Service not so good why do you feel like you have to order real fast when you're in line? You feel like you're going to have a nervous breakdown.. So you're up next in line, you see she is ready to make your sandwich.. Now you heart races blood pressure rises and you say fast everything you want like a tweeker.. The subway artist then ask you to repeat the same thing.. Starting with your bread, So you say everything again.. Now she is pissed and gets everything wrong on purpose.. The sandwich is now done.. And it taste like what you came to subway for if you're a vegan. Veggie delighted goodness

I used to go there until I went to jimmy johns, jimmy johns is a lot fresher meats and vegetables and way better bread. Subway stinks and has bad food.

Everyone is always courteous and prompt. The only reasons I ever had to wait for my food is when they were making more meatballs for my boyfriends sandwich and inconsiderate rude customers.

I used to live down the street from this Subway. One day before going to the gym my hubby and I stopped by to get dinner. When making my footlong sandwich they litterly put a flat piece of meat laying across the bread. i think they put maybe three pieces down. I looked at their pictures which all show folded meat and about 10 going across the sandwich and asked for more to be put on the sandwich. They said they would have to charge! WTH?! I could go across the street to Safeway and buy all the sandwich fixings with more meat for the price they charge! If you are craving a sub sandwich try Little David's or Jimmy John's both just East of this subway location and both 100% better then Subway. Or if you are craving Subway try to brand new location in downtown Kent or an even better location just North on West Valley in a gas station. If you want good food, good service and all around good everything AVOID this place. I don't know what it is about this area of town but you get bad service. Its the same with the pizza place located just across the street.

The attendant is not really pleasant. He didn't take care of us right away because he is cleaning up the compartments as if they're about to close. We had to go to the 7-11 across the street to buy drinks and when he came back he's still not done. A horrible experience and would not eat there again for the duration of our trip.

If a clean environment, easy parking and friendly staff are important to you in a Subway, then get your sandwiches here. I don't know where Nancy C is from, this this is not a bad part of Kent at all. This store is located along a major throughway that connects Highway 167 and I-5 so there is a lot of traffic, but parking really is a synch. I've been here several times and never had to wait in line. The staff has always been polite and clean (big plusses in my book). Overall, this is not an extraordinary place to dine. But it's a Subway and an efficient one at that.

In a crappy strip mall in not the greatest part of town. Was a dive of a subway but the help was really nice! Probably will never be back but it served its purpose.

Absolutely miserable human beings running this place. I thought all Subway's were basically the same until I came across this one. It wasn't a fluke either. I have been to this place 3 times with each visit making me more and more angry. First off, this establishment is apparently in a "smile-free zone". They give off the vibe that I am bothering them by ordering a footlong. Second, they are extremely stingy when it comes to the contents of the sandwich. Again, I thought all subways are basically the same when it comes to the amount of meat put on the sandwich, but this place somehow gets away with basically serving a veggie sandwich no matter what you order. The last time I was at this subway, the sandwich they made up looked more depressing than the employees. To make things worse, they told me they didn't participate in the $5 footlong promotion. I told the lady to keep the sandwich and I left. Trust me and don't make the mistake of stopping in. Go down the street to the Chevron/Subway on 68th, or better yet Little David's.
