I don't know if it was an off day or what, because friends of mine seem to adore this Thai place, but wow, I was so displeased with my food that my poor bf and friends had to hear me rant about it nonstop for a good five minutes, while I attempted to salvage my meal with my own seasonings and spices. We ordered food for delivery. I got the Thai fried rice, but with brown rice and an addition of cashews. 1. The menu said it comes with egg, broccoli, tomato, etc. Tell me why it came with bok choy (not a fan of bok choy in fried rice) and no tomatoes? 2. It was the most bland meal I've ever tried to consume. It was like they dumped a bunch of brown rice and stirred in some chicken and veggies. There was no flavor whatsoever. I was forced to add a good tablespoon of my own seasonings to make it tasty. So disappointed. 3. Apparently the pad thai is also too bland. This coming from a guy who proclaims he only likes bland food. There are just way too many other decent Thai places to waste your time with this place.

I would give it a zero if I could. We ordered the Coriander Beef and Pad Pik. The coriander beef consisted of super dry, reheated "beef" which was more like dog meat. Horrible. It was supposed to have a teriyaki flavor. Not a trace of Coriander or teriyaki. It was just 7 tiny strips of beef over a bed of lettuce. Disgusting. The Pad Pik would have been alright if there weren't twice as many mushrooms as everything else. Wasn't very hot, and there was barely any chicken. $42 for a terrible meal, I highly recommend NOT to dine here!

I dine-in pretty regularly these days, and the service is great. Courteous, friendly, FAST. The food is YUM (although I'm not a huge fan of the soup that they serve with their amazing lunch specials, but whatever), and the cost is more than reasonable. I like these guys a lot.

I can't believe I have somehow missed this Thai place in Fremont! There are so many in the area and I am sorry to not have gone here before, their lunch specials are phenomenal! SO much food and only for $7.50 (entree, rice, 2 mini spring rolls, and soup)..woah, talk about lunch combo awesome supreme! My coworker always orders from here and I decided to join her in doing so. When we picked up it, I checked out the venue, it was a nice quaint house, the staff was very friendly, and it looked nice to come in and eat-in at. I really enjoyed my lunch today and will definitely be back again! ps- Your Phad See Eew is delicious! Thank you!

I love this place. It's the only Thai restaurant I ever eat at because the service is so friendly, and the food is always awesome. Only complaint is that on occasion my three star meals are physically painful to eat... But the flavor is still amazing so I just eat through the feeling that my mouth melting off. Also the few times I've ordered their avocado curry I was happy to see a much larger amount of avocado than I've received at other restaurants. Nom nom nom!

My girlfriend and I come here all the time. It's always empty, the food is always AMAZING (get the crab wonton appetizer) and the service is always great. Couldn't ask for more!!! This is the best Thai restaurant in Seattle, in my humble opinion. My girlfriend is Khmer and we love southeast Asian food, so we've been to a LOT of great places. I'd have to say this, or The Tropics in Chinatown is the best. After trying many dishes here, I'd have to say the only one I wasn't over-the-moon about was the Mongolian Beef....other than that I've had 10+ dishes and they are all amazing!

  • Mike S.

I've eaten here a few times, never found it to be all that great, seems they just throw the dishes together. The flavors never seem to get mixed, like the ingredients aren't added at the right time, or let to cook together for long enough.

Living in Fremont, I intend to hit up every restaurant eventually, but this day I was in the mood for Thai. Fabulous -although- if you like the heat the four star doesn't really cut it. Still very good and the people there are extremely friendly.

If you're looking for Thai places in Fremont, you have a lot of options. To stand out from the Thai crowd, a restaurant really has to have game. I'm not sure that Chillie's Paste is quite that amazing, but it's certainly a decent option. It's actually a fairly small dining space, something like five or six tables indoor, situated across two rooms with an open doorway in-between. The place is painted a bright orange ("The color of sunset" said I. "The color of spice" remarked my dining partner.) with vivid paintings adorning the walls. There's actually a nice patio out in front that I vaguely recall seeing tables at during the summer, but I could be wrong on that. The menu is broad, but I went with the Pad Thai staple with a two for spice. I'd consider it a par on the Pad Thai course and the two spiciness was enough. The server was also quick, friendly and offered frequent refills. The prices were also fairly cheap ($21 for two meals and tea) for the dinner menu. While not the greatest Thai meal I've ever had, it certainly is worthy of a spot in the Thai restaurant Rolodex. As an aside, Yelp lists street parking for this restaurant; actually there are a few spaces in a side parking lot here.

4 1/2 I've been back thrice since my review- and each time has been superb. I have to reiterate the huge kudos of NOT KETCHUP-Y phad thai. This phad thai is close to perfection...very fresh tasting- not weighty. The crab wontons are delicious and the Massaman curry- is close to the best I've had too- a few more trips and I might be bumping up to 5 stars. Great indoor seating too- very kid friendly, and the staff are friendly. The prices average $8.50 for dinner dishes too- which is really a great price in my book...maybe I should give it the fiver treatment already...

A co-worker and I used to go here about once a week for lunch. Their lunch specials are very good and well priced.....BUT something has changed. We used to have a gentleman serve us every week that was so attentive and kind. He would remember a straw for my water EVERY TIME!!! And always fill up my glass when I was out (this is VERY important to me!). But now there is a younger server there and he is not as good :o( We have tried it several times with him and we are not impressed. At one point he served me my meal and told my co-worker that hers would be a moment.... 10 MINUTES LATER!!! It was very weird sitting with my meal in front of me and none in front of her. He rarely ever checks in on the customers and seems distracted with his technology. So sad really because we had been going here for lunch for years.

There are an abundance of choices for lunch in Fremont, but Chillie's Paste deserves extra consideration. The food is not only good, but it's also fast and inexpensive. Service was quick and friendly. We got the daily lunch special. I asked for the Friday lunch special on Tuesday- no problem! Also, there was enough food there to stuff me for lunch and feed 2 people for dinner. All for under $10. :) Also- and this is a big deal- they actually have a parking lot. Free parking, off the street! Who else does that in Fremont?

Best Thai food in Fremont (at least)! There are five Thai restaurants within walking distance of my house in Fremont, and yet for the longest time I neglected to visit the one right at the end of my street. I think part of the reason was that I feared knowing how good it was would generate intense cravings every time the smell of their cooking wafted through my window. Nevertheless, I eventually felt lazy and like eating Thai at the same time, and so my wife and I walked down to have dinner at Chillie's Paste. Life changing experience. I now eat here at least once a week, often more. I don't really get anything too adventurous, but everything they do is better than I'm used to getting at other restaurants. Their spring rolls are the best I've ever had (and miniature, so girls think they're adorable). The classics, like Phad Thai, Cashew Chicken, and Swimming Rama are excellent, but the menu is quite large and I've never tried anything I didn't like. The Mama Noodle special is great too. I think part of the reason is that I like their vegetable mix better than other neighborhood places like Kaosamai or Jai Thai. In the Chicken with Cashew Nuts, for example, they don't use those stupid baby corns that I hate! It's mostly celery, peppers, onion, and tons of cashews, whereas last time I ordered from Kaosamai it had a lot of baby corn and mushrooms. I go for their lunch special very often too, on most days when I'm able to work from home. Spring rolls, soup, rice, and entree (definitely plenty of food) for $7.99. Awesome! I know it's way on the west end of 36th, so a longer walk for a lot of people, but make sure you try this place! You'll be glad you did!!

I ordered 2 yellow curry, 1 chicken pad thai and fried calamari for my friends and I. The chicken pad thai and fried calamari were good. I wasn't impressed by the choice of spice that you had to pick from. You could pick mild, medium or hot. Me not having the best tolerance for spice I picked mild and my friend picked medium. My order was 1 star and her's was 4. I am assuming that this is out of 5 stars like most thai restaurants. My MILD yellow curry was WAY to spicy. It had okay flavor but the aftertaste was nothing but spice. Also, the curry does NOT come with rice, you have to pay for it. So we waited for our food, then were told that we forgot to order rice, so we had to cook our own. This place it okay. I would try something else off the menu again.

I debated about giving just one star, but there wasn't a bug in my food or anything, so give it a generous 2. Ordered delivery - pad thai and tom yum soup. They forgot my soda (they didn't forget to charge for it though) and spilled half my soup in the bag. The tofu was like soggy bread crust. Ordered the "medium" spice and it was uncomfortably spicy. The food looked unappetizing, they overdid it on the lemongrass in soup, the tofu was not tofu, and it did not taste good. I was not surprised when I became ill shortly after eating what I could finish. Will never order from here again.

Corn fritters were good, Fast delivery. The only problem was the Pad Thai contained so much fish sauce that I had to throw the whole thing in the garbage. Think I will eat elsewhere from now on.

I don't know why we eat so much thai food. Maybe because The Dude is super picky and there are only a few options that we both love...thai being one. (WHY can't I get him to love tapas?!) We ordered delivery. We were either tired, lazy, hungover...maybe all three. But someone had left a flier on the door so I thought 'why not?'. I have got to stop ordering from places that leave fliers as I always seem to find them thoroughly disappointing. He got the usual: red chicken curry at a 4 star. I ordered my pad see ew (at a 3 star based on other's references to lack of spice - which was the only thing they got right with my dish, surprisingly) and went with tom kha gai....sometimes I get crazy and order papaya salad - maybe I should have?? I think The Dude was satisfied with his....although the poor bastard dropped more than half on our living room table. He's going through a clumsy phase. What he did have was okay from what I could tell. No major complaints. That's when things get tricky. The way to make good tom kha gai is to make sure all the flavors are balanced, sweet, spicy, salty, sour. We were completely missing the sour. No fish sauce? No lime? It was a mystery as they did include the lime leaves...but I'm pretty sure an overzealous chef just doused our batch with loads of sugar. HATE when my thai food is too sweet. Also - the pad see ew. HOW CAN YOU SCREW THIS UP? Its such a simple dish of delectable oily and sweet soy doused noodles. Throw in some beef, egg, and broccoli and we're solid. Nope. For some reason, the chef felt it necessary to dump about 3 cloves of diced garlic in at the last minute. Not only was it way too garlicy (and I looooove garlic) but it was close to uncooked, giving the dish an almost nutty texture and combined with the lazy spicester's attempt at a kick (throwing in chili seeds), I resentfully ate my dish. You know how I know it's bad thai? When I don't eat it the next day. In fact, it's probably still in my fridge.....because I am too lazy to clean my fridge regularly but this is not a Yelp review about my cleaning skills....I hope. That would get me a 1 star. Likely won't be going back.

I really wanted to love Chillies Paste because they are convenient and are one of the few Thai restaurants that deliver to Ballard. However, I am continually disappointed with the taste and quality of their food. Most of the noodle entrees are oily and overcooked and the curries are under-seasoned and bland. I finally had to admit that I really just don't like the place after sampling just about every dish on the menu and enjoying none.

  • Amara D.

This is your classic Fremont Thai food experiance and it was alright. Not the best green curry in the city but my guy loved his papaya thing so much that he would later attempt to make one at home (what was it called?!) In fact a return visit might earn Chillie's Paste the forth star but what really needed improvement was the customer service. We felt unacknowledged the waitress appeared only three times: to take orders, deliver them, and bring us a check. Water glasses could have been refilled and I would have loved to used more customer-waitress interaction, especially considering that we were taking a non-local out for a night of fun. But the food is good and some believe it is the best in the Seattle area, I am hoping that next time I will be one of them.

This Place is nasty and not at all Thai Food or even food!!! We came here for lunch on a sunny afternoon, thinking it would be nice! I should have known that this place was bad since we were the only customers. We order Chicken Satay for my toddler, pad thai and mongolian beef dish. All were bad!!! I swear they served me rotten noodles in my pad thai. I had never seen black noodles(burnt) before and it tasted old! I think they reheated it from the night before! Then the chicken satay was nasty because it was undercook and the peanut sauce tasted like it came from the jar! The mongolian beef dish was so bland and the vegetables were soggy. We were so frightened by the food that we didn't even give our dog a bite, who waited patiently for a treat. I would never eat here again. Needless to say we walked out hungry and irritated!!!

I have very specific reasons as to why I'm giving this place 4 stars. I'm only a fan of 2 things here - their chicken avocado green curry and angel wings. I've tried other stuff there but it wasn't nearly as amazing as those. Their curry is general very good but I'm addicted to the avocado green curry. It's so spicy and delicious. I'd go to Thaiku if I want really good phad thai but I'm forever their fan due to their green curry and angel wings. Service is hit and miss. Most of the time it's empty. Food comes out pretty fast. There's always parking.

4+ stars. I am a 22 year devotee of Thai food and Chillie's Paste has been my standby destination for 6-7 years now. The location is great for me, they consistently answer the phone for to-go orders, and I never have to wait for a table when I eat in. I almost always get the Mussaman or Panang Curry and they are delicious. The phad thai that comes with the lunch combo is top notch too. What keeps bringing me back to this place (besides the reasons above) is that the quality of the ingredients is a cut above most restaurants. The meats are always good. I've only had great breast meat for the chicken and I've never had even a single bite of chewy or fatty beef or pork here. Same goes for the veggies: good quality and not over-cooked -- still firm. Even the "free" soup that comes with the lunch has more care put into it than most places' cheapie sodium bomb. While the ambiance is pleasant enough, this place will not impress out of town guests.. but the food may.

What a sweet and colorful little restaurant! The interior is as bright and colorful as the food. Went early so it wasn't crowded but apparently this little place fills up fast. Sat in one of the super bright orange rooms and had spicy yellow tofu curry, brown rice, fresh vegi spring rolls, avocado curry and my friend had spicy chicken red curry. Any place that includes brown rice as an option is a winner in my book. $30 for the two of us including drinks and enough food for left overs. The wait staff is friendly and left us alone as it seemed we were in a heated conversation! This is a good spot and I'm thankful for all the yummy food and company.

Good Thai food made by real Thai people in a friendly setting. The price is a little high, but the quality is there, so no complaints. If the weather is nice sit on the deck, great ambiance.

I lived in Asia for about 10 years and have also gone to school in Thailand. Been to Thailand about a couple dozen times, so off and on spent about 15-18 months total. When I first went there I was really in love with the cuisine because it has such exotic smells and tastes. The lemongrass scent of the food was something new to me. I mentioned that I liked Thai food to a friend who had also been there and she made a face and went "yuk". After spending more time in the country later, I found out why. The food in Thailand can be often abominable, except in some restaurants that cater to foreigners and at 5 star hotels. The Thai food in America is Americanized. Most Americans wouldn't eat "authentic" Thai. When I went to school in Bangkok, to save money, I ate "authentic" (almost) every day from street corners in Bangkok and at an outdoor set up where a lot of office workers ate. It was usually ok to somewhat inedible. It wouldn't pass muster here. You couldn't sell it in the US. There are some things commonly eaten in Thailand that Americans won't eat, (like grubs, fried cockroach like insects, and assorted fish puddings) so you won't find them on the menu here. So when I read other reviews e.g. "the pad thai wasn't at all tomato-y" or "ketchup-y" I wonder where the hell these people have been eating. There is NO tomato in Pad Thai. Tamarind and a few other things, but no tomato. That being said, this place has some fairly good American-Thai food. It's about the same as many others. I have not been dissapointed except for the fact that their prices are high. I have a thing for the shrimp fried in wonton wrappers. My fave. Everything else so far has been pretty good.

The most disgusting food I've ever eaten. I'm pretty sure they served me rotten noodles. I love thai food, and have long accepted its many variations based on what establishment I patron, but this place is just foul. Total waste of money.

Just alright... I've had better Thai food but it was better than other Fremont Thai places around. Delivery was pretty fast for a Saturday night, and the food was hot still. but, they forgot my fried rice i ordered.... (Between 1-5) ... I got a 2 on the heat scale because other reviews said that they make things really spicy and a 2 would be sufficient heat... it was not hot at all.... just sweet. SO if you want more heat get a 4 or 5 ... wish i had.

No amount of bright wall paint can cover up for the boredom that was delivered on the plate. My party of two was the only party in the restaurant for a good 15 minutes. We waited for water. We waited to order. We waited for food. We waited for refills. We waited for our bill. Give me a break. At any other thai restaurant I would've had food by the time I was ordering at Chille's Paste. Go elsewhere.

The other night, I did something I *never* do: I forgot to eat dinner. It was 9 p.m. and I didn't feel like eating my one sorry Lean Cuisine in the freezer, nor did I feel like going out to pick something up. And I just wasn't in the mood for pizza. So I got on Yelp and did a bit of delivery research. Moments later, I'd placed my order with Chillie's in Fremont. I ordered the panang curry and some spring rolls for my little party of one, and about 15 minutes later, the food arrived at my Ballard doorstep. 15 minutes! Talk about a speedy delivery. I wasn't too impressed with the heat my curry was packin' -- my three-star order tasted more like a one-star to me -- so if you like it hot, I'd ask for more stars than you normally would. There's also a minimum delivery order of around $20, FYI. I'm definitely going to check this place out in person one of these days, but it's nice to know there's great Thai delivery just 15 minutes away.

Crab Wontons were ok - I admit I was hoping they would be Crab Rangoon. Definitely not the same. Massuman Curry - biggest complaint - the peanuts were cooked in the dish and were rubbery. I'd rather have the peanuts fresh and crunchy on the top, added after cooking. Second - a bit too sweet, but overall pretty good. Spiciness was a bit aggressive, but good. Meal was satisfying, but I will try out the competition before returning.

This is a wonderful thai restaurant amid the 22,386 currently operating in Fremont. I love the decor of the place and even the 60's era lounge music is ok --- as long as it's a Cure cover! The service is always great, the food is delicious AND they have their own parking available. The avocado curry is not on their regular menu but is always on their chalk board of "specials". It is amazing and I think even better than Arriya's in the U-District. We also get the phad thai which isn't overly tomato-y (which should be a crime). Also, they are not afraid to turn up the heat. Their menu is very extensive, with a large vegetarian section. I really want to venture onto other things on the menu but that avocado curry calls my name every time.

There are tons of Thai restaurants between Ballard and the U District and Chillies is my favorite in Seattle. Native Thais recommend places on the Eastside but I am a big fan of driving to Bellevue for a meal. Unlike most Thai restaurants in Seattle, Chillies does not use ketchup in their Pad Thai and the results are delicious. Actually, Seattle is the only place where ketchup is found in Pad Thai. The Pad Kee Mow is delicious as well as every curry variant I tried. Their Thom Yum is not overly acidic but provides the right amount of sweetness and lemongrass. If you are looking for unpretentious but seriously good Thai, try Chillies.

My coworkers took me to this Thai place and I almost didn't go because I had other plans. But I'm so glad I did! I got the veggies with peanut sauce and it was incredibly tasty. I'm a huge fan of peanut sauce and not all places make it that good... but this place's sauce has excellent flavor. I have never been to a place that had the option of fresh tofu vs. fried tofu, which I really appreciated. The fresh tofu was so good! I will definitely be back.

This place is full of delicious. I was enticed by the whole of the menu (which is not only substantial, but has a good number of vegetarian options, and vegan ones as well), but I couldn't help but zero in on the Pad See Ew - a dish that is a common staple of Thai restaurants but when done poorly, is awful - so a good barometer (like Pad Thai) of a kitchen's skill. Oh man, TASTY. Veggies were perfectly done (just a slight crispness to them), noodles were excellently seared, chicken even avoided the dry/flaky/chewy paradox of many a stir-fry and was tender and juicy. But oh, let me tell you - if you go here and don't order the Taro Custard, you are missing out in a way that moves me to type it in all caps but restraint barely stops me from doing. I know American tastes dictate that desserts have to be overly sweet, chocolate-focused concoctions, but step away from that for this! It's gently sweet, rich and warm, texture like a combo of bread pudding and a perfectly-done baked potato, and nuanced in flavor. This dish alone (although I am eager to try all the others!) would get me to come back, and it cements my opinion that the folks in the kitchen here know what they're doing. I have a feeling that you're going to see me post an update to this review that bumps it up to 5 stars - I am only waiting to try more of their food - which I want to do as soon as possible. Due diligence - the place is small, but not cramped; the ambiance is pleasant and bright; and the service is quick, friendly, and polite. All good things. You want Thai that's tasty, inexpensive, and quick? Go to this place.

Two words: Damn GOOD. Orange walls, kitchen in the back so you can wave at the adorable asian men cooking, good lighting, and the food? Top Notch. I have to knock off a star for the dishes not coming WITH rice. I've personally never heard of Thai places charging you for rice before. I got over it though! Becasue the food is fucking amazing, and their service is on top of things. Especially with refilling of water. I don't know about you, but when we order 4 stars, and my mouth is on fire, water is my BFF. Just one dollar for white rice, two dollars for brown rice. The spices were perfect. Fresh basil, fresh limes and bean sprouts, fresh bamboo shoots in the curries-- all amazing. We ordered chicken phad thai (typical, I know, I know--) and the red and panang curries are deeeliciouss. Not to mention, they have a parking lot. We didn't know this becasue everywhere you go in Fremont, you have to drive around relentlessly for parking and then walk onwards to your destination.... Found that out about 10 minutes too late, but next time we'll use it for sure, as we will most definitely be back.

Another stand-up Thai restaurant in Fremont, great take-out nice spice, don't be afraid of 4 stars! Love the fresh rolls with tamarind dipping sauce, yum! Tasty noodles, crunchy veggies, and not overly greasy. Overall very tasty, quick, and worth a try!

Pretty good Thai food. I've had a couple of curries, the Pad See Ew, Phad Thai, and spring rolls, all of decent quality. The location is a bit unfortunate, what with about a million other Thai places on the same street. My one gripe about the place would be a varying level of spiciness on the dishes. My girlfriend can't take any level of spice whereas I order at about a 2 or a 3, and we both got curry dishes. Hers was decidedly spicier. I know my expectations might seem naive considering it's Thai food, and me and mine should expect some level of spiciness, but still. Why offer 1-5 stars of choice when you either A) don't listen or B) refuse to be consistent? I would probably only rate the place a two if not for the fact that they deliver, even as far as a house right next to Golden Gardens.

It really deserves Zero stars! Nasty a$$ Thai Food! Under cooked chicken & rotten noodles. Overly salty to cover the rotten noodles. Sauce taste like it comes from a can. Our search for really good Thai food in Seattle continues! :(

Currently, this is my favorite Thai place in Fremont! I tried other places and still a few more to try. We ordered the chicken satay (with peanut sauce and spring rolls which was great! I liked the spring rolls- they had the just right crunchiness! We ordered typical Thai dishes with Thai ice tea! As usual- there is always left overs! The place itself is colorful and the wait staff is very nice. We sat down for dinner but we notice most people order take-out! I wonder if its different in the summer time. I do like their patio dining area!

O I love chillie's paste. There super fast, great lunch prices, large portions, and very flavorful cuisine. Usually I call my order in, I work about a min away and by the time I get there its already waiting for me. I hate waiting forever on my lunch break for food. I want to spend the time enjoying it. Nice selection to choose from, and the inside is clean, and not full of the old traditional decaying trinkits covered in dust.

Yum! A thousand times yum! The affianced and I have long searched for a replacement for our beloved Joy's Noodle Shop in Chicago. Although not a perfect fit - the 'paste offers up awesome lunch specials and a family atmosphere. It's obvious that Mamma's in the kitchen and the rest of the fam is running the show. The food comes so quickly that I don't mind waiting a bit to order - it all balances out in the end. Go for lunch, get the combo - it's awesome.

It is worth walking past all the mediocre to above-average Thai restaurants to get to this one. I can never remember the name, just that it isn't on the North side of the street and doesn't start with a K. Also: "The art inside is really trippy." The service: not bad. The food would honestly excuse almost any level of service. I have been with a table of 8 and every thing was amazing. We even ordered more main dishes (which rarely happens except when the table devours your dish, leaving you the orderer with a pouty face). Thai Standards: good. Odd things: good. Things you thought would suck: good. Your friends' food: sliiiiiiiiightly better than yours. EDIT: had a couple of visits now where the service was good--but the food is average now! Noone swooned.

One of my more favorite Thai places in Seattle. My girlfriend loves the soup they have and I'm always looking for a good Pad See Ew. I live in Greenlake so it's not convenient for me, but we make the journey when we have the time. They have a parking lot which is nice. Give it a try.

Out of the five Thai restaurants in Fremont, this is probably my favorite. Tawon and Kwanjai are a close 2nd and 3rd, but this one is always the least busy -- probably because it's furthest from the Center of the Universe over there at 35th 'n Fremont. The first time I tried it was just before the Seahawks/Steelers Superbowl a couple years ago. We gambled on one of the specials: Orange Beef. This dish was FANTASTIC. The pad thai was noticeably unremarkable, but the flavors in the Orange Beef more than made up for this. The cilantro and citrus were so vibrant and fresh, the beef perfectly cooked, and the sweet-and-sour-sauce tones of the dish have almost made up for my ongoing longing for a well-known Chinese dish with a similar profile (in an area of town where I can't find decent Chinese food). We've been back a few times and this dish was consistently as good.

There 10 Thai resturants in Fremont and most of them on the same street... Seriously...Go on, check.. I think these things should have Starbucks next door to them, it would just make sense... Moving on. I live in Fremont. This place is the only place i consider now.. It's no Thai Tom, but if you wanna get your noodle on in your underpants this place is where its at (they deliver). Oh, get the fried spring rolls.. they load you up on them.

As some of you know, my bicycle and I recently lost a fight with a mini-van (he started it!), leaving me with only one functioning hand until further notice. Have you ever tried cooking or doing dishes with one hand? Doesn't work so well. So I've been at the mercy of RTE packaged foods, and Fremont's lovely resturants. Delivery has become my savior, but what's a girl to do when she finally gets sick of pizza? Chillie's Paste to the rescue! My pud see eew (spelling?) and fresh rolls were great, definitely worth the price though I have had better at Tawon. I will order again in a heartbeat, easy. Calling in my order was a breeze, super-quick, and my food was delivered pretty much 30 minutes from when I ordered. You can't ask for much more than that. Huge thank you to Chillie's Paste for helping me keep the stack of pizza boxes in my kitchen at a more reasonable level. I'll definitely be in touch!

Excellent Thai food. Tight quarters. 5-stars really meant 5-stars(thai 5-stars). Been there twice now but havent been back since i do not work downtown seattle anymore. but i will definately go back

I don't understand how this fake Thai Restaurant got an overall 4 star rating!!!??? I won't be able to not waste a lot of time on it...because it was "exponentially MEH times10". There should be a printed warning on the door! * My friend went in first, while I parked and gave my dog some H2O. On entering, I soon noticed we were the only people in the place; on a Saturday night! That always makes me a little nervous and now, we know we had good reason to feel that way. * 'Received menus and water and then...waited, and waited...finally my friend got up and said..."WE'RE READY TO ORDER!" (Our server was busy eating HER dinner at a table on the dining room floor. "Gee, did we interrupt?") * Appetizer. Chicken Spring Rolls made with Iceberg Lettuce, instead of cabbage. There was only one sauce served with them and it was sweet and bland. After trying it, neither of us went back to it.. The rolls were fresh and just north of "OKAY". * WE were worried by now, so we decided to split a Pad Thai. (We asked to keep the menus to possibly order something else...the server ignored our request and took them away.) When they arrived, (delivered by the Delivery Driver Dude; wearing a Fleece Jacket.) my friend took one look at our dish and remarked..."That's a strange Pad Thai...the noodles look weird". * We ordered 4 Stars...that was was barely noticeable in the heat/spice department. After one bite, we looked at each other and said in unison, "This is burned!". My friend got up AGAIN to retrieve the server. (They don't come 'round to see if you are enjoying your food..) When the server came, we told her the dish tasted burned. She looked incredulous! We had to point out to her the burned parts and she asked if we wanted another order...? We were pleasant..."Sure...mistakes happen." (CroSs your fingers...) * She took the main dish and left our 2 plates, the ones that had one bite consumed from them. Huh? As she was passing by a few minutes later, my friend (who grew-up in a restaurant.) said..."You may take these away...we won't be needing them!" (Now, it's starting to be a not -so-funny Comedy of Errors!) * It was just amazing...the server was ssooooo asleep and did not have a clue. It got worse in the service experience. My friend said..."She doesn't know any better..." (So kind!) * Our second attempt at Pad Thai arrived. It was not burned. YAYYY! (Mangiamo finalemente!) This time, we could taste what was actually wrong with it and why it was just BAD. It's the cheap vegetable oil they use, and reuse. We could still taste it on the drive home! * Their "Homemade Tamarind Sauce" was BLAND...I think they forgot to put ANY Tamarind in i!. Again, for 4 stars, it was only mildly spicy . Sadly, this was our first time dining together and it was going downhill rapidly. BOO! * While we were still eating, our check was delivered.. HEY!!! "Serving 101" NO CHECK UNTIL THE CUSTOMERS ARE FINISHED DINING! It's not like you need to "turn" this table. The place is effin' EMPTY! * BTW We had mentioned that we may be wanting to order another item...'asked to keep the menus...you took them anyway and then, forgot to make any effort to offer them again, upsell us a desert, offer Thai Iced Tea...anything...HELLLOOOO!?! We ARE the only people in the place! OH! I forgot to mention...THE PLACE WAS FREEZING. We ordered some Green Tea and it took forever to arrive. The cups were freezing, too. So, we warmed ourselves with lukewarm tea. Great... In conclusion...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...unless you are maybe breaking-up with someone who cheated on you, you hate the person, and you want to get even! If it's a case like that, I recommend you order the Bland Burned Pad Thai, hold the Tamarind, and add some extra greasy, cheap, re-used a zillion times, oil. "YUMMO!"

My house received a flyer in the mail for this restaurant, and on a lazy Saturday night we decided to call for delivery. It was a pretty simple order: two chicken phad thais and one orange chicken. When the delivery driver came to our door, however, he only had the two boxes of phad thai. We called Chillie's Paste to find out what had happened to our third dish, and they admitted no fault but offered to send it out in a bit. When we asked for a discount because one of our party was now missing their dinner, they refused. When the delivery driver showed up at the door a second time (within 15 minutes!), however, he offered up the missing orange chicken and said it was gratis. There was one 5 star order of phad thai and one 4 star, but neither was labeled. While both were spiced enough, they had little flavor besides the chili the restaurant derives it name from. I ended up dumping on soy sauce and some spices out of my own cupboard so it would taste like something else besides spicy noodles. The orange chicken was significantly better - it had quite a bit of flavor and was devoured with gusto. This restaurant might be decent if they could hire a decent order taker, but otherwise Chillie's Paste is forgettable due to shoddy/inconsistent service and flaccidly-flavored noodles.

This restaurant did the little things right for me. The decor was warm and comfortable. The service was extremely prompt and courteous. I ordered a Swimming Rama lunch special with tofu. The additions that came with the order(which I would have never ordered by themselves) were surprisingly tasty. The little cup of soup was reminiscent of that obligatory cup of vegetable broth that most Thai restaurants give you- a bland, but perfectly fine little starter. This one actually had some flavor and ingredients that didn't taste cooked down to a mush. There were firm, big chunks of tofu, and generous slices of mushrooms. The same went for the tiny spring rolls that came with the meal. I don't usually touch those, being as they remind me of Chung King frozen egg rolls...and not in a sentimental, Totino's Party Pizza kind of way. Again, these were a delightful surprise- crispy without being greasy, with a fresh, kicky filling inside. But, here's why they get a three- the main course was disappointing. I ordered my Swimming Rama at a "4" out of "5", but there was barely any heat in the dish. That was too bad, because I needed some heat to cut through the sweetness of the sauce. The sauce also had a strange, gelatinous consistency. The brown rice was lumpy and dry. On the bright side, there was plenty of fresh spinach, and the tofu was fried up just right. So- I would definitely try this place again. There are a lot of good Thai places in the area, however, that might lure me back before I take another shot here.

Not much seating room here, and the atmosphere is a little generic. But serving sizes are huge and the yellow curry rice is the best I've ever had.

As far as cheap Thai places go, this place is pretty good. I've been pretty burnt out on Jai Thai lately so my friends and I decided to venture here last night for dinner. We went around 7:00 and we were the only ones in there. Too bad it wasn't nice out, or we could have eaten outside on the deck (nice feature). We ordered the cashew chicken, phad thai, and the pad woon sen. They were all pretty good, average thai food. The service was great. I was chugging water and she never let it get empty. I do wonder if they will stay in business as we left a little before 8 and no one else ever came in. Also, I forgot to mention that it's cheap - about $8.50 an entree!

This restaurant is one of the reasons that Seattle has such a great reputation for Thai food. The pad Thai here is unique and a huge favorite of most patrons (I am always on the hunt for the perfect pad thai). It has a unique tang and a little more fish sauce bite than some but also a wonderful sweet finish. The rest of their dishes are excellent - even the egg rolls (which I don't normally like) are miniature bites of heaven. The restaurant also has parking - a valuable commodity on Fremont- and a nice decor. I also saw a sign that says they'll deliver locally but we have tried that out yet.

Good overall Thai joint. Probably the best in the Fremont area. Small spot but they make the most of it. The one waitress was friendly even when very busy. Food was good, not great but solid. Only complaint was my wife's phad thai was pretty small portioned even for her! One of the better food options in Fremont area.

The peanut sauce here is SERIOUS BIDNESS. Try it on the Swimming Rama. Also, the Crab Rangoon is fantastic but then, again how can can deep fried crab and cream cheese ever be a bad thing?

I live 2 blocks from this place and have been coming here for the past few years. There are several Thai restaurants in Fremont and this is my take-out place of choice. The food is good and its ready fast. I cycle between several different menu items but favorites would be the massaman curry and the pad kee mow. I also eat in the dining area occasionally, which is typically empty, and the service is excellent.

Awesome place, great delivery. Green curry and pad thai are really good. The appetizers are naughty but tasty - the little spring rolls and crab rangoons hit the spot. Happens to be a really clean and pleasant atmosphere as well. There's a few other sister restaurants, I believe. One is down on 4th and it's good, too. NIce people and they will accommodate your needs.

Been to well over a hundred Thai restaurants not including a month in Thailand. I asked for what was best and received a non-typical Thai dish of soup with noodles and chicken. It was ok but the broth's flavor was way too strong to drink (and I usually complain there is NOT enough flavor). Maybe I would try something else here but with so many other Thai restaurants nearby, I'll probably pass.

Rice was burnt, from the bottom of the rice cooker. When we complained, the manager claimed that nothing was wrong with the rice. I went with the recommendation and it was bland mix of coconut milk, curry, and no contrast. Overall, boring and un-fresh. To many great thai options in Seattle to settle here.

I've eaten there a couple of times and it's the best Thai in Fremont. The Swimming Rama is the best I've had by far. I had it to go and they didn't combine the sauce and spinach. So when I got home to eat it I didn't have a big wilted mass of spinach like when I've gotten Swimming Rama to go at other places. I have also tried the avocado green curry and highly recommend it. Though it is hard to screw up a dish when you put an entire avocado in it, this was especially good. Other observations: The veggies are very fresh. The dining room is bright and clean. The waitress is very attentive.

This family run restaurant is a great alternative to all the busy Thai restaurants in Fremont. The dining area is in a transformed house, so it feels cozy like home. Beautiful Thai paintings decorate the warm orange painted walls. Food is good, but inconsistent. I've had some of the best Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) here, but I've also had some not so good. Spiciness level is also inconsistent. Prices are average. Good deal on lunch special. The best things about this restaurant are: the wonderfully nice old woman in the kitchen who cooks all the food the parking lot at the side of the restaurant their delivery service and the porch with tables to eat outside in the summer!

Darn good curry sauce if not a little salty. When ordering for take out, they put the sauces on the side. I actually don't like this because if you are getting noodles, they are all stuck together by time you get it home. They want you to specify if you have a food allergy and are very responsive to requests. No MSG. The one thing - I would save a night out for a nicer thai place perhaps, and keep this as your delivery option.

We tried the pad see iew and the green curry here, which came out to less than $20 and was enough for dinner for us both, with leftover lunch for one of us tomorrow. The pad see iew had a lot of vegetables in it which is an automatic plus in its favor. It wasn't too saturated in sauce, and the beef was tender. The green curry was okay - it tasted overwhelmingly of sweet basil and spiciness (rather than flavor) and I probably wouldn't order it again. But the pad see iew is my dish of choice and based on that Chilie's Paste gets four stars.

Very good Thai food. Excellent service when they are not too busy. I recommend their duck curry. I also like the fact that they have a private parking lot next to the restaurant, which makes it very convenient by not having to drive around to find street parking.

We order from these guys darn near EVERY weekend when our friends come over. They have been one of the more consistent delivery places. Our crowd is picky and we have rejected several places that deliver as invariably someone gets something disgusting or the quality goes downhill. Not so with Chili's paste! Not the best thai I've had but very acceptable...Very nice Tom Ka soup, special big rice noodle with chicken, decent pad thai (not enough green onions tho and chopped, not big pieces), pretty good, moist chicken sate and the peanut sauce is nice and smooth - a little oily but hey it's peanuts! We also like the Panang curry, and the red too. I wish they put a little more variety of veg in these (when I make curry I put in about 5 different veg including little hot chilies) but the sauce is delicious. Heat (stars) can be a bit unpredictable...sometimes I order 4 star and get the round-eye treatment (one star- and then I put a bunch of my own emergency red chiles on it) or another friend will order 2 star and it's hotter than my 4 star. Usually this isn't a prob but it keeps us on our toes! A very picky friend orders thusly: Vegetarian pad thai with EXTRA fried tofu; NO bean sprouts, NO fish sauce; NO stars. Every time they get it right...thank God 'cause he'd send it back! They don't even laugh when we order this way. I appreciate that. Plus they should treat us right - like I said, almost every weekend, and tab around $30-70 dollars (we tip well too) depending if we ALL want thai. Sometime a few of us will order from Soprano's, but that's a different review. That's fun too...we like to wager on who's delivery driver will get there faster. BTW...Chilis is alway quit fast. Usually under 30 minutes no matter what they tell me. Never been in the store, but love that delivery! Now if I could only find a RELIABLE Chinese delivery place! -tips, anyone???

My friend was somewhat disappointed that the Mieng Khum was served with lettuce rather than the traditional leaf for this dish, but it was still tasty. We ordered our two main dishes, Pad Ginger (with fried tofu) and Spicy Eggplant with 5-stars of heat, and both were above-average in all respects. Will definitely go back. Fit for both vegetarian and gluten-free preferences.

Chillie's Paste is my current fave Thai restaurant. There are many to choose from in Fremont and this is one not to be missed! Their curries are my favorite on the menu and the Garlic Pepper dish. If you're a pad thai lover try it someplace else. The prices and service are great and you get lots of food. I even look forward to seeing the artwork on the walls when planning a visit at Chillies.

My friends and I got take out from Chillie's Paste last night because we were too cold and lazy to go out of the house. I have eaten in the restaurant once years ago and it was totally forgettable. Of course I had to try the green curry. It was the perfect portion for one and tasted really good.....but was not green curry. It tasted and looked like it had peanut sauce in it. There was not much in it other than a huge load of bamboo shoots. The curry was nicely creamy and thick. My friends really liked their noodles but truthfully noodles are pretty hard to mess up. There are at least ten Thai restaurants in Fremont. This one can be skipped over.

I called to place a delivery order after reading on Yelp that there is no MSG and that someone from Greenlake got them to delivery. Told the lady on the phone I lived on Queen Anne, she was cool with it and placed my order. This was Friday around 5:50pm, got the delivery at 6:50pm. No biggie. The delivery guy was annoyed when he handed me the bag o vittles and told me that they don't deliver to Queen Anne. Oh, okay? The spring rolls were alright- although they only had the rice noodles and no other veggies that were listed on the menu in there. I got the tofu garlic pepper and hubby got the cashew nut chicken, both dishes were decent. My Thai iced tea was WAY too sweet, but overall for the price and delivery it was okay. Knowing that they aren't going to deliver to Queen Anne, don't think I will eat at Chillie's Paste.... on the search again for a more flavorful Thai place!

Great food. Very tasty. I have tried several things on the menu and they have all been good. The food comes out quickly and the service is consistently good. Tonight I tried their taro custard and it was so delicious. I have gone to other Thai places in Fremont but this place is definitely the best.

Good friend ly service with quick delivery times. The crab rangoon, shrimp kong krabok, satay, fried tofu, spring rolls, and corn patties are loverly. One could feast heartily on appetizers here, but one doesn't have to. The Dancing Shrimp is by far one of my faves. I recommend getting the sauce on the side and using it either as a dipping sauce or a little at a time. The sauce is chockerbox full of diced veggies. Also they serve some of the best massamun curry and swimming rama that I've had.

As you may know, there are a lot of Thai restaurants in Fremont. So, what does this one do better than the others? My answer would be the Phad Thai. I don't usually order Phad Thai (I'm usually a peanut sauce on anything type of girl) but I love it at this restaurant. They make a great tamarind based sauce that is nicely sweet and spicy and without that tell-tale tangy ketchup flavor of other places. The staff is always polite and attentive and they also deliver which is awesome if you don't feel like going out. As a slight warning, the two rooms in the restaurant are small which kinda sucks if you sit next to someone taking their friend on a very loud blow by blow of their vacation journal. Inside voice people!

I had lunch here today after a rave review from a co-worker. I was tempted to try the avocado in green curry (the co-worker's fave) but even though I love all Thai food, it's rare for me to pass up panang curry. I have to say it was VERY tasty, and the lunch combo (soup, main dish, rice and two little spring rolls) was a great deal. I'll be back!

The service is AWFUL. But I have to say their food is good. I really have enjoyed that they deliver... and I order out a lot. But I have been treated very rudely by the girl who often answers the phone... I have over looked it in the past because I just want some decent thai delivered and I don't want to cook... But after tonight I think I will find a new place. I called to order take out. The girl who answered the phone asked "how may I help you?" I said I wanted to order delivery. She mumbled something that sounded like "hold on"... then I sat for 5 minutes and listened to her carry on a personal conversation with a woman in the restaurant. I learned that she thinks she needs to lose weight and that the woman has just moved... and that they just went on vacation... and oh how blue the water is... They chatted on and on....hmmm she just couldn't decide what color to paint her living room... blah blah.... I was really confused. I wondered if she thought the call had dropped and not placed the phone down properly... Even though I wanted to hang up... even MORE I wanted to find out what the heck was going on! Literally after 5 minutes (on my cell phone) she came back to the phone with a sharp, "ok what do you want?" I couldn't believe it. I told her I thought that what she just did was super unprofessional and rude. I told her I could hear the entire conversation and that I was SHOCKED that she'd carry on such babble while a customer was waiting. I told her a least actually put me on hold so I am not so aware I am getting passed over for idle chatter! I told her I suddenly lost my appetite for Chili Paste... but that I wanted to speak to her manager. Of course no manager was around... Fair warning. The service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!

The space is very nice and the service was adequate but I got to say the food did not do much for me. When I walked in there was just one other table in the place. I was motioned to a table. You know, you catch a server's eye and, across the room, get the "ONE" and a point in the general direction of a table. So I sit and shortly thereafter a plate of iceberg, garnished with tomatoes, cucumbers and shredded carrots, is placed in front of me along with a glass of water. I ordered chicken phad Thai and a Thai iced coffee. I like a little spice in my food and asked for three stars. I did not realize that their star system went to ten. At least that is my assumption based on the complete lack of spice in my food. Spice aside, the flavor was fine, a little on the sweet side, nothing that would cement Chillie's into my brain as a place to return to. Speaking of sweet, the Thai iced coffee is very. It made a very nice dessert but would have been a perfect medium to temper a spicy meal. Alas. Sigh. Yawn.

Some of the cheaper thai food in Seattle and really good too! Take out, delivery, or dine-in is available, but you'll be taken with the bright orange walls and hardwood floors. It feels like you are at a dinner party in your very own home.

We always get delivery so I can only write about the food which is easily one of my favorites. They have a huge variety of dishes and every one that I have tried has been fantastic. As another reviewer points out, they specialize in chillies so their spicy food is actually spicy which I like. Where other places restaurants are conservative even when you order a '5', Chillie's will pretty much make you beg for mercy.

This restaurant has some of the better prices in the area, despite the location it's in. Their thai duck curry is to die for, as well as most of the appetizers are lovely. Don't forget, they are known for the excellent chillies they have on hand [as per the name] - so only order the higher stars of spice if you REALLY can handle it!

Forget about Pho, go here for the best Guay Tiew Tom Yum in the city. The soup's chock full of roasted garlic and ground peanuts texture accompanied by steaming hot rice noodles. The spicy sour flavor is deee-licious. I've had other stirfried noodle dishes here and they rock compared to the other places in Fremont. Great deck for summertime dining.

Excellent beef pad Thai! I also had their fresh role with shrimp which was very good. It was an extra $2 to add shrimp. My understanding is just vegetables in the standard role. I did have to pay an extra $2.50 for extra peanut sauce, but it is a healthy sized container. The crab and cream cheese won-tons are the best I have ever tried. Yum!!! Free delivery after 5pm on Fridays ($18 min). I don't know hours for delivery on other days. Very nice deliveryman with a smile. They even brought a cup with some ice as requested.

I LOVE this restaurant! I live in Fremont and have tried all of the Thai restaurants and this one is my favorite. I think my favorite part of this restaurant (especially compared to others) is that it's very casual. It feels like I'm having dinner at a relative's house. Everyone is very friendly. The things we usually order are pad see ew, panang curry, red curry, spring rolls, and pumpkin curry. Everything is great. I usually get 3 or 4 stars and think it's a good level of spicy; my boyfriend gets 5 stars and I think he would get 10 if they'd let him. Carryout is super quick, even on weekends. usually about 15 minutes for our order. can't recommend this place enough!

As there are already 500 little thai restaurants in Fremont, you might wonder why you should come here. This has all of the usual good signs in a small family restaurant - kids playing - superior owner service - regular takeout customers - art, fish, shrines and other stuff they like Spice at a good thai place, such as this, works like you would expect it to. Three is a nice balance that doesn't overcast the flavors of the dish. Five is a fireball in your face. Mmm. Burning so good. One is a whiteboy special. A lovely but small place to visit when you want a quiet meal and know your way around a thai menu.

Decent food, cheap price. They do have a large menu that is more unique than a lot of places. They do also have a varying special. Their sukiyaki hits the spot!

Pretty solid Thai food. I ordered the Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodles) and they were pretty solid, but I ordered them spicy and they brought them 3 stars, not the 4 I was hoping for. I will be more specific next time but even their 3 star was not very spicy. Their spring rolls are great and so is their dipping sauce. I would recommend ordering spiciness by star level (1 is mild, 5 is supposedly very hot)

My wife and I happened to drive by this adorable place in Fremont and decided to give it a try for take out. I saw pumpkin curry on the menu and had to have it. So glad I did! The curry was creamy and delicious, but the pumpkin itself elevated the flavors and texture with nicely cooked small pieces. My wife had the traditional yellow curry and loved it as well. They also make a yummy chai iced tea. The service was excellent and they bent over backward to get our food quickly. We sat on the patio while waiting and the waitress continued to check on us with a smile. These folks value customers!

The delivery was fast, the food is WAY cheap compared to most Thai places in the city, and all the food was really good except the sticky rice which isn't their fault because I had no idea what sticky rice was and ... well... it's really effing sticky and not good for having curry poured over it. Anyways... Good swimming rama, good massaman curry, good pad see ew. Good good good.

My cousins and I were sketch because they were located so far from most of the other restaurants. But who knew how great they were? We had lunch outside, and the service was amazing! The food was authentic, and the food was as good as it got. I loved it and I think they have big portions for lunch. That's when you get so much bang for your buck! so worth it!

I work in ballard and this place has the best pad thai available. I was stuck at my job the first day of the snow storm, They delivered no questions asked even with the difficulty of the snow! Very good pad thai and fried crab n cream cheese wonton! Will def be ordering more from them!

Best Thai food in Fremont, hands down. They are also the cheapest, and will give you things like extra veggies for free, unlike some other locations in Fremont. Their Pad See Ew is my go-to, and I would definitely recommend them. Quick, friendly service and always great food. Favorite Thai place in Fremont!

We camped out here for the Solstice Parade. This was not going to be a 4 star review, but due to the great outdoor seating, friendly staff, and quickness of refills I'll bump them up. The food was just OK, really. My group did not even come close to finishing, and that is not to say that we weren't hungry. The Thai Iced tea was strong and delicious like I like it. The beer and wine selection is small, but they kept it flowing. Overall I'm sure this is not the best Thai place I will encounter in Seattle.

Since our own business is right across the street, me and the family are regulars here. The service is so amazingly friendly! I also love the restaurant space itself - there are fascinating paintings on the warmly colored walls and everything is kept spic and span. It's so nice eating out on the porch in warmer weather. My favorites are the pad thai, chicken cashew, and tom kha. The Thai iced tea is also delicious (strong and sweet)!

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would! After a twelve hour day at work I didn't want to cook and was craving pad Thai, I found this place on eat 24 which I had never had a bad experience with and had it delivered. The pad Thai was inedible. I ate one bite and threw the rest away, it was bitter and way to fishy it didn't taste anything like pad Thai. The broccoli beef was not good either. The beef was so chewy that I ended up spitting it out. The broccoli at the top was ok just bland but below the bottom layer all the broccoli was complete mush and most of this also went in the garbage. After a shitty day I went to bed with a nearly empty stomach. Then I woke up this morning with horrible stomach pains and had to run straight to the bathroom. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TASTE BUDS AND STOMACH! DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE!!!!!!

Went there for lunch. Great value, $7.95 for entrée, salad, spring rolls and rice. Large tasty portions. Right on with the spicy number we gave for each of our entrees. Clean. Friendly service. Outdoor dining (on a busy road). Onsite parking. Definitely going back.

My favorite place for Thai food...so far. As many Seattlites know, Fremont is the heart of Thailand with probably over 4-5 Thai restaurants on the strip. If you pass the busy part of Fremont, you'll hit Chillie's Past tucked away in its little corner. They are friendly, quick and delicious! Give it a try!
