Honestly, this is difficult to rate! The food: 4. The service: 2. I don't want to give fewer stars because it was tasty enough to return and I want people to eat here (weird emotion, right?). Here's how our dinner date went down: my husband and I had a voucher set to expire for two sandwich combos and a dessert crepe. I'm glad I read all the print on the voucher before going and the Yelp reviews. Because of my prep work, I went in prepared to be told my voucher was for less than listed because that is exactly what happened! Their sign is simple: a combo includes chips and a drink. The deal's print said it was for a sandwich combo, which listed in the text of the deal that the chips and a drink is part of a combo. I had a real doozy of a work day so I was bound and determined to indulge in a bag of jalapeno Tim's Cascade chips the second I spotted them hanging on the rack. The girl working seemed to have a broken smile or something because it never made an appearance. She had to make subs and crepes for a couple who'd entered just before us (kudos for making the crepes fresh, but you should probably consider hiring more than one person to work at a time!) which allowed me plenty of time to pick out my sub. When we were ready to order the girl told me the deal only included a drink. I happily pulled out my phone and showed her the print that said chips and drink. She was none to pleased as she told me to "just go ahead a take them then". Don't mind if I do! I worried a little bit how my sandwich would then come out, but it was delicious. I had the Chicken Breast Club Sub (no mayo, easy ranch) and my husband had the Pastrami Reuben. They were HUGE! I devoured mine, excited to then enjoy my first ever crepe. We shared the Crepe-Paris and I was sad when I finished my last bite because I could have kept going. Did I love the food? Heck yes. Did I love the service? Heavens no. Would I return? Yup. I feel I was treated a certain way because I was redeeming a deal voucher, which is super unfortunate because they chose to offer the deal (by the way, my husband calculated how much our meal would have cost out of pocket and it still fell short of what the deal's value was worth). I certainly would not return for the cheery nature of their employee, but I would like to eat their food again.

My sister goes to Seattle U and texted me (rather excitedly) about a new crepe place in First Hill. First glance... SO CLEAN AND SO BRIGHT. Loved it! And the delicious looking plastics locked in a glass case...!!! It was lunch time and while my mouth was watering for a sweet, delectable bite, I opted for something a bit more filling and got the romano. It was some kind of spinach-y, cheesey, red saucey goodness...and it was OK. Definitely filling, but just OK. A bit disappointed. It needed something else. But don't worry, Crepan Crepe World, I will be back. You're clean, new and bright and the care taken into presentation was indeed appreciative. And your employees aren't bad looking either.

I went back for a Korean crepe (the one with bulgogi). I agree with other reviewers that the person who made my crepe really seem to put in a lot of care into making it. He pressed the crepe to make sure that it was the right shape. It was really fun to eat the the crepe in a cone. Taste-wise, the eggs and bulgogi combination reminded me of a bi bim bop. However, I wish its bulgogi was a little better. I know a crepe place probably wouldn't have some killer house sauce to marinate bulgogi, but given that the owner is Korean, I was expecting slightly than average flavored BBQ. After eating the crepe, I really started craving some good Korean BBQ. So I would give this place five stars if it improves its bulgogi. Another suggestion I would make is to limit the crepes on display in the glass case. People who enter into the stores often seem bewildered by the number of choices available. It should just display six crepes at a time and then rotate the display base on season (e.g. if strawberries are in season, put in the crepes with strawberries). I bet the ordering process would be faster and the store can control inventory better this way.

I decided to play it safe and ordered their paris crepe, which consisted of strawberries, banana, nutella and whipped cream. It was pretty good, the crepe was thin but soft. You really can't go wrong with a crepe with nutella but they put in the perfect amount of it. The savory crepes look a little scary to me due to the plastic displays but I'll give it a try sometime. Oh and I totally agree with the previous review, the guy who makes the crepes is gorgeous.

This is a 3.5 star review. Sandwiches and crepes are both good. The whiches are a lil overpriced though. While the crepes are good, it's nothing too spectacular. I feel like I can make my own Nutella-strawberry crepes at home.

Ohh my god such fabulous crepes!! My absolute favorite place in U district!

Crepe Corea ([marinated?] chicken): It wasn't delicious, but pretty good nonetheless, leaves you rather satisfied and looked great. I also tried the dessert crepe: Cinnamon & Sugar... mMmm. Water is provided and some misc papers for reading if you'd like. You may hear some cool background songs, too.

Since I am a big fan of savory crepes, I ordered the bulgogi crepe. Bulgogi and crepes might appear to be a weird combination, but I've had these Asian-crepe fusions before, and found them to be quite tasty. Unfortunately, I don't think Crepan did bulgogi crepes very well. The beef was too watery to begin with, and when paired with the mayo, the crepe became very soggy. Soggy crepes never leave a good impression, and with all the other lunch options in the First Hill/Capitol Hill area, it is unlikely I would come back for another savory crepe.

Came here cause I was starving and my dermatologist was late. Again. The place is a little gimmick-y but I actually really enjoyed my bacon-mozzarella-organic spinach-scrambled egg crepe. After folding it into a triangle, the guy behind the counter, placed it into a toaster oven to warm it up. The cheese was nice & gooey and the outside layer of the crepes was slightly crispy. Yum! They have quite the selection of crepes..crepes that are...of the norm...and some that seems a bit ...ridiculous. American crepes are served in a hot dog, European crepes on a plate, and Asian crepes in a cone. They're even brainstorming ideas for an Australian and African fusion crepes right now!

Wow, what a beautiful crepe with such an average taste. Crepan World is about presentation: the moment you walk in, you'll see the menu displayed in a trophy case filled with plastic models of crepes and an adventurous menu from savory crepes to sweet crepes. Pizza crepes? They dare to make them at Crepan World. Each savory crepe is a meal in itself, and they have several good vegetarian options, mostly of the Mediterranean variety. Every crepe is a work of art... and I wish the flavor could match the visual appeal. Although my crepe was delicious at my first bite, my experience deteriorated as I moved towards the center of the crepe, where the mayonnaise didn't seem to jive with the eggs, which had a sweetish aftertaste. I cannot particularly recommend the pizza crepes, either, as they tasted as more of a gimmick than a legitimate dining experience. And that's the unfortunate truth about Crepan World: it's a bit too much gimmick and a bit too little delicious. However, the atmosphere is bright, cheery, and clean; perfect for two on a rainy day. There are stools by a window overlooking the street that is really great for people-watching. Expect 3 star food with a 4 star presentation. You are better off venturing from the beaten path and checking out the nearby Saley, where the menu is not molded in plastic and the crepes have a delicious personality that will keep you coming back.

Love this place. They make crepes to order and everything is fresh. They have interesting combinations to try as well. My current favorite its the taco crepe, which is spicy but tasty. Who would of thought. You also can't go wrong with the chocolate chip dessert crepe, love it.! Plus they have a punch card and reward loyaly.

A few days ago, I had tried the Crepe World's food for the 1st time after noticing it quite a few times when in the area. I looked over the plastic wall showing all of the flavors and the taco-rhea caught my eye. Not in a good way, mind you. The -rhea part instantly made me think of the bodily function that ends in -rhea and that definitely made me go with something safe. So it was Ham and Mushrooms for me. I watched the guy make the crepe cone and it does not look easy. That dude deserves an A+ for the effort. It tasted ok, overall. It was great the first few bites but after 4 bites, something about the sweetness of the crepe mixed with the ham, mayo, and mushrooms was not good. You know when you eat something that does not really taste great, you start taking smaller and smaller bites until you just stop eating it? That's what happened to me. Just dwindled away. But I will definitely give them the benefit of the doubt and give it a 2nd chance. Maybe ham and mushrooms wasn't the safe route after all.

Never been here before today, but I always walk past it, so I decided to try it. Came here on my lunch break as I work in the Madison area and Lordy geez did it take F-O-R-E-V-E-R! The shop itself upon first glance is seriously grimey. They should really consider painting the walls, fixing the broken tiling on the floor or even mop! This place can use a serious facelift, but onward. I ordered. There were two other people in the shop when I arrived and they had already ordered. I waited and waited and waited. The 2 guys behind the counter were friendly enough, but I could have gone, oh I don't know, anywhere else and gotten my food faster, tastier and overall better quality. My food finally came up after I had spent the last 15 or so minuted contemplating gnawing off my own arm. I was not offered a to-go bag. I walked down the street utensils, napkins and all scrunched in my hands. I won't be returning any time soon. Sorry guys.

I love their Hawaiian Pizza crepes. They have the best crepes in town. They aren't too pricey either. The only bad thing is looking for street parking.

"The Bomb" truly lives up to its name, a vast array of flavors and ingredients that go compliment each other extremely well.. I would argue that it's one of the best sandwiches in Seattle The staff is excellent, food is amazing AND they deliver. I just wish they were open longer on the weekends! :) Keep up the amazing everything!

  • David C.

Try to ignore the plastic crepes in the window, the real crepes are excellent, and tasty. I have never seen such intricate detail and attention in the preparation of my fast food before. While it may not be the fastest crepe in the world, it is worth the wait. My favorite crepe has banana and peanut cream rolled up into a cone. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, I have never even seen the flatscreen TV turned on. More importantly, however, the restaurant is very very clean. Another great thing about this restaurant is that it is open until eight on weeknights. I wish that they were open past four on Saturdays. Make sure you get a punchcard.

For weeks before they opened, they had fake food in the window like you'd find in Asia. It took every ounce of my being to not lick the window hoping to get a first taste of what kind of culinary innovation Crepan Hot Dog World will offer. The day after grand opening (maybe it was grand opening day, either way, there was very little fanfare), I stopped by to get a crepe. Their savory crepes tend to be Korean themed, they have a "galbi" crepe, a bulgogi crepe, some kind of tuna salad crepe, maybe a mushroom cabbage crepe for vegetarians, etc. The sweet crepes are more traditional, I think strawberries & bananas, with or without nutella, with or without ice cream. And they have hot dogs with all kinds of toppings, including one that most Seattlelites would call the Seattle dog, except that's not what they call it. I got the "galbi" crepe, I put "galbi" in quotes because it was not short ribs or meat from short ribs as far as I could tell. They sliced up the pre-formed artificially flavored mystery meat patty (think McRib) and put it in a crepe with sliced egg, some cabbage and teriyaki sauce. What. The. Heck. The crepe part itself is good, watching the gorgeous Asian guy skillfully make crepes (seriously, you should watch them make crepes) is worth half the price. They fold it up and put it in a paper cone, so you can eat it with one hand like a burrito. But damn, I'm still tempted to go back and be proven wrong about their crepes being yucky. So Crepan, if you're reading this, you're in Seattle, we have an amazing culinary culture propagated by local chefs who compete on (and win) Iron Chef, not to mention responsible for the formative years of Mario Batali. Your customers have sophisticated taste buds, we're not going to put up with pre-formed patties of mystery meat when there are excellent places nearby to get lunch (Swedish Hospital cafeteria, Piroshky on Madison).

Fake food in a window display is a sneaky way to make me want a pretty crepe when I'm not really hungry. That crepe-paris was damn good. Crepe + nutella + bananas + strawberries + fresh whip cream + chocolate sauce + powdered sugar CANNOT NOT = damn good. They wrapped it up into a handheld crepe burrito. One extra star for that.

I've always wanted to try this place ever since I drove by it, so when I saw an online deal, I copped it. Went there today, a Saturday around 2pm. Nobody else was eating there. I got the Kalbi Crepe and the bf got the Romano one. I didn't care too much about the Romano one but the bf liked it. We're crepe newbies so can't really compare it to any other place, but I really loved my Kalbi or Galbi crepe. It wasn't drenched in too much sauce and it was cooked to my liking. We also had the crepe tokyo, a dessert crepe with nuts and bananas and whipped creme and chocolate, a la mode. It was to die for. I will definitely return and probably eat the same thing. I enjoyed every minute of my experience here. :)

I was very impressed at how carefully they made my crepes. You don't see that much effort put in very often...its great that they take so much pride in having a very good end product (and good it was). Top ratings for that. I have eaten the Bulgogi, #20 (chocolate sauce, ice cream, corn flakes), and the "pizza crepe." The pizza crepe is thus far my favorite crepe of the savory variety and the #20 is an excellent dessert choice. But I hate walking all the way over there for it! What I don't like is two things: 1.) Their location (who, aside from Hospital workers) will walk all the way over there for a Crepe for lunch or dinner? and 2.) Their hours (which I think are shaped in part by their location being out of the way from the main Capitol Hill feeding zone). If they were closer to Genki Sushi along the main thoroughfare I could see them getting a lot more business later in the day. It is pretty much dead in this area after 7pm so there isnt much point staying open later (they close at 8pm and aren't open Sundays). I hope more people visit them and support good crepes

Really good crepes and kind employees. I wasnt 100% sure if I wanted a crepe when I walked in to check the place out but the guy behind the counter was so nice and helpful I caved. I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza crepe, and strangely the combo works. It was pretty big and filled with lots of ham, pineapple, cheese and sauce. It was like a pizza without all the heavy dough. They have a huge selection of crepes.

Walking into this store is like finding a little slice of Tokyo in Capitol Hill. The ambience is one you'll find in any pastry store or creperie in Tokyo, so it's kind of a nice oasis in Hipstertown. Everything is very, very clean and bright . . . also like Tokyo. All this, and this crêperie is owned and run by Koreans! I had the bulgogi wrap, which consisted of bulgogi, lettuce, and hard boiled eggs. There was an option of adding cheese. This combination was mind bending to me: I have never seen bulgogi served with egg or cheese. The texture of the meat was right for bulgogi, but the sauce was completely off- not bulgogi sauce at all. I just don't think bulgogi and crêpes go together. I'm not going to write Crepan off completely, though. They have a very wide selection of savory and sweet crêpes- I should have gone for a Nutella crêpe, for the Nutella crêpe, like vanilla ice cream, is how you know whether a crêperie is truly worth its salt. Bottom line is, I plan on going back for a Japanese style hot dog and a nutella crepe for dessert. Already looking forward to it! Also one plus is that the crepe was very well wrapped. No leakage, no falling apart.

This place was delicious! I had the Vegetarian Pizza crepe, and the Hong Kong Desert crepe. The ingredients were super fresh (crunchy veggies, perfectly ripe strawberries) and it was so much fun watching them make it. The very good looking guy took a lot of care, and the presentation was beautiful. It was clean and the prices were reasonable-- I'll be back!

So glad I found this place! Forgot my lunchbox at home, so went into this nice little place. Had two subs (yes I was hungry), the meatball and cheese steak, and was so pleased with them. The bread is soft and crispy, meat was soft and tender, and overall were solid subs. Portions are generous, and it still might want you having more. All the cold and hot subs sound delicious, but it was a rainy day and made me want the hot ones. Excellent service by the man who made my sandwiches, I believe it was Gino. We found out that we're both Korean, and shocked each other. Everyone thinks I'm Chinese or Japanese for some reason. Even though he got busy, he kindly went out of his way while making sandwiches to say bye. Excited to try the crepes next time!

I got a crepe here with strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, nutella, and chocolate syrup. It was really delicious and super fresh, but so filling I couldn't finish the entire thing. The crepe was very thin compared to all the filling. Some people really like their crepes this way, but I wish there was a better crepe:filling ratio. However, if you want an excess amount of deliciousness inside your crepe, this place is perfect for you! Like I said- very delicious but super rich. Definitely had me on a sugar high for quite some time.

I had the bulgogi crepe, and it was absolutely delicious!!! The whole time I was eating it, I was thinking "I come down to this area every Thursday with an hr to kill, for the last two years, and have never eaten here?!?!" Well that ends today! Their menu looks spectacular and I have my eye on a few things I must try :-)

I prefer this place over the other sandwich shops here on Sandwich Avenue, seriously we have 3-4 sandwich shops all around a 1 block radius! My favorite here is the THE BOMB! Yum! Love the fluffy bread. My other lunch mates love their french dip, I have yet to try it, but it looks good. The au jus looks really rich and delish. For a sweet treat, their strawberry banana, nutella crepe is my favorite. The owner/manager of the shop is real nice and so are the other workers. I would call ahead if it is lunch time, otherwise you're stuck waiting a bit with the lunch crowd. There are a few tables if you wanted to dine in, but be warned it is a small space.

Got the 'mushroom heaven' crepe here. I believe it was around $7. The mushrooms were still pretty raw, which was disappointing. I was really looking for that umami caramelized mushroom flavor, you know what I mean? I still finished it though, so it wasn't terrible. Might come back to try one of their subs.

~ anything less than five stars and you need to get off of your hang ups, dawg. i hit up crepan after scoping the menu outside, mouth agape, drool upon my chin, mind blown. i abso-fucking-lutely could not resist. i had to mow down on this shit. upon entering, i learned that i was /that guy/ entering and ordering twenty minutes before close, i panic and order the hawaiian crepe-izza. scoping the decor, it's very slick and modern, and you'd figure they'd be playing some ambient electro-pop, and not top-40 radio, but hey, it's not very indie to have good musical taste pairings and make money crepe-ing customers, i guess. alas, the world we live in. the crepe-ist, if you will, was a chill bro, and didn't show and visual signs of a surly attitude, although i'm sure he hated me, being /that guy/ and all. it took about ten minutes for the crepe-artist [bonus points if you attempted to slog through samuel r. delaney's "hogg" and get this pun] so i was scoping they menu. ODIN'S RAVEN! crepan knows their shit. delicious pairings and interesting combinations, plus their breakfast selections had me more desiring to be crepe-d than i had ever experienced in my life. home boy hooks it up in a very avant garde cone crepe vessel, and sends me on my way. o yeah, shit, these guys also have that good sriracha sauce here too. a+, y'all, good form. anyways, i open wide and fully accept the incoming crepe. baller status, [fuck off other schmucks saying it's "nothing special" it's a fucking crepe, a crepe is a crepe and you will never in your life have the greatest crepe ever forever. it's a thin ass pancake, there is no room for it to be righteous. fucking hang ups, dawg.] and this shit is delicious! it's a hawaiian pizza [which will never be incredible either, by the way] in a fucking crepe! how can you not just be ready to give yourself to the good of the crepe. so again, leave your hang ups at the door, spend a few dollars, and crepe yourself. though alas, you can only crepe the willing. :[

Delicious crepes for a reasonable price. The bulgolgi crepe is my favorite! Only reason it gets four stars is the service is a little slow, but they are always very friendly and nice.

So awesome! Cute and clean inside, and lovely customer service from the guy who took our order, rang us up, offered us fresh tomatoes (no extra charge!), and made the crepe himself. Tasty! So tasty, my dad ate half of mine "on accident." : /

Had gotten one of those groupon (can't remember which one) type deals for this place. I love crepes so I figured wouldn't hurt to try it. My friend and I had gotten two savory crepes, one dessert crepe and two drinks. We didn't quite enjoy the savory crepes, they weren't as good as we were hoping. Now the dessert crepe though was phenomenal! I would definitely hit this place up again for the dessert crepes.

my fav is the crepe paris. you can tell that the owner really wants to please his customers. i tried one of their savoury crepes and it was alright. this is a place for someone who likes new modern takes on crepes, or fusion crepes. i am more of a traditionalist and love my savoury crepe with gruyere. =)

  • Amy C.

Love the menu and variety! Their crepes are designed based on foods from around the world, which is a cool concept. Prices are very reasonable where crepes range from $4 to $7. We had a savory (tuna) and sweet (paris) crepe and really liked both. Ingredients were fresh and flavors were blended very well together! Service was also friendly and fast, so I highly recommend this!

I've been anxious to try this place since it opened. But the other reviews made me a little hesitant. I'm happy to say that I went today, admittedly with low expectations, and was pleasantly surprised. The crepe itself was fine--I did not find it overly "eggy" as some reported. And the filling (I chose #1 with Korean style chicken, boiled egg, cabbage) was very tasty. I'd order it again. My lunchmate had the Italian style and she said it was very good. The place is clean, service is friendly and prices are what you'd expect to pay. I'll definitely go back and try other savory crepes, and especially the dessert crepes.

Caramel crepe was average. Don't get coffee here, seemed to be instant and they don't even provide creamer - just packets of Coffee Mate.

I'm a sucker for a lunch that's tasty, fast, inexpensive, and can be safely eaten while walking down the street. Crepan wins on all counts, with the following disclaimer: some menu items are *much* better than others. So far, I've had the Bulgogi, "Corean", and "Taco-rea". The first two were excellent, and as another reviewer aptly put it, mind-bending. Get the Bulgogi with cheese. I know it sounds weird. Do it anyway. The "Taco-rea", unfortunately, is pretty terrible. Too much sour cream, and the tomatoes used were terrible. Much more reminiscent of Taco Bell than a real taqueria, though not nearly as revolting as Taco Bell. I haven't gotten around to the hot dogs yet, but they look pretty amazing. I will certainly be back. UPDATE--Went back over the weekend with my wife, and we had the Crepe-izza Hawaiian and the Crepe Osaka. The -izza is good, though their tomato sauce is a bit sweeter than I generally prefer. The Osaka is spectacular, especially if you like smoked fish. So the theme that seems to be emerging here is go for the Asian-themed crepes, because they tend to be the best.

My friend and I both tried the savory crepes. The crepes themselves looked delicious , however the crepe batter was sweet and combined with a savory filling made for an odd combination. They might consider have two different kinds of batters, one for the sweet crepes and one for the savory.

I walked in to this creperie for the first time after a doctor's appointment in the Nordstrom tower. It's right next to Starbucks and I thought I would try it out. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how good my crepe was! Hot, delicious, savory with just a hint of sweet, and rolled into a clever cardboard cup so I could eat it on the go. I got one of the breakfast crepes but will definitely be back to try more. The customer service was great and they have a wide variety of crepes; from the unusual with Korean BBQ to the more standard variety made with Nutella and fruit. They also have pizza crepes and build-your-own and the crepe grills are right in front so you can watch them being made. My breakfast crepe was super delicious! They use real scrambled eggs instead of microwaved yuckiness that you sometimes have to deal with when getting eggs from a deli downtown. The ingredients were balanced perfectly both flavor wise and stuffing-wise. i would give the place five stars but it was very small inside and not at all stroller friendly as most of the tables are up a couple of stairs and on either side of a narrow walkway. It was fast, though, so getting it to go worked great for me. Did I mention it was only about five bucks?

If you like air filled bread, go here. I had the pastrami sandwich which had little meat. I cut away half of the bread and it still wasn't a good meat to bread ratio. Wouldn't go back. The other coast is way better. I didn't try their crepe but I overhead the folks next to me, who did, say they wouldn't return either. The tables were greasy and with the door always open it wasn't comfortable to eat in. I prefer Jimmie John's to this place, I can't figure out why it has high ratings????

I heard about this place from a friend who regularly has them deliver to her work. So where do you we order from when we have a lunch date, this yummy sandwich place. All her coworkers were super jealous when the delivery guy came to hand us our delicious lunch. We both got the T.B.R. with added avocado. Wow it was amazing. It could be because I was starving but I really think it was amazing!! We also took part of their happy hour special which added chips and a drink, but only if they deliver. Walk in doesn't have a happy hour deal. After carving their sandwiches, I blame the fresh baked bread. I walked to them in the freezing cold to try another amazing sandwich. This time got the Chicken Breast Club. It was again a very delicious sandwich! And big enough to save some for an afternoon snack! The prices are good for the quality. The shop itself is small, with some seating areas. Depending on the time I am sure it probably gets packed. The staff was great and worked fast. I might keep forgetting my lunch so I have an excuse to get another sandwich!!

Delicious crepes and subs prepared fresh and served hot (or cold). Plenty of choices in both categories, ranging from breakfast to lunch to dessert. Reasonable prices and big portions make for an affordable meal, and it's location on Madison makes it easy to pop in and out if you're in a hurry, with about a 5-10 minute wait for your food to be prepared.

I was craving a cheese steak earlier this week. As a new resident of Seattle, I had no idea where to go so I picked the closest place to me which happened to be Sarducci's. I am surprised to see past customers rave about the cheese steak here because I was not impressed at all. They used red onions and covered the steak in a sauce that was reminiscent of a stroganoff sauce. Maybe this is a "real" cheesesteak and all these years I have been eating knockoffs, or maybe this is Sarducci's spin on a classic cheese steak. Regardless, what I ate did not map to what my taste buds were familiar with so I'm afraid I'll have to search elsewhere next time I'm craving a cheese steak.

This place is outta control delicious!!! The gentlemen that work here are true artists, and actually care about making your sandwich perfect!! One of the most amazing things about this place is that they use an entire fresh avocado for their foot long sandwiches! Oh my gosh, their chocolate chip cookies are also off the chain! Seriously I don't know why you would ever buy a sandwich anywhere else, so delish!

Sarducci's subs and crepes are worth the stop. We enjoyed the crepes we had so much on our trip that we decided to make it our last breakfast stop before leaving town. Their menu provides a huge selection of subs and crepes for any meal of the day. Everything we are here was made quickly and the staff was very kind. The seating is a little limited, with only maybe 15 seats inside, but we haven't seen this place with lines or anything. I will be returning here the next time I visit Seattle.

The bomb! It was just that! The bread was soft and fluffy! The toppings fresh (lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber) the meat was generous (ham, turkey and bacon) and the ranch/ thousand island was a great combo! The price $6.00 for 6 inch was better than the $5 you pay for subway! Satisfied with my experience and will definitely return for another!

I've been WOW'd!!! I'm married, and I totally feel like I'm having a love affair with this food; yes, a love affair that my husband is very well aware of. I loved everything about this place. I had their chicken club, and a strawberry crepe. The place was clean, fast, friendly, and affordable. Their bread is to die for, not really, but if I were to die where ever I go better have their bread. The crepes were so yummy too, I think that I need to have one everyday. I will be back, again and again, it was so good!

I tried the French dip. Not excited about it. A good amount of beef. But the Au jus was not really an au jus. It separated, which means there was some sort of oil added to it. And it was REALLY salty. The salty-ness was the worst part for me.

I got the Bulgogi crepe. It was okay. A little bit too salty in my opinion and the crepe wasn't soft like expected.

I tried the meatball and cheese sub here today because I was in a hurry and its near my business. I am shocked to see the good reviews here because I thought my sub was lousy. The roll is like fluffy , commercial white bread with no bite or substance, it became a soggy mess pretty quickly. There was hardly any cheese on the sandwich and the meatballs had several pieces of something hard in it that I suspect were small pieces of bone, yuck. I guess its a good price but I would rather pay a little more and get better quality. Once was enough for me. Considering there are a few homemade options like the Pieroshky place and George's Deli within a few blocks, why bother with this?

I went there for the first time and picked up the italian sandwich. For $4.99 for a regular this sandwich was huge, And tasty. Fresh vegetables. I will go back again to try other things on their menu! The places was clean and the staff was very friendly. I have eaten at this place quite a bit due it's close proximity, but I noticed that when you place a delivery order and it's brought to you, they never give you the correct amount of change back. Say your sub was 6.49 and you paid with a $10 Instead of getting back $3.51 they just hand you $3.00 and pocket the change. Yeah it's only change and I tip them always, but I think that's kind of a shady thing to do.

Absolutely superb sandwich. My first job out of high school was as a baker at a fine bakery. I was always trying to master a certain bread. I was never able to figure it out. But Sarduccis did! Absolutely impeccable from vegetables used to the bread baked. Extremely satisfied every time I go. I recommend the bomb or the TBR.

I have been making crepes (swedish pancakes) for 40 years and have always sought out a restaurant that serves them. I have not found one, until now. Crepan Crepe World is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. Except at home of course. Thanks for reading...

I've only had the meatball sandwich but it is amazing! I think the bread is garlic bread and they don't scrimp on the sauce. The large can easily feed two people and it's only $9. Staff at this location are always friendly, sidenote, I left my debit card near the soda stand and a nice employee found me and have it back. Such service!

I've only had their breakfast subs (on two occasions) and they've both been very tasty. It's nice to see them use real eggs instead of boxed "egg substance" I've seen at other places. My only gripe is that I've also been here on two more different occasions and they haven't been open. Maybe they need to post some business hours outside their door AND update their hours on yelp, because according to their help page their open Mon-Fri 7:30am - 8pm... which happens to be false. Tried coming at 7:45am one morning and they were closed... thought to myself, "Ok.. maybe they're open at 8.." So I left not wanting to be late for work... Fast forward a few weeks to this morning; I came around 8:15am... and still closed?! I guess that's a perk of being an independent owner without posted hours... but bad for business.

This place really does have the best sandwiches in town. My husband and I drive from West Seattle for them. Worth it!

This food was so good. By far one of the best sandwiches you can get in downtown... and I've tried many of them. The place is clean, smells good (a bonus in my opinion as I have been in many places that smelled of dirty mop water or worse), and has great food at a good price. I went there on the recommendation of a co-worker that frequents them. He always gets the Chicken Club and has not changed since he started going there. I decided to try the Philly cheese steak. While not authentic as some would like (not dripping with juice and sauce... more of a healthy style), it was the best tasting cheese steak sandwiches I've had. Another coworker tried their pizza sub and said it too was very good. They have several sandwiches on display (wax or preserved or something?), and the models are pretty close to what you get, which is always a plus. My only regret is that working in the same building, I did not try them sooner.

Definitely a good bang for your buck. Only $7 for a huge crepe. The service was slow however, I waited about ten minutes for a crepe when there was no one else in line and there were two people behind the counter. The portions were huge - to the point of excess. The overstuffed crepe was soggy and unmanageable to eat. When given my food to go, I was not given a bag - or offered one, and was not given utensils or napkins. Saying that, the ultimate vegetarian sub had fresh vegetables, a good amount of spinach wrapped up in between the layers of the crepe, and the flavor was good as well. I'd go back, but only if I had time to kill and wasn't going for high quality.

The bread is fantastic. Had the signature sub and the spanish breakfast sandwich, both were awesome. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Tried this place out today and loved it! Delicious sandwiches, we ordered meatball, French dip, and Philly cheesesteak. The French Dip was the best but they were all good. Ordered crepes for dessert. I got the banana Nutella crunch and oh my goodness, delicious! The crunch really makes it! We will definitely be back.

This review is a tough one, because I have enjoyed Crepan for some time, but now they're both a crepe and sub place, and I had a subpar (hardy har har) experience with them the other day. Crepan - always delicious, staff always friendly, love both the savory and sweet crepes. Sarducci - tried a sub after an upsetting doctor's appointment the other day and was unfortunately only upset further. First they were out of sprouts, which sucked but I probably wouldn't even deduct a star for. But the sub itself was really just meh, and halfway through, I found a hair of the girl who made it in it. Seriously, a long, straight hair. And I didn't just SEE it - I pulled it out of my mouth. Gag. I'll go back for the crepes (a totally different person made the crepe I also ordered. He had his hair pulled back and a bandana on and I found no follicular evidence in my crepe) but I won't touch another sub from there. Vom.

So the food is amazing!! and the portions are HUGE!! The dessert leaves out NO sugar. I would have gave them 5 stars if they didn't make us wait at the register to order, while they cooked and prepared meals for over 5 minutes without saying a word. A simple, 'hello' goes a looong way.

This place makes great sandwiches, period. Lots of options and big portions. It's a better deal than the sandwich places nearby - Subway and Potbelly - and they're local. Plus the staff is friendly. I eat here a few times a month. Oh and they have awesome crepes, too, if you're in the mood.

I have lunch here at-least once a week and some times 2. personally i try not to have lunch at the same place more than once in a week but sometimes i have to break it because i enjoy it so much! I work down the hill so i always get it delivered. I have yet to try their breakfast sandwiches but ill soon do so. My favorite sandwiches are the Chicken Breasted Club and the Pulled pork sandwich. Each of their sandwiches are a good size and leave me stuffed! From the time i place my order about 15 min later i have my lunch in my hand. Always warm and simply delicious. Delivery guys are on bikes so they can zip your lunch right too you! and they are always nice and friendly. By far one of my favorite sandwich places in this area. A+

Ohhh Crepan, soo soo soo glad to meet you!!! Everytime I walked by this place, it smelled and looked delicious. I promised myself I'd try it out. This happened for almost a year. I'm so glad I finally tried it because it was completely worth the wait. I had the crepe Paris along with a sarducci's vegetarian sandwich. Both were incredibly tasty, especially the crepe. I've had the nutella crepe at a number of places but this one stood out!!! There wasn't too much nutella or fruit or whipped cream, it was the perfect blend of all of the above. I can't wait to go back and try another savory or breakfast crepe. Always loved Sarducci's and can't wait to try the pastrami sandwich as well! All this time eating crepes, I never knew the difference between European, Asian and American crepes. Apparantely, Asian ones come with a cone, you can eat the American ones on the go from a box whereas European ones need the usual fork and knife. I'm also excited to see how they come up with the Australian and African fusion. The only problem can be parking, since its underneath Swedish hospital. Highly recommend this place, I know I can't wait to go back!

Great crepes...I was a little skeptical when I walked in...but I walked out a FAN! I had the Mushroom Heaven and the Crepes-Paris and both were outstanding! The crepes had a nice thin skin with loads of toppings. Finally a crepe place that don't cheap out on the toppings. They have some interesting asian-fusion type crepes...like bulgolgi and kalbi...Gonna give those a try next time.

Love their large collection fancy plastic model crepes and plastic Korean hot dogs. They must have a plastic version of every specialty crepe and hot dog on the menu. Crepan offers Korean hot dogs, Asian and European crepes and fusion crepes (e.g., pizza crepes). Crepes can come with ice cream, Nutella, fruit, cheese, galbi, bulgogi, sausage, bonito, potato, hard boiled eggs, and more. Most of the savory crepes have hard boiled eggs. You can build your own crepe too. * Bulgogi crepe ($6.99): has bulgogi (marinated thin beef), cabbage, hard boiled egg, and mayo. The crepe was made with care (with swirls of sauce on top and on the plate) and well-stuffed. The crepe was thin, lacy, and soft. The bulgogi was decent - tender with a slightly sweet sauce. I liked the crunch of the cabbage and the way the ingredients were evenly distributed. The crepe had much more filling than I'm used to. It's enough for a meal.

SUPER YUMMY CREPES. i heart their banana chocolate cream with or without ice cream. They also have sandwiches but i have never tried them. Will DEFINITELY be back.

I usually think of crepes as expensive little rip-offs because they are never filling. But now I have evidence to the contrary! I go back again and again for the bulgogi crepe, which is filled with korean beef marinated in some sort of ginger sauce, hardboiled egg, cheese, mushroom, mayo, and onion (I order it without the onion and mayo). It is DELICIOUS and at $7 it is a complete and filling meal. My friend ordered the nutella crepe that was stuffed with banana, strawberry, nutella, whipped cream, and corn flakes. YUM. These aren't your usual thin little tubes with a teaspoon of filling, they are full meals and a great deal. There's been a hot asian guy working there every time I have visited and he is so friendly. I already said hot, right?

I have been coming here for months in the morning, I love crepes but so far I have only had their subs. the BOMB is awesome, tingles with flavors all in one. MMMMmmmm Yummy! Also the staff is great! Helpful and friendly. I come here so much I almost wish I worked there so I could smell the great food all day! They have encrypted FREE WI-FI. Answers to God have been answered! THANK YOU!!!

LoL. I totally agreed with some of other reviewers...aside from the great tasting crepe, watching the cute guy neatly arranging the ingredients in my crepe is the best part of the crepe experience! You get such a satisifaction from watching it, it's like eating it (I mean the crepe, not the guy) with my eyes :) Anyways, I've been there twice and I got the bulgogi crepe both times. It's a great combination with bulgogi (marinated barbecued beef), a boiled egg (sliced), lettuce, and sweet savory sauce. It is big in portion and great for any time of the day. The store is bright and clean which added extra points.

This is my favorite sandwich shops in Seattle! The service and people are very friendly and the quality is consistent. I would suggest the TBR! It is the only thing I have had on the menu!

The crepes are really good here. Although, I thought they added way too much cream/filling into the paris crepe. They had a variety of different crepes. So many to choose from!

Amazing!!! Need I say more? Every time we come to Seattle, it's the one must place we visit

  • Z A.

Very whatever. Came in because I had one of my crepe-urgencies and ordered a crepe with nutella, strawberries and bananas (think its the crepe paris?). Really not worth it, the crepe was very thin and cold when it came out, nutella very minimal and not much fruit at all. I did come around closing so that's probably why it was mediocre but still very disappointed. I'd go to la crepe viola but so far!
