This is the restaurant at Indian Summer Golf and Country Club. I heard the former chef went to Oly G&CC...and he had a good rep. Anyway, I was just there for one of my favorite breakfasts -- Eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly, but the sauce was a little heavy for my taste...and it needed a little more lemon. Overall, I thought it was good. There are great views from the large windows. The decor could use a little updating. But, I know private golf courses are tight for money. I'll try dinner next time.
