This is a strictly food based 5 star review. Facility is merely OK, staff is great but hauling ass! BUT doesn't matter, the chaos is totally worth it. Plan ahead if you're buying a whole pie, but by the slice is pretty classic NY style thing sheet pizza. Not the best I've had, but so far above any other proper thin crust I've had here on the Wet-Side that it stands alone. Worth the trip to Everett. Well, mostly. But solid very good pizza, crust has that bit of snap to it, a little crisp and chewy, flavors are there, and there is no bunny hugging, or gluten idiocy. Just honest NY style pie.

Great place with great pizza! :3 I felt like maybe the slices could have been a bit cheaper? I finished mines real quick and still was hungry. I got the Hudson. We also got a cannoli which was alright. I definitely want to try the other pizzas though!

I've been to Brooklyn Bros twice (once in Everett and once in Mukilteo) and I've been very pleased and extremely satisfied each time. They only offer a handful of pies but do each one very well. I've never been to NY so I can't say I've had "authentic" NY style pizza, but I can confidently say that the pizza at Brooklyn Bros is awesome. I especially enjoyed the sausages and roasted garlic atop the Bowery - super flavorful. The Hudson was also very tasty and found that my favorite topping was the Polly-O ricotta, which was rich and creamy. It did a great job countering the red peppers and sausage. I do have a major complaint though... please open up more locations outside the 425 area code!

So tired of waiting forever for very overpriced pizza and horrible "we don't care " service. Done with these guys !! Too many other great restaurants to support in Mukilteo

I ordered by phone and was told 20 minutes. Got there and my order was lost. Ordered again and they said 20 minutes. After an HOUR, I was told they lost it again and I had to wait until everyone else's order was filled. When I asked for my money back, the girl at the front desk got mad and said she will ask if she was allowed to do that. I finally got my money back but 2 HOURS LATER, we had to go somewhere else.NEVER GO HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!

Came here today on a rare lunch date with hubby. Both of our work schedules are pretty tight, so we rarely make it out for lunch from our shared nearby workplace. Pizza was just as the descriptor states, A-OK. Hubby had 2 slices: Bayridge (pepperoni, 'shroom, red onion) & Margherita. I got a slice of the Sicilian special, which was sausage today. We split a coke and order of 2 breadsticks. Lots of carb loading, but like I said this was a rare treat! My Sicilian had a buttery, crispy crust and for a deep dish, I found it quite tasty. Service was no-frills and speedy. We arrived at about 11:30am, before the lunch rush, so that had a hand in the timeliness. That and the slices we ordered were displayed in the counter so no prep involved. Joked a little with the cashier, order arrived to our table in a matter of minutes, and we bussed our own. We were in & out in about 20-25 minutes! Now after a heavier than usual lunch, just have to make sure I don't fall asleep at my desk here!!

Oh yeah, baby! Worth allllll the hype! The Yelp reviews here don't seem to reflect what I've heard through word of mouth, so I'll throw my hat into the ring. This was hands down the best pizza I have ever had in the Seattle area. We got a 14" Hudson and a half Caesar, and it was the perfect amount of food for my 6'6" husband and me. That plus two drinks = $27. Not too shabby! They also had a case of pizza cooked 80%, that they will throw back into their 600 degree oven once you order them to finish the cooking. Damn, this was GREAT pizza!! I also noticed that they serve beer here, although I did not peruse the menu. Please, please, please come to Mill Creek. Elliott Bay has nothing on you!

We were fans of the N. Everett location and were excited that the Muk location opened closer to home. Unfortunately, it has not lived up to our Everett experience. Saturday, we decided never to return. We ordered a whole pizza rather than slices as we wanted a fresh one, not reheated slices. We were told 10 minutes. Husband went out to pick it up, pizza wasn't ready. Apparently he stood around forever waiting. Finally he inquired about our pizza, only to find out it was ready and had been sitting around for a while. The worst part was that the staff didn't seem to really care much. By the time he got home, the pizza was lukewarm. Not impressed for $28 and won't be back.

The pizza and breadsticks are delicious, but I would rather go to the Everett location due to the service we received here. My family and I went here around 7PM, and they did not have a lot of selection for the slices. We asked the cashier if they were going to make anymore of the flavors we wanted (cheese, pepperoni) and he told us no. We settled for some other flavors of pizza and sat down. 20-30 minutes go by and we still did not have our slices. All of the guys working there were in the back messing around, talking and not paying attention. My boyfriend comes up to cashier to ask him where our pizza was, and he told him that all of our slices were burnt. He then offered us an order of breadsticks and a whole pizza for the inconvenience. This added an extra 20-30 minutes of waiting for the pizza to be done... We were looking to have a quick dinner somewhere, and did not expect to be waiting an hour for pizza. It was not busy when we arrived or when we left either. This was my first time at the Mukilteo location and I will not return. I have been to the Everett location numerous times and have only had good experiences there.

Delicious and authentic, thin crust pizza with the best, high quality ingredients! During lunch, they sell their most popular pizzas by the slice and they range from $3-$5 each. We've had many team parties there, as well. We will keep going back, eventhough, I'm a thick crust girl :)

We ordered single slices of pizza, they turned out to be really old. Been sitting there a while. Not cool. Also the employees are all "thugs". They were blasting rap music in the back that said the "N" word every 2 seconds. Are the owners aware that their pizza shop is being manager by amount bunch of unprofessional jerks?

Great pizza. This pizza is just amazing. Also love their root beer. And! Cannoli is out of this world. You can't go wrong if you love pizza!!!!

  • Krista F.

I enjoy the pizza here. I always have, however I'm disappointed with the quality of service towards the dine-in customers. I understand that there is only so much room in the oven, but it was abundantly clear that the carry-out customer took priority when we were told our wait would be an hour for a basic cheese pizza. We agreed, the Seahawks pre-season game was on and we had beer to tide us over. After an hour we still had no pizza and when we checked on it we were told very rudely that there were other people ahead of us and it was coming. I run a retail store and have for the last 14 years. The customers in my store are ALWAYS first to the ones phone. We were the only customers at one point and still we had no pizza. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service. No matter how good the pizza, I can't abide inconsiderate behavior and will not be returning anytime soon.

I'm torn on this one. I really like their pizzas when they come out right...and for those times I would give 4 stars...but so far it's been a 50/50 success rate in getting our pizza as ordered. The staff is great. We usually order take-out, half and half Sicilian, lightly baked. We ordered it that way again and got a pizza with parts of the crust charred. (See attached pictures). I'm hoping that we will get the mistakes ironed out. At 35.00 a pie, It's really disappointing.

  • Eric R.

I like this place. It's nice to have a place to go for slices because there aren't many around. The have a good variety of pies available with delicious toppings and a nice Brooklyn Style crust. Obviously, you can create your own pizza and they make calzones as well. I'd love to try a calzone but I think you are better off doing this at dinner time as I heard they take a while to make and bake. Bonus: I had a canole as well and it was damn good. I love when an Italian pizza place can throw down a good canole. They don't fill the shell until you order it. I WILL be going back.

Great crust and sauce!!! New favorite pizza joint!!! Picky kids even chowed down two pieces each!!!

  • Phillip P.

Been there around 5 times in the last year. The amount of topping on their pies are steadily declining. I've had authentic NY pizza (OK Manhattan, not Brooklyn) and they load their slices with toppings. Price per slice is about the same. The quality of their toppings and crust is good (certainly for the region). I'd move them up to 4 stars if they load up the topping to NYC levels.

We were looking for a place to get some lunch and the bistro we wanted to eat at was closed. We stopped at the new Brooklyn Bros pizza on the Speedway instead. We had neve eaten there but the reviews were good and the downtown Everett store always had a good reputation. Being in a little bit of a hurry we opted to get slices instead of an entire pizza. I suspect this was a mistake. The slices were reheated which made them extra greasy and the crust soggy. The crust came out like wet cardboard except it was very hard to cut, even with a knife. Flavor was so-so on the slices, certainly nothing special or out of the ordinary. The staff was corteous and friendly and promptly brought us drinks and our slices. However, we had to order at the counter and then buss our own table when we were done. I'd like to think their whole fresh pizzas didn't suffer from the same issues but that would need to wait for another dining experience which isn't likely to happen.

  • Chris M.

Wow the pizza here is amazing. Walked in, ordered at the counter (the female that helped us was very polite and answered all of our questions) we sat down at a table and waited for the goodness to come. Food came a few minutes later. And that's all she wrote....amazing pizza and breadsticks.

  • Su E.

Diappointed in the service and meal. We called in an order to go. Arrived and waited 10 minutes and then followed up on our order. It was discovered that our order was given to someone else. Rather than apologizing the young man said this issue happened the night before and would have to make another pizza. We waited another 35 minutes only to receive an incomplete order because they had forgotten our caprese order. Had to remind them we ordered two items. We bring our dinner home, pick up the slice to have all the toppings slide off because it wasn't cooked thoroughly. The second slice couldn't be picked up because it was mush in the pizza box. We will not be returning. Unfortunate since the pizza we had in Everett was really good. Mukilteo was just closer to our home. One star because I have to.

Called this location and was put on hold two separate occasions for 6 min +. I called the Everett location and was asked how they could help me and informed me that they closed a half hour from when I was calling. Told them I would be there in twenty. She said no problem and took my order. This location was placing me on hold to avoid taking my order a half hour before close. How professional.

  • David L.

Fantastic pizza joint tucked away in sleepy Mukilteo. My wife and I decided to each have a slice of the Bowery and the Bensonhurst with a site of breadsticks. Both slices were very tasty with a crispy (but crunchy) crust. The breadsticks are really good with their bomb sauce that they give you to dip it in. The sauce is rich with tomato, olive oil, and roasted garlic and is wonderful on everything from the breadsticks, to crust pieces, to whatever else you would like to put it on. We will definitely put this on our top 3 pizza places to go north of Seattle.

  • Anthony R.

Excellent custom service. Typically go to the Everett location but will definitely be back to Mukilteo! All staff was upbeat, personable and friendly which is a trademark of Brooklyn Brothers. The pizza was delicious as always. Authentic east coast pies with high quality fresh ingredients. If you're a pizza snob, faggataboutit! Get over here! Great dinner stop on the way to the beach or the ferry. And of you're an Everett BBP veteran and you're worried the experience won't be the same, don't be. It's just as good! Pizza by the slice!

  • Adrey O.

Had to wait 20 minutes for three already cooked pizza slices. Our kiddos were so hungry. Many other people were dissatisfied with the service tonight...waiting longer than we did. We purposely didn't order a whole pizza to make it faster.

  • Aaron E.

I really like this style of pizza and I keep trying to give it a chance but at $30 a pizza I really do not like it burned. Great to excellent service and always friendly staff. Burnt pizza I can not overlook no matter how good it is. Breadsticks are awesome so is the really crisp dish they serve with sauce on the side. Also not a fan of every by the slice pizza having garlic sauce on it. Hope they figure out a way to crisp the top and not burn the bottom.

  • Mara S.

We have eaten here occasionally since they opened and the food has always been pretty good and the service friendly but it has gone downhill. To make a long story short, we waited forever for our order only to find out they forgot half of it. Mistakes and delays happen and I can be understanding but not one person apologized and when I spoke with the manager he dismissed me with a "what do you want me to do about it?" attitude. We will not be going back. There are too many other great pizza places in this area to waste time and money here.

    (1)
  • Seattlefoodblogger B.

The food is good, but they are seriously lacking in other areas. I waited over 30 minutes for them to heat up 2 slices of pizza. I'm pretty sure they forgot about my order. Also, their prices are a bit on the high side. If I'm paying a premium, I expect at least decent service.

    (3)
  • Brian W.

Pizza is pretty good, best I've found in the area. The service has improved dramatically recently so that's happy.

    (4)
  • Kim B.

The food is fantastic, and the staff is WONDERFUL! It can take a while for pizza to cook, so if you're in a hurry, get slices. Because I'm a glutton for punishment, I also end up going on a Saturday night, when they're at their peak time. It can get very noisy in here, so if someone in your party is at all sensitive to noise or crowds, wait for midweek. Did I mention that the staff is wonderful?

Husband LOVES this place. Excited to have one in Mukilteo. I can not believe someone left a review about the hippie sign. Seriously!

  • Jessica F.

The pizza was pretty good but the staff seemed very apathetic about their work and the place was CRAWLING with BUGS! We had to leave before finishing our food because my 3 young daughters were SCREAMING the whole time about the infestation of carpenter ants all over our table. I am not being over dramatic we saw at least 30 ants by or on our table while we were there. When I brought it to the staffs attention they said that the owners know and haven't done anything about it. We enjoyed the food but to not know if there are that many bugs in the dining area how many could be in the kitchen - we will not be back.

What a terrible experience I had at the Mukilteo store tonight, first they screwed up my order and brought me the wrong item, and then wanted me to pay them the difference for the item that I wanted, I didn't realize they messed up the order until they brought it to me, so I told the girl to refund my money and she told me she would, I then asked for a receipt showing the refund on my card, and again, she told me she would, but I didn't get any receipt. then I had to wait 45 minutes for my pizza, while others who ordered after me had received their items. The store was not busy when I placed the order, the pizza that we finally got, was luke warm, the crust tasted like crackers it was so dry and burnt, toppings were so so, the pizza was terrible, obviously they screwed that up too, I have always had good service and good pizza at this location, but because of this experience I will not be back, and btw I checked my bank account and did not receive credit for the flat bread that I did not order. So thanks for nothing $40 for crap.

  • Justina B.

We showed up 20 minutes before closing and we were treated like royalty. We got a pepperoni, the hudson and the veggie pizza along with cheesesticks. Folks this is the closest we have found to pizza back east. The staff were amazing! My kids all hugged the cashier telling her thank you for a very enjoyable meal. This was our second time back and it will not be our last... Also please do not judge this place on people who only buy a slice... How can you judge a pizza place if you dont bother to buy a whole pie.... This place does not disappoint.. Unless you want you want Canadian bacon and pineapple...

  • Chris P.

I really want to give 5 stars because when they are on they have some of the very best pizza anywhere! This pizza is actually closer to what I call Connecticut style pizza which everyone in the know knows CT pizza is the very best! I brought my brother here and he has lived in NYC for over 40 years. He said it's better than most of what is in NYC! I lived in CT most of my life and there were only a few spots better and that is coming from my ingrained CT snobbery for the best of everything. I knocked them down to 4 stars because like others have mentioned the Mukilteo crew was pretty much thug staffed with people who didn't really know what they are doing. A few of our orders have been screwed up but we were always compensated; still when you are craving REAL pizza you want it now! Whomever owns Brooklyn Brothers really needs to take the time and get a quality crew in there before their reputation takes a serious hit. I still gave it 4 stars because MOST of the time the pizza is OUTSTANDING quality. The most expensive pizza is around $24 which is quite high for the east coast but the norm here for some odd reason. I think a lot of the negative reviews on here are pure BS because the pizzas don't cost nearly as much as what they say they paid. Between both locations I have probably have eaten at Brooklyn Brothers at least 30 times and of those 30 times only 3 times didn't live up to expectations. My Wife is picking up a few pizzas right now and if this time it isn't up to where it should be I will contact the owner and straighten them out. If that doesn't work I will open my own place!!! Right now if this is your first time you might want to try the Everett location where I have never had less than excellent pizza from. If you are an east coast transplant and you are a pizza snob/freak like me you MUST try Brooklyn Brothers at least once. Here is to hoping they will get a proper crew in Mukilteo! :) PS. Don't buy slices unless you are in a real hurry, it is always best to get a whole pie!

Great pizza. I was excited to hear they were opening a location in Mukilteo close to my house and work. I've been there 3 different times each time hoping the last one was a fluke. They are extremely unorganized and slow at the Mukilteo location. Had to wait 45 minutes for two slices of premade pizza and the last time we just never received our order had to request a refund after waiting an hour for 4 slices. Won't be going there anymore until things change. Maybe they can send a manager from the Everett location to show them how it's done.

After reading Yelp reviews for a couple years, it wasn't until I went to Brooklyn Bros in Everett that I was inspired to write my very first Yelp review. It's Brooklyn Bros pizza, so my tastebuds are happy; however I still prefer the Everett location even if this one is closer to me. The "feel" is just off. Maybe it's because it's in Mukilteo so the clientele is a little different than the Everett spot, or the fact I know it used to house a dairy queen and you can still kind of see that aesthetic in the building, or the fact that it's a little less original than Everett overall. The service doesn't feel as attentive or warm, either. How Everett does it: tables constantly getting bussed to move customers through, people at the counter are friendly and fun, and if it doesn't come out right, they'll personally come out to tell you what happened, and that they're fixing it. I've always found this honesty and care very impressive. How Mukilteo (seemingly) does it: takes a little more time for someone to bus several tables before people can sit, counter staff are a little less inviting, and not as much care with how it comes out. Mukilteo will satisfy my Brooklyn Bros craving in a hurry, yes; But if I've got time, I'm trekking down to Everett.

There aren't that many great pizzerias in Mukilteo but if I had to chose one to go to it would be this one. Their NY style thin crust cheese pizza is pretty good but don't get their salads! I had a bug crawling in mine. Gross! It wasn't even a little caterpillar or anything, it was some freaky looking exotic and very active bug. I nearly puked when I saw it and I did call them to let them know about it. They refunded me the price of the salad but I may just be scarred for life from seeing that critter almost go in my mouth! Also stay away from their deep dish pizza. How do you screw up pizza? Well, if you really want to know, order their deep dish!

  • Angie M.

The pizza is amazing.... Ahhhmaaazing, but another thing that continues to draw myself and family back is the staff. Mostly, Marsha. The greetings she provides and the individual attention is far above anything I've ever experienced. I learned tonight that she will be leaving. While I wish her well in her future, I can say there will never be anyone who can replace her.

    (5)
  • Amanda R.

This is pizza everyone in the family can agree on. It's just too bad there's no delivery and no Hawaiian. Great pizza and breadsticks; salads are less than so-so.

    (4)
  • Matthew N.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had! If they delivered I probably would never get anything else. The staff is friendly and quick and I love that you can buy slices. The only thing that bothered me was the last time I got a pizza (2 nights ago) the guy that cut it must have been drunk. He didn't even try to make them even!!! I know that's a bit nit picky but if you are trying to feed a lot of people it would nice if the slices were at least somewhat similar in size!

My husband is from NY and really wanted to try this pizza joint. We called ahead from the Whidbey Island ferry and our pizza was ready when we arrived. The staff from order taking lady to the guys working the counter and ovens are super nice. We got a large 1/2 and 1/2 to go with a slice of Margherita. The pizza was very good! My husband and kids liked it too. I think it's the 2nd best pizza in Seattle after Pagliacci. I would go here again every time we head up to Whidbey or North. Thanks guys for great service and delicious pizza!

I didn't realize this place even existed until recently, when I saw Brooklyn Bros listed as one of the "top 10 pizza places in Seattle". We decided to swing by that day, and I'm so thankful to whoever wrote that article. The staff is super friendly and the place seems pretty laid back and family friendly. We've hit it a multiple times, both with kids and without and had nothing but great experiences every time. The food is fantastic. The BB flatbread and breadsticks are both great ways to start your meal, they have great beer and wine options and the pizza is amazing. Toppings seem super fresh and flavorful, the crust is thin and tasty and the cheese really does taste different.

We drove out here from Kirkland, because we are on a new quest to find The Most Awesome Pizza. The place was crowded, but not full, for a Saturday night. BBP has its own parking, so that's always a bonus. We were greeted at the counter by the friendly cashier. I got the vibe that this was a fun place to work, so we were definitely off to a good start. The cashier told us all about the pizza ingredients, imported from back east. "Even the cannoli has east coast ricotta!" (Polly-O, if you must know.) We sat down, and our pizza was brought to us a few minutes later. Thin crust, bubbly cheese, generous toppings... We couldn't wait to dig in! And it was worth the drive! I asked if there were any plans to expand further south, I was told its a possibility, so I will hold out hope for a closer location. Oh yeah, the cannoli were epic! Large, filled with creamy ricotta, with a few too many chocolate chips on the ends, for my taste. But probably the best cannoli I have had out here that is crazy expensive! For those of you with kids, this is a large, family-friendly location. So, bring grandma and grandpa, too! Thank you, Brooklyn Brothers, for bringing the East Coast to the PacNW!

I just wasn't empressed. There was nothing special about this pizza. The service was pretty slow. I wouldn't say I had any of there pizzas and thought man this is really great I will come back. For American pizza it is just ok.

  • Pawel S.

Great pizza! I had 18" Hudson, it showed up at our table pretty fast and it was huge! It's typical New York style pizza, so I really enjoyed that it wasn't just the name, but a real deal. Crust was perfectly cooked and really crispy. Price was good too. I will be back there soon.

  • Jonathan M.

I love this pizza so much I want to take it behind the middle school and get it pregnant! Their crust is perfectly charred and their sauce is fresh tasting. The staff is extra-friendly and will go out of their way to make you happy. The beer selection is respectable for a pizza place and they have my wife's favorite (Stella) on tap. The bread sticks are great. They come with ranch and marinara and are delicious, though they take up precious pizza space in your stomach.

  • Jaymee M.

I have been at the Everett location a ton. Wahh, they don't take AMEX? A lot of places don't because of the fee's that the business gets knocked with. Pizza: Maybe it has been burnt for some people, but never when I have been there. NY pizza typically has a slight char to the bottom of it. My husband is from NY, he loves it here. The Bowery is one of my favs. Their Cesar salad is also super yummy. Service: Always friendly. Great management team here. Yes, they get super busy but it's not fast food. If you want pizza fast, go have little cease rs and regret it about an hour later. Your call. Lots of beer on tap.

The slowest eatery in town and that is saying something. Every time we've called for pickup they say 20 min when they should be honest and say an hour. If I could stand around for an additional 20-40 min waiting on ONE pizza I would dine in. There pizza is very plain and I'd order something else but options are very limited. I'm done with this place.

I've been a fan of Brooklyn Bros for years -- I'm a transplanted New Yorker and it's nearly impossible to find real NY style pizza out here. There are many places that claim to do it, but this is the real deal. I live in Edmonds and the new Mukilteo location is closer to me. It just recently opened (a month ago?) and as others have pointed out, they are still working some kinks out. When it first opened it was insanely crowded, lines out the door for most of the day, and there were long delays getting food. After a few weeks that settled down somewhat, and the time to get a pie out to you during the dinner rush is fairly reasonable now. The Mukilteo location is larger, with a big parking lot (it's a converted Dairy Queen), and even some outside seating. In addition to table seating similar to the other restaurant there are also large booths. There are a couple arcade games in the back in case you want to play Pac Man. The sound level is lower than the Everett restaurant, maybe because of the extra space, and it's the same excellent pizza they've become known for in Everett. [Update: as of March 2014 things are running smoothly, pizzas come out as ordered and without any confusion, food is still good, staff is all trained up and no problems I can see. It does get busy on weekend nights, but hey... the pizza is really good! Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars.]

Unfortunately not impressed at all and looked forward to trying this place for over six months. For the pizza it didn't have much flavor. I love the large thin slices just like New York pizza but this was so thin it almost didn't exists and it was burnt. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a really cool style. The staff was great, everyone was very friendly. And the cost was average for New York style pizza places.

I've lived in Seattle for almost 24 years and it's taken that long for me to find what I would consider an east coast style pizza. Brooklyn Bros, in my opinion, nailed it. Were it not for some Seahawk stuff mixed in with the decor, I could have almost imagined I was on the east coast. The crust was thin through the center with a nice thick ring around the edge. Unlike so many other pizza joints out here, it even had bubbled a bit. While that may sound like odd thing to point out, it's one of the many things I noticed as being different. The cheese was also bubbly deliciousness. The pizza sauce was up there with some of the best I've had as well, and I've tried a lot. Put it all together, and it was the best pizza I've eaten out here to date. No offense to my favorite former place on Hwy. 9, but Brooklyn Bros really have it nailed. I truly appreciated the fact that they also don't offer canadian bacon or pineapple, a pairing I've never understood on pizza. Then again, I don't like 'artisan' pizza either. Just because you can doesn't mean you should, y'know? Lest I forget...they have the most scrumptious Cannoli. Crunchy outer shells, sweet Ricotta filling and chocolate chips. Frigging awesome! I'll definitely be going back and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that they open one in Kirkland.

What makes a pizza place worth 5 stars? Quality, consistency, friendliness, little extras. This pizza is legit NY style; thin crunchy crust that is a little overdone in places to my carbon-loving delight. Big foldable slices with high quality ingredients perfectly paired and proportioned. Pepperoni is spicy, and they don't skimp on the garlic. Big crunchy bubbles in the crust....yum. My favorite is the Bowery. But they are all great. Always busy which is a good sign. Military discount that THEY offer rather you asking for it. (ie if you pay with a Navy Federal card they notice this and say, "are you military?"). Cool decor inside and a larger somewhat recently expanded dining room. There are only a few pizza joints that offer great 'zza like this; Belltown Pizza comes to mind.

This was my first and last time visiting this place. The pizza was not much better than a frozen pizza and the breadsticks were over cooked. They were super busy but didn't seem to be able to handle the rush. We saw them give the wrong pizza to a take out customer and then try to sell the leftover pizza to a different customer. At the regular price, too! Overall, I wasn't super impressed.

Several times we have visited the Mukilteo location with a large group and have NEVER been disappointed. The service is always prompt, personal and fun! Marsha is the best server -great attitude and always a personal touch. Both locations are great, the parking here makes the trip worth it!

2 shades of boring. I've eaten their thin pizza at the Everett location and I thought the flavor of the pepperonis were nice but they had so much oil pooled on the cheese that I had to lean the pizza sideways and let it drain off. So tonight we wanted something different and ran down to the Mukilteo location to pick up a Sicilian which is a 16 inch square thick crust pizza. The bread was spongy, bland and boring. The sauce tasted like it could have just come out of a can (I know it didn't but why bother making it if it doesn't taste better than a jarred sauce) and the sausage was just OK. I would have ordered more/different toppings but they were $4.50 EACH! My ONE topping pizza cost me $30. Granted it's a large pizza but 2 adults and 3 kids finished it off. I'd say that it's about the size of two normal large pizzas at the usual pizza joints. My recommendation is to avoid the Sicilian and go for the thin stuff. You may have to wipe them down with a napkin so you don't get the runs but the experience will be better. I know their target is to make NY pizza but in this day and age a red sauce pizza with a couple of toppings just doesn't cut it. If you're in Mukilteo go to Cactus Jacks instead.

With great expectations, I stepped into Brooklyn Brothers this past weekend. I frequent their Everett location and enjoy grabbing a slice from time to time. The good: this location is clean and modern. It's a nice space. Missing the grungy charm of their other location but I didn't miss it. If anything, the crust was better. Perfectly crispy but still flexible to fold in half and to eat it right. The not so good: the slices are pre cooked and just reheated after you order them. This is done to perfection in Everett. At the Muk location, the pizza was warm but not hot. The cheese was not remelted. The need to check up on their quality control and get the cook/reheat times just right. The flavors are the same great flavors: bowrey, Hudson, all the favorites. It's good pizza. With a couple of tweaks, it would be great pizza. As others have pointed out, it is expensive.

Customer service great had to wait a little because we ordered a whole pizza which is not bad for fresh pizza. The pizza looked great it tasted ok it was burnt underneath in most parts I expected more out of it. Pricy for an 14 inch Bayridge with tax it is $16.97. It looked really yummy. Gave it a 3 star because it was burnt in most parts. Plus nowadays you can get sub par pizza 14 inches for 5 bucks. Probably will never go back. Would have been a 4 if wasn't burnt.

On a Saturday I decided to take a chance and stop in without calling ahead to pick up a pizza for my crew at my workplace during my lunch break. They wouldn't let me buy one out of the pizza by the slice rack at regular price, so they assured me they could make one in about 15 minutes while I waited. Good thing it was 3:30 pm.... mission accomplished. I got back to work barely in time and we all really enjoyed the pizza. I've had nothing else like it in the area. I love the thin crust and the quaility ingredients. I've never been to New York, but I like to tell myself this is what real NY pizza must taste like...

This is how a pizza place should be. The food is good, the beer selection is good and they have video games to keep the kids busy. It i nice to have a place that serves pizza that is not just cheese and catsup on a loaf of bread (domino's, pappa johns, bleh.) I really like the pizza here. Thin & crispy crust, no fruit and just the right amount of grease (enough to drip off the slice but doesn't cause the toppings to slide off). The prices are very reasonable, too. Pizza by the slice with a beverages for me and the kids under 20$.

when it first opened in Mukilteo it was awesome and the dough was perfectly thin, a bit chewy with nice bubbles. Today I went in and the crust was so thin it was burnt. when I explained this to a manger his response was, its NY Style, like I was an idiot!! I looked at him and said, I grew up on Pepes' in New Haven, this is too thin, its burnt!! So he gives me another slice of a different flavor, same thing!! this guy spins the pizzas and he's defending burnt crust. he needs to be retrained. thin but with enough thickness to have a bit of moist chewy dough and perfectly cooked toppings, the way it should be done!!

DELISH! Got pizza by the slice and an order or breadsticks, which were HUGE (could only eat 1/2 of the order). Great atmosphere, excellent customer service and a great location! Will be back!

We dined there on Friday night. We figured we might finally be able to get in without a line since they've been open for awhile now. Ordered a small caesar salad to share, and a large Bowery pizza. The salad was pretty flavorless. I thought it might need a little more dressing, but since the dressing lacked flavor, it didn't really help. The croutons were so hard I worried I'd break a tooth, so I just stopped eating my salad. The pizza arrived, and was very, very doughy (and it wasn't even their deep dish kind) and had pools of grease throughout the top. They should've named it The Exxon Valdez instead of The Bowery. The garlic was so burnt that it was bitter in addition to being the greasiest pizza I've ever tasted. And the peeps in Mukilteo have been lining up for this???

Love this pizza! The service is always great, and super friendly!!! The BensonHurst is our fav! The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. I have been to the Everett location, and had a fabulous experience too. I stop here in Mukilteo a couple times a month for pizza pie.

This place was recommended by a friend so we decided to try it out. Try the Sicilian pizza which was HUGE. It came up to like $35 with few toppings which I thought was bit pricey The pizza had good flavor but it was overly sauced. I would go back and try the regular pizza and ask them to go light on the tomato sauce.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while! I have been an easy customer to Brooklyn Bros once..for lunch..during a busy time. We didn't have to wait long, the service was great, and the pizza was delicious! The other times I have come in have been almost at close time...like 8:55 when they close at 9. I always feel guilty to be one of "those" customers! But the service, even at 8:55pm, is amazing. And the pizza? Still delicious. In fact, I forgive them for making my life more difficult. I can no longer purchase frozen pizzas for my husband if I'm going to be home late...Brooklyn Bros set the bar too high! Not a bad compromise...I just need to get there before closing and we're all happy. They have earned every single star...well done!

I would love to give this place more than one star but unfortunately I never actually tried their pizza. I called to place an order for carry out and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back again and was told I would be put on hold. When I refused to go on hold I was told there was only one cashier handling both customers in the restaurant and the phones. I'm about to place an order for a $25 pizza and you're telling me that you only have one person helping customers??? Clearly you're busy. You can afford the extra people to work the front register/phones. Lousy service. No food is worth dealing with this BS.

Ordered a large 2 topping pizza... $26!!! Oh, hell no. Cancelled my order. Yes I have had their pizza and its good. The service is OK, but the price is fricken ridiculous. Headed to Lombardo's.

Stick to the Everett location!! It seems BBP has a lot of kinks to work out at their new location in Muk. Took an hour to get our 1 very badly burned (the olives and artichokes were literally CHARRED through) sicilian pie and 3 Pepperoni slices... No ice in the ice machine so my "Iced" tea was really just room temp tea... and there were employees screaming out orders... or asking customers what they ordered.. (Then why use the numbers I ask...) The line to order food was crazy long and it was a Wednesday evening. I can only imagine what that place would look like during a Friday Night's dinner rush... OMG!! I would rather battle Everett parking than go back to their Mukilteo location. Very disappointed. **** I posted this on their FB page *** and after I added a comment that I absolutely loved their pizza and that Hands Down it is the best in all of Washington... FB gave an error message. It seems instead of addressing my concerns and answering it.... They just deleted my post, therefore FB didn't allow me to add the additional comment. Whatever... the owners are obviously not from NY. A real New Yorker would have had the sack required to own up to the several MISHAPS going on in the Mukilteo location, apologized for the rotten dinner I had and said how it would get better! Instead, they deleted the comment and hoped I wouldn't post a review elsewhere??? Wrong! and Hey, "Brooklyn Bros." it's Bay Ridge, not Bayridge..... Again, obviously not NY'ers

They don't take American Express. Close too early at night. Pizza over priced. No coupons or discounts. I ended up ordering a cheese pizza. It was like pulling teeth to get them to describe the pizza on the phone. Never ate there before, hoping for some help on ordering. I was told I would like it. Wish I had some toppings but did not get any suggestions. Pizza was burnt, guess it is suppose to be that way? Paid twice as much as other local pizza that is not burnt. Went there 4 times previously and they were closed or ran out of pizza dough and clsoed early. One positive, they have Angry Apple cider on tap.

First of all, the pizza is authentic! Flavors are so good, really has that east coast pizzeria flavor. Second, the service is phenomenal. The staff are fabulous. So nice, friendly, and they make you feel like you are part of the fam. The best part is they have angry orchard on tap, my fav :)

Best pizza in Mukilteo. The thin crust 'Napolitano' is hand tossed and has a wonderful slightly chewy texture. Toppings are fresh and always in the right proportions. And the workers are friendly and efficient. Plenty of TV's to stay on top of the games. And comfortable seating with a good assortment of booths and tables.

When the manager heard about the mishap, he gave us a free cannoli and an extra slice of pizza. I'll give 'em another star for service recovery.

I will say this up front ... I'm a Chicago style pizza guy. Makes sense ... I'm from Chicago. But I will say this: if Brooklyn Bros Pizzeria is anything like the real deal, then I'm hooked. I had the Bensonhurst pizza. Loved the crust, it was doughy but not undercooked, and was flavored just right so that you didn't think you were just eating dough. The cheese, while thin, was flavorful as was the sauce. The veggies were cooked perfectly. In all this goes well with a beer! Parking is ample for the restaurant size and I've seen it packed, and I know why! This is delicious! I'll never give a NY pizza joint 5 stars. Ever. Just isn't in the DNA. But if there was any place that could convert me ... maybe ... just maybe ... it would be this place and deserves it's 4 stars. And maybe this is a consolation prize instead of getting 5 stars ... this place is better than any other pizza joint in the Seattle area except Kylie's pizza in Fremont. That's saying something.

Had a fabulous dinner at Brooklyn Brothers Mukilteo tonight. No service issues - received the correct order in a timely manner. Pizza was delicious. Sausage and red onion. Not greasy and perfectly cooked. Also had the BB Flatbread - could have made that my meal. Soooo good! Thin, crispy and spicy! Served with a side of sauce for dipping. Very happy that they have extended their hours since we tend to be late eaters. Plan to visit regularly!

My pedigree is that I was raised in Buffalo, New York until I was a young lad and then went back there to attend college, so I think I have a pretty good angle on upstate pizza, which is usually better than the super thin or super thick stuff they serve in the city. Lets be honest: Pizza in the Pacific Northwest sucks. Pizza, she is a tough woman. Pizza demands the freshest ingredients-- less is actually more on a good pizza. Local pizza places use Sysco products, cheap and shit quality-- so their pizza turns out not so awesome-- but when everyone else's pizza sucks, your pizza seems ok. The Rock is the place I think that really is a testament to that last statement-- anyplace that is know for BBQ chicken... Enough said. The pizza here is heaven. That being said, I have only ever had the Neapolitan, mostly because as a policy, I hate Sicilian pies-- too much dough and too spongy. I always get the same one, Pepperoni, Mushroom and Onion-- and its done the way it is supposed to be done-- a layer of sauce, good quality tomato sauce with Italian spices, a good layer of whole milk mozzarella (great quality), a good layer of fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced onions-- and the key element-- the PEP goes on the TOP of the pizza--- ALWAYS. This is key. If you put it under stuff, it bakes-- if it is on top, it gets crispy and the grease from the fat in the Pepperoni pools and adds good flavor to the pie-- its the whole reason why pep is so popular on pizza. You don't need a pep lovers pizza if you use the pepperoni this way-- a little goes a long way! You will learn these things when you start eating delicious pie and stop eating stuff that tastes like the cardboard its packed in with some overly salty cheese on top! I just hope as they grow that they can keep consistency-- that is what kills these small businesses. Ill keep going back-- and don't mind the 30 minute drive for this pizza-- its worth it!

Expensive for what you get, pizzas and calzones are over priced. Being from NY, I can say its some of the better pizza I have had in the pacific northwest. My major complaint is the excessive use of flour. PLEASE USE LESS!!! the bottom of every slice of pizza/calzone is caked in flour. It really takes away from the taste. Lastly they don't take AMEX... they should change that.

Wasn't a big fan of the pizza; the crust was slightly burnt and left a bitter after taste. Like the option of buying pizza by the slice, as long as it's not sitting out all day

We are fans, for sure. This is good pizza, but if you cannot give DECENT service, then the pizza falls flat. It was a busy weeknight, and the hubby and and were just over it in general. So, while he was finishing at work, I called in the order, and loaded up the kiddo to go grab some hot pizza, arriving about the time I was quoted for it to be ready....checked in, paid up, and commenced the wait... chatted up an old friend, watched my kiddo misbehave a while... 40 min later asked about my pizza... again. All the while, I am watching as no one's order is correct, tickets are falling off the line and on the floor and it is WEDNESDAY night, the parking lot is only half full. The pizza had been sitting there, the whole time. Really poor, people. We will not be going back to Mukilteo location, and my cravings will have to get pretty strong before we go to Everett for the next BB fix. Sad.

3rd time's a charm! Or....NOT! 1st visit consisted of.... 1) a Caesar salad DRENCHED in dressing 2)Being asked multiple times by frantic wait staff if we had received our order 3)Being served burned pizzas after waiting an hour (they comped them but nothing could make up for it) 4) Getting drinks is a JOKE!!! You have to wait in line every time you want a new beer! The line takes FOREVER...it doesn't seem to matter how many are in line. They are slow and unorganized. The wait staff was super nice and apologetic but again...that doesn't make up for the wait and bad food. 5) Bathroom needed attention 6) No ice in ice machine and served my friend warm tea 2nd visit.... 1) yummy, un-burned pizza 2) still too long of a wait 3rd visit.... 1) ordered and paid for 2 cannoli to go and only was given 1. Upon returning they gave me an extra and apologized. I'm just sick of the hassle eating here causes! The pizza is good when it's not burned but the staff are always running around frantically. It's a stressful loud environment.

Between my husband and I, we have lived in Maryland, Hawaii, Virginia, Tennessee, Rhode Island and Florida... Just relocated to Lake Stevens. I was seriously disappointed when I was convinced the best pizza place around was Dominos. We heard about Brooklyn Bros from one of his shipmates and oh man... Thank God. We were in Mukilteo so we decided to stop by this location rather than the one in Everett. Walked in and we were immediately greeted by the employees. The young woman who took our order was incredibly friendly and took fantastic care of us. Flatbread was the perfect appetizer and the pizza was AMAZING! Probably the best I've ever had... And we've eaten a lot of pizza in a lot of different places. Restaurant was very clean and we didn't wait long for our food. Definitely recommending this place to everyone!!!

Ordered a couple of pizzas during the Hawks game last weekend... I was really REALLY disappointed with what we brought home. The north Everett one, I have consistently had wonderful pizza and great customer service. This one... Not so much. Our pizza was basically sauceless and burnt pretty badly on the bottom. If there wouldnt have been a football game on and I wasn't really hungry, we would have taken them back. I may try it again if I have a coupon but never again at full price since I am not confident I'll get something good.

Pretty good pizza slices, and are probably better fresh than reheated. I'm sure getting a whole pizza is the way to go. The topping variety was good. The staff, while friendly, seemed a bit unprofessional. Plenty of seats inside.

Whatever problems this place had with its opening have been ironed out. At least that's what I experience today at lunch. They have ten pizzas all ready to select from which was pretty unbelievable. Most the time pizza places say they offer slices, they don't have any ready, or they are old and stale. We got four different slices and all tasted fresh and flavorful. The prices are very decent for the quality/size of the slices. Of course, you can always get whole pizzas, which I have bought from the Everett location. I don't go to that location much because the parking is atrocious. The parking here is great. There is also a nice dining area with outside seating, which was bustling today, everyone looking like they were having a good time. The staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a guy in front of me who was asking all these questions like he never ordered a slice of pizza before and they were extremely nice and patient.

Just as awesome as the first! Although the first few days they ran out of dough by the end of the day. It also has a much larger al fresco dining which is probably why they conveniently opened in the summer.

DEFINITELY check these guys out. Their pizza is seriously unmatchable and I don't think out of their many house-specialty's I have had a bad slice. The CRUST is crunchy but soft all at the same time and the sauce a perfect myriad of flavor. I love that I can come in at any time of the day and just get a slice. The manager Jon at their new MUK location is always the best, he's knowledgable about everything to do with everything pizza! And the vibe with this company is simply cool. I LOVE the new place, what a great building and location!! Long-term patrons know a new business is going to have a few hitches in the beginning, but understand you guys are working through them, just keep making these great pies ;) Suggestion: Bowery is my favorite slice, but also their classic Margherita is equally great if you're not into meat and want some simplicity! Thanks for having great pizza and all you guys do

I'm a fan of good pizza! Never knew about this place until today. The style of the pizza is east coast! Thin crust easy to handle. The staff was friendly, the sign to the building was simple but invited me in to eat. Atmosphere inside is great for family and friends. Whenever I am in town I'll be back and will be bringing the friends.

It is the best pizza in Everett but dine in only,do not get it to go! I always have to wait more than 5 minutes in hold. When I get the pizza home it's burnt because they reheat it when I pick it up. If you are in Everett it's good though if you are driving from another town you are passing better options.

Only time.......not again........... Fri. evening, early, place was nearly empty. Ordered a large pizza, pitcher of beer, small caesar salad (and boy was it ever), and one glass of beer. Bill was over $50! Salad arrived and it was a shock how small the 1/2 order is compared to other places that have 1/2 orders of salad. Pizza arrived and it was burned in many places on the crust......crust was like a piece of cardboard. So burned, in fact, that all of the pepperoni had curled up into little cup-like things! Very little in the way of meat on this pizza and there was no garlic on it at all. Also saw other orders, like calzones, that were literally black on top. I would've sent them back, if it was mine. Should've done that with our pizza. Watched as a man got the wrong pizza and had to wait for another one to be cooked. He was not happy at all. People came in, took a look at the menu, cased the place (and saw all of the young punks working there, literally), prices (sky high), and left. Place is extremely loud what with their yelling orders back, general talking, etc. Watched in horror as a guy tossed a dish rag into the air like he was practicing making pizza. This while he was standing where the vegis. are......how much I don't know what went over them? No clue. Manager was, well, hmm..........baby this and baby that.........really? I don't think so. Will NOT go here again. I imagine people try it once, then don't go back. And with all of the craft beer places around - you'd think a pizza place would have something decent on tap. They don't. Don't waste your time or money.

I've eaten here a few times now, and Brooklyn Bros is probably my favourite pizza place in the area! The Hudson and the Bayridge are absolutely delicious. Great breadsticks, too! My advice, get the breadsticks without cheese, because with cheese it's almost like you ordered a whole 'nother pizza (sans sauce). I really hope the Mukilteo Brooklyn Bros is here to stay, because other restaurants that tried to open at this location in the past didn't fair too well.

Took my mom here since it was new in her neighborhood and we were both very disappointed. Got the margherita pizza and it had almost no sauce, the cheese was burnt into the crust, and there were only flecks of basil. It was essentially all crust. I know margherita pizzas are minimal but this was ridiculous. When I pay over $18 for a medium pizza, it should be good to great. Not going back.

We have been wanting to try this place out since driving past a few months ago. Tonight was the night! We ordered a Sicilian in hopes that it would measure up to the amazing L&B Spumoni Gardens that we had in Brooklyn on our honeymoon a few years ago. Sadly, it disappointed. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything like the deliciousness that we experienced in Brooklyn. However, we will be going back to try the Napoletana because the pizzas that other people were ordering looked AMAZING! Also, you really can't beat pizza by the slice - especially with perfectly burned little pepperonis. The calzones looked insanely good, as well. Oh yeah, and they have cannolis!

So good. Never went to the Everett location and wanted to try the new place. I went on the second day it was open and only stood in line for about five minutes. The place was packed but it didn't take long at all. We got the Bensonhurst and the Bowery. Both were crazy good. Also a pepperoni for the kids. My nine year old wanted me to know that it was seriously the best pizza he has ever had and he has eaten a lot of pizza. The staff were super happy and helpful even while being slammed. Everyone needs to go and get some bomb food from this place pronto!

Brooklyn Bros Pizza has become almost a weekly night out for my family. Their deck is awesome. Keep its simple with a Caesar salad, cheese pizza and a pitcher of IPA. The salad is big enough for 3 people as a starter. It gets busy and the line gets long and they close a bit early so get there by 8! Servers are friendly. Best NY thin crust ever - keep up the good work

Pretty much the same blueprint as the Everett location. Layed back interior, slices, big menu board. Bring your ear buds because the acoustics in this place make it LOUD and the loud order taker does not shut up. You will hear all about her life at a crackling pitch while you chew on your pizza. It was like nails on a chalkboard. (please find a job for her in the back room) Also, teach the guy manning the oven to clean it. The bottom of my slices were completely covered in burnt flower, grease and cheese from slices that had gone before mine. I don't mind a little burnt crust, but this was bad and dominated the flavor profile. Would have given 4 stars if it weren't for the loud girl and burnt crust.

Service was great, needs more sauce and flavor was ok. I, personally am not a fan of "flatbread" pizza" (that's what I call thin crust). To me it tasted dry and crunchy...but my friend from New York loved the place...so what am I? Just a born and bread Seattleite!!

ny style pizza = great service = bad i swear they screw up orders all the time. there was a group of us ordering all on our own so we had a bunch of numbers. there was another group at a nearby table all ordered together. i ordered first and ended up getting my stuff like 10 minutes after everyone else. this is because apparently they brought the slices to another table and they said it wasn't theres so they gave up. this was after they came to our table like 3 times with different things we didn't order. so i sat there and asked the server where mine was and he said he would check. he promptly went to go wipe stuff down or talk or who knows what. had to ask the other guy to check for me till finally getting my food.

I have been here twice in a week, which speak volumes. I usually don't even eat pizza! The fact that they have pizza by the slice is a bonus and affordable! Two slices usually fill me up! I think my man can do 3 slices though! I love the thin crust that's slightly chewy but totally crispy once heated up in the rotating oven. It tastes fresh and the service is fast & friendly! My faves are the Bowery, the Hudson, and the classic Margherita. I Love the simplicity of the menu that showcases the italian sausage to the pepperoni yet the touch of roasted garlic or red onion really brings out the flavors! The crust is amazing and I love the tomato sauce! The pizza is never greasy and I never leave the door feeling like a guilty fatty! xoxo

Prices are a little bit high compared to the ones around this area. And the crust last time was a little bit overcooked but for most part it was ok I guess. I went to the newest location the company has in Washington

Pizza is great, but super expensive! A large Sicilian with Bowery toppings and a Caesar salad came to $50!! The noise level in the place is grating on the nerves, that and their disorganization will probably keep us from coming back.

No doubt that this place has a lot of kinks to work out, more employees needed, longer hours Plz :D- at least till 10pm, etc, etc... The manager(owner?) took care of us! The pizza was super yumm!! Fresh veggie toppings, yummy crust.. I have no idea if its comparable to NY pizza BUT its yummy pizza period. Probably in my top 3 favorites for pizza in the Puget sound and I live down in Seattle. I will be back! I'm just wondering what day and time is better to go?? because they have a hard time keeping up with demand. Thanks!!!! Keep up the hard work and don't give up!

The pizza was pretty delicious. The pepperonis were a bit on the small side, wish they were bigger to get more flavor. The atmosphere is very lively and the staff is very helpful. It was rather crowded but that is only because they JUST opened up. If you aren't a patient person.. give them a few weeks to work out the kinks of a new business before you go in and write a review about lengthy wait times. All of Mukilteo has flocked here prepared to taste it out; Thus making wait times a bit longer. I'd say its a great place to grab a slice for lunch versus getting a whole pizza at the other local places.

Maybe i'm missing something but I was seriously unimpressed by their pizza. Plus, I called it in and didn't get there until 45 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. By the time it was ready, it had been over an hour since I had called. Disppointed all around.

I highly recommend this place for a date night. Brooklyn Brothers has good, decently priced food, beer, and isn't too noisy (ie you can actually hold a conversation). Try the Bensonhurst. You won't be disappointed. Unless you dislike olives. But seriously, I don't think you can go wrong at this place. You can get a whole pie or a slice to go. The staff are uber casual and very helpful. They're playful and will banter with customers. Very fun place!

I took my family in for pizza. They have two styles of crust: "The Sicilian" which is a square thick crust and "The Napoletana" which is a round thin crust. Once you choose your crust, then you choose your topping(s). They have 6 specialty pizzas to choose from: 3 of them include only one meat topping + vegetable(s), 2 of them are all vegetarian, and only 1 includes two meats. None of these pizzas interested me or my kids. I would have created our own pizza, but then I noticed they did not have common toppings found at other pizza places (if you typically order a "combo", "meat lovers" or canadian bacon/pineapple you wont find those toppings available here. The only meats are pepperoni, sausage and anchovy). So we went with a large (18") half "Bowery" which is pepperoni, sausage and garlic and the other half pepperoni for $25.95 plus tax. I noticed later they charged me an additional dollar because the pizza was "half this and half that" although no one mentioned to me that there would be an extra charge for a split pizza (really the other half was minus the sausage and garlic; so I am not sure why they charged me extra for not putting on toppings that I paid for) . The pizza is obviously very fresh. They make their own dough, sauce and they even make their own sausage and they use special "polly-o" cheese (whatever that is). The pizza was very good; but IMO not better than other nearby places and the pepperoni-only side was extremely sparse on the pepperoni, making it almost like a plain cheese pizza - a little disappointing for the price. The staff was very nice and professional. They serve beer, wine and microbrews on tap. The place has a nice vibe. It is family friendly, bright and well lit. I wish this business the best of luck. However Bite of New York, Lombardos, Diamond Knot, Spiros and Garlic Jim's are all nearby and all serve great pizza and I think each of these places cost less than Brooklyn Bros. For example the 18" "Bowery" pizza (pepperoni, sausage and garlic) at Brooklyn Bros is $24.95. Those same toppings on a 18" pizza at Bite of New York located up the street is $20.95, plus Bite of NY usually has coupons or specials making them even less. They also have pizza by the slice. Brooklyn Bros is not getting any more stars from me, because I doubt me or my family will want to go back because we prefer the other pizza places around town with more choices of toppings. Lombardos (thin crust) and Spiros (Greek style) are our favorite Mukilteo pizza places. Wether Brooklyn Bros uses more expensive ingredients compared to others is meaningless, since the finished product did not taste any better to make it worth the extra cost. But by seeing all their 5-star reviews, I guess others think differently. .

If they're going to stop making success of Sicilian after 7:00, I guess it makes this place kind of useless.

First time there. Quick, friendly service. Very family friendly atmosphere, easy parking, clean. A bit pricey, toppings a bit tiny, but overall taste- hard to beat. Despite being a bit pricey, It's on my places to eat again and again. Could use one in the Bellevue area!

There is an air about the place, definitely pleasant, nice staff, most of them appeared to work together well considering how new the place is at this time. They are always courteous to my wife and I, even with pressure from the dinner crowds coming in. Lines do get long but go quickly. So we've eaten at the Everett one many times as well and found both serve great tasting pizza's, salads and Calzone. No joke here but there is a difference from other area places. to take away from people finding another restaurant suitable for their taste's are always curious about a restaurant ingredients. We asked a waiter about the pizza. This is what they told us. They use fresh Polly-O mozzarella cheese (not Dutch, or some imitation cheese), fresh Polly-O ricotta cheese, delicious Italian tomato sauce and sweet Italian sausage (with Fennel, fresh from some local Italian shop as I understand), along with the red peppers they use make for great pizza. We find that it is not as greasy and has no after effects. The place and seating are fine for a casual pizzeria. The also have outdoor seating. Well, we have to add here that if we had a problem with the food, talking to the staff brought about a quick resolution, they fixed what was wrong, you simply have to say what we say, "we have a problem and say this is unacceptable, please redo the pizza". They are very accommodating on their mistakes, never give a hint that they are arrogant and against fixing a problem, or too lazy, they even comped us during their opening week. We realize that some people expect others to fix their problems and are opinionated about everything, let's just say, "Whats the matter with you, you got a problem or something?" if you do have a problem, get it fixed. We recommend that you should find out at least once what it's all about. We continue to love the freshness and service and also don't mind waiting for delicious food baked to order, hot and tasty. We can't seem to post a picture here.
