lots of gooey cheese and a tasty, chewy crust, plus a variety of toppings to pick from. Very friendly staff -- the guy behind the counter gave my friend's dog a meatball as a treat! -- and the complimentary chocolate chip cookies not only taste yummy but make the place smell good. If you're going in person, it might be hard to spot -- it's in a tiny strip center, next to a taco place, and the signage is just a plastic banner. There are a couple parking spots out front, too.

This has to be one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. So we got a mailer with a scratch off on the front to win free pizza for a year. Ok, I'll bite. Nope. Didn't win. But I did win a free medium 2 topping pizza, no purchase necessary, carry out or delivery. So I decided one night to use it. Well, I was very rudely told over the phone that coupon actually has a 10 dollar minimum. Nowhere, I repeat, NOWHERE does it say anything about that.

This place is by far my favorite place to order from. For starters, they have a Pizza Lovers club that keeps track of money spent and turns them into points. With pizza this good, it's very easy to reach the required points for a free pizza. We're well on our way to our second free one! Not to mention, they ALWAYS bring freshly baked chocolate chip cookies to our door for free. The inner child in my fiance delights! Stacia's always uses good, quality ingredients, as well as provide a delicious crust. I'm especially pleased with them for offering a gluten-free crust that doesn't even remotely resemble cardboard, or make the pizza double in price. Today is my fiances birthday and they offer a free to all Pizza Lovers club members. In all honesty, we were EXTREMELY pleased with the service given and the pizza was their best yet! Sometimes it's nice to get an ordinary pepperoni with no bells and whistles and they nailed it. I even called back after eating the pizza to thank them for giving us such quality customer service AND a delicious pizza on his special day. I hope Stacia's is around for a long long time to come!

Why order from a place three miles away when Pagliacci's is walking distance away? I'll tell you why. One of their calzones gave me a horrible bout of dodgy tummy so we decided to try something different. And we were glad we did! Despite being farther away, Stacia's delivers quickly to our place with fresh excellently made pizza every single time we have ordered. They honour older coupons from their website as well as competitor's coupons. How fantastic is that offer! Once we had a problem with one of our pizzas and when I called, they offered to bring a new one back out or credit our account for the next time. Since it was so late in the evening, we opted for the future pizza. They have an extensive list of toppings and pizza varieties. My boyfriend's favourite is seasoned steak, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. I'm partial to their Hawaiian or something with mushrooms + black olives. Try either of them, they are fantastic! With your delivery, you will receive free cookies and the usual cheese + pepper packets. And on each box is glued more coupons for your next order, to keep your addiction with them going. A few times we have ordered on the way home and stopped by to get our pizza to go. There is not a proper dining area just a few seats for waiting for to go orders. The kitchen appeared clean from my vantage point and we experience pleasant deliverymen and phone help. They aren't a chain, to my knowledge. There is just the single location. If you live in their delivery radius, I highly recommend their pizzas. Give them a try.

Stacia's is close to my house and I wanted to like it but...I can't. My mushroom and onion pizza was a big gloppy blob and the chicken parm grinder was AWFUL. I could not believe they use unbreaded and diced chicken breast for the grinders...are you serious!!!! It's the same chicken you find on a cold salad. WEAK! I hate to say it but the chocolate chip cookies were the only things worth eating...and we didn't have to pay for them.

First off, I'm not a huge pizza fan. I don't like the standard run-of-the-mill tomato sauce pizzas. I chose this place to eat for a free victory pizza for myself and my coworkers winning a contest at work. I wanted a "gourmet" type of pizza. I ordered a personal BBQ chicken for myself, a large pizza for the 2 guys and another personal pizza for the other gal. It was $42 and some change and they delivered. Not too bad. They were running a special where you get your second at half price. My BBQ pizza was good, not the best BBQ pizza I've ever had but I was hungry and it did the trick. The guys raved about their Hawaiian pizza. For the price I would go again, the personal pizzas were like $10.99 which is about 2 bucks cheaper than CPK.

We ordered pizza just before closing on a Sunday night, my expectations were not high, but wow I was surprised. The pizza was not bad at all for cheap delivery. We had the meatball, with spicy red sauce on whole wheat crust. The meatballs were large and flavorful, the spicy sauce was just right spicy and the whole wheat crust was super yummy. The garlic breadsticks were extremely greasy...but in a good way :). Delivery was prompt and accurate. My only regret is that we didn't get those magical cookies all the other reviewers talked about...I must figure out how to get me some of those...

I get to eat their pizza whenever my sister invites us over to dinner. They mail coupons pretty regularly. It can be buy one get one free, but this last time it was buy one, get one for $2 (or some other small number). *Thai veggie, so gooood. I want it all the time! Peanut sauce says hello! *Quattro fromaggio, light and flavorful combo of cheeses, garlic, tomatoes, and basil *Gourmet veggie, substantial, with lots of veggies *Garden ranch, mmmm..ranchy. *Spinach salad, comes with pine nuts (which could be toasted), apple slices, purple onion, with a light vinaigrette. Delivery is pretty quick, usually quoted 30mins. We are fans for life!

Still not as good as NYC, but damn. . . . Now don't get me wrong, Pagliacci's is good pizza for $25. But, that is ridiculously expensive. I can get a large cheese and pepperoni and a medium specialty pizza at Stacia's for under $25. And, it is a really good pizza, especially when it is delivered in under 45 minutes. Check out their monthly specials!

It was a crazy mix-up...we were supposed to meet my sister and her husband at a pizza place in Greenwood and me, Yelp, and Google Maps deduced that it was Stacia's. I suspected the mistake when we walked in and saw that Stacia's is pretty much a take-out place, but we ordered anyway. After about fifteen minutes I called my sister. She and her husband were sitting at another Greenwood pizza place where THEY had already ordered too. "Stacia's?" she complained! "You better be prepared for some bad pizza." Too, late, I thought we've already ordered. So we decided that we would pack up our food and take it to her house. This gave us a unique opportunity for a side-by-side taste test, and I have to say that Stacia's won. And not just because I always have to be right, either. Stacia's is good old-fashioned pizza. I watched them make it, right there. It wasn't a bunch of teenagers standing there in front of a scale counting out individual slices of pepperoni. No, my pizza was carefully crafted, piled with lots of quality ingredients all the way out to the edge of the tasty crust. It reminds me of my favorite pizza ever, Giovanni's Mountain Pizza in Mill City, Oregon. They don't really make pizza like this any more with soft chewy crust and generous toppings. The price was super reasonable too. My sister had received a coupon for a free pizza from Stacia's when they moved to the neighborhood a few years back. She said that it was cheese and one topping and that they really didn't enjoy it. I don't know what happened with their pizza, but ours was really great. My semi-vegetarian daughter and her friends finished the rest off when we got home. Everybody at our house loved Stacia's pizza!

This place is great I LOVE THEIR PIZZA!!!! I think it's much better than Romio's which is now Rizzie's. The pizza at Stacia's is soooo fresh and they do prepare it in front of you it has a much better taste and I like that they have different types of crusts. This place has been around for a while I want to say since '03 or before that it's one of the Greenwood Gems I like to call lol. They have great veggie options one of my favorites is The Greek Delight, The Thai Chicken, even the bbq chicken was soo good and I hate bbq anything!!! It's great for carryout they only have like two tables so it's not really good for dining in. I am surprised that some people have given it a bad review since I have never been disappointing here. It's great pizza if you like everything prepared fresh.

Unless you're craving something specific or "exotic" like a Napoli-style pizza and just crave regular-old more-American-than-Italian pizza, then you probably can't do better than this place. They've got some good specials -- we got a large "designer" pizza, bread sticks, a salad, 4 sodas, and even some cookies for $27! The pizza was on the higher side of average, but the crust and (I assume similarly prepared) garlic bread were pretty outstanding. The aforementioned "designer" varieties feature some interesting topping combinations, like potato rosemary, along with all the stand-bys. Good pizza, lots of specials, friendly staff, fast delivery -- it all equates to an "I'll definitely call again".

My boyfriend and I love this place. Overly love. Love to the point that if they deliver to our apartment complex they automatically come to our door.. even if someone else ordered haha. Anyway, we order from them a lot. They have our orders on file, and we get points that turn into free pizzas we don't need. But love. Also the free couple of cookies you get are awesome. Basically, their thin and crispy is amazing and we don't get pizza anywhere else.

I'm not a pizza snob, and actually prefer American-style (crust with medium thickness, lots of cheese & toppings) over anything that could be called authentic. I'm from Boise and my favorite pizza is from Flying Pie if that gives you any background on the kind of pizza I like. Seattle is full of authentic Italian, NY style, Chicago style, and Greek style pizza restaurants, but it's hard to find a delicious, ordinary-style pizza joint! I thought Stacia's might be it, but unfortunately, that's not the case. First, the crust is tough. I think the dough might be overworked. It also lacks flavor. Second, the sauce is salty and bland. I just tried the red sauce, so their other sauces might be better. Third, the cheese just doesn't taste very fresh. It doesn't seem to melt very well. The good thing about Stacia's is that they are generous with toppings. Every slice had a good amount of toppings. Also, they have a lot of good deals and frequently send out coupons for free pizza. So if you receive these coupons, it might be worth a shot. I hope you have better luck than I did!

Reserving more stars for more visits, as this was only our first :-) My husband and I just moved in about a month ago, and are still getting to know the pizza places in the area. We've been ordering Pagliacci's for the past month, which is really quite good. But it is primarily a "specialty" pizza place. We were looking for a more casual pizza to add to our rounds when a representative from Stacia's came knocking at our door. He presented my husband with a special "anniversary edition" offer. Win! Whenever trying a new place, I like to either a) ask what their favorite is, b) order what's on special, or c) go to Yelp and see what people are trying. Seems very few on Yelp went for pizza, and when they did, they didn't say which. Tonight we ordered the "Stacia's Special" - A hefty offering of pepperoni, salami, fresh mushrooms, beef , Italian sausage and black olives. If you are an omnivore, try the Stacia's Special. Good honest pizza. The sauce has a lot of flavor, in spite of all of the meat it wasn't excessively greasy, the thin portion of the crust was the right balance of tender and chewy, and the crust on the edge was fluffy, crunchy and yummy. The staff was very nice. They were REALLY crowded (small and primarily a take-out place, it was a Saturday night). I think I counted 5 people running between the register and the kitchen, and they were falling over themselves to make sure no one in line was waiting too long. AND they gave me free cookies. I'm not sure I agree with the complaints about the cost. This was cheaper than Pagliacci's and others we have tried in Seattle. The toppings are rustic, good, real toppings, no canned junk on chemical cardboard like what you find on cheaper Pizza Hut, Domino's or Little Caesar's. So far so good, and we'll definitely order again :-)

Ok... get ready for this... If you order on-line you have to pay a dollar for a "Online Order Charge"? Um, what the hell is that for? Isn't that easier for them? They don't even have to talk to me! What is the fee for? Thinking about you? Why not just add on a "I had to get up this morning" charge! Meaningless! And get ready for this! AHHHHH! You have to pay another dollar for a delivery fee? Isn't that what the tip is for!? I like the pizza just fine but be warned... the hot-wings are kinda boiled in texture, so I'd stay away from those until they make them crispy. On a more positive note... my favorite thing on the menu are the salads. There's just something about getting a Greek Salad and some garlic bread sticks delivered to my front door that I really dig! Room for improvement...

I think i'm going to dump tony and and go lesbian for Stacia. you know when you found the right italian place when it has these things: 1. it's a hole in the wall, you're going to miss it unless you know it's there kind of place. 2. the "decor" of the place are remnants of the old holy roman empire 3. there's a window where you can see the dough being made. Stacia's has all three things and their food and staff are wonderful. The bread is soft, warm, crispy and savory. Their sauce (we got the spaghetti bolognes) was delicious. You didn't need a lot of the sauce to know how good it is as the spices really complimented each other and it gave it depth. But really the creme du crop was the service. The people who work there make it so that's its a memorable experience as they are genuinely nice guys. They were accommodating and when I asked for cheese for my spaghetti, they brought out fresh Parmesan because "packet parmesan is crap." ( I wish there was a better way to describe what the experience was because they really did a great job in terms of customer service. Just go so you will know what i'm talking about. really, you won't regret it. ) So if you're new to Seattle and are experience the seattle freeze, i suggest you go here and meet the nice gentlemen who work there and eat great italian comfort food. your tummy and your soul will be pleased.

I rarely order take out pizza because I'd rather make it at home or eat it at a restaurant, but Stacia's has the most amazing ingredients list that I just have to order it a couple times a year. I've even made my own versions of their pizzas at home just to save a few bucks. I adore their Thai veggie pizza...peanut sauce, coconut, carrots, cilantro, peanuts, green peppers, broccoli, & water chestnuts all on a yummy crust? It's incredible! They have really random ingredient options such as: sunflower seeds, tofu, walnuts, raisins, oranges, granny smith apples, eggplant, corn, baby red potatoes, almonds, asparagus...it's the biggest list of options I've ever seen! I recently talked to someone else about Stacia's and his comment was, "Yeah, if you're stoned, it's not the best place to go because there's way too many options and you could end up with a carrot, orange, garlic, shrimp pizza!" I think that's suppose to be a compliment :)

It looks like pizza. It tastes like pizza. But it's not trying to do anything special. The toppings were not very fresh and the crust is was dry and puffy. Even my crust-loving companion did not finish his. I guess the upside is that we didn't pay for it. The free pizza coupon got us in the door, but we won't be returning.

I have been a customer for a couple years now. I used to like them. They have gone down hill. Pizza and service aren't what they used to be. And after the service I got today I won't be calling them again. When a customer calls and let you know there was a problem with their order. Maybe you should try and fix it. Instead of saying that's how it goes.

The sunflower seeds on the pizza, which were NOT the pine nuts we ordered, this weird transaction took place many years ago, like maybe 15-12 years ago. I still say "Unbelievable!" NEVER AGAIN no matter how many times you email me. Absolutely dishonest and the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had. Just say NO.

Not bad. Not great. My brother was visiting and wanted to have pizza for dinner. So, instead of going out (we were too lazy to get dressed up), we called and had this place deliver pizza. Free cookies! Yum. For two 10 inch pizzas we paid $22 and added $3 for a tip for the delivery. Delivery was quick and within 40 minutes. Pepperoni for me. My brother had Canadian bacon with pineapple. The quality was average for pizza.

Stacias is just great pizza. Speedy delivery, amazing options, online ordering and better hours! They deliver when alot of other places don't - suprisingly, most pizza places don't deliver or even open before 3 pm, but they deliver and open at 11am-12pm on weekends! BEST DRUNK PIZZA EVER!!!!!!

The owner contacted me through Yelp denying his pizza was frozen (I only said it was "frozen pizza quality" in my previous review) and offered me a free one. While it is encouraging to know that he is concerned about his business' reputation, a free crappy pizza isn't something worth getting. I have eaten 4 pizza's from them over the last 8 years and all have been terrible--the taste and value just aren't there. He needs to go try some pizzas from The Ridge, Cornuto or even Pagliacci's. There is no comparison.

My roommate ordered a Pizza from here on a Tuesday night. It came late and cold. It was so gross we couldn't even eat it. I called in to tell them. they said our next one will be free. To bad we wont ever order from them again. It was our first and last time. We ended up having to go out for dinner and spending more money.

Great pesto pizza, decent wings, fantastic garlic bread and a very extensive menu of (I assume) equally tasty stuff. Got a very neighborly letter and coupon in the mail and gave them a shot. They'll definitely hear from me again. Delivery was quick and service was friendly. Can't ask much more from a pizza place.

  • Lisa D.

This was really good pizza! I love all of their sauce and topping options, they are the only place I have found (so far) that offers broccoli on pizza. With a white sauce or garlic and olive oil it is just delish. The crust was pretty good, chewy and puffy. We did not try the thin crust. The little cookie freebies are good too, they taste like the ones I make at home (with real butter!). Unfortunately we are just outside of their delivery area, and the drive is about 15 minutes so we probably won't come here too often.

Tonight my husband worked late, and I didn't want to cook. Stacia's is one of the only places nearby that will deliver an order of less than $20. I ordered cheese ravioli. The website said the average order time was 45min.....my order took over an hour to arrive....and it's Tuesday night at 9pm... I figured, whatever, I was hungry, and the delivery man was very nice. But damn, my food was COLD. The pasta had about 3x the amount of sauce needed, so it had turned to mush in the hour it took to get to me. I put the garlic bread in the toaster (it hadn't actually been toasted before it got to me), got the pasta out of its 2cups of sauce and threw it in the microwave. Here's the thing- I could have bought frozen pasta for half the price, or even a frozen meal- and been happier (that's what I get for being lazy). I can't tell you about the pizza here....but I can tell you I probably won't be trying it (and don't order the pasta...unless you like cold mush). UPDATE - After my review, the owner contacted me, offered to refund my meal AND pay for my next purchase. I gave them an additional star for customer service - I'm much more forgiving to a sit down restaurant if the service is good, and it's only fair if that applies to take-out as well. I'm taking the owner up on his free meal, and will update again accordingly.

I've eaten at Stacia's a few times over the years, and have always been very satisfied. They make really good hearty pizzas--it's as simple as that. They offer a variety of toppings, but nothing super fancy and it's not wood-fired neopolitan, or any other trendy pizza styles. They make pizza the way I grew up eating it, back when places like Godfather's were still around and pumping out huge pizzas with thick crusts. Their personal pizzas are the perfect size for a single meal, as long as you have an appetite!

I think a single star should be reserved for frozen pizza that's warmed up, and put in one of those hot counters. I can't really give this place that one star, based solely on that distinction, but I'd like to. There was nothing really wrong with the first visit, but nothing really right. I think a favorable coefficient was applied, I think because we had some sort of groupon or restuarant dot com discount. This time, some 10 months later, we had a 2-4-1 coupon, and thought, well, why not? Ordered two 18" pizzas, three toppings each. Got there, and they wanted $37. Not a big deal, I guess they forgot to apply the discount. NOPE. Now I'm not necessarily stirred two much by paying $38 at a pizza joint, as I've gladly done that before, but, if my math is correct, that means those two pizzas, which were actually quite bad would have been like 80 bucks. Seriously? The few things that seems quaint, when the pizza's cheap, like the rolled out dough instead of thrown, the sauce that's sweet enough that it has a hint of corn syrup, and the poor crust fail to impress. I'll just go to Piecora's next time and get twice the pizza for half the price. Also, a good pie should hold up and still be good heated up - this was not.

Decent pizza. The crust was a little soggy, so I crisped it up in the oven, which made it taste so much better. The sauce is flavorful and tangy, but I wasn't a fan of the bland cheese. And what's up with mixing cheddar with mozzarella on the Hawaiian? bleh. Pros: great prices and specials, free chocolate chip cookies were chewy and yummy, and fast delivery. Worth another try, I suppose.

I've written very finicky reviews about pizza...it should be something to be finicky over. Seattle lacks good pizza- but this place, for the price is a gem. WHY? Good pizza, good price, quick on the delivery (especially dinosaur-car-delivery-guy). I've never eaten here- can you sit down? Hmm. Dunno. Just order the delivery already.

Craving pizza and some kind of chocolate sweets, Stacia's was one of the first places that came to mind ... They have good pizza and they have chocolate chip cookies, YUM. Always ordered delivery and never eaten at their place, so I can't speak of the actual place. In fact, I don't think I even know where it's at. Pizza: MMM, MMM, GOOD. Thicker type crust for the hand tossed crust, toppings have always been fresh and I've never had any issues with grease or chewy cheese no matter what pizza I've ordered. This time around I ordered the Greek Delight with Olive oil & garlic sauce topped with greek gyros, sweet red onions, feta cheese, kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes. YUM!!! Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookies that are bite sized. They are always chewy and a welcomed part of ordering from this place. If not ordering their box of cookies, I think they still may deliver a few to five with your order for free and without requesting them. Staff taking order on phone: Personable and upbeat Delivery Time: 45 minutes Delivery Driver: Doing his job.. A good alternative to ordering from Dominos, Pizza Hut or one of those other chain pizza places.

If you like waiting 1hour and half for delivery on a week day with no big sports on TV, order here. When I called calmly to ask the status of my order, a woman gave me attitude and said "Well the driver left a while ago". What does that mean. 5 minutes ago? 10 minutes ago? Why don't you define a while miss attitude. Instead, I hung up because I didn't want to be mad. I waited another 10 minutes and called back. I asked for the manager and was given the female again. I was rude now and said I wanted to speak to someone other than her. She tried to apologize and gave me some story about how busy they were. I cut her off and explained how I hated her attitude and I have waited my allotted time. Pizza Hut would have been at my house with-in 35 minutes. They have even made it with-in 20 minutes on a good day. I ordered a simple pizza and ice cream, so it's not like it was complicated. The manager finally caved and gave me my order free, however, I was not trying to get free pizza. I would have paid double to have it on time. I don't think she understood my point. If you can't deliver pizza in a timely fashion, let people know. Pizza hut tells you an expected time based on current orders in their system. If I see a high wait time, I call and they are ok with me canceling my order. I would rather order somewhere else than wait. WHY CAN"T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT. It has been months since I last ordered here and now I remember why I stopped. You won't see me order from here ever again.

There are quite a few reviews along the lines of "I'm not going to spend $80 on pizza," and yes, this place can get pricey if you just order a couple large pizzas with a bunch of toppings like you might at other pizza places. So let me suggest 2 things that you should order: 1, the lunch special. You get a soda, a gigantic slice of pizza (pepperoni or cheese), and some cookies. It's $5. If you were downtown, you'd spend that much at most pizza places for a slice 1/4 of the size. And it's delicious -- chewy dough with crispy edges, just like a crust should be. The 2nd thing you should order is the Michaelangelo, which is "thinly sliced prosciutto , carmelized onions, goat cheese and mozzarella topped with pesto." If you have a coupon, and they usually have one in the junk mail that goes out every week, you can get a couple medium pizzas for $18 or so. That's a totally reasonable deal.

Stacias may not be the best pizza in Seattle but we loved it. My Seattle brother goes there all the time; it's a few blocks from where they live. They must have the most extensive menu around: stacias.com You can choose your crust, including whole wheat; your sauce; and the most exhaustive list of toppings ever, including soy cheese. It is take-out or delivery only. Our take-out order took about 40 minutes and our complicated order was done perfectly. My vegan husband and bro were delighted with their pizza. My sis-in-law, son and I loved our cheese pizza/cheese veggie with perfect crust. The VIP club is a great gift to their regulars. My bro and sis-in-law got Large 2 topping pizzas on their birthdays.

I want to love this place. The owner is a really, really great guy. The staff is friendly and jovial. They throw in a few adorable, mini-chocolate-chip cookies with your take-out order. They're the underdog, trying to scrape by in this lousy economy. They often have decent specials, and practically beg for your business. Just a great bunch of guys. What's not to like? The pizza. Pizza isn't hard to make. But, apparently, it is. Being from the east coast, I'm used to perfect pies. I've cooked them. I've eaten them. I love them. In Seattle, I find it difficult to find even a mediocre pie. If you've lived in Seattle your whole life, you don't know what good pizza is. I'm sorry. First, the sauce. It's bought in, acidic and a bit 'off', so far as a pizza sauce is concerned. It would be nice to have a fresh, homemade alternative. Now that would be deserving of 'gourmet'. The most important aspects of a good pizza are the dough, the sauce and the cheese. Sadly, Stacia's (like many Seattle pizza joints) don't understand that. Instead, as is the tradition out here, they focus on having a ton of supposed 'gourmet' toppings. Odd combinations of toppings, thrown onto bland crusts with canned sauce. Secondly, the dough. It is completely bland. They say it is homemade, but their recipe must not be a good one. Back east, pizza dough is often treated like the dough for an artisan bread. It's not uncommon to sweeten the dough, with a bit of sugar. The cell structure should be dense, but the bread should be delicate enough to chew. Dough is started in the morning, and stretched at service. So much care, and so many quality ingredients are needed for the perfect, chewy pizza dough. These restaurants often use that same dough for the bread they serve you at a dinner service. The dough is delicious by itself. Sadly, this doesn't appear to be the case with West Coast pizza. This dough is a thin, soggy, air-bubble-filed, tasteless mess. A step below Pizza Hut, in my opinion. It seems you either get this, or cracker crusts. Third, the cheese. The mozzarella, as far as I know, is bagged and shredded. What's worse, it is not a very tasty bagged cheese (again, probably a cheap brand). Tastes about as 'good' as Papa Murphy's to me. It's a pity they can't offer fresh mozzarella (the difference is astounding). The toppings, despite their 'gourmet' billing, are anything but. The pepperoni was not of high quality (I imagine it's probably just a generic brand like Hormel); the sausage (both spicy and sweet) was extremely fatty and contained bits of gristle; the chicken was too dry. There's really no excuse for this, when there are some quality local sausage makers, right down the street. They should make a deal with their local businesses, and try to provide the best ingredients they can afford to purchase. When you go in to the restaurant, you can clearly see that many things are purchased in big, industrial cans. The sauces, for example, all come in giant cans (so you can be sure they are filled with industrial food chemicals, salt and fat). I strongly doubt that many things are home-made here. And that's really all it takes, to become a successful Pizza joint or restaurant. Quality product that you pour your time and love into. Keep it simple. Don't try to impress anyone with a giant list of 'gourmet toppings', if you can't produce an outstanding dough. Provide a quality product, and people will come back. Your business will flourish. I really hope these guys can turn it around. And by 'turn it around', I mean, start over before it's too late. I feel for them. Running a restaurant isn't easy. But when I see these types of places resorting to coupon gimmicks, when they should be changing the food, I start to wonder. The pizza is too expensive for what you get. Even with their decent take-out deals, it's still not worth it. They focus entirely too much on 'quantity'; but what's the point in me buying $25 worth of shit pizza that will just rot in my fridge? Until they up the quality of their pizza fundamentals (dough, sauce and cheese), I would avoid it. Sorry, Stacia's.

BANNED FOR LIFE! Ok, so we had moved into the area, checked it out and started ordering our pizza from here as they had three perks: whole wheat crust, spicy sauce and online ordering! I joined a 'club' got a coupon for free pizza with purchase, oh happy day! I rang up, used my coupon, and got the worst pizza ever! TWO HOURS for delivery from a place up the road. The pizza was ... gosh, cold.. .and I had noticed a recent decline in crust quality. Not even the little cookies that come with the pizza could console me. Now normally this wouldn't break the camel's back, but quality was going down and I had noticed that on average service seemed less... good and they claim to have free delivery and still ding me $2 every time I order online for delivery... so that seems more than free. Anyhow, they're banned for life now as it's not like there's a shortage of pizza delivery places. HINT: If pizza is your thing you have lots of competition!

Pizza was good but not impressed at all. Employee told me mediums only had 6 slices and that I would have to get a large. Mediums really have 8 and I spent $25 for a large. Rip off. Second, they don't have ice water, third he never washed his hands between answering phones, handling money and making the pizzas without gloves. Plates werent clean, and it just felt really dirty and will never return. Also, only three or four seats inside. We live in Seattle where it rains. Four seats just doesn't cut it.

I LOVE Stacia's Pizza! Just thinking about it makes my brain go "nom, nom, nom." My boyfriend and I were there just two weeks ago and I am already craving it again. Let me start off by saying that Stacia's really care's about its customers. I have personally had the staff go out of their way to get an order just the way I want it, not because I complained or made a big deal about it, but just because they wanted me to get what I want. The last time I went in they had added on I think 3 new crust types. They are always trying to make sure that they have every possible combination to keep their customers happy. They have a ton of topping choices, which I love. If it bothers you then stick to the basics. I have never eaten anything and thought that the toppings tasted cheap or like they had gone bad; I think the quality of the pizzas is amazing. The only bad pizzas I've had were because I like to try out interesting flavor combinations and sometimes I just guess wrong. The prices are awesome too. They typically have specials, but as we are just out of delivery reachwe usually just take advantage of the pick up specials... and you get cookies while you wait! At the very least, Stacias does offer pizza by the slice, so I think that everyone should at least make a trip out to give it a one slice try. Just keep in mind that my first one slice was pretty good. My first pizza, fresh out of the oven, was amazing.

The pizza is okay, better than most places but not great. Like all pizza places around it is overpriced. The salads are made with the smallest pieces of romaine you will ever see in a salad, it is borderline shredded. Then tonight i got a BLT. It is really challenging to mess up a BLT. Bacon, Lettuce and tomato right? Here you get cheese, bacon bits and soggy lettuce on a greasy hot garlic bread. Who makes a BLT with bacon bits? They must not even cook the bacon themselves or else why bother cutting it up for the sandwich. The whole thing was a soggy hot mess. My husband has very low standards and loves it, but i ask more of my restaurants.

What's for dinner? Lots of laziness. I love to cook but I don't want to do it (do it!) tonight. So, are you in the mood to "order" something? Yes. Definitely. It has to be soulful, warming, pleasantly enlarging (body wise) food. OK, let's break it down in parts. I want is a large aluminum container with a huge portion of spaghetti Bolognese, Stacia's style. Ahhhhh, that sauce is so different than others I tried, but man, it's very good. Please, before you bring the spaghetti, make sure you toss in some garlic bread. Shiny streams of buttery goodness will merge with tears of joy on my jaw. I also want to stay there and sit on the one and only table Stacia's has. Well, not exactly ON the table but on those weird sofa-like-and-I'm-from-the-80s chairs they have in the place. Please get me some wonderful, kind service and have the nice owner ask us "for feedback on the Bolognese, because we're always interested in making our food better". This time, I want to overcome the Bolognese-coma and fill up their membership form so I can get a free pizza on my birthday. And don't forget that order of "on the house" chocolate chip cookies. Delicious. Ahhh Stacia's. As usual, you're providing me with enough material for a magical food daydreaming...with something to look up for.

We love Stacia's. We order from there every time we want pizza. Their selection and options for their pizza is way above average... you can choose the type of bread/crust you want, the types of cheese out of 10 or so choices, choice of sauce out of about a dozen choices (my favorite is the spicy traditional). They have about 15 meat choices, and about 50 vegetable choices. What I like most is that I can go online and make my selections exactly as I want. We usually do delivery and they are pretty consistent in the amount of time it takes. From the time I submit my order online they are generally at my door in 45 minutes. We have ordered some of the non-pizza items too. Their pasta is pretty good, and their grinders are very good. We have gotten probably half of the flavors of the grinders and they are all amazingly good. My favorite is the Chicken Parmesan. Also, don't forget to get the chocolate chipsters, those are quite good also. The price is a little more than a place like Domino's or something, but the food is WAY better. This is our go-to pizza place.

I thought the spaghetti bolognese here was pretty damn good. Delicious meat sauce with spices that wasnt too over powering. For about $10 you get the spaghetti, bread, salad, and a little bag of cookies. The place is small so expect to take it home (we were lucky to snag the only table they had in there). I thought that the pizza was good and the wings just ok. I liked the sauce they used on the pizza and didn't complain about the crust. It passed the true test when I warmed it up next morning and still tasted good. The wings were decent but not awful. Like Scott said they tasted like they were boiled, which probably means they are a little more healthy for you. Also, I would like to point out that the staff here is very friendly. Zipzap Zubidy Bop!

I've been ordering from stacias for years. I love everything about stacias. They are polite on the phone, my order is always right, they deliver within the stated time, the pizza is hot and delicious and the Caesar salad is chilled and tasty . I would be remiss if I didn't single out Robert the delivery driver, he is unfailingly polite and is great with my dogs. Stacias gets my money every time!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
