Only went through the drive through. Typical Dairy Queen, nothing special.

I have given this place several tries and the customer service is poor, even with no customers the waits are long, the service bad and the food cold.

So we just left the drive through and I seriously had to tell the three people that were working how nasty it was to see them making all the deserts without wearing gloves. One guy started to make my banana split then go handle cash and then go make something else. All three of them worked on my banana split and no gloves. When I told them how I felt they really didn't care. Just goes to show you what type of management runs this place. Hopefully they read this review

I used to go to this Dairy Queen a lot as a kid. A lot of birthday parties and team celebrations were had here. The layout is still the same, with plenty of modern updates. Including lackadaisical attitudes. Everyone working here acts like they don't want to be there, and customers are nothing but a nuisance to them. They do take their time to get your order, which is nice. But they don't bother to make it right. All they have in mind is your total. The self-serve soft drinks taste flat, and diluted. Worse, the deluxe cheeseburger isn't even close to how you remember it. And not cheap either. Better to go elsewhere for a low-priced good burger. Onion rings are still delicious. But I swear, it seems like it could kill them if they smiled. Nostalgia doesn't look or taste good.

Pretty basic drive through. Though I have gone their a few times and their blizzard machine has been broke. Lame. Of course when you go to Dairy Queen you want to get a blizzard.

This used to be a good Dairy Queen. The current owner is cheap. The ice cream is not measured out to Dairy Queen specifications. Having worked at Dairy Queen, I can say proper service isn't followed, to include turning the blizzards upside down when presented to the customer. I asked for extra peanut butter on my peanut butter bash because most the time you cannot taste peanut butter and was told "the owner does not allow that". Really??? Also a large hot fudge Sunday should have 3 complete balls of ice cream, not 1 1/2 in this big cup. Come on Dairy Queen, drop in and see how this store is ran.

This is a good Dairy Queen. They didn't have floats on the menu, but were willing to make me one. Service was quick, and the people there were friendly. I would not hesitate to come back here, and I would definitely recommend it!

My best friend and I decided to come here for dessert after having Korean BBQ. It was great like always. I got a small oreo blizzard. I almost got a medium but glad I didn't because their small is large enough. This is the place to go for dessert because they have so many different options. I read a review that said they made the worst blizzards ever. I've never had that experience here in all the years that I've sparingly frequented this restaurant.

Worst blizzards ever made. This place has really gone downhill. First they just started skimping on everything and charging extra if you wanted "extra stuff" and they never mixed up the blizzards enough so you only had "stuff" on the very top and then nothing the rest the way down. Last time I ordered a blizzard, there was absolutely NO chunks in the entire blizzard. I went drive thru so didn't realize this till I got home. I paid $4 for a cup of crappy vanilla soft-serve. I didn't have time to drive back so I called and didn't even receive an apology from the manager. Just a hurried, I'll look into it and then hung up. What's happened to customer service? And what kind of people are they hiring at this place that give you a cup of crappy softserve as a blizzard? We'll be going to Baskin Robbins from now on.

My aunt had a sweet tooth and was craving some sort of brownie fudge icecream thing from dairyqueen. I wasn't going to turn down the opportunity to free blizzard! So when we pulled up to the window to get our icecream and pay, we ran into some difficulties. My aunt hands the worker her debit card like any other normal joe. The worker says "sorry the machine didn't recognize your card. We've been having issues with this alot lately" and then proceeded to ask if she had any other method of payment. I peered into the drive thru window to see what the problem was. Whatever technology they had up in there was so ancient, I could have sworn I've seen it in a museum somewhere. He was acting ask tho, if we couldn't pay, then we couldn't get our order. But in my opinion, it is not the customers fault that your system is wack.

This DQ never fails to disappoint. The kids working here would rather talk than work, they are always out of something and seldom get orders correct.

This place doesn't honor coupons and they completely screwed up a simple order. I feel it's the fault of poor management. Really though if you dislike your job just don't go to a job that you hate.

Clean, fast, and serves tasty Blizzards...what more could you ask for in a DQ?

Not sure why I continue to frequent this business, especially after waiting over 25 minutes, no joke, to get my order in the drive through. Yes, it was busy. But there is no excuse for a 25 minute wait. The fault falls on the owner/manager. Store is always barely staffed. Employees apologize for the delay every time. I keep coming back but dread doing so.

I have been here 3 times in the past few months and each time I try the blizzard. The top is great but the bottom half is nothing but plain vanilla soft serve. I also watched them make several ice cream items and there is no cleaning or anything in between items. GROSS!!!!

Good times and memories is what I would say about this place. I have been coming here for over 15 years and the only thing that has change is them removing the playground toys and not charging fifty cents to use your debit anymore. The menu has change as they need to keep up with all the other DQ's but theis place is in dyer need of a remodel. The food is simple fast food. You know you just really come here for the ice cream though and that's always the best, right behind Cold Stone. DQ always has a different shake of the month. The customer service here has always been great. I would say besides the old seat and looks of the place. This is a nice spot to hit.

What I really wanted to review is the ever so famous Brownie Batter Blizzard. that mouth watering commercial made me drive to Egypt and get one. What I really should have done was just make some brownie batter and eat it because the actual blizzard didn't taste like brownie batter at all! It was boring and not good. So, I hope I can help everyone who sees that commercial and wants to make the drive out to a dairy queen. Don't do it.
