Well...they have very cheap beer. Who can complain when your only paying $3.50 for a craft beer!!? But the place is pretty divey and not in the typical dark bar kinda way... More divey based on the clientele that was there during our visit. Also their website info is inaccurate...we visited on a Wednesday night excepting open mic comedy... But the place was pretty empty and they were offering karaoke.

So much better with the new owners! Feels so much cleaner with the new floors and furniture, and it is the best tasting bar menu I've had (and they have healthy options)! They have happy hour all day everyday right now, which is just icing on the cake!

I'm torn between 2 & 3 stars... I went with 3 friends, one of which lives in Lynnwood (which is why we went). Damn good fries, but I'm not sure how veggie friendly the menu is (didn't look). We'll put it this way, my friend from Cleveland, OH, who had a sour look on her face most of the night, said it reminded her of home. Eeeks. Straight up, it's a dive bar with karaoke and pub grub in a strip mall location. Super nice staff, very friendly and attentive. I think it's hilarious that all the pics for One Eyed Jack's show a bunch of blondes. Where they were, I have no idea. Large smoking porch for all ya'll smokers.

If you like going home and smelling like you've been in front of a deep fryer all day than this place is for you! As soon as I walked into this bar all I could smell was greasy food. I didn't even order any food but when I came home I reeked of grease. I had to immediately wash my clothes because I couldn't stand it. I thought the sound system was poor and really hurt my ears and the bartender that night must have been having a bad night because she never once smiled and wasn't very friendly. I will never come back here.

Typical little neighborhood dive bar that offers karaoke and occasionally books bands also they have wet t shirt contest there on the weekend. Not a bad little neighborhood dive bar usually friendly people. Kind of a mixed clientele on one side of the bar usually have older middle-aged people trying to get drunk and playing pool and then on the other side you have the younger 20-somethings who enjoy doing karaoke.

Decent bar with good drinks, but a limited food selection. They have a lot of silly theme nights during the weekdays to try luring people in there. A few crazies frequent the place, being obnoxious.

Karaoke, 1.50 beers (on certain nights), this place is great :)

I went here for my last birthday and found it to be an all around fun place with great drinks. I wish more people would have done karaoke, it seemed to be mostly my group of friends even though more people were there. The bartender was super nice as was everyone else I talked to that night.

After work for Happy Hour (3 pm-ish) about 10 of us went to One Eyed's. Several people missed the turn off of Evergreen Way. The outside looks like something you were would expect from a bar in Lynnwood. (Banners, signs - Pull Tabs, Darts, drink specials) Inside was very spacious. Nothing fancy about the place. We sat by the pool tables which didn't have many seats around but we made it work. We were going to move to the area (near the stage for Karaoke) with more seats but it was dark over there. (Maybe they would have turned on the lights but we never asked) I had a pitcher of IPA for $12.00 which seemed like a pretty good deal. We didn't eat so I don't know about the food. They only had one person working while we were there so service was a little bit slow. Everyone had a good time.

Been to this place more than a handful of times and always had a good time. Prices on drinks are where they should be and the bartenders are some of the coolest around in the Everett area. One time even gave me and a couple of my drunk buddies a lift home so we didn't have to call a cab. Good times.

New here from Montana... Been into One Eyed Jacks mostly because of the Karaoke. I've dropped in probably 5 times since I got here in June. I can appreciate a place that is dedicated to Karaoke as Tom is to his place. I am a former DJ/KJ myself and appreciate that dedication to those of us who actually consider Karaoke to be and Art form if you will..especially if done with taste. Been in there for a couple of meet up groups(comedy nights) and a couple of football games. The people may not be your wine and cheese crowd but they're good ole folk for the most part. The food I haven't tried and the Mac and Jack isn't tainted anymore as someone stated in and earlier post. The staff has always been kind and appreciative and when I order a shot straight up or on the rocks. It's a true shot and the barkeeps aren't giving away the profits. As with everything else I've experienced in the Seattle/Sno area it's all expensive. So perhaps if your having issues with and expensive shot in your Coke, maybe your should get your buzz on before you show up or just order it straight up. Unless maybe your looking for the barkeeps to pad their pockets by overpouring. Tom is just trying to make a buck and keep the regulars satisfied. Just wanted to give Tom Kudo's for the time and effort he puts into his place and his hands on work he does there each day to keep his business running. Dj...

If you love an unpretentious local dive with pulltabs, pool, and not too awfully much else, then round this up a star. If you're just in the area and looking for a drink, probably round it down a star. I'm splitting the difference because they're nice folks and they support live music like crazy--live bands every weekend. They even stream some (maybe all) of their live shows over the web. There's karaoke sometimes as well. Didn't catch the schedule for that. This is on a stretch of 99 that can take some doing to get in and out of, depending on which way you're coming from. 525 and 99 cross, with no option for U-turns, so you're running back and forth to find the parking lot here. Once you're in, you're in what looks like a free-standing building from the outside but feels like a strip mall unit inside. They have a covered and fenced smoking area (key for their demographic). There seems like there's probably food. There's a little bar across from the front door; stage and tables to the left; pool tables to the right. Simple and straightforward. The pool tables looked clean and straight. None of the furnishings here is wasted money, that's for sure. Simple and basic everything. The staff are nice, from the door guys through the bartenders and the manager. They welcome a crowd with some real characters. I had three conversations with regulars, and I seriously could not understand any part of any of them. One said the cooler full of water reminded her of Ghostbusters II and people whose hair smelled like Florida, one asked me if I was an employee and squeezed my biceps, and the last one kept losing her train of thought and staring into space. We came in here for a metal show, and I love any place that does the work to provide a live venue for metal. Overall, night in and night out, I think this place's strongest appeal will be to people looking for pull tabs, strong cheap drinks, and karaoke. But I'll be back next time there's a metal show I want to catch.

Alright, I was drawn to this place because of their awesomely awkward commercial. I have been here twice now. The first time was nothing special. Average drinks, pretty huge bar, bartender was nice enough. The second time I came was a totally bizarre experience and probably the most uncomfortable bar atmosphere ever. They were having a 2 dollar well drinks special that particular evening. That was pretty awesome until I was 4 whiskey and cokes into the evening and had no buzz whatsoever. The cool thing about this place is that they have skeeball. This has earned them a star and a half. The bartender was nice, so there's half a star. So we played our skeeball games and drank our weak drinks and noticed they had a "special guest speaker". Oh my God. I'm sorry, but what the hell? There are maybe 10 people total in this huge bar, it is painfully quiet and there's this "metal" guy onstage trying to awkwardly get through several unamusing anecdotes about him being in some band and throwing fart and sex jokes in the mix for shits and (forced) giggles. I quickly realize it would take about 10 of their whiskey and cokes to even begin to be okay with this whole situation. And then I realize I have my own whiskey and coke fixings at home, where I could watch someone actually amusing (Joey Greco from Cheaters). So... I went. I almost want to go back just to see what other kind of weird theme nights they have.

I am not sure why a couple of people talking a trash about this place. It is one of these dive bars I can go alone without being harassed or something like this. Drinks are weak?? No!! It is one of the greatest places for a drinks: strong and cheap. Bartenders are nice and crowd is decent. I would recommend this place for birthdays, parties and karaoke. If you go here first time and want order under 10.00 bring cash. But they also have an ATM machine.

I came here for a birthday a couple of weekends ago and had a good time! The drinks were cheap and the food was pretty decent. It's a typical bar with nothing super different except the karaoke stage. I had fun with the people that I was surrounded with.

First draft beer (Blue Moon) tasted "off" but I powered it down anyway because it was $5..plus tip (You've got to take care of your servers). So I switched to Mac-n-Jack's hoping that would not taste so insepid (Both are familiar to me and I knew what they should taste like) This was even worse and completely undrinkable. Clean your taps, they are full of funk! If any place ever needed a bar rescue it's this place. Server did not seem to care about my poor product and did not offer to replace it or refund my money, though my beer was still full I told her to toss it. Definitely go with bottled beer- this place is gross, dirty and expensive. At least they have great local live bands.

Come here if you enjoy walking on peanut shells. Instead of bread, they give you a tin bucket full of peanuts as soon as you sit down and encourage you to dump the shells on the floor. My cherry lemonade came in a canning jar with sugar on the rim. Very cool! I was stoked that they had a small plate option. I had the steak and mashed potatoes and they were really delicious! The food is much better than Applebees, etc. The service was a little slow, though.

I am shocked that the overall rating of this place is as high as it is currently. I normally write professional and unbiased reviews, but for this one I will need to tell you a story from my perspective. I heard of One Eyed Jack's via a commercial at some point last year. I looked up the place to see reviews. To my surprise, King 5 News (I believe) awarded this establishment best karaoke bar in WA several years out of the past 8. I figure this must be a sure fire experience and convince my friend and his girlfriend to go check it out. It was late on a Saturday night, we pull up and the place is dead. No cars are in the parking lot. Once we enter the bar, I was not impressed with the layout. It was certainly a dive bar, but hey...dive bars can be fun. I notice there are 5-10 people in this place performing karaoke. These people were more of the gothic type, nothing against that. You are who you are. As I stand at the bar, minding my own business, my rear end beings to be be sexually molested by a woman who I much rather ignore. Her friend puts on "When I Think About You, I Touch Myself" and starts to sing. I am literally and physically dragged onto the dance floor by this woman and her three very unattractive friends. You could easily see the scuff marks of my shoes on the floor. So I am a nice guy, I figure "just get through this and leave". As I am dancing, to great reluctance, my groin area is now being molested violently on the dance floor. I yell out "you can't grab my junk!" which echo's through the bar due to the lack of patrons present. As if to make unwanted grabbing O.K, I am then flashed by a woman who has turrets syndrom (she admitted this). It is at this point that I immediate rush to the bar, slam my beer, pay the bill and run to my car. This was my one and only experience at One Eyed Jacks. I will never go back there again. Enter the lions dean of ugly, molesting, turrets crazed women at your own risk.

Came in with a friend for last call. Good thing we came when we did, cause this really wasn't out scene. The first thing to assault our eyes was the huge whale trying to swallow the face of some poor guy out in front of the door. I assume they were both hammered, but I wasn't going to look long enough to deduce if I was correct. Second, place was totally run down. I understand the concept of a dive bar, but why are there empty glasses on tables where there was no one sitting? Lastly, the bathroom was in seriously bad shape. Vomit on one of the urinals and just dirty overall. Why not one star then you might ask? Cause the bartender was awesome! Made my crew and I super strong shots right before 1:50 and even gave us one for free. I hope she is making tons of money there, cause as friendly and cool as she was, she could make a killing at a place with a decent clientele.

Stopped in here at 8:30 on a Friday night after I had worked a 13 hour shift and was very tired and very hungry. I was by myself. The place had most of the booths full but that was ok because I was happy just sitting at a Table. I was seated promptly. My order was taken immediately. The Male Waiter was very efficient. They have a small meal section in the middle of the menu. I ordered the Tri Tip Bourbon Steak, Medium Well, with Garlic Mashed Potatoes for around $10 + drinks + tips + taxes. They bring you a bucket of Peanuts and some warm bread that is delicious. To me it tastes like it is brushed w/ Honey or a Honey Glaze. My Steak came out and it was a nice big, thick chuck of Tri-Tip with a nice light glaze on it. If the mashed had Garlic in it, I could not taste it but I was too tired too complain about something so minor. I enjoyed my meal and my Lemonade. The Waiter came and offered me desert then my bill was brought out promptly after I declined the desert. I was very satisfied with my Service, Food and the wait times.

The number one reason to come to OEJ: They pour great drinks, at resonable prices. What more could you ask for?
