Stick-Stone Neapolitan Wood-Fired Pizza Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

I have tried a many Neapolitan pizza places, and I can tell you that Stick and Stone knows what's up! I went with a group of 6, and we ordered 4 different pizzas, and 2 salads (more than enough). The pizza was superb! Beautiful, fired pizza crust and authentic toppings! My favorite was the mushroom one (Funghi) and the Tre Carne. Both were very different from another, yet equally delicious! Everyone at our table was satisfied. The salads were fresh and delightful, paired great with the richness of the pizza. Stick and Stone offers a cool environment for dinning. It's lively and inviting. I loved being able to see the chef make the pizza in the front of the house; working the wood-fired oven and interacting with the staff. I think this is JUST the place the Tri-cities needed! I've been waiting and waiting for something new and different. It brings a sense of culture and sophistication to the Tri-City area. It's great to see this area finally branch out, and get out the fast-food/chain restaurant trap!! What a great location too...Beautiful view from the patio, and blocks away from local wineries! *My only complaint is that there isn't more locations!! :)

Tri-cities needed this restaurant! Since moving from Arizona where there are amazing restaurants I have been missing out. Stick+Stone fills the void! I have tried different items on the menu and have been impressed with everything. My kids love making their own pizza. And I love that there is a hip young environment where we can go out as a family and eat really good food! Love it!

Our group tried several pizzas and we loved them all...the crust is chewy, crusty, salty, slightly smoky. The toppings were simple, fresh and delicious. Two people could easily share a salad and pizza. The wine and beer selection features local favorites and Italian wines from different areas in Italy. This place has great energy, friendly service and a view. I can't wait to eat out on the patio this summer and watch the sun go down on Badger Mountain.

Came in with family of 6 on 2-15 around 3pm. Greeted by a very friendly hostess. She showed us to a table that had 4 chairs and added a chair at each end, which made the table a bit crowded. There were many other tables available and would have been nice if she would have added on a small table. The chairs are cold and uncomfortable which would be ok if you could get in and out in 30 min. or so, but that does not seem to be the goal with this restaurant. The environment in general seemed cold and stiff, they desperately need to warm the place up (there is potential though). The drink service was prompt but our food orders were not taken for 10-15 minutes after the drinks arrived. The server had no sense of urgency and seemed more interested in chit-chatting with another employee sitting at the counter (end of shift). When she finally took or orders, there was not much in the way of recommendations or suggestions. Food arrived in a reasonable time and tasted good until a long curly hair was found in the middle of a slice of pizza that my son was eating. I let the server know and she apologized and took it and show the chefs. There were some uncomfortable looks and giggles but that's all. When she showed the owner, he darted to the back and didn't acknowledge anything to us. They did they did remove the 1 pizza from the bill. Overall there were several things that need to be improved but they are easy fixes. Hopefully they will get corrected because at the price point they are at, they will not get return business.

Amazing food!!! It is nice that restaurants are catching on to the gluten free thing, not the best gluten free crust but with the toppings it was awesome. The fungi pizza was very good, we got the vegetable appetizer which worked great for putting the extras on the pizza! The place is smaller then I imagined and not the most comfortable chairs but again the food was great!

My family I have now been to Stick+Stone twice and am in love. The pizza is true to the Neapolitan wood fired style we enjoyed on our honeymoon in Naples and Rome. We have so far tried the following pizzas and would HIGHLY recommend them: Capricciosa, margherita, and fungi. My favorite is the capricciosa as their fresh tomato sauce shines! We have also had a tasty Caesar salad and the Concia Veg board which I would also recommend. I find the wine selection adequate and the beer selection as well. What I really want to comment on, is the service and the staff. I have a 1 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. My daughter is a handful and the staff has gone out of their way to make not only my husband and my experience, but that of our kids a pleasurable one. They have offered crayons and color books while we're waiting and have NEVER made me feel like one of "those" parents who brings in a less than desirable child. Our water glasses were always filled promptly and offers of additional refiles on wine/beer were right on time. The build your own pizza idea is a HUGE hit with our 5 year old. Truly, from the sweet hostesses who greet us, to the great waitstaff we've experienced thus far, to the nice chefs who smile and interact with my son as he watches the pizza making process, the service is fantastic!!!

Bad, Bad and can it get worse. Bad service, no flavor no seasoning,. Run to Papa John's if you want Pizza or 5 guys for a great burger. Sticks and Stones will break yor tummy

First time and it came up short. The Good -- The salad was well made and fresh. Excellent dressing, pre-tossed and the large will feed four. Nice people, excellent server. The Bad... Lets get to the reason I went -- the Pizza.. Ok first the crust is thin, that's fine and what you would except from wood fired pizza. We ordered two pizzas and they just weren't cook quite right. The crust was good, the top was cooked but the bottom was not cooked through. This made the pizza fall apart upon grabbing a slice -- not good. Note to staff, chefs, whoever -- you need to push the pizza further back and rotate it. There is an art to cooking with a wood fired pizza and they haven't gotten down yet. I may try it by myself to give it one more shot because I want to like this place. The pesto pizza is way over done -- too much pesto, not enough sauce - just killed the pizza for me. Hopefully the kinks will be worked out.

I'm having a hard time deciding on 3 or 4 stars for this place. First off, the service was great! Every one of the staff we had an interaction with was kind, helpful, and upbeat. The atmosphere is okay - but it's really, really, really loud in there! The owners need to put in some sort of sound absorbing material, because I literally could not hear the person sitting next to me unless they yelled. And it feels just a bit crowded. There is a small bar area to sit at to eat or while waiting for a table, which is nice because you can watch the staff making the food right there. The food itself is pretty good, though I think they could stand to be more generous with their ingredients. My husband got the three meat pizza (it has an Italian name but I can't remember what it was) and he was lucky to get one piece of each meat on each slice of pizza. I've been to similar Neapolitan pizza joints and realize that sparse is sort of the style, but there just wants enough The normal crust is absolutely delicious, as is the tomato sauce. But my husband, being gluten intolerant, got their gluten free crust and it was not nearly as good as some other places that we've been. All in all, the food is pretty good (if you're not gluten intolerant) and it's a fun date night, but don't expect to fill up here or have much of a conversation while eating

Growing up eating real Italian pizza makes me a little spoiled...however, this pizza makes me wish I could eat it everyday! It's the closest thing to NY style pizza, in a 2 hour radius. You can't go wrong with the caprese, margherita pie, and their homemade mascarpone parfait. Definitely our go to place for pizza!

I'd rather eat Pizza Hut, which is saying a lot because I hate Pizza Hut. There are better wood fired places in Tri-Cities. I've been here twice, once over a year ago, and had to give this place a second chance. The crust would be perfect as it's light and not overdone. It looks great before you pick it up, and when you do, get a fork. Toppings fall off and the crust goes limp. I'd be more explicit with that description but to be tactful I'll just say it's not good. Not even ok. The flavors are pretty bland. Service has been up and down. A few people are great, a few people here were bad. They should fire the people behind the bar because they really drag the place down and don't give a crap if you are sitting there and need anything. Oh....and it's ridiculously expensive for what you get.

  • Tim N.

I've eaten here four or five times now and the pizza is tremendous! Their lunch special is way under priced (I hope they don't read this). The half salad and pizzetta for $10 is a steal! If you want a Neapolitan pizza then get your butt down here. I've tried a different pizza each time and have yet to be disappointed. I have a favorite - of course - but every one I've tried has been delicious. I will ABSOLUTELY be back!

  • Angie S.

Finally, a really great pizza place! Came here based off Yelp review, and Sticks & Stones did not disappoint! We started off with the Bruschetta appetizer and it was so good! Generous shredded Parmesan cheese, then drizzled with a balsamic reduction - it was the perfection. The four of us all ordered different pizza's. You could smell the bacon cooking, from the wood fired oven... it was just super delicious! The gluten free crust was way better than Rock Fired Pizza (which theirs was gross and tasted of fish...yuk). I ordered the gluten free Margaretha with fresh tomato on top. I would have taken a picture, but I snarfed it down to quickly - it was THAT good!!! We can't wait to come back again. So many choices.. Oh, and my husband also ordered the High 5 Hefe, and he's usually not a light weight - but the beer was really good. In fact, after one glass (I couldn't believe it), he asked if I could drive home. LOL! Really great service! The interiors are fun, with this rustic industrial vibe. Love it!

What an amazing place doing fusion pizzas in the Tri-Cities area. The crusts are perfectly wood fired and often served with sea salt on top. The ingredients were fresh and service fantastic. We had a four year old with us and children can make their own pizzas. She is a picky eater, but thrilled with the whole experience and loved the pizza. The rest of the party split the American Dream and the BBQ Pignic. They were both exquisite. The American Dream was very flavorful but we had to leave off ingredients for the picky. The BBQ Pignic was a party in your mouth. The BBQ sauce and vinaigrette for the slaw topping married perfectly. Highly recommend! Good beer selection. We were too full to try dessert, but they sounded sinful. We will absolutely be back!

Great vegetarian options. (Try the vodka pizza) The baked apple cider is local, unique and amazing.

They continue to serve great pizza. From 11-3 you can get the lunch special, you will leave full

  • Chris R.

Have not found a better pizza place in the Tri-Cities (yet). Fire is great but not as awesome as this place. The beer selection is amazing. The pizza was delicious and fresh. True Artisan pizza. I has the "Pig" and the wife had the chicken pesto. She was very happy. Crisp and delicious salads as well. I will definitely be back!

  • Jenny P.

Pizza was tasty but perhaps a bit over priced. A simple pepperoni pizza and a drink ran about $15 and that was just for one person! I'm not sure I could justify spending that kind of money to feed the entire family. The service was averagely friendly. I could see going back perhaps with my husband but I don't think my kids would appreciate this type of pizza.

I am delighted to update my outdated review of when this establishment first opened. The main complaint then was the NOISE. Well, the owner actually listened to the suggestion to cure this ailment. Also, the original menu was impossible to read. Well, he fixed that too! Now THAT is customer service, an oft lost art in the U.S. anymore. I cannot say the same is offered by many other restaurants today. These guys CARE! The pizza is even more amazing than in its early days. They have a well-trained crew that gets it spot on every time now. And now that there is Monday night TRIVIA, well the possibilities in the 'Hood just broadened. Now that the weather is warming up, albeit a bit early this year, I will again be enjoying outdoor seataing.

Great lunch special and fun experience for the kids. They get to make their own pizza. The pizzas are specialty pizzas and have great taste.

  • Gary S.

Pizza was great and service was great. Able to get in and out for lunch quickly... The pizza is not traditional American, so don't expect Pizza Hut or Round Table. Do expect authentic Italian

  • Braden S.

One of my favorite places around. Always has some great beers on tap (and happy hour all day on Mondays!). The owner, Michael, is super nice too. Can't beat a summer evening in the tri cities with their awesome pizza and a beer on the patio!

    (5)
  • Justin H.

This is a nice place to go on a warm evening. The atmosphere on the patio is very relaxing with good views of tall hill covered landscape. Overall the ingredients are fresh. They have a unique beer selection. The Pizza is above average. The appetizers have an artisan feel. It is not the best place to go if you are in a super hurry or on a budget. Overall I have enjoyed my visits here. Update: I bump this place up to 5 stars. They had great service and fairly quick service. The Sunday Brunch Pizza was amazing. They were so nice and accommodating by leaving some ingredients off, but bringing them on the side. The white bean hummus is so delicious . Keep up the great work. I recommend the white bean hummus and Sunday Brunch pizza.

Really a great unique atmosphere. The pizza is awesome, several great salads and the beer is cold. I have eaten there 4-6 times and have never been sorry I did.

Loved seeing this place and was excited to try it - it's nice to find non-chain establishments, as that's what we usually prefer. My husband and I came in for lunch on a Saturday, and it was pretty empty, so we were seated right away. We split a Caesar salad and a Quatro Formaggi pizza, and were happily full afterward. The pizza was nice and crisp in the Neapolitan style (with a nice salted rim!); I think they could have been more generous with the toppings, although whole cloves of roasted garlic are always an A+ in my book. Service was a little distant, like they weren't really interested in being there, although one of the servers was nicer and more friendly than the other. I want to love this place, but we weren't blown away. Happy hour looks pretty good, though, and we'll prolly give it another shot.

good real Napolitan Pizza. Those who are complaining about the size or the fact that it is so thin ... go to Pizza Hut and get your XXXXL super loaded crust stuffed 3" thick pizza and you will be satisfied !! They also serve 3 or 4 No Li beers on tap !! Support local businesses !!

  • Brett B.

We decided to give stick and stone a second chance. Not because of the owners offer (thank you for the offer Michael) but because we believe that everyone has "off days" Soooooo glad we came back to try again! We had the same server as before, and she was great. Food was excellent. Ticket times were perfect. Totally different experience. We will be back again!!

Expertly executed. Food was great, and the atmosphere was very well aligned with the high quality of the product. Would definitely visit again!

Service was very good. We had a Pizza called "The Pig". It was very good and easily fed both my wife and I. The ingredients were of high quality and full of flavor. We will be back when in this part of town.

  • Joey D.

Exceptional experience!! Although I have never been to Italy, I was informed many of their ingredients were from there; I've never wanted to travel more! Great service and pizza; the best part no processed ingredients, no stomach ache, no desire to buy a coffin and put yourself in it.

  • Donald N.

Incredibly dismal meatballs . Gave them feedback a few months ago. No change at all. They are clearly not focused on customer feedback. Tasted like ground beef w chopped onions in a chunky tomato base overpowered by red pepper flakes. This place just got off my list of places to eat.

Love Stick & Stone! Their pizza is delicious and so is everything else. I would give 5 stars, but there have been some inconsistencies over the times we've been there. Overall it is a family favorite!

Best pizza place in town hands down! The bruschetta and Caesar are to die for! As for pizza, the patata is my go to but they are all delicious.

  • Nichole J.

In the two hours my family and I were here, we never saw a single staff member standing around. They were constantly busy, greeting customers, helping each other, and clearing tables. The bar selection is excellent, the menu selection superb. JJ, our server, was so awesome!! He kept checking in on us, even though it was very apparent he was super busy. The owner was so friendly, I didn't even realize he was the owner! He was just as busy as the rest of his staff. The bruschetta starter was the best I've ever had. I loved the gluten free options! There's so much more I could write about this place....but, I really want to get back to my Quattro Formaggi!!

Happy hour is great with a glass of wine each, a small pizza each and we shared a large arugula salad it came out to 20$ a person with tip! I really love their pizza dough - very light and tasty

  • John D.

The pizza is great and a unique addition to the Tri-Cities. Don't expect a plethora of sauce and cheese as the Neopolitan pizza is a specific style that is very different from your typical Pizza Hut offering. I find myself here frequently for lunch as they have a great special that includes a half salad and downsized pizza, fills me up every time. The great service and staff top it off to make this place a great restaurant that you won't regret visiting.

If I could give this place a .5 star I would. First time there, I asked the girl about the build it yourself pizza. I was told by the girl that they were all $10 bucks w as many toppings thought oh Sweet! My pizza came to $18 they charge per topping. When I told the girl she giggled and said I'm sorry I didn't know, shrugged and walked off. When my bill came it was the same. Had I know it was per topping I would have ordered something else. The customer service seemed to me to be very lacking. They seem to lack works w customer service skills. Alright paid for my pizza fine. Went home and this is what my pizza looks like?!

  • William W.

The food was rockin and the German Chocolate Beer was basically liquid alcoholic cake! If that's not enough the pizza was so good I started stuffing it down my throat like I hadn't eaten for days. Definitely go here and eat the food!!!

It was a Friday evening and we wanted to find somewhere good to eat for date night. Via Yelp, I found Stick+Stone; not only were they open for another hour and a half, but they weren't too far from the house, either. Pulling up, we could see that it wasn't too busy. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, though, we knew the direction our dinner was going to take. The host, sloppily dressed in a tshirt and baggy pants, approached us and asked, "Two?" Replying "yes!" with a big smile on my face, he then said, "I guess we can get you in". Puzzled, because according to Yelp they were open till 10p and there was still more than an hour to go till that time, I inquired. The host then informed me that, if they don't feel they're busy enough, they will close early. I was then left thinking why, even if this is their policy, he would have made the comment he did to make us feel unwelcome? Sitting down and perusing the menu, I decided to get the marinara pizza and my companion decided to get the BLT with tomato soup. We went ahead and ordered, but were told that "we probably don't have any tomato soup-- I'll bet they took it off already" (again, more than one hour before close on a Friday!) "If we don't have any, what do you want?" Mixed greens salad was the answer. Almost 20 minutes went by, and no soup or salad was to be found, or even a simple indication of which, indeed, we would be getting. As our meals arrived, so did a plain looking salad with a 1/4 cup of olive oil and about a drop of vinegar on the side. Major disappointment! My pizza tasted good, save for the garlic that (listed on the menu) was not there along with the paltry amount of marinara sauce. I have had marinara pizzas before, and the sauce is always incredibly generous -- here, I could barely taste the marinara as the dough was only slightly pinkened by it. Just enough was put on so as to absorb into the crust... My beau's BLT was covered in salami, but alas, had no actual bacon on it. Weird. And that salad; I just won't even go there. We had high hopes for Stick+Stone, but unfortunately the food was subpar - possibly related to the thick apathy - and the service was terrible. Indeed, that laid back, "I don't give a crap" host never even checked on us during our meal to see how things were or if we needed anything, such as garlic, marinara sauce, or bacon. We won't be returning.

I have been here twice now, but still have not been able to fall in love with the place. They have a great looking menu with desirable options, but the taste and quality has just been so-so. I had the equivalent of a meat lovers, I don't recall the specific name, pig something i think. I think my issue lies with the crust. I realize it is wood fired pizza but there just seems to be an overwhelming burnt flavor that takes away from the toppings. I love thin crust but i still like it to be a bit crisp. The central area of the crust is so moist and limp that everything falls off if you pick it up and its sort of a wet noodle to eat. I wouldn't avoid the place by any means, but I don't wake up craving it either.

When I go out to eat, I tend to look for value. I don't just want quality, but also quantity. When I order a pizza for two, and buy two pops and, after leaving a tip, I have spent $24...well...I should not be hungry afterwards. But I was still starving. Part of it was that it took a while for the pizza to get to me (about 30 minutes). Here is the deal, I am by no means the type to overeat, but after those three little slices, I hit McDonalds. I was still that hungry. My son liked it though, and at 11 years old he enjoyed his 3 meager pieces. [QUICK UPDATE] I hadn't read the reviews when I initially wrote my review. I see the same theme among negative reviews: doesn't fill you up and you wait a while for your food. Sums it up in a sentence.

Absolutely love the environment here! The hostess and waiter was completely awesome. The food was so delicious. Also they have TV so my husband was very happy to be able to watch the Mariners game while we drank some great local wine and some wood fire pizza!

"Best pizza I have had on the west coast." That's what my fiancé said. And we're actually looking for Stick & Stone to cater our wedding. It was that good. I had the BBQ Pignic without any pig and it blew my mind. My fiancé had the Lasange pizza and it clearly blew her mind. Looking forward to my wedding...

I have heard about and been interested in this place for quite some time and finally had the chance to check it out. It was fantastic. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was that our appetizer took some time to arrive and we were only among about 6 other patrons in the entire building at the time. The food was fantastic though. My wife and I shared the white bean hummus appetizer. The hummus and the bread both tasted fresh. Our entree was the Shrimp El Diablo Pizza. The flavors were wonderful. I would have like to see a little bit more shrimp. Also, the dough tended to get gooey by the last couple of slices I think due to the thin sauce. The taste was quite refreshing though. We will definitely go back!

Excellent customer service! My kiddos were so excited to make their own pizzas and the waitresses went out of their way to make it fun for them. The pizza was very flavorful and yummy. When we were ready to check out, the friendliest of all of the employees (possibly the manager?) stopped by our table and said she comped one of the pizzas because our kids were so excited and made things fun. I must add that the restaurant is 40 minutes from our house and we went out of our way for the kiddos and I am very glad we did. We will most definitely return.

We really liked stick and stone. The setting is great. The feel is modern yet warm. The pizza is fantastic. Their ingredients are superior to most places I have been to. The menu is really creative but not overwhelming. One thing that is really cool about Stick and Stone is that they let the kids help make their pizzas. We weren't able to make one fit into out evening there was the s'mores calzone...but some day soon I will be back for that!

True Neapolitan pizza ingredients. Caputo flour and San Marzano tomatoes. Don't expect Pizza Hut thick and belt baked oven pizza. Seems to be done close to genuine. Kids enjoy making their own also.

I love it here! The ingredients are fresh the service is prompt and the atmosphere is industrial... They buy all local from the farmers markets when produce is in harvest... I'll continue to go back :) never been dissatisfied!! Keep up the good work!

I'm so happy to see so many great restaurants opening here lately...and this place is no exception. Excellent quality ingredients, creative and well thought out dishes, and a great beer and wine selection! I was really pleased that they offered half and half options to try out a few pizzas because there were so many we wanted to try. The Patata pizza is so amazing that our picky kids who scoffed at this crazy idea of potato pizza begged us for ours! Service was fantastic, from the door to the table and throughout the meal. We can't wait to go back!

Mighty fine pizza once again! We had two new menu items. Tuscan Chicken and Marma Mia. Fabulous flavor! Ask for the balsamic glaze on the Tuscan Chicken. That pizza is loaded with ingredients and flavor! And it is beautiful to boot! Well done, Stick and Stone!!

This is our new favorite restaurant!! My husband and I have dined in twice and had carryout once and each time we've been impressed. This food is delicious. For everyone complaining about the thinness of the middle of the pizzas or it being soggy, then maybe this isn't the pizza joint for you. It's not a Pizza Hut. It's quality, authentic stuff. Each time my husband and I have gone, we have ordered an appetizer (had the bruschetta once and flatbread with dipping sauces another time) and side salads. Super high quality food and really filling. The pizzas are a little small on their own if you have a big appetite, so I would just recommend getting a side salad with it - which is actually quite a large portion. Service is always excellent if a little slow. Atmosphere is hip and, again, I can't say enough about the quality of this food - and I can be quite critical. Check it out with an open mind and explore it a little more in addition to the pizza. I'm so glad this place is around and I hope it does really well here.

Garbage, tasteless, Paper Thin, Flavorless, Pizza Words that Describe the food here. Excellent, Helpful, Nice, Friendly, Professional Words that Describe the Staff. Our service was great if you haven't noticed. Aaron was great. Swift with drinks, very friendly and was quick on refills. The pizza was exactly how Aaron described it. Paper thin in the middle and the dough at the edges was chewy. I should have stopped here. After getting our two $16.00 pizzas I could not believe how badly I was ripped off. Hardly any toppings and my Lasagna has 3 balls of meat on it. There wasn't much cheese either. The sauce was spread so thin it was hardly there. My Wife's pizza was horrible too. She had 2 pieces and couldn't stomach it. I forgot what it was though. I wanted so badly to like this place, but I came with an Appetite and Stick and Stone did not deliver. We went and got a pizza at pizza hut. At least their $16 pizza can satisfy two grown adult appetites. It may not be a fancy Neapolitan pizza or Authentic Italian but as far as I'm concerned it's a million times better. The atmosphere and service were amazing. But the Pizza was crap. Had it been at least ok I May have come back to try a sandwich or salad.

This just may be the best pizza I've ever had. The wood fired crust is delicious. The kids loved being able to assemble their own pizzas.

It's a little loud. Should invest in some acoustic ceiling tiles. Great beer. Yummy tomato bisque soup. Great pizzas. Awesome service.

Went here with a friend and had the Pretty Marma and it was fantastic!!! Beer was flat but our lovely server and bar staff was happy with letting us choose another beer! Will definitely go back! This place has a Big City vibe inside! Totally love it!

The service was good. The server was knowledgeable and friendly. We got the bruschetta for an appetizer and it was good. Our problem was the pizza. They were so small and pricey! When I say small I mean in diameter and thickness. They took thin crust pizza to an extreme. We had a large group and all ordered different pizzas... We could barely tell them apart! They all tasted the same and had the same ingredients. My niece got a kids pizza and again the portion is so small. The nice thing is they get to put them together themselves before they put them in the oven. My niece got the ham and it literally came with 2 pieces to put on it. All the adults were laughing because it looked comical. Overall, to much money for not enough food and not enough flavor. We won't be back.

I've been here three times now and continue to be pleased! The food is great and I've detailed my reviews below: For Appetizers, I've tried the flatbread that comes with three dipping sauces (yum, love the sauces), the meatballs (good size and flavor, not dry), and the bruschetta (comes drizzled with a balsamic reduction that I want bottled!) For Pizzas I've tried the Margherita (very safe choice, fresh and tasty), Lasagna (a fun twist for a pizza, also on the HH menu), Tre Carne (obviously for the meat lovers), Cappricciosa (I'm not an artichoke fan, but my husband loved it), A la vodka (creamy and simple), and Patata (probably my favorite, it reminds me of a pizza from Serious Pie in Seattle). For Dessert, I've only had the S'more flatbread and it was gooey, messy, but sinfully delicious! It's quite large, so easily shared between two, three or four people. The dinner pizzas are a good amount for two people, or one with leftovers. Even the happy hour pizzettes combined with an appetizer or two are a good size to share. Happy Hour includes a couple of appetizers, beer and wine specials, and about four pizzettes (8" versions). We will definitely be returning. Of all of the new wood fired pizza places that have popped up locally, this one is our favorite :) Thanks so much.

Love this place. Pizza, a salad & a glass of beer. Don't expect the Pizza Hut style pizza. Everything is fresh and well made.

Expensive beer and food, but since the TriCities is lacking in quality and fresh restaurants, Stick can stick it to you for providing hipster pizza and $6 beers.

After trying it again for lunch and once again receiving great service and food, and the nice response to my review from the manager, I have to take them back to 5 stars. They in no way are really a 2-star, and I'll just have to set aside lunches on my days off to enjoy some Stick+Stone! Definitely worth the compromise. You gota try this place out.

Really wanted to like this place, as I love having new options come to the Tri-Cities, but it wasn't a good experience and we won't be back. We came on a Sunday afternoon, there were probably 3 other tables, apart from us, but it took 40 minutes to get out lunch pizzas. After waiting 30 minutes, our server brought our lunch side salads over to us and said "they're refiring your pizzas right now" and walked away. Wait, they're what? And why? I don't know what happened the first time, like I said, it was not crowed at the time or anything and was never given a full explanation. The salads were very good, or perhaps I was just so hungry by the time we got any food that bark would have been tasty by that time. The pizzas, when we finally got them, left a lot to be desired. As a previous review stated, for some reason the crust on the small/lunch-portion pizza has a huge crust/edge, while the middle is so thin, the toppings slid right off because it went completely limp as I picking it up. So, the crust was good, but the middle tasted doughy/undercooked, not at all worth the wait. I really like this style of pizza, but Fire does a much better job, with much better service. Will make the drive across town the next time I have a craving.

The ambience was good but eating their pizza was like having sauce and cheese on a soggy paper plate. We had to roll up our slices to eat it. I'm not sure what style they're after but I'm not a fan. Definitely won't go back if I can help it. Maybe their non pizza items are better?

Waited 20 min to place an order !! After that 60 min to get the food! Really!? Two soups and kids pizza!! I kept asking but apparently didn't matter! Terrible! So if you have " an extra " time you should "stop by " :(

When the Stick+Stone sign went up on Duportail, I thought "not another pizza joint". But they have proven themselves. My family and i have been there a few times now for dinner and have been very impressed each time. The service is great, the menu has a lot of great items on it, and the price is fair. My favorite is the Patata pizza and the Caprese salad. It can get quite loud when they are busy, but the quality of the food and service is worth it! Great work guys. Keep it up!

Tried this place out for the first time today. First of all, we came 7 minutes after they opened. We were the second people there. It took 49 minutes, from the time we were seated, to get our food. That, to me, is unacceptable. After about 35 minutes of waiting (did I mention we brought our 4 small, hungry children with us?), the waiter nonchalantly told us they were waiting for the oven to heat up, and then just walked away. Um. Couldn't someone get there early so they could do that BEFORE customers showed up wanting to eat? I don't even know how people can go there during work lunch breaks. When the food finally came, my husband and I both were shocked at how tiny the pizza was for $16. My husband could finish one slice in 2 bites, if that gives you any idea on how tiny the slices are. Not one time did anyone come up to see how we were doing, nor was there a single apology for having us wait so long for our food. So, no points on customer service. As far as the pizza goes, the crust tasted good.

The food is great and the staff is even better, they are extremely helpful and super cool. The place is casual and laid back. We went for valentines day dinner, it was loud and busy but we still enjoyed the atmosphere. Sat at the bar and watched the guys make the pizzas and ingredients and flying dough. Can't wait to go back! I do however think they should do something different with the menus rather then just a piece of paper :)

This is a great place for that style of pizza....its legit. It's when you want a nice napoli pizza..not an american pizza. If you want to gorge yourself on cheese, garlic butter, and all the toppings in the world, (which I will say is TOTALLY fine) then this is not that place. This is classy pizza. Also, they have fantastic beer and desert menu. Enjoy this place for a great date! They miss that fifth star because my butt was SO SORE after sitting there in the super uncomfy yet functional chairs. *It's cushion time* oh..and i remember it being really loud...thinking its the high ceilings...idk

I really want to like this place more, but it falls a little short. Decent food, but when you have such a limited menu you should really excel with every dish. The homemade meatballs are amazing, but everything else is just "okay." Service isn't terrible, but it definitely could use some improvement. I'll return if someone I am dining with really wants to go, but it won't be my choice.

I love everything the serve! Their pizza is by far my favorite in the Tri Cities. They have so many delicious drinks on tap too! ONLY gripe: worlds worst chairs to sit in. Absolutely uncomfortable...should be illegal. But I can get over it when the pizza is so damn good!

Incredible food made just the way we like it. The pizza and panini'a were great and the salads are the best in the Tri-City area. Portions are more than adequate (they encourage doggie bags) and the staff were amazingly helpful and prompt. Outside seating was just a perfect mix if shade and sun, quiet and good service.

Great location, beautiful restaurant, and mostly good staff - this place has a lot of potential. Let's start with the good parts of our experience tonight... Good The summer menu and prices, but unfortunately, we discovered this menu too late. The dessert we got (s'mores calzone) was AMAZING, as was the flatbread appetizer. Our son loved his kids meal pizza too, clearing his entire plate (impressive for a 2 year old). Bad I'll start at the beginning here. The menu on the table was confusing, and full of words and acronyms that I had to google in order to understand what I was ordering. The online menu is very clear, I'm not sure why they don't use that in the restaurant? As for selection, adding another child option would be a great enhancement (maybe a grilled cheese since they offer other sandwiches). A $6 pizza with one topping just isn't enough variety for children. Another easy thing to improve is the kids cup. It could not have leaked more water, the lid was totally useless. As for the food/service... our server was incredibly nice, but disappeared for awhile after we pre-ordered the kids pizza. About 15 minutes later, we ordered our appetizers and pizza. Shortly after that, the male host (maybe manager judging by his attire), brought the raw child pizza to the table for our toddler to decorate. We were shocked, as the menu wasn't clear about this process. Had we known, we would have bypassed it since our son is just too young for this (and we REALLY wanted his food early since he's a little monster). We think it's a cool option, but it was not well presented, and the host/manager didn't help us at all (a "we'll be back to pick this up and cook it for you" would have been nice). At the same time we got the cooked pizza back, we also got the appetizers. Like I said, flatbread was amazing (especially the white/yellow sauce, sooo good). The meatballs, however, were lacking. They tasted like dry taco meat, topped with salsa-like marinara. My husband happens to love tacos, but I was expecting so much more. And then the pizza. We ordered fungi pizza, and added sausage (for an additional $3, I was not impressed with the sausage crumbles that were lightly sprinkled on top). When we picked up a slice, all of the ingredients slid off the front of the pizza. I'm not sure if there was too much sauce on ours, as the mustard taste was overwhelming. It should probably be called a Dijon pizza, that's the only ingredient we could taste. We boxed it up and ordered dessert instead. The wait time for our dessert was insaaaane. The waitress apologized, and said the oven was backed up. And fortunately, the dessert was so delicious that it was worth the wait, but I'd recommend preordering dessert if you don't want to sit and twirl your thumbs for 20 minutes. Summary All in all, we will likely go back, since we found some items we loved, but we will never order the fungi pizza or meatballs again. Will definitely be more strategic with our ordering next time too, so that we're not having to wait while trying to entertain our kiddo.

Fantastic! Had the Salumi Plate, Vegetale Plate, the Insalate Romano, A La Vodka and Tre Carne - all excellent. The salami in the Salumi Plate was truly unbelievable, and the salad was good even to this non-salad-fan. Both pizzas were incredible - preferred the Vodka but can't go wrong with either. And now got some great leftovers!

Wow! excellent atmosphere, service with a smile and the mushroom soup was seriously the best soup I've ever had...Gourmet! Also tried the Lasagna Pizza which was very good! Ordered the lunch special. Took almost an hour to get it. Didn't have an hour. At 40 minutes I informed them if it wasn't going to be ready soon I needed to leave. They said it would be right up. Took an additional 10 minutes to get it and put it it the boxes pay and leave. Flies were all over making it an unpleasant wait. Don't recommend going there for lunch unless you have an hour and a half to waste. They were not busy. Didn't realize it was that kind of a place.

If I based my review off of my first two times at this place, they'd have five stars for sure. Best salads I've had in the Tri-Cities, great soup, pizza hot and fresh and right on the mark, friendly service. My one and only complaint would've been the very uncomfortable chairs. However, with our last visit, we came in at lunchtime and had nothing but one disappointment after another: Incredibly slow, inattentive service. A family that was seated 10 minutes after us received their food 15 minutes before we did. Our pizzas and soup were delivered to the table nearly cold, as if they had been sitting around and forgotten for a long while. My margherita pizza was not only cold, it was also very soggy on the bottom, and had only three (seriously, only three) tiny shreds of basil on top. If the service hadn't taken so long and if my husband and I weren't on a strict time limit due to being on our lunch breaks, we would've sent our food back. I don't doubt that our food would've been corrected. But we also shouldn't have to factor in "time for fixing cold, soggy food" into choosing where to go for lunch. It'll be a while before my husband and I chance meeting for lunch here again. It's a shame -- I loved this place so much the first couple of times we were here, but the soggy pizza was so gross to me that I can't even stomach the thoughts of pizza now ):

Pizza is good. The beer selection is pretty good. However, they advertise that Mondays are all day happy hour, and beer on tap is 50% off. In reality, they have an unspoken policy that that does not apply to pitchers of beer. When our bill came, and we saw that that the pitcher was full price, the manager explained to us that although the advertisement said 50% beer on tap, it was not their policy to apply that to pitcher beer. He did not give us the discount, and he is a prick. Therefore, one star.

This pizza is addictive! The bread is delicious by itself; then when the finest cheeses, savory meats, and the tastiest sauces are added this wood fired pizza becomes a thing of beauty! There is nothing like it in Tri-Cities. You will be amazed!

I, too, thought the interior is stark and noisy. Why on earth do restaurants think we want to eat a meal in a room where every little voice (ahem, kids) is amplified? Does no one consider sound absorbing furnishings anymore? The chairs could certainly compete with airline seats for comfort. Cold metal, very narrow, probably a good fit for a 100 lb person, assuming they're at least 5 foot tall. Had the chicken pollosso (sp) pizza. The sauce was spicy in spite of us leaving the red chili flakes off. I could not find a hint of the taste of garlic though. I would have welcomed a bit more chicken. I don't think that the chicken on it would have made a single small serving (1/2 breast) for a person. That being said, the crust was excellent. I think they need to tweak the ingredients and/or pricing a bit though. I would call this a moderately high-priced pizza place. It's definitely a big step up from the national chain pizza places.

Went back with my mom the other day and the service and food was amazing. My mom doesn't like trying new things but she had the lasagna pizza and was in love with it. I tried the margahrita and it was literally the best I have ever had. Love this place, its become one of my hot spots!

I've been wanting to give this place a try since it open. Even though the pizza was just okay. The outdoor seating was nice with a view of badger mountain, and the service was good. Because of the service and the atmosphere I am willing to give them a second chance to redeem themselves. But my suggestion would be to add coffee and tea options to your menu. Being that this is Washington and our love affair with coffee u have to serve coffee. First place I've ever gone that didn't. I understand it's a pizza place, but Fire offers French pressed coffee and they sell a lot of it.

I have been to Stick and Stone several times, but I was very disappointed with my last visit!!! I ordered my FAVORITE caesar salad in town, but it was completely let down!!! First of all, it was $2.00 more which is a bit steep for a salad without protein and instead of using roman lettuce it was a mix of roman and iceberg!! I have never seen a caesar salad with cheap iceberg lettuce, however, the salad was tasteless!! I asked for a side of dressing to see if that was the reason but it wasnt!! The dressing tasted like mayonaise!! I also ordered the tomato soup which is usually really great but it was not up to its normal standard!! It looked and tasted like someone dumped the bottle of ground black pepper into one our bowl!!! I qas super disappointed by this visit!!! Sad to say I wont be coming back anytime soon!!

So gross. We went in on a Friday night and our waiter pretty much ignored us and his pants were almost hanging below his butt. They don't have any house salads (yes I know it's Italian but this is also America) so no ranch. They only have one size of pizza (a little pricey) Except for the happy hour pizza which is an 8inch pepperoni pizza that had about four pieces of pepperoni and almost made me throw up by the smell. When we left we decided to fill out a review card because we wanted to let then know how our experience was and as soon as we walked out I saw our waiter throw the card into the garbage. Also, pictures they have on their website they no longer carry. Half the things I wanted to try the no longer had. Major disappointment.

If you're in to mood for something a little nicer than your standard pie, you won't be disappointed! Extremely friendly waitstaff who was willing to bend over backwards to make sure our meal was to our liking. We even got a visit from the shift manager looking for feedback on everything from the food to the atmosphere. Delicious menu items all around and exceptional dessert options (compliments to the chef) will make this a difficult place to pass up in the future!

I found the pizza here ok at best. Being that it cost me $17 for a medium sized pizza with relatively few toppings I consider it a poor choice as far as value. The low rating I give comes from the service. When you are a server that can't have fun or connect with a customer at all when they are the only customer in the restaurant that provides for a poor experience. The waiter didn't stop by from the time our pizza was dropped off until 45 minutes later when he brought the check. If I enjoyed the pizza I would consider going back just in case the waiter was having an off day but I did not enjoy it, therefore I will not go back.

The service is good and the people are nice. But the pizza not do much. I dont know what people see in this place. The food I had was horrid. Soggy pizza with gamey smelling sausage. I want so much to like this place. The prices are a little high too.

I would definitely recommend Stick + Stone over Fire (a similar restaurant in Kennewick). The pizza is delicious, the service is great (and fast!), and you simply won't find a better dessert in town than the S'morez calzone. Don't eat here without trying it!

    (5)
  • DanandShelley T.

Another case where I wish half stars were an option! I would give Stick and Stone 2.5 stars...the reason for three is that there is nothing really wrong with the food or service but my GOSH this place is overpriced. Fire in Kennewick is on par with Stick and Stone but a much better value. My 8 year old daughter and I split a pepperoni pizza, which was listed on the bill as a margherita pizza with pepperoni as an add on thereby adding up to fifteen dollars. My husband's twelve dollar meatball sandwich was tasty but kind of a joke as there were three tiny meatballs on a roll and he left feeling a bit hungry. I don't mind paying a bit extra for good quality meals but this was just a bit much.

Service was excellent and very cool environment, but cant say the same for the food. The pizza crest is too thin and cant support the weight of the few ingredients that comes on it.

Stick + Stone was amazing! I can't wait to go back! The atmosphere and environment is edgy, yet inviting, and the food is incredible. It's not loud in there and it's great for two or the whole family. The pizza is unique and it offers something deliciously different to the Tri-Cities. The pizza is filling and they have a great variety of different choices! Simply put, it's a restaurant that brings culture and authentic good food to the TC! My vote for best pizza in the Tri-Cities.

My entire family (5 of us including me) decided to come here on a Sunday at around 2:15 because it was new and they had pesto pizza and sandwich so we were excited. We got seated and ordered our drinks. I got an iced tea. The waitress came back and asked us if we wanted to order. We decided to order an appetizer and we chose the sausage and tomato flat bread. Didn't take that long for it to come out and it was small. I mean, it looked like a personal pizza for a child cut in thirds. Okay? It was okay. Great crust thanks to the fire wood oven. The waitress came back and we decided to order. I ordered a tre carni pizza, my brother and sister both got a pesto sandwich. My father ordered a shrimp diablo pizza and my mother ordered the pesto pizza custom made. She replaced the goat cheese with mozzarella and wanted no garlic. She also asked if she could get the tomato soup and if they could bring that out before the meal. My father asked for a caeser salad also to be brought out before. We noticed the waitress wasn't writing any of our order down. We asked if she could remember it all and she said she could remember and showed off her skills by reciting our orders. She brought out the Caesar salad first but she FORGOT the soup, what are the odds? The Caesar salad was okay. Nothing special. Then the food came out pretty quick. The tre carni pizza was really good. I am not a fan of sausage but this sausage was good. I finished it. Now we were disappointed that the pesto sandwich was cold. The bread was toasted but not warm. The chicken was cold on both. We have had chicken pesto sandwiches before all toasted and warm and delicious. This was a big disappointment to find it cold. This could be how they do it but not something we like personally. The custom chicken pesto pizza was correct and my mother enjoyed it very much so. My dad was disappointed in his pizza because it wasn't spicy at all. But he ate it all. My brother ended up ordering pizza which he liked. The waitress still forgot the soup and didn't bring it until my father and I brought it up. My father ended up ordering another chicken pesto pizza but with everything. He enjoyed it. The service itself was bad. Besides the fact she forgot the soup even after we asked if she would forget, she later forgot to bring extra napkins for us. We had to ask for refills twice and she didn't even apologize for the soup. Overall the pizza were delicious. The firewood oven creates a great crust. My mother enjoyed her soup as well even though she got it after she was nearly done with her pizza. Disappointed in the COLD chicken pesto sandwiches. The service was pretty bad. It could also be that the owner/managers weren't there since it was a Sunday but that's not a valid excuse. I wouldn't say I would come here again. If I really want firewood oven pizza I'll go to 'Fire' in Kennewick.

My daughter and I had dinner here on a Saturday night 2/21/14 about 630pm. There was a pretty good size waiting, however, we got seat within 10-15 minutes. My daughter commented how noisy the restaurant was during our wait. We have the bruschetta and ordered a special pizza with just pepperoni and cheese, and both of these items were excellent. The server was much better this visit, except for forgetting to put our to go Tre Carni pizza order in. I noticed the pizza was also not cut when I opened it later.

Read all the previous reviews, considered whether to chance it, and then went there for dinner late last Thursday afternoon. Hostess and server were friendly and courteous; the server took good care of us, keeping our beverage glasses filled, checking with us on our needs, and removing used dishes. When we arrived I informed her I'd read all of the reviews and here was her chance to shine. Well, she deserved a 9 out of 10, because, like others reported, she forgot to bring the extra napkins I requested. We ordered an "Insalata Mista" to share (it was a huge bowl of fresh, cold greens covered with a MAGNIFICENT vinaigrette dressing) and a "Lasagna" and a "Fungi" pizzette. We were surprised at the lack of flavor in both pizzas, and particularly at the lack of salt in the Fungi pizzette. Also, the dough was pretty chewey rather than crispy. I did a little Internet research on "true Neopolitan pizza" and here's what I learned: According to the rules proposed by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, a non-profit Association founded in Naples in 1984 by the oldest and well known Neapolitan pizzaioli, the genuine Neapolitan pizza dough consists of wheat flour (type 0 or 00, or a mixture of both), natural Neapolitan yeast or brewer's yeast, sea salt and water. For proper results, medium strength flour with medium protein content (as used for bread-making rather than cakes) must be used. The dough must be kneaded by hand or with a low-speed mixer. After the rising process, the dough must be formed by hand without the help of a rolling pin or other machine, and may be no more than 3 millimeters (0.12 inches) thick. The pizza must be baked for 60-90 seconds in a 905 °F (485 °C) stone oven with an oak-wood fire. When cooked, it should be crispy, tender and fragrant. I don't know how Stick & Stone makes its dough or how long it cooks in their oven, but it certainly didn't meet the three "cooked" criteria - crispy, tender, fragrant. I doubt we'll go again, just not our style of pizza. And the somewhat uncooked and chewey dough turned us off. Almost asked the server for a saw to cut it!

Ok they have only been open one week but while waiting for a table at the bar we had a couple of 4oz very small glasses of wine @$9 a piece. Saw several pizza get sent back under cooked. While we changed our mind and left as the food didn't look very good and we really didn't like the cheap furniture and the menu was printed very hard to read with the color scheme used. No decor or sound dampening items made it very noisy. I probably would never go back for a dinner and maybe for a lunch.

The pizza is Neapolitan...so don't expect to get a deep dish Pizza Hut piece of crap. Traditionally it is thin, and we as Americans should start eating less anyways for gods sakes. Anyways, the ingredients are super fresh, they use only the best tomato product - San Marzano - for the sauce, and oh boy the pizzas taste good! The dough at the crust is a bit thicker than it should be this preventing the pizza from cooking properly I think. But, when we let the waitress know we were at odds with the crust the manager offered to make us another one! Whoopee, free pizza leftovers! So, on that note, the service was exceptional, pretty much all around and from all staff involved. Friendly and not overbearing. Finally, the prices are decent. Stick and stone is a 5 star restaurant compared to others in the Tricities but only 4 on yelp because I'm from San Diego and know that it could be better. Meanwhile, thank you lord for having another decent restaurant open in Richland!

Our server JJ recommended the Honey Badger and a beer (name I have since forgot) that went well with it and nailed it. My family had never been to this restaurant before so he asked what type of stuff we liked and then gave us some recommendations that were spot on. There was live music inside and the patio outside was very nice. Great experience. We will be back next time we are in town.

Great vegetarian options. (Try the vodka pizza) The baked apple cider is local, unique and amazing.

Pizza was great and service was great. Able to get in and out for lunch quickly... The pizza is not traditional American, so don't expect Pizza Hut or Round Table. Do expect authentic Italian

One of my favorite places around. Always has some great beers on tap (and happy hour all day on Mondays!). The owner, Michael, is super nice too. Can't beat a summer evening in the tri cities with their awesome pizza and a beer on the patio!

Exceptional experience!! Although I have never been to Italy, I was informed many of their ingredients were from there; I've never wanted to travel more! Great service and pizza; the best part no processed ingredients, no stomach ache, no desire to buy a coffin and put yourself in it.

  • Ed Y.

Service was very good. We had a Pizza called "The Pig". It was very good and easily fed both my wife and I. The ingredients were of high quality and full of flavor. We will be back when in this part of town.

Best pizza place in town hands down! The bruschetta and Caesar are to die for! As for pizza, the patata is my go to but they are all delicious.

    (5)
  • William W.

The food was rockin and the German Chocolate Beer was basically liquid alcoholic cake! If that's not enough the pizza was so good I started stuffing it down my throat like I hadn't eaten for days. Definitely go here and eat the food!!!

    (5)
  • Joe D.

Absolutely love the environment here! The hostess and waiter was completely awesome. The food was so delicious. Also they have TV so my husband was very happy to be able to watch the Mariners game while we drank some great local wine and some wood fire pizza!

Went here with a friend and had the Pretty Marma and it was fantastic!!! Beer was flat but our lovely server and bar staff was happy with letting us choose another beer! Will definitely go back! This place has a Big City vibe inside! Totally love it!

  • Kate K.

Expensive beer and food, but since the TriCities is lacking in quality and fresh restaurants, Stick can stick it to you for providing hipster pizza and $6 beers.

  • Elisabeth C.

The ambience was good but eating their pizza was like having sauce and cheese on a soggy paper plate. We had to roll up our slices to eat it. I'm not sure what style they're after but I'm not a fan. Definitely won't go back if I can help it. Maybe their non pizza items are better?

When the Stick+Stone sign went up on Duportail, I thought "not another pizza joint". But they have proven themselves. My family and i have been there a few times now for dinner and have been very impressed each time. The service is great, the menu has a lot of great items on it, and the price is fair. My favorite is the Patata pizza and the Caprese salad. It can get quite loud when they are busy, but the quality of the food and service is worth it! Great work guys. Keep it up!

Well I must say I do love this place BUT this is the second time it took forever I timed are pizza and it was 41 min from.order again I love thie place so now im stuck I do love the other place fire as im not starving waiting and I can say the only one in the place who seems to care about the restaurant was and I dont know her name but a bigger girl great feel about her and perky it had been over 3 months and she remembered me and wear I sat and what I had AWSOME BUT NOT SURE IF I WILL GO BACK WAIT WAS WAY TO LONG REAL BUMMER

Waited 20 min to place an order !! After that 60 min to get the food! Really!? Two soups and kids pizza!! I kept asking but apparently didn't matter! Terrible! So if you have " an extra " time you should "stop by " :(

  • Michelle D.

Came for lunch and I was glad I did. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. Only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star is the seats are hard and uncomfortable. I will definitely be back.

Wow! excellent atmosphere, service with a smile and the mushroom soup was seriously the best soup I've ever had...Gourmet! Also tried the Lasagna Pizza which was very good! One of the owners pointed out that they use a lot of organic and locally raised products as well as flour and cheese from Italy! Really good dining experience.

Great pizza, great atmosphere...love it!! Thin crust is great. True Neapolitan pizza and comparable to most Neapolitan pizzerias in Seattle. Don't expect Pizza Hut or Dominos.

The service is good and the people are nice. But the pizza not do much. I dont know what people see in this place. The food I had was horrid. Soggy pizza with gamey smelling sausage. I want so much to like this place. The prices are a little high too.

I would definitely recommend Stick + Stone over Fire (a similar restaurant in Kennewick). The pizza is delicious, the service is great (and fast!), and you simply won't find a better dessert in town than the S'morez calzone. Don't eat here without trying it!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
