My husband got a peppermint mocha from here recently and there was so much syrup, it was pretty bad. It happens but it was disappointing bc we couldn't come back to return it. Also, it would be great if Starbucks, in general, would carry a better variety of alternative milks.

Always love Starbucks coffee, the service in this place is definitely fast and friendly. The only downside is its in a strip mall which means you have to fight to find parking.

I order Starbucks every day but I live on Bainbridge Island so I go to the one on the island. Well today I ventured out to Poulsbo. This is my third time at this Starbucks and the third time you guys messed up my drink. I had to make a yelp account, download the app, just to leave this comment. I get 3 shots over ice every single day and for some reason you guys mess it up EVERY TIME. Don't you literally just have to press a button into a cup full of ice? I'm so confused on what you guys are doing wrong. Never going back to this one. Customer service isn't great either. No thanks.

Typical Starbucks service. The drink was quickly made, but they weren't that busy. The place was crowded though and they don't have a lot of tables and seats, hence the four stars. The WiFi was rather slow.

Consistently delicious Espresso drinks, friendly service & clean store are just a few reasons we visit this store a couple of times a week. The one case we waited a little longer than we should have, we were given a sincere apology & a coupon for a free drink of our choice on the next visit. The only small negative I'd say is that they have fewer hot food item choices here than at other Starbucks, but we go to Starbucks for the coffee, not the food. :-)

Meh, I would say 2 out of every 3 time I go here, something goes wrong. Coffee not made how I asked or it tastes burnt, and some of the staff doesn't listen when you are ordering so you have to repeat your order a few times. Sometimes it is very busy in there and I can tell that everyone is frustrated. This location is best served if you just go in, get your coffee and leave with your coffee, not a good place to sit and relax. If you want to relax go to the Starbucks by Walmart, they have a bigger store, and comfy furniture.

I will never forget the day I walked into Starbucks one morning before work. The line was pretty long, and I was already running late. Just as I turned to give up and continue my walk, someone behind the counter (I'd assume to be the manager or assistant manager) addressed me and asked if she could get a drink started for me. Never before had I been treated so positively like this at a coffee place. She wanted to minimize the wait in line and allow me to get my drink and get on with it. I only spent about 3 minutes total at Starbucks that day, and the drink I ordered was absolutely perfect. For a place that prides itself on it's coffee, you can sure tell it. Granted, I've never actually tried the coffee myself, I'm not a coffee fan, but I have sampled almost every other drink on the menu that doesn't contain it. Every time, the employees are genuinely friendly, quick, and always seem to be smiling. I like that. This particular Starbucks doesn't provide as much in terms of seating, as it's not the largest Starbucks in town. But the old cliche is true, I believe there is a total of 4 Starbucks in Poulsbo alone, and all the other locations provide more (and more comfortable) seating. It's convenient, it's good, and it's fast! Give it a try!

This Starbucks is your typical get-in-and-get out kind of store. There are no sofas or public restrooms and only a few tables and chairs crammed into the front of the store. Best to just get your drink and go. Not the best location for groups -- if that's your thing or you like a little more elbow room, try the location near the SuperDevilmart (I mean Walmart). I like this location because the staff are always friendly and FAST. Don't forget to ask for organic milk! Starbucks uses milk treated with hormones. Also they make you pay for wifi through Tmobile Hotspot, hence the 4 in lieu of 5 stars.

The employees are super fast and friendly, the coffee is always wonderfully mixed and brewed to perfection. One of the few really good Starbucks in Kitsap County. I recommend them whole-heartedly for a quick grab and run cup of good brew!

I came into this store today, and I walked in with my personal cup to order my drink in, I ordered a grande white mocha, I know I had to take the lid off & was gonna do it but the cashier at the store looked irritated that it was on in the first place and told me to take it off rudely. It felt off, she wasn't trying to be polite at all,just rude and making it so uncomfortable to be there. Don't recommend this place. I would rate it no yard if I could.

Coffee connoisseurs might poo poo Starbucks but there's something to be said about being away from your daily routine and still being able to get something very familiar. ie a cup of coffee. I have to admit, this recovering Starbucks-aholic has been more of a Peet's Coffee fan these days but on occasion, I cheat when a Peet's is not easily accessible. This visit was a cheat. My non-fat latte was made perfectly and I enjoyed every sip. Service was also great and expedited. I'm glad I stopped in and they delivered once again. Thanks SBUX!

I come to this Starbucks 5 days out of the week. They tend to get pretty busy but they are always so quick with getting you in and out. Although sometimes the drink isn't it's best. There's a few times when my coffee tastes more burnt than sweet. But I can overlook those few times because I love how the staff is always so friendly. And even a few of the girls there remember my complicated drink ! I live in bremerton. But the staff and drinks there on my days off just don't compare !!
