More like 2.5 stars, but I'm feeling nice. Picture it: New Years Eve and I'm nursing a hangover that kept me up and in/out of bed all night. I finally get some actual sleep at 10am and wake up to a Jack in the Box commercial for the Jumbo Deal -- a Jumbo Jack, small fries, 2 tacos, and a 20oz drink, all for $3.49. HELLO! I bolted awake (by now it was 2pm) and said: I want that. Note: I don't eat Jack in the Box, like ever. But it sounded sooooo good. After some lumbering, we head out nearly an hour later. I was ravenous. We figured out this was the nearest location (I had in mind the one on Aurora and 85th) and was pleased. It's much closer, looks newer, and is more conveniently oriented in the Lowe's parking lot (near Krispy Kreme). I place my order and ask for my fries to be upgraded to large. I am told they cannot do that. They can put cheese on my burger (which I agreed to) and they can upsize my drink (I did not), but they cannot give me a large fry. I would have to order a second one. Hassle! Okay fine, I would like one small fry too. ....which of COURSE they did NOT give us and we already drove off. Yes yes, the one time you do not check when you really should. I turned around and returned to the order/speakerbox several minutes later, waving my receipt (with proof that I paid for an extra fry) and speaking a bit too passionately and urgently over these missing fries. I had to explain myself a couple times before the guy remembered me (2 cars were ahead of me by now). I pulled up and he had my fries right there and apologized. That was it. Nothing extra? My initial order is now cold because I had to return to get what I paid for? Lame. Once I got to eat (tho cold), the food was just what I needed. MMmm..grease. I forgot to ask for no mayo on the burger. But the tacos were spot-on and I managed to shovel most of the fries in quickly. And so, -1 star already cuz it's Jack in the Box, -1 star for not allowing me to upgrade my fries and then forgetting I had ordered extra fries, and -0.5 star for not offering any thing extra for my inconvenience. Meh.

You know when you touch a hot stove, and you learn not too do that again...well same here...ill go to a different spot... Ordered the new bourbon bbq steak sandwich...i dont think it was cooked right, ive ordered that from 3 different places and it REALLY wasnt the same, the soda dispenser was out of flavor, so the strawberry fanta juss tasted like soda water... i guess im gonna have to come back and give it a try, but like i said, once you touch that hot stove...i hope you dont touch it again...

Pretty good Jack In The Box! They've yet to screw up my order! I wish I had ordered more food though. Unfortunately, the hearty bowl and a chicken sandwich wasn't enough to fill my appetite. DAMN MY METABOLISM!!!

This is all Jack in the Box foods in general. It's SO good for a fast food chain burger. I'm always surprised. I had Super Duper burger in SF. Red Mill in Seattle. And Jack can't beat those but for a fast food burger....it comes pretty damn close! Love Jack's! Best fast food ever, right on par with Wendys. Burger King can kiss my butt - yuck seriously.

I've been here twice. Decent service, typical Jack in the Crack food. I like their burgers. The fries, not so much. The ultimate breakfast sandwich is awesome. No issues with the food or anything. Last time I was here, the cashier was a grumpy guss but not towards me.

Horrible and rude service. I was the only customer at the location, ordered fries, a burger, spring rolls, and a drink. I specifically asked if the rolls have pork; was assured there was no meat in them. Took over 15 minutes to get my order, note that I was the only customer. Then, my order arrived and the fries were missing. I waited another 5 minutes for my fries. Finally sat down with my food and took a bite of the rolls and I taste pork. I take the rolls back to the cashier and told her the rolls had pork in them, she goes "I didn't know you eat no pork" - I was beyond shocked by her reaction and attitude, especially after I specifically asked about the spring rolls. If you make a mistake, just apologize and do something about it. After 20 minutes, she came by to ask if I wanted something else since she "messed up my order" - too late at this point! Never coming back here. Rude, slow, and unfriendly staff.

Not a fast foodie but like good hamburger. Saw Super Bowl add for Butter Jack thought would give it a try. Not sure if I was expecting much but reality was not impressive or even below average for that matter. Staff friendly and great. Food not so much. Ordered Swiss Bacon Butter Jack, curly fries, coke, chicken strips. Swiss Bacon Butter Jack - below average Curly Fries - average, not bad Chicken Strips - below average When my lunch costs around $24, I like to at least like what I'm eating :) so wasn't impressed nor liked my lunch today so appropriate two stars. I would recommend Curly Fries but not the burger nor chicken strips. Guys at the window helpful and polite.

Every time I go here I get bad attitudes and even worse food. I've had cold fries not even heat lamp warm, hard bun for my chicken sandwich and nasty tacos. I gave it another try and tried to get a egg nog milk shake order sit in the drive through for about 5 mins get to the Window only for her to say they don't have any egg nog milkshake. So I say give me pumpkin with extreme attitude she says u mm the machine is broke. Which I'm sure was a lie. Just go somewhere else this place is bad.

I live very close to this Jack in the Box so I tend to go here more often than not when I'm just too tired to make a proper dinner. They've only messed up my order once and it was such a small incident that I honestly don't remember what the problem was any more. They're always very polite and the food, for what it is, is good.

It's Jack in the Box. It's worth going to once a year for junk food. It's kind of fun to get tacos and cheese sticks and churros all at once. It's all the junk food you wanted as a kid.

For years - absolutely no issue with any JITB location. And to think this was perceived better than the one at 85th/Aurora or the one at 180th/Aurora. However, this evening at this site around 6pm was a winner. Please note this is absolute sarcastic humor. And yes, I also sent my dissatisfied comments to JITB via their online customer survey. Ordered a regular chocolate shake, no whipped cream, no cherry plus a $1 off coupon. At the window - the person kept asking whether it was chocolate or Oreo, not once but twice. CHOCOLATE Also ordered six cheese sticks, no sauce. At the window - was told there's no marinara, would I like ranch? NO SAUCE Ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger, no combo Received a sourdough sandwich and had it exchanged after she flagged me down as I pulled away from the drive through. Had to pull over to get this taken care of. Got home and my son unwrapped his burger with absolutely no bacon. So I paid for BACON and got no bacon WTF - Is $11.79 worth my time and gas to drive back to get this corrected? Seriously did I enter the burger drive through twilight zone??? Totally not worth it and told my son - absolutely no more JITB requests in the future. Take your money and support a local like Dick's, Kidd Valley, Wing Dome or if you feel flush go to Red Mill, Uneeda, L'il Woody's, 6 Ounce.....stay away from these darn corporate chains!

I've been here many times and their food has always been good. Today must have been an off day. I ordered an Original chicken sandwich and curly fries. My chicken patty was overcooked and dry. The curly fries must have been the bottom of the bag...because all I got was broken pieces of curls. I threw away 75% of my meal. Blargh...
